My weight loss journey

Hello guys been a while for a long time. I really missed blogging and do online things but I been so busy for almost a decayed now. And I don't have any thoughts to write here in my blogs. Anyway this time I wanted to resume my blogs about my health and weight loss journey with right exercise and proper diet.

Here is my little secret since I was a little, I been very thin since then, I have few classmates that are chubby and they are looking cute with their (chubbiness). Ever since I really wanted to be a chubby one too, I bought some vitamins from my pocket money but the bad luck still following me. I never tried to gain weight since I was a little until at the age of 23.

I got married at the age of 22 and after giving birth to my 2 children my body got expanded and since then i been very fat. Until last 2013 I was 75 kilos and it gives me so much stress and lack of self confident. But the story yet not to end, I made a plan to loss my weight and wanted to be back the old me.

I been on diet planning for 1 month now and I loss 8kg for just a month. Healthy diet and exercise is really a ig help.

Nice to be back now. I been away from blogging for almost half year, I dunno why I just had so many problems and been so disappointed lately. But hey! I have so many stories and happenings to share. I am so excited to share this with you guys, hope to have enough time to write it down tomorrow. have a good night^^

Cinderella

I really like this story because I remembered when I was a little, I always dreamed to have beautiful clothes, since my clothes were not new. And I used to work as a helper just to save money for my studies.

Once upon a time there was a rich man lived with his very illness wife with one daughter. His wife asked to see her daughter for the last time. She told her daughter to be good and kind to everyone because God will always protect her daughter, and the mother died. Everyday the little girl always visits her mother’s grave and cry.

On her way to the grave he always saw a white bird flew around her and sometimes sat on here shoulder and sang a beautiful song, and it became her good friend.

After many months, her father remarried to a woman with two daughters and lived with them. They are all pretty but unkind and have an evil heart.

They let the girl worked hard all day until night without help from her step sister. However, still her friend the white bird always there to sing a beautiful song to her. One day her step sisters saw him dirty and untidy, they laugh at here and call her Cinderella came from the word cinders. Everyday she worked and had to listen to her stepsister’s unkind words. Still, she remained good and kind.

One day, the king decided to have a big party and invited all the beautiful girls in the country because he wanted his son to choose one of those pretty girls to marry.

Her step sister attended the party but not Cinderella. Even so, Cinderella wish to see the wonderful party but her step mother would not allow her to get to the party.

Again, Cinderella visited the grave of her mother and again the white bird followed here. She wished to have a beautiful dress, so she can go to the party.

As soon as the white bird heard her wish, it quickly flew away and brought her the package with a beautiful dress and a pair of shoes. Shed dressed up quickly and hurried to the king’s party.

Everyone wondered who the beautiful girl was. They even not recognize Cinderella because of its beauty. The prince saw her and asked for a dance and could not take his eyes off Cinderalla.

Late at night evening, Cinderella must go home alone. However, the prince insisted to take her, but Cinderella refused. And Cinderella quickly ran from the party because she don’t want the prince to know that she was just a maid. Nevertheless, the prince followed her home. Even so, Cinderella lost from the sight of the prince, so he decided to go back to the palace. On his way back he heard a beautiful sound. He saw a bird sitting on the branch and the prince saw something glittering beneath the tree, and it was a shoe of Cinderella. He took it and follow the bird as he guided to Cinderella’s house.

When he arrived, he asked the father if he had a daughter. The king told him that he had a three daughters. He presented the shoe and let the girls try it, if the shoe fits from one of the daughters, he will marry to it. However, the shoe does not fit to stepsisters. The prince asked for another daughter who is Cinderella to fit the shoe.

The prince asked Cinderella to fit the shoe, and it fit her foot perfectly. Her stepsisters and stepmother were so surprised.

And the prince asked Cinderella to be his wife, and there they lived happily ever after.

Anne Frank

Anne Frank a girl with full of hope.

Anne Frank was born in Frankfurt Germany in 1929. She came from a well-to-do family and led a carefree childhood. She was dreaming to become a famous journalist or a movie start. However, in his diary, she recorded an extraordinary story of perseverance and hope during the most horrific decades of the history.

After Anne was born, Hitler was elected as the Germany Chacellor, he was a dictator who believed in a pure Germanu and Planned to eliminate all Jewish people. They call this era as Holocaust, there were daily attacks against Jews. And it became the hardest part of their life.

Her family relocated Amsterdam on 1933. Anne attended school excelling in languages and writing while her father became the director of the Opecta Factory which made fruit pectin.

However, their life did not last long in Holland, in 1940 Germany invaded Holland and make all Jewish people suffer their life. Hitler’s plan to conquer the Europe and other neighboring country. And the World war II had begun.

