Yes! Im back to blogging!!!

Not because that I really want to but staying at home is boring! hehe. Wala ako magawa!

I am on my second month pregnancy (third child) and 2 weeks ago I experienced spotting twice. My OB advised me to rest and gave me lots of medicines. Nasira tuloy lahat ng plano ko :( Hindi ako makapag-work ng maayos and di ako makatambay sa office at sa mga gusto kong puntahan. hehe. Di ko tuloy alam hanggang kelan ako ganito… Sana naman not the entire duration of my pregnancy kasi may travel pa kami ng November and hopefully payagan ako ng OB ko *crossfinger*

Ano nga ba ang ginagawa ko sa house ngayon?

1. Nanonood ako ng Koreanovelas and mind you naka-3 koreanovelas na ko in my almost 2 weeks stay in the house. Minsan napupuyat pa ko, napapagalitan tuloy ako ng asawa ko. hehe

2. Watching TV. Well, dati hindi ako nakakanood ng tv dahil lagi ako sa field pero ngaun kumpleto ang episodes ng Showtime and Kadenang Ginto. Nasundan ko na nga ang story ni Daniela and Romina eh... Minsan pati Los Bastardos… hehe

3. Minsan FB, pero di rin ako nakakatagal magbrowse kasi puro ads lang din nakikita ko.. Konting browse tapos mag-ads lang ako then stop na ulit… Di tuloy ako masyado updated sa tsismis unless someone mentioned my name :)

I decided to blog again para may outlet naman ako ng thoughts and rants ko sa buhay… hahaha. Not that im having a hard time.. Sobrang blessed nga ako… Wala lang ako magawa… Sana tumagal pa pagba-blog ko :) At sana magkaron na ulit ako ng audience and followers...

Dec 14. MOA's Light Parade and Fireworks + Christmas Shopping Part 1

When december came, i told hubby to schedule 1 saturday so Tami can watch Moa's christmas light parade and we can start buying some for christmas and he agreed with me.

Dec 14 was our schedule. He fetched us in our broker office in Las Pinas after his work and we went to MOA. We arrived around 4pm and the parade schedule is 5.30PM. Since we still had ample time, we started roaming around the mall and we drop by first in Superga for Tami's footwear.

Here we are in Superga store. Tami choose what pair she wants, fit and showed us.

After buying footwear, we went to Entertainment mall area and look for restaurant where we can eat and at the same time watch the lights parade and fireworks.

We settled with Modern Shanghai kasi ok yung nakuha namin na table compared sa iba na puno na...

And when the lights parade started kitang-kita namin. Tami enjoyed the view pati sa fireworks. Na-video pa nya yung fireworks using her ipad.

Our dinner finished after the fireworks.. At 7.30pm we still go around the mall kasi masyado pang maaga to go home and para makaiwas na rin sa traffic. We bought something for ourselves muna.

Hubby's Surprise Christmas Gift

Like what i've said in my previous post, hubby surprised me with that white box when i arrived at home from party that we attended in Makati.

I was really surprised, muntik na nga akong maiyak when i thanked and kissed hubby while he's in bed. Sabi pa nya, 'bat ganyan reaction mo? Hindi mo ba gusto?' After ng usapan namin natulog na kami kasi late na rin at may pasok pa sya kinabukasan.

The morning after, saka nya binigay sakin yung paper bag ng Time Studio.

Ganda!!!!

When worn...

Eto ang nakakaloka, nakalagay sa box ang resibo... hehe. Pinapabayaran yata sakin ng loko ang relo or gusto lang nya ipakita kung magkano ang bili nya... Pwede naman i-check na lang sa mall dba?

Kaya daw nya nilagay sa box yung receipt kasi for sure daw papabawasan ko yung watch kasi maluwag sakin. Nung binili daw nya yun, the saleslady asked him daw kung babawasan, sabi nya wag na lang daw at ako na lang daw ang magpapabawas para sa sukat.

