HAVE YOU NANO YOUR WATER SUPPLY YET?

TUPPERWARE NANO NATURE WATER FILTRATION SYSTEM

What's in your water?

Mother nature provides fresh water at the source. This flows into rivers & waterways that channel the water to dams & treatment plants, before being piped into our homes. Throughout the entire journey, our drinking water risks contamination....

How Nano Nature Water Filtration Technology from USA works?

Stage 1: FILTER

Patented Pleated Nano-Ceram Filter

3-4 times more surface area compared to normal non-pleated filters.
Electropositive charge in Nano-Ceram absorbs sub-micron contaminants such as bacteria & viruses that would pass through ordinary filters.
Features Nano-sized alumina fibers, each the diameter of 2 Nano Meter (200,000 times thinner than human hair).

Stage 2: PURIFY

High Density Activated Carbon Block Filter

The Carbon Filter is one solid cylindrical block that poses a complex structure of millions of tight carbon pores that incessantly screen water of minute pollutants in their path (unlike granulated carbon that lets water sieve through easily).
Proven to remove 158 contaminants (the highest ever!), including organic & inorganic chemicals, heavy metals, chlorine, odour & waterborne parasites.

Stage 3: ENHANCE

Bakuhan Enhancement Tank

Bakuhan, a mineral-rich volcanic rock found only in Japan, is the only mineral rock to be ever certified by the Japanese Ministry of Health as possessing natural therapeutic qualities.
Media adds 19 different beneficial minerals to water.
Increases alkalinity of water - alkaline water balances the level of acidity within our bodies (high acidity level causes diseases).

A(H1N1) : IT'S STILL WITH US !!!

2011-03-03T01:16:00.001-08:00

The Star Online today (Thursday 3Mar2011) reported the return of A(H1N1) with a school student among 3 victims - a Form 4 School Student in Kajang, Selangor
(Health Minister Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai said).

On Tuesday 22Feb2011, the female student, with symptoms of vomiting, headache &
cough for a week but no fever, was taken to a private hospital, when she fainted
after jogging. She was subsequently referred to the Institute of Respiratory
Medicine, Kuala Lumpur & thereafter, to the Kuala Lumpur Hospital where she died
on Thursday 24Feb2011.

The Health Minister also said that the victim's school principal reported that
2 teachers were on sick leave due to fever, cough & flu, while 149 out of 1,600
students in the morning session were absent. He continued to say that the school
management decided to close the school on Wednesday 2Mar2011 as a result of the high rate of absenteeism.

The number of confirmed A(H1N1) cases in 2011 from Tuesday 1Jan2011 until Wednesday 2Mar2011 already stood at 679. Therefore, having every available method of prevention is better than cure. Please take action right NOW, ....right this very minute before

VOLATILE ORGANIC COMPOUNDS (VOCs)

2011-02-16T17:40:00.001-08:00

Sources of Indoor Air Pollution, among others include, Asbestos, Biological Pollutants, Carbon Monoxide (CO), Formaldehyde/Pressed Wood Products, Lead (Pb),
Nitrogen Dioxide (NO2), Pesticides, Radon (Rn), Respirable Particles, Secondhand Smoke/Environmental Tobacco Smoke, Stoves, Heaters, Fireplaces, Chimneys & Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs).

Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) refer to organic chemical compounds which have significant vapor pressures & which can affect the environment & human health. VOCs are emitted by a wide array of products numbering in the thousands. VOC include both man-made & naturally occuring chemical compounds. It is the anthropogenic (human produced) VOCs that are regulated, especially for indoors where concentrations can be highest. VOCs are typically not acutely toxic BUT HAVE CHRONIC EFFECTS.

Sources of VOCs are found in household products such as paints, paint strippers, lacquers, & other solvents, wood preservatives, aerosol sprays, cleansers & disinfectants, moth repellents & air fresheners, stored fuels & automotive products, hobby supplies, dry-cleaned clothing, among others.

Sources of Anthropogenic (human produced) VOCs

Paints & Coatings :
A major source of man-made VOCs are solvents, especially paints & protective coatings. Solvents are required to spread a protective or decorative film. Approximately 12 billion liters of paints are produced annually. Typical solvents are aliphatic hydrocarbons, ethyl acetate, glycol ethers, & acetone.