Otto Frank began to fear for his family all over again. He was forced to resign from his work and Anne leave her school. They are not allowed to go out at night or visit museums to see movies during the daytime.

Since the family of Anne was not allowed to leave Holland, they decided to hide until the war was over. They hide at the attic in the Opecta factory and plan for the next move.

They started to hide with other families at the attic of the Opecta factory for two long years. While Anne wrote a diary toward her imaginary friend named kitty.

Only Otto’s former secretary Ellie and Miep bring them food and clothing from time to time using the secret passage.

Anne wrote a diary about daily life inside the secret attic. Until he made her last diary on August 1,1944 three days after they are being caught up by the German police officers. Anne’s family arrested and send to Auschwitz were man and women are separate. And this was the last time Anne saw her father. Anne and his sister were forced to work together with their family until their mother died. 1945 Margot died, after one-month Anned Frank also died just two months before the end of the war.

Only Otto Frank their father survived, and he went back to a place where they hid, at the attic. He found the diary of Anne, as he read Anne lived in his memory again. After that, he shared the diary to other children, published it to different languages and become well known true story of hope, survival and love.

I’ve learned that being a strong person with strong hope can help our dreams alive.

The ten commandments of God

After God had saved Israelites across the sea from Egypt, they started their journey toward the Promised Land. It was hard because they had to travel through the desert land. At first people were happy because they knew God led them, but soon they began to complain because lacked of food and water. Moses prayed to God to asked help, and God sent them bread from heaven called manna. Every morning people gathered the bread and consumed it for forty years until they reached the Promised Land.

During their long journey, they camped at one placed known Rephidim, but there was no water to drink. Again, the people started to cry asked for water. God told Moses to hold his people and showed them the giant rocks, and the water flow out from it.

They traveled for three months and finally reached the Mt. Sinai. Then God told him that the Israelites will receive exclusive and dedicated people if they just follow the laws of God. Moses came down from the mountain and told the people about God said.

On the morning of the third day, the sky started to darken. The thunder and lighting appeared. They heard a loud trumpet blasted. Moses led them to edge of the mountain. God started to talk to Moses and gave him the 10 commandments written in the two stone tables. God told Moses to announce them to all people.

And God spoke all these words, saying: ‘I am the LORD your God…

Noah's Ark

The 40 days and 40 nights of flood.

I choose this story because I read this, since I was a little.

Long time ago, God looked down on the earth to see his people, but he was very angry when he saw his people behaving very badly. People stealing from each other and even killing each other and lying.

God very angry at his created people and decided to that he must kill them all, he will wipe out all the people and animals from the earth.

However, God saw Noah and his family. He is a good man, a God fearing person, and he is teaching his sons to be good and honest.

God came to Noah and told him that God will send a flood to cover the whole earth and everyone will die. However, because of goodness of Noah and his family God decided no to kill them. However, God told Noah to build an ark and Noah listen to every instruction of God. However, people around laugh at him as they saw Noah building an ark.

After building an ark, God told Noah to get all animals inside the ark but 2 in every animal, it should be female and male. Noah told his son about what God had said, and they start pairing the animals and get inside the ark.

The next thing God instructed to Noah is to get more foods and water for their supply because they will be on the ark for long time. After doing all instructions Gods sent the rain until it covers the whole land. It rains 40 days and forty nights while the family of Noah and the animals are safety inside the ark.

All cities, farms and lands disappeared under water, and all living creatures died and no dry lands left on earth. After 150 days God commanded the rain to stop, and it stops. The ark floating on the water while waiting for the land dry.

Noah sent bird out of the ark to find dry land. The bird found an olive tree and broke off a branch. They were so happy and excited because the flood is beginning to dry.

God visited Noah again, and promise never to destroy the earth with a good again. As a sign of his promised god placed a beautiful rainbow in the sky.
I’ve learned that we just follow the God’s well we can live perfectly.

There are so many old people everywhere that need care.

Life is not to short for this grandma, still thankful that God gave her a long life to lived and stay in this world. Even poverty doesnt shaked her to continue his journey, to walk and find the final destination..

Her eyes are full of hope, that someday she will take the best place to stay, its with God. The signs of aging shows that she achieve and take the greatest part of this world. Its a history of her life that hoping someday will be the only thing she left.

Still have the strength to continue the journeys.

Is there any hope?

Sometimes we think that God doesnt hear our prayers, doesnt see our burdens and losing hope and chance to continue the journey of your life, your wrong. God challenge us where and when our patients ends.

When you see homeless people,no shelter and no food they are just one of those person who fight and accept the test that God given to them.

Cant feel the cold, cant feel the warmth they are always thinking for a chance where to start and when to start a new life.

Its not about how you survive, its all about how you will fight the challenge. Sickness isnt the hindrance to say a prayer to God. Just do it and do it again.