Yun naman pala ang reason kaya nilagay nya ang receipt... That day, pumunta nga ako ng southmall para bawasan yung bracelet ng watch and i liked it very much.

Thanks Hubby for giving me new watch. Ano kayang bibigay ko sa kanya?

Rockin' Christmas Party in A. Venue Makati

Aside from my birth month, December is my favorite month because of the holiday season. In real estate industry, you're going to attend to a lot of christmas parties because you will be invited sa mga developers na may benta ka. Minsan sa sobrang daming party hindi mo na mapupuntahan lahat kasi minsan magkasabay ang party or may iba kang schedule.

In my case, inaayos ko na ang sched ko once na nag-announce na ang developer ng schedule nila ng party para kung magkaron man ng kasabay mapipili ko kung san ako aattend, minsan nakaka-attend ako and minsan hindi na rin or minsan pinipili na lang yung pupuntahan na party.

Profriends announced 2 weeks ago that brokers party is Dec 10 at alam ko na na aattend ako kasi marami rin akong benta sa kanila this year :)

Last Dec10, our group went to A. Venue in Makati to attend the 'Merry Rockin' Christmas Party of Profriends.

Registration starts at 3PM and we arrived before 4PM. Party started at exactly 4.30PM

Upon registering, you will be given this stub for the souvenir and the raffle.

Some of our group with one of the marketing staff of the developer.

We're a group of 8 who attended the said party.

Since its a rockin' party, there's a band who performs that night every after program break.

Before the official program starts, may simple games pa for the agents. Here we are joining in one of the games.

Syempre hindi mawawala ang speeches from the higher management and announcement of the upcoming plans for their projects.

Party will not be complete without the food. In fairness, the caterer of Live Vibe serves good food.

We enjoyed the party. In our group, four of us won the raffle and sad to say im not one of them. Di bale ok lang yun :) Expected ko na rin yun kasi malas ako sa raffles. hehe

The party ended at 9PM. I was texting hubby that we're on our way home para mahintay nya ko at mapagbuksan nya ko ng pinto.

One of the reasons kung bakit hindi ako nabili ng additional appliances and grocery for christmas is because of the developers. Pag christmas kasi ang daming natatanggap ng agents galing sa developer :) Tulad nito, no need to buy na pang-spaghetti kasi meron na ko... hehe. Tipid dba?

I arrived home and hubby was getting ready to sleep that night. He was saying na magbihis na ko at matutulog na daw kami, kala ko naman kung ano gagawin namin yun pala may surprise ang mokong...

Saw that white box?

When i open my closet, i saw that white box, si badz nagtatakip ng unan pretending to be asleep. Syempre nag-iisip ako kung ano yun at iniisip ko kung may pinatong ba kong white box nung umaga before i left the house. Sa curious ko, nagtanong pa ko kay badz kung bakit may white box dun, ayaw sumagot so binuksan ko na and i was surprised!

Kakabigay lang nya sakin ng perfume nung anniversary namin nung October. That Davidoff Cool water for women yung binigay nya sakin para pareho daw kami ng perfume. **Kilig** Tapos eto naman ngaun, christmas gift... Next month birthday ko na, ano naman kaya ibibigay nya sakin? Sana baby na. hehe

When hubby received his 13th month pay, we budget it for our house, things for ourselves and plan of going out because we seldom go to mall because of our schedules. He's free on weekend while i on weekdays, laging magkaiba because of our work.

On the day of our plan we cannot decide on where to go, im suggesting of going to MOA kasi mas maraming choices dun kaya lang malayo. His cousin texted me if we can meet that day so she can get her orders of bracelets and so we're off to Southmall before lunch time.

We met first with hubby's cousin and her family to deliver the bracelets, kamustahan with them kasi ang tagal na rin naming hindi nagkita since we moved in Molino. After exchanging conversations, we left and look for restaurant where we can have our late lunch and settles with Yabu.

