Con la fine delle ferie e del periodo di vacanze in montagna si torna a cucinare a ritmo pieno a casa nostra, anche se le temperature estive non fan venire voglia di patti particolarmente elaborati. Ieri era il compleanno di Francesca e quindi con la piccola Ginevra abbiamo pensato di farci un sorpresa con una dolce un po&#39; diverso dal solito, volevamo prepararle prepararle un torta che fosse gustosa, sicuramente con cacao e soprattutto morbidissima! Ecco una ricetta facile e veloce da preparare, un gustosissimo primo che ricorda il classico carpaccio grazie alla rucola e al grana.