Chlorofluorocarbons & Chlorocarbons
Chloroflourocarbons which are banned or highly regulated, were widely used cleaning products & refrigerants. Tetrachloroethene is used widely in dry cleaning & by industry. Industrial use of fossil fuels produces VOCs either directly as products (eg. gasoline) or indirectly as by-products (eg. automobile exhaust).

MTBE
MTBE was banned in the US around 2004 in order to limit further contamination of drinking water aquifers.

Indoor Air
Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) : Since people today spend most of their time at home or in the office, long-term exposure to VOCs in the indoor environment can contribute to Sick Building Syndrome.

In Offices, VOC results from new furnishings, wall coverings & office equipments such as photocopy machines, printers, correction fluids, carbonless copy papers, glues, adhesives, permanent markers, which can off-gas VOCs into the air. Studies also show that relative leukemia & lymphoma can increase through prolonged exposure of VOCs in the indoor environment.

The United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has found concentrations of VOCs in indoor air commonly much greater than in outdoor air - up to 10 times higher. During certain activities such as paint stripping, indoor levels of VOCs may reach 1,000 times that of the outside air. New buildings especially, contribute to the highest level of VOC off-gassing in an indoor environment because of the abundant new materials generating VOC particles at the same time in such a short time period.

In addition to new buildings, we also use many consumer products such as cleaning supplies, pesticides that emit VOC compounds, therefore the total concentration of VOC levels is much greater within the indoor environment. High indoor VOC levels are attributed to the low rates of air exchange between the indoor & outdoor environment as a result of tight-shut windows & the increasing use of Humidifiers.

Benzene is a known human carcinogen. The main indoor sources of this chemical are environmental tobacco smoke, stored fuels, paint supplies & automobile emissions, especially in attached garages.

Perchloroethylene is the chemical most widely used in dry cleaning. In laboratory studies, it has been shown to cause cancer in animals. Recent studies indicate that people breathe low levels of this chemical both in homes where dry-cleaned goods are stored & as they wear dry-cleaned clothing.

Formaldehyde
Many building materials such as paints, adhesives, wall boards & ceiling tiles slowly emit formaldehyde, which irritates the mucous membranes & can make a person irritated & uncomfortable. Formaldehyde emissions from wood are in the range of 0.02 - 0.04 ppm. Relative humidity within an indoor environment can also affect the emissions of formaldehyde. High relative humidity & high temperatures allow more vaporization of formaldehyde from wood-materials. US Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) regulates formaldehyde, a specific VOC, as a carcinogen. (A carcinogen is any substance that is an agent directly involved in causing cancer).

Health Risks
Respiratory, allergic or immune effects in infants or children are associated with man-made VOCs & other indoor or outdoor air pollutants.

Health effects include :
Eye, Nose & Throat Irritation, Headaches, Loss of Coordination, Nausea, Damage to Liver, Kidney & Central Nervous System. Some organics can cause cancer in animals; some are suspected or known to cause cancer in humans.
Key signs or symptoms associated with exposure to VOCs include Conjunctival Irritation, Nose & Throat Discomfort, Headaches, Allergic Skin Reaction, Dyspnea, Declines in Serum Cholinesterase Levels, Nausea, Emesis, Epistaxis, Fatique, Dizziness. (Remember that eye & respiratory tract irritation, headaches, dizziness, visual disorders & memory impairment are among the immediate symptoms that some people have experienced soon after exposure to some organics).EPA's Office Of Research & Development's Study has found that while people are using products containing organic chemicals, they can expose themselves & others to very high pollutant levels, & elevated concentrations can persist in the air long after the activity is completed.

Therefore, we at VORTEX LIFE sincerely would like YOU to seriously look into YOUR Primary Healthy Lifestyle right NOW... before anything else!
YOU can take the 1st step towards this goal with our VORTEX INDOOR AIR PURIFIER. (One of our Specially-Designed Unit is depicted in the above picture).