Its our first time here :)

Family Time

After lunching, we first went to Sun Cellular to renew our plans. There are choices of phones for plan 350 and we dont know then what to choose kasi magaganda ang itsura ng units at puro androids na.. Ibang level na talaga ang technology today. At Plan 350, you can get an android phone with 5MP camera at hindi mukang mumurahin.

Hubby was telling me to get the Huawei for both of us para daw pareho kami pero i told him na dapat magkaiba kami so we can check kung ano ang mas ok. We ended with different units, Huawei for him and Alcatel for me. Sun Cellular offered us a new promo for loyalty subscribers, same plan but you'll pay P249 per month so we availed it for our daughter, the only free phone was the Samsung pero ok na rin kasi para sa bata lang naman.

After spending hours in Sun cellular's outlet, we start looking something for ourselves. When hubby went to CR, i dropped by in Ace Hardware to buy door lock needed for our new home. We decided kasi to change the main door to a solid wood. Our main door now looks like this:

Yung samin nga lang mas malapad jan at wala pang barnis kasi hindi pa tapos. Hopefully before christmas tapos na mga pinapagawa ko.

We also bought Lee jeans (forgot to take picture) in SM department store and soon after we went to ATC because his fave store Regatta has branch there. Regatta is one of our favorite store because of the designs, fabric and most important is its affordable. For shirt its P595 each and Polo shirt ranges from P795 to 1k++.

We bought this for ourselves (Total of P2,600).

When it comes to footwear, hubby is not fond of it that's why he sticks to Converse but when he saw that i wore my Bass boat shoes, nainggit ang loko kasi ang ganda daw at gusto na raw nya ng ganun. Kaya ayan Sebago ang nagustuhan.

What a tiring day it is! Well, its not bad to treat ouselves because we deserve it :)

Hobbies

My 2 friends from my previous work who also left our previous company are now active in joining bazaars, mas enjoy sila dun. Their hobbies is now their business. Their making handmade polymer clays (like what i blogged before), paracords and other accesories. Since they joining bazaars, they also added stuff na pwedeng mabili sa bazaar. Their booth is called Crafty Nerds and you can check their FB page too.

One time, i joined them in buying materials for their accessories and we decided to go in Divisoria too. I enjoy seeing the stuff they bought and encouraged me to do it also. Since im staying in the house sometimes if i dont have schedule, i decided to try it for myself and for my daughter to kill time especially when im bored. I create some for ourselves and when i went to our broker office, the agents liked it and ordered too.

The hobby that kills my time became a small raket... hehe.. Ang daming bumili. Nakakatuwa lang. And now im making other designs because some of my friends ordered as their presents to their friends and teachers of their kids etc. From one to 2 pieces of order now became dozens because of my friends and colleague.

Here are some of my creations. They are just simple accessories kasi hindi naman ako expert d2... Im still on the learning stage. Im also selling it in a very low price.

Ang sarap ng feeling ng Christmas no?

At dahil jan, i started decorating our simple home with Christmas tree. The christmas tree was from our apartment before. Kinulang nga lang sa decors... Di bale ill go to SM to buy some decors...

The gifts was real...

I started receiving gifts last month (October) from our semi-annual awarding. I decided not to unwrap them para may bubuksan na gifts si Tami sa pasko and for sure madadagdagan pa yan next month. We'll see..

Im going to start buying gifts for our inaanak and relatives too. Dami eh! Hirap pag isang bilihan lang.. Masyadong mabigat sa bulsa... hehe..

HI GUYS!

Grabe hindi na ako marunong mag-blog ah! Its been a while no? To be honest, ayoko na sana mag-blog kaya lang nung makita ko yung earnings ko sa Adsense last month, ginanahan ako bigla kasi i never expected na malaki na pala... Thanks to my other BLOG na naging medium ko sa work ko na nakakadagdag sa traffic ng account ko... Talk about $$$. hehe. Anyway, yun nga im going to blog again.. But before i start anew, let me make kwento of what happened nung absent ako sa blog world.

Its been 18mos when i leave the corporate world and i never thought na babalik ako sa Sales. Hubby encouraged me to Sales kasi d2 raw ako magaling (ang mambola). So i try Real Estate then.

Who am i to complain about Sales kung lagi naman akong may benta monthly at lagi din akong may award for being Top Property Consultant dba? I know what you're thinking.... Mayaman na ako kasi nasa real estate ako... "I INVOKE MY RIGHT AGAINST SELF-INCRIMINATION"... Ala Janet Napoles lang ang Peg. hahaha. Seriously Hindi po, Kahit malaki ang kita sa real estate may mga bills din kaming binabayaran.

Did you know that we moved in to our own house last May? Yup kasi nagka-problem si Father-in-law at ayaw na rin nila tumira sa bahay sa Las Pinas kasi the house is too big for the two of them kaya they moved also in Molino, sa bahay nga lang ng hipag ko para may kasama yung pamangkin ko kasi yung hipag ko at husband nya are both seaman. Grabe 7mos na pala kami d2 sa bahay...

My cousins dropping by here in our house. Since walking distance lang kami sa SM Molino at Daang-Hari, they visit us whenever they go to Tagaytay or Evia in Daang-Hari.

You know what? I realized na Sales talaga ang forte ko and aside from the money that im earning here, Super enjoy ako. Mahirap ang sales at talagang nakakapagod pero i feel really blessed nung pumasok ako sa real estate industry. Aside from the money, here are some reasons why im happy with the decision of going back to sales.

Nagkaron ako ng time sa family ko.

Eating out anytime kasi wala akong iisipin na work.

Nakaka-join na ko sa mga relatives ko. Before kasi nung may work pa ko minsan hindi ako makasama kasi masyadong busy.

Nakakasama ko anak ko at nakaka-attend ako ng school activities nya na hindi ko magawa noon.

In this industry, ang dami kong nami-meet na klase ng tao. I met ordinary employees to big boss to business owners na nagiging clients ko.

Nakakapunta rin ako to other places because of the developers for free :)

Nakakapunta na ko sa divi at quiapo anytime i want. Dati every weekend lang, ngaun anytime pwede na... hehe

Nakakapaglaro na ulit ako ng bowling with my colleagues. Kasi ba naman Philippine Player ang manager ko kaya weekly nasa Rob Place sa Manila or Alabang sila to play Bowling, ako nasama lang pag may time... hehe

And lastly, whenever i feel bored at walang magawa tambay lang sa bahay. Manood ng tv, kain, mag-computer at mag-isip kung ano ang gagawin.

Hayahay ang buhay...

Wag ka, hindi porke't nakahiga ako eh wala akong ginagawa sa bahay. Wala kaming maid no kaya ako si Maya ngaun at ang asawa ko si Ser Chief, isama na rin si Abi (Tami).

Ako lang naman ang tagaluto, tagalinis ng bahay at tagalaba. Thank God naimbento ang washing machine! haha... Pag may client ako at hapon na ko makakauwi, iniiwan ko si tami sa mga byenan ko na d2 lang din sa phase ng subdivision namin nakatira tapos nabili na lang ako ng food sa SM molino kasi di na ko makapagluto sa pagod but at the end of the day, im still thankful sa pagod kasi kung walang pagod, walang datung! Korek?

O sya! magluluto na ko at padating na si Ser Chief. Till next blog!

Tami's Week :)

Tami is now officially 7years old and we celebrate it the simplest way. Others says that a child who turns 7yrs old needs to celebrate, samin hindi because its just a hearsay and tradition. We have other plan kasi and secret muna yun saka nakakasawa na rin ang party sa mcdo, jollibee etc... so walang party na naganap. hehe

It started with our advance gift that we bought 2 days before her actual birthday. We gave her an ipad mini which is perfect for her little hands.

On her actual birthday, i ordered food and my mother in law cooked some of her specialty. Tami's visitors was some of the relatives and some of hubby's officemates.

Preparing for Tami's Seventh!