Indoor Air Pollution includes among others, disease-causing air-borne micro organism such as viruses, bacteria, fungi, germs (that may cause Influenza A(H1N1), Meningitis, SARS, Bird Flu, Common Cold, Hand Foot & Mouth Disease, and other harmful illnesses), Haze, minute dust, exhaust fume, carbon particles, pollen particles, dust mite & its faeces, animal & pet dander, carbon monoxide & other harmful gas particles, unwanted odour (such as cigarette/tobacco smell, body odour, stale damp carpet smell, cooking smells -like fishy, pungent curry, oily smells, paint smell, mold spores, mildew, ammonia, nitride & other chemical smells).

Exposure to Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) & smoke particles can pose a risk to health such as Sick Building Syndrome. Poor Air Quality, as discovered by technological & scientific studies, is more a contributing factor of some form of Cancer, Respiratory illnesses, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) – which affect the lungs caused by noxious particles of gases, most commonly from smoking, & increasingly causing Death worldwide.

According to the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), “A growing body of scientific evidence has indicated that the air within offices, homes & other buildings can be more seriously polluted than the outdoor air – in even the largest & most industrialized cities” and “that people spend approximately 90% of their time INDOORS”. Unfortunately, the Main Group of people that endures the greatest risks to their own health due to continuous & constant exposure to air pollution indoors includes most of us who work, study or sleep indoors (especially in tightly sealed air-conditioned environment), the Young, the Elderly, the Chronically ill (particularly those suffering from respiratory or cardiovascular disease), the Homemaker, among others. Just imagine your daily water consumption – for drinking, cooking, cleaning, washing – which has to pass through these thick “cakes” of mud & other harmful impurities, all day, every day. It is not going to be healthy for you long term.

ARE YOU READY TO RECEIVE THE INVISIBLE CONTENT OF THE INDOOR AIR YOU BREATHE ALL DAY, EVERY DAY?

2010-10-03T06:36:00.001-07:00

You have to believe it, before you smell.... again !

On one of our latest Trial-Test during a "deliciously pungent" cooking sessions, our VORTEX Indoor Air Purifier was put to this harsh test. The Purifier (see pic above) was temporarily placed on a portable half-moon side-table. With the help of a fan to move the indoor air around to cover the effect on the whole kitchen, the Purifier completely solved all unwanted odor in less than 20 minutes !!!

Imagine the effect of our recommended installation procedure which is to be affixed on a wall 6 feet to 8 feet above the ground & near an appliance that can move the indoor air (such as a fan, airconditioner, etc) to enable wider coverage & a much faster & more complete effect & solution.

Our Trial-Test not only surprised all the 7 housewives present in the demonstration, but also, amazed 5 other "house-husbands" present as well. As a result, we received 9 orders to "fully-furnish" their whole house with our VORTEX Indoor Air Purifiers & the remaining 3 of them ordered 3 units each to be installed in their Living Area, Master Bedroom & of course, their Kitchen. On top of that, 2 of them also ordered to "fully furnish" their offices with our VORTEX Indoor Air Purifiers.

Our VORTEX Indoor Air Purifiers is 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEED OR YOUR MONEY BACK.

The water source of Sungai Semenyih Water Treatment Plant in the state of Selangor, which channel daily water supply to more than 1.2 million consumers in over 300,000 households, has been seriously contaminated with dangerous 'overdose' of harmful high levels of Ammonia. The Water Treatment Plant was closed after the Ammonia level rose to 6.4 mg per litre of water !!! (The safe maximum level, set by the Malaysian Health Ministry, is only 1.5 mg per litre of water).

Ammonia side-effects among others: affect respiratory system, dangerous to health, ammonia is corrosive, getting it on your skin or eyes can cause burning, ammonia gives off a gas that can be toxic, can cause dry cough, vomiting, diarrhea and headache....

Officially it has been announced in accordance to the local newspaper, 4 large Districts in Selangor covering Petaling, Sepang, Putrajaya, Hulu Langat & Kuala Langat, were affected by this high level of Ammonia from water source contaminations.

Syarikat Bekalan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd (Syabas) - The water authority in the state of Selangor has indicated their INABILITY to provide adequate treated water to the affected areas due to the large number of homes and any other premises affected. Datuk Ruslan Hassan, CEO of Syabas was reported in the local papers saying, "With the limited resources, we will be able to supply treated water ONLY to Critical Areas". He also HOPE the raw water contaminations caused by leachate from the Sungai Kembong Landfill - which is close to the river water source for the Sungai Semenyih Water Treatment Plant - is a temporary setback !!!!!!! Ironically, he was reported to also said it was the 2ND TIME the retention wall at the Landfill has failed !!!