Time flies really really really really really fast no? In less than 2 months my baby girl will turn 7 na and my dilemma starts again of what party to give kasi ang dami nyang gusto. She mentioned sa HK Disneyland, sa Jollibee, sa house para daw may clown at ang latest gusto nya sa school with her classmates.. With all that she wants hindi ko talaga alam kung ano ang magiging plano but one thing is for sure, it will not be that grand... Hay kung bakit naman kasi naging April pa ang birthday nya...

Anyway, I need to come up with something for her 7th birthday. I am thinking of 2 celebrations though. First will be in Jollibee with her classmates na sana naman magpuntahan. Second is dinner in some restaurant for our both sides of the family. That will be the last thing that im going to give because its her 7th party, as much as possible gusto ko sana isa na lang and my coordinator (Kuya Bing) suggests of renting a venue and avail a caterer just like Queensland.

Im still on the planning stage and i better ask hubby for his opinion and the budget...hehe. Will post future plans in the coming days! If you have suggestions, feel free to comment ha..

On Temporary Case ---> Capdase

I mentioned in my previous post that i will be using hubby's old iphone 4 (as usual ako ang taga-salo when it comes to his old phone) and im excited to look for a nice case. At first, gusto ko yung may design or leather type or yung branded cases pero ang hirap pala maghanap, puro nasa abroad ang gusto ko :(

Last Sunday, our family went to SM because my sister-in-law bought a new tablet for his son and my daughter wants to play in Dave's Funhouse. While my daughter was playing, hubby and i went to cyberzone area to look for cases. Wala kaming nakitang maganda na affordable and good thing may outlet na ang Capdase sa Southmall.

Hubby chose the white for me and black for him..

Maganda naman yung case nung Capdase and hindi sya plastic..Sana makabili pa rin ako ng nice case na may design...

When it comes to applications, hubby was the one na nagawa nun kasi mas techy sya sakin. He downloaded all the applications that i will be using including games that he knew na magugustuhan ko and true enough kasi naadik ako sa mga games na nilagay nya :)

Dinner Date/Meeting with Cousins in Bistecca Rockwell and Manila Peninsula

When my cousin called for a meeting 3 days ago, i blocked the date to give in to his request. Buti na lang ahead of time magsabi kasi alam nya kung gano ka-hectic ang sked ko...

The business meeting happened last friday in The Enterprise Tower in Ayala Makati at exactly 3pm and ended at 5pm. Wag ng magtanong kung anong meeting yun kasi it was their business (Kuya Bing and Marvil), they just want me to join so that i can meet this foreigner na businessman para maging contact ko and maging friendship ko na din... Well, naging friend na kami agad when my cousin introduced me and said that i was in real estate industry. (Talk about connections!) Super gwapo lang naman nya at napaka-business minded at his age (early 30's). Husband sya ng isa sa mga Gokongwei...

After the meeting we contacted some of our cousins to have dinner and we planned to try this famous Bistecca in Rockwell. Unfortunately, isa lang ang pwede sa kanila... Sayang!

My cousin arrived a little late, naubos na namin ang appetizer and salad bago sya dumating, sayang di nya natikman... haha. Kuya Bing instructed the waiter to serve all our orders so we can start the dinner.

We order 1 at first pero ubos agad kaya we order another round of fries.. For those na sensitive ang pang-amoy, don't smell this kasi mauumay ka at first but when you tasted it, panalo naman :)

Bistecca 122 Prime Steak

1 Kilo USDA Prime Bone-in Rib Eye Roast in Medium Well. They will bring the whole steak in your table and they will ask you if you want them to slice the steak. The steak comes with horseradish sauce.

Aside from 2 kinds of olive oil, they will also serve 3 kinds of salt (Garlic, Truffle and Spicy). I love to blend the Spicy salt with the steak dipped in horseradish sauce... Hay.. so divine!

After all ng kinain namin, we tried naman their desserts and the chef recommends the following:

Strawberry Zabaglione

Not my type kasi na-overpower nung egg yung wine :(

Choco Lava Cake

One word. DELICIOUS!