Like I have said before in my earlier posting, WATER is one of the most important ingredients of our LIFE. Please DO NOT take it for granted. What you see coming out of your water tap may not be exactly what you get. There are many INVISIBLE impurities your eyes are unable to tell you, especially those minute poisonous and harmful contaminations - that goes into or on our body, when we drink, cook, wash and clean with tap water.

If you feel the above incident, or any past or future incidents of a similar nature warrant your immediate action, our sincere advice to you is as follows:

# Firstly, install an Outdoor Point-Of-Entry Water Filter; then only
# Secondly, install Indoor Water Filtration Systems

But of course, you don't have to believe and you can choose otherwise. The choice of life is yours and yours alone. Anyhow, its your valuable life we are talking about - your one and only very own life.

Nevertheless for those who appreciate and care for their well-being, we believe our VORTEX OUTDOOR POINT-OF-ENTRY STAINLESS STEEL 5-LAYERS MULTIMEDIA WATER FILTER is your 1st giant step towards a more healthier modern living lifestyle.

It is good to feel good about water. We be delighted to help you feel good daily.... all day, every day. We are determined to give you more in used-value ...........than you give us in return in cash-value.

ARE YOUR GUEST-ROOMS PERFORMING ITS OPTIMUM DUTIES?

2010-08-16T21:47:00.001-07:00

One of the most frustrating problems faced by most public accomodation providers such as hotels, motels, inns, rest houses, holiday resorts, and so on is having unoccupied guest-rooms which are unable to offer to their in-coming guests - especially during Peak & Super-Peak Holiday Seasons.

Many reasons have been related by guests. However, the Number One reason should fall under foul odor, such as "The room had a musty smell, or stale or moldy smell, cigarette smoke smell, body odor left by previous guests, even chemical smells". There are even situations where viruses have been detected on TV remote control, light switches, in-house writing instruments, telephone, door handles, bathroom fixtures and so on - not to mention bed bugs, lice and other critters in the bed.

As a result we have decided NOT to sell our products

# Indoor Air Purifiers

# Car Air Purifiers

# Outdoor Water Filters

Instead, we just want to show you a glimpse of some of the reasons why our customers have invested in them. And even refer their Associates, Friends, Families and Others to us over the years. All we ask you to do is to look at some of the reasons MENTIONED ABOVE why others have bought it from us - as we disseminate actual real-time real-life situations - and judge for yourself, whether or not it applies to you and your situations.

FREE Trial Testing Period of our Indoor Air Purifier and Car Air Purifier is available upon request, so that you can judge for yourself if it is what you want.

If it is not exactly what you are looking for, it does not cost you anything. You be the judge.

ARE YOUR PERSONAL WELL-BEING SUFFERING FROM A LACK OF CONCERN?

2010-07-20T22:15:00.001-07:00

"If you do not have a water filter.... YOU are the Water Filter !!!"

Are you aware that our tap water is NOT as good as it was during the time of our forefathers?

Insufficient water from the river resulted in sourcing from underground water, which generally is contaminated with dissolved impurities like Industrial Wastes & other toxic chemicals. By the time water (municipal or ground water) reaches our tap, it may get contaminated further on the way. Eventhough Water Treatment Plants meet 'The Safe Drinking Water Standards', water pollutants may still be present in our tap water.

Water may be pure while leaving the Water Treatment Plants. However, when it travels miles & miles through the ageing water pipes, which are corroded at many places, the RUST from the water pipes become soluble & gets released into the water & is generally invisible. Shocking but true !!! And, at times when there are water rationing, or no water supply; this not only leaves water pipelines empty, but also makes them prone to OXIDATION & RUSTING !!!

Many older homes & buildings have water pipes & plumbing fixtures that contain lead. Lead can easily leach from pipes into our drinking water. Its long term effects include stroke, kidney problem & cancer !!!

Heavy metals such as Mercury, Zinc, Copper & Cadmium usually enter the water supply system as industrial wastes. Their excessive concentrations can cause physiological damage to humans such as damage to the Central Nervous System !!!