This was supposed to be for their Valentines course but since we didn't like the Strawberry Zabaglione that they recommend, they gave us this Macarons for Free :)

It's good to have time or bonding like this with the relatives, with our busy schedules bihira na kaming magkita-kita and with this meeting/dinner, sulit na sulit ang oras namin for catching up with our busy lives and talking about business plans.. Konti lang naman kami in the family so we're planning of a get-together this coming summer :)

I also recommend Bistecca, though it has hefty price tag (our bill that night was 6k++), super worth it naman... You can visit their site and check the menu here.. In case you want to dine, don't forget to call for reservation.

After dinner, we went naman in Manila Pen for nightcap... Marvil had to leave early (11pm) because he will meet his business partner (his other business - General Contractor) in Tomas Morato.

My birthday falls on a weekday kaya no celebration and simply because wala akong budget.. hahaha.. I felt that time na yung birthday ko is just an ordinary day na lang, waiting sa kung anong mangyayari but what happened was lagi ako sa labas or sa mall that whole week :)

Hubby gifted me a perfume and gave it to me 2 days before my actual birthday. This is actually my perfume too, he liked the smell of this scent and he always smell me everytime i wear it. Ang bango daw kasi..

Isa lang naman ang ginawa ko nung week ng birthday ko... ang kumain:

Tuesday (January 29 - My actual Birthday)

It was a date with one of my closest friend. We had lunch/merienda in Black Canyon Coffee in Southmall. We chatted all afternoon and roam around Southmall that day. Hubby fetched me in Southmall after his office and went home together because mother-in-law cooked Spaghetti and Turbo Chicken for my birthday.. Kahiya naman kung sa labas pa kami kakain ni Badz dba?

Wednesday (January 30)

I met hubby in Tokto-Tokyo Southmall to have merienda and at the same time met with his 2 officemates who purchased property because they will submit their documents to the developer thru me :) Since i became an agent, hubby always recommend me to his agents who are interested in acquiring a property and i thank him for that :)

Thursday (January 31)

One of our common friend texted me if we can hang-out after hubby's office kasi nasa alabang area daw sya. Birthday ko daw kaya magpainom naman daw ako. I informed hubby if he wants to go out with our friend Marlon. After exchanging of texts, we all agreed to go in ATC, Marlon and I met then hubby brought with him his friend in the office. We had dinner and drinking session in Gerry's Grill ATC.

When friday came, i because busy going to developers to submit my client's documents. It was also the time i visited My Spa in Starmall to renew my membership and avail the Gold Membership that costs P2,000. You should have it too :)

Wanted : iPhone Case

Anytime this week, hubby will be getting his new iPhone 5 in white color, instead of selling his iphone 4 he want me to use it kesa daw ipagawa ko yung Blackberry Bold ko... At first nkakapanghinayang yung BB ko kung di rin mapapagawa pero mas nanghinayang ako sa price nung time na binili namin yung iphone 4 kung mabebenta lang ng less than 15k. At some point, tama nga naman si Badz na gamitin ko na lang yung phone nya kesa ibenta at ipagawa yung BB.

Ok fine! Im using his iphone 4. Na-excite lang ako hindi dahil sa fone kundi sa paghanap ng case.. hehe.. You know naman me, im not a fan of gadget pero mas fan ako ng shopping and iphone case is like bag na maghahanap ka talaga ng maganda ang worth it sa price...

1.22.2013 Baguio Day 3 (Our last day)

Our schedule in Victory Liner is 12.10nn so we have the whole morning to savor the cool weather of baguio. Actually hubby's getting lazy to go home (mukang nag-enjoy ang loko), parang ayaw daw muna nya umuwi but because of his work and the need to report the next day wala syang choice kundi piliting bumangon ang natutulog pa nyang mundo... hehe

Before going downstairs for breakfast, i packed all our things first and i called the receptionist and advise them of our early check-out. While taking a bath, i realize that when in Baguio now, mas ok na sa Camp John Hay na lang mag-stay kasi nung nasa Session Road kami hubby mentioned na buti na lang dun kami kumuha ng hotel kasi parang mas feel mo ang Baguio sa Camp John Hay. Pag labas mo ng balcony ng room mo sa hotel, ramdam mo yung sobrang lamig at amoy ng pine trees lalo na sa umaga..