Pesticides are deadly chemicals used to eliminate weeds, insects & other harmful elements in crops. However, their consistent use has produced its own harm. Pesticides are another common dissolved impurities that enters our ground water & are contaminating our drinking water !!!

Another harmful impurity - Arsenic, a semi metal element, is odorless & tasteless. Arsenic can enter our drinking water supplies from natural deposits of the earth, or from agriculture, or from industrial practices. Consumption of Arsenic can caused skin damage, circulatory system problems & an increased risk of lung & kidney cancers !!!

Fluoride is a major naturally occurring contaminant in drinking water. Low levels of fluoride might prove beneficial in preventing dental problems.... but its high levels can cause structural tooth damage, & very high level can cause skeletal damage !!!

Apart from the mud in our water supply system which we can see with our own eyes, imagine our daily consumption of the other harmful INVISIBLE impurities whenever we are DRINKING, COOKING, CLEANING & WASHING all day, every day !!!

We believe NOW is the right time to invest in our VORTEX OUTDOOR POINT-OF-ENTRY STAINLESS-STEEL 5-LAYERS MULTIMEDIA WATER FILTER before things get even worst !!!

ARE YOUR LOVED-ONES MISSING ON BETTER INDOOR AIR QUALITY?

2010-07-12T20:33:00.001-07:00

(The 4 pictures above depict our air purifier camouflage by 4 different beautiful design)

Not many of us realize that INDOOR AIR POLLUTION consists of a lot more than what most people generally have in mind. It includes among others, AIRBORNE MICRO-ORGANISM [VIRUSES, BACTERIA, FUNGI, GERMS, MOLD that may cause diseases such as A(H1N1), MENINGITIS, SARS, BIRD FLU, COMMON COLD & FLU, HAND FOOT & MOUTH DISEASE], MINUTE DUST, EXHAUST FUME, CARBON PARTICLES, POLLEN PARTICLES, DUST MITES & ITS FAECES, ANIMAL & PET DANDER, RADON, CARBON MONOXIDE & MANY OTHER HARMFUL GAS PARTICLES, UNWANTED ODOUR (CIGARETTE SMOKE, BODY ODOUR, PUNGENT & OILY COOKING SMELLS), MOLD SPORES, MILDEW, AMMONIA, NITRIDE & OTHER CHEMICAL SMELLS, HAZE.

Pollution of air DOES have a serious & direct effect on human health, eg. ASTHMA, ALLERGIES & CANCERS can often be linked to air pollution. Contrary to many people who think the source of air pollution is outdoor air, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) of USA states that INDOOR AIR IS ACTUALLY 2 TO 10 TIMES MORE POLLUTED THAN OUTDOOR AIR.

Indoor Air Pollution derives from many sources such as curtains, couches, carpets, perfumes, pesticides, candles, smoking, cleaning supplies, fireplaces, dust, construction materials, mold, people & many more. Practically all surfaces found inside a building absorb common, everyday chemicals like cleaning supplies, pesticides, etc & continue to release these harmful fumes back into the air long after their initial absorption.

Exposure to Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) & smoke particles can pose a risk to health such as Sick Building Syndrome. And, Poor Air Quality, as discovered by technological & scientific studies, is more a contributing factor of some form of Cancer, Respiratory illnesses, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) - which affect the lungs caused by noxious particles of gases, most commonly from smoking & increasingly causing death worldwide.

Therefore, as many of the sources of indoor air pollution CANNOT be eliminated, the air indoors must be DISINFECTED. The US Centers of Disease Control (CDC)recommends using UV AIR PURIFIER.

UV AIR PURIFIERS are able to remove &/or kill virtually all particulates & micro-organisms found in the air such as viruses, bacteria & mold. As these microbes pass by the UltraViolet germicidal light, their DNA is mutated, making it impossible for them to reproduce & grow. Moreover, clean air with UltraViolet Air Purification System offers LOW-MAINTENANCE, ENERGY EFFICIENT PRODUCTS that will minimize Indoor Air Pollution.

Indoor Air Pollution, according to EPA, ranks NUMBER ONE as the US environmental health problem.