My last breakfast in Baguio, kung nung una diet mode na fruits-fruits lang, this time nag-rice na talaga ko :)

At 11am, nagpatawag na kami ng taxi sa reception and we were delighted with the hotel's service. The staffs are really kind and very accomodating, the manager is also talking with their clients saying goodbye's and thank you's and we really appreciate the gesture.

We rode again Victory Liner's DeLuxe Bus... when riding Victory Liner's De Luxe Bus, you will enjoy it because of its free wifi, the company has its own bus attendant (parang flight stewardess) and they have tablets na pwede ipahiram sa passengers (astig dba?), the De Luxe bus ticket comes with free cupcake, 1 chichiria and mineral water so sulit na rin talaga ang 715 ticket. On our way home wala kaming ginawang tatlo kundi mag-internet.. I borrowed 2 tablets for me and Tami while hubby uses his iphone for youtube streaming.. Kung nung papunta 4.5hrs lang ang byahe namin, nung pauwi kami inabot kami ng more than 6hrs because of the traffic in Edsa.. na-feel na namin ang Manila sa traffic :(

Baguio Day 2

We woke up late at around 9am. Our plan is to go to the Garden of The Manor so Tami can play after having breakfast. The Manor hotel has mini kiddie park where kids can play around. Sa hotel pa lang hindi ka na mabo-bore..

Good Morning Baguio!

After having breakfast, we stayed in the kiddie park for Tami.

It has this play area na kahit gabi may kids pa rin na naglalaro..

After playing, we roam around The Manor Hotel and found this Little Camp John Hay which is accessible only to those who checked-in at the hotel. This can be found at the premises of the manor.

We also went out the hotel and explore Camp John Hay.

We walked until we reached the Filling Station. It is another place in Camp John Hay where you can stay with your friends, eating, inuman or just lounging in the area just like the Mile Hi Center...

Across the filling station, there are some activities that you can do like Rapelling, Paint Ball activity and there's also the Butterfly Sanctuary which you can visit for fun or kung walang magawa.. hehe

After the filling station, we walked again and reached Ayala Technohub which can be found near the gate of Camp John Hay. Ayala technohub offers restaurants, some shopping outlets, and call center like Convergys. We stayed there until lunch. Hubby bought coffee in Starbucks and we decided to have our lunch there (brunch na actually saken kasi fruits and coffee lang naman ako nung breakfast).

We went back again walking, hindi namin ramdam ang init because of the cold weather, kahit tanghali na naninigas pa rin mga daliri namin sa lamig... before going back to hotel we drop by in Camp John Hay Commissary. Its duty free inside Camp John Hay selling grocery and some branded items... price is in dollar but don't worry you'll pay it in peso because the conversion from $ to Peso is posted around the store.

We bought chichiria, Heineken Beer for our saturday night session, some chocolates for me and Tami..

This is the Mile Hi Center... mahaba sya actually (kalahati lang ang nakunan ko)

We went back to hotel to watch tv and rest...

When i woke up around 2pm, hubby requested a hot coffee and we decided to go to SM Baguio to withdraw money, shop a little, go to Burnham Park and go to public market.

Sa sobrang lamig parang namamaga ang muka ko... hehe... Partida wala pang aircon ang hotel nyan ha pero sobrang lamig pa rin...

Burnham park is not available now, they're renovating the place and mukang matagal pa ulit bago maayos.. We let tami ride the bicycle na lang while we are having dry back massage... Sulit naman pala ang paghihintay namin kay tami... na-enjoy namin ang massage habang si tami paikot-ikot lang, we instructed her kung saan lang syang area magba-bike, mahirap ng mawala sa paningin namin...

After going to Burnham Park, we went to public market and bought some goodies... We bought our fave Ube Jam, Romana Peanut Brittle, Tartland Biscuits, Brocolli veggies and my mother-in-law's request, the walis... hehe

Back again at Camp John Hay... we rest again then went out again for dinner in Mile Hi center...

As you can see, we have Mozzarella Cheesesticks in the middle, Tami requested that kasi nasarapan sya nung inorder namin yun sa Carlos Pizza last time so aside from burger, bumili pa ko nyan... syempre burgers in BB is huge kaya hindi rin masyadong naubos... Tinake-home na lang namin sa hotel...

Hubby and I had drinking session that night, it was fun... na-miss ko yung ganun na kaming dalawa lang ang nainom tapos kwentuhan, bolahan at tawanan.. mga ganun.. buti na lang dalawa ang kama sa kwarto namin :)

This post is photo heavy para isang post na lang.. hehe

Hubby has long weekend at work (US holiday) so we decided to go to Baguio. I contacted my cousin who lives in Baguio so we can meet and go around the place. A day before our departure, i bought tickets in Victory Liner, we tried the De Luxe Bus para maiba naman. Ticket costs 715.00 each for one-way. The bus can accomodate 29 passengers only. To sum it all, para kang sumakay sa business class ng airline, the seats are big na pwede kang matulog at may leg room pa, the bus has CR too na parang nasa eroplano. In short mas ok pang sumakay sa De Luxe bus ng Victory Liner kesa magdala ka ng sasakyan kasi mas comfortable :)

Parent's-in-law brought us to Victory Liner station in Pasay and the bus leave at exactly 11.45pm (Jan19). It has no stopover and we arrive at around 4.30am. Ang bilis no? Ginising na nga ako ni Badz kasi nasa Baguio na daw kami.. hehe. Feel na feel namin ang Baguio kasi sobrang lamig that time..

My cousin fetched us in Victory Liner and went directly in their house para magpahinga muna and to have our first breakfast in baguio. Our itinerary that day is to go around na malalayo so they can go with us and use their vehicle. When the sun rises, we had our breakfast first then leave the house with our things, sa hotel na kasi ang deretso namin after the tour.

1ST STOP: STRAWBERRY FARM

Tami loved Strawberry so when we plan this trip tuwang-tuwa sya when i said na magpi-pick sya ng strawberry sa farm.. It was her first time din in Baguio :)

Pati ako nag-enjoy hehe

When picking strawberry, they will charge 400 per kilo pero kung bibili ka lang sa kanila 200 daw. So why expensive ang mag-pick? Tinanong ko din yan, sabi nila kasi daw mas mapipili mo ang strawberry pag mag-pick ka kesa sa bibili ka lang. May point nga! Minimum 1 kilo din pag mag-pick sa farm.

Our trip ended around lunch so we headed to Camp John Hay where we booked our hotel for 3D 2N. They accompany us first in our room then we go out and have our lunch in Dencio's. If you're familiar with Mile Hi Center, it was just across The Manor Hotels.

We completed the tour on our first day. For me, hindi na ganung kaganda ang Baguio kasi siguro kaya ganun ang feeling ko kasi nandun ako every year pero sa mga first timers ma-eenjoy talaga nila... Weather na lang talaga ang babalikan mo sa Baguio...

Sa mga nagtanong kung ano ang ginawa namin sa baguio.. isa lang ang sagot ko "Ang gumawa ng Baby"... charot! hehe... Syempre birthday ko eh.. time to celebrate dba?

Anyway, Chinese New Year is fast approaching and its time to have our Feng Shui readings for 2013 and while going around Binondo, we saw this new Milk Tea place named "I Love Milk Tea".. galing ng name no, talagang fanatic ng milk tea lang?

I deserve a vacation!

Another thing to celebrate is my birthday and this is my pre-birthday celebration, my treat to myself for being good in real estate field. My family will be going north tonight and will stay at Camp John Hay for 3 days and 2 nights :)

Excited much especially when my cousin who lives in Baguio mentioned that its so cold there now with 9 degrees temperature.
