A woman is like a wave. When she feels loved her self-esteem rises and falls in a wave motion. When she is feeling really good, she will reach a peak, but then suddenly her mood may change and her wave crashes down. The crash is temporary, after she reaches bottom suddenly her mood will shift and she will again feel good about herself. Automatically her wave begins to rise back up. When a woman's waves rises she feels she has an abundance of love to give, but when it falls she feel her inner emptiness and needs to be filled up with love.

Nature

<img style="float:left; margin:0 10px 10px 0;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 240px;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-Q9axlyhB-WE/TcvZ2nhAZBI/AAAAAAAAAM8/GpiBYio1hog/s320/montana%2Bmountain.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5605813693536298002" />
If you want to make hiking a family activity, here are some hints to make it fun for the younger ones. 1. Start hiking with children on small treks do not get them so tired that they cannot enjoy themselves. 2. Forget your adult rules about how fast you want to go. Instead, think about how your children would about spending their time. Walk for fifteen to twenty minutes, then look around for fifteen to twenty minutes. Throw rocks in a creek, float sticks in the stream, flip a bug on its back and see how it turns itself over. Look at and smell weeds, flowers, moss, rotten logs, and interesting rocks. Watch a hawk in the sky, a squirrel in a tree, a birds, a bug on a log, or other people on the trail. Prepare a surprise piece of candy, bring a small toy to play with, have a story ready, make a stick whistle, or imitate a bird call. Sing songs on the trail. Make up a song, rhyme, poem, or story with your children. You can count the numbers of animals you see or see who can be first to spot a certain colored flower. Allow some freedom and independence in hiking, but set limits for how far children can move away from you.

Relaxation

<img style="float:left; margin:0 10px 10px 0;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 316px;" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-6m8q2-m7zyA/TbPifcOLL_I/AAAAAAAAAM0/9CigIcJzcLI/s320/spa_massage.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5599067791531126770" />
For the pass few days I have a headaches due to my Sinusitis. It took her a long time to find apartment that she really like. Searching for the perfect apartment is just like looking for Mr.Right. It's hard and, at the very least, takes sometime. The good ones in the market are usually taken or way beyond our reach. Some look good on paper, but are crappy in reality. There's a lot of trial and error. The search could take years. That does not stop us though from single-mindedly pursuing the dream of a perfect fit. But till that happens, when we learn to make do on our own. She has some of these reasons why she want her own apartment. She can walk around naked or eat dinner in her underpants and nobody would mind. She only got to close the windows. She get to pick her own noise. In other words, total TV channel and music control. She can be as moody as she want and she don't have to explain why. She get to test what she can and can't do. Her survival skills kick in and are constantly challenged- and she said, she become a better person for it.

Little Things

<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 214px; height: 320px;" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-Utt0fP0awxk/TZeqf7squ9I/AAAAAAAAAMk/BzU-woBUUpM/s320/6500177-young-husband-coming-home-with-flower-to-give-to-his-hardworking-wife.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5591124927981468626" />
What are some of the "little things" that can keep love and friendship alive in marriage? What experiences or examples can you share that show the importance of keeping love growing in these ways? There is one woman, married for over 35 years, said: " I love it when my husband still brings me a little surprises after he has been gone for an evening or a weekend. It doesn't have to be a big thing, just a cookie or flower he saved from the meeting. I especially love it when he calls me from work in the middle of the day just to ask how my day is going or to share some exciting bit of news. These little things help us feel loved and cherished. You need to " Keep your courtship alive". Make time to do things together husband and wife - just two of you. As important as it is to be with the children as a family, you need regular weekly time alone together. Scheduling it will let your children know that you feel that your marriage is so important that you need to nurture it.

A Graduation Day

<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 196px;" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-C8fB2q5yRUA/TZHY4oPt6kI/AAAAAAAAAMc/xhxXzBBA9Eg/s320/graduation-hat.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5589487079931112002" />
This month of March marks a milestone for some students. Enter the graduates of 2011. This is one of the memorable day for the students. On this proud day, stand tall, flash a winning smile to accept the diploma ( additional honors, if any) that the student have worked hard for. I remembered the time I graduated from my college I really worked and study hard because I am a working student. I worked in the morning and I study in the evening. On that day of my graduation I am so proud of myself even if I didn't received any medals and I said to myself "well done" I am really happy on my graduation day.

Busy Day

<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 240px; height: 320px;" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-1X4RPpNgdWc/TZCGBEDaD5I/AAAAAAAAAMU/O5Lm8aldGgg/s320/Cebu%2B5th%2Bward%2Bactivities%2B067.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5589114490392809362" />
I'm a mother of two children, Charity is 3 years old and Kynd is five years old they are in nursery class. I don't know how people can still afford to buy fuel. I heard from the Energy Department said gasoline inventories fell 5.3 million barrels last week and gasoline stocks are down 8.9 percent during the last five weeks. So we need to limit our usage of fuel. It's supply and demand. From now on I need to walk or ride the horses it's save money and walking is good you.

My Mango Jam

<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 240px;" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-8JoQbXkvlAs/TYnhZmJhWGI/AAAAAAAAAME/rtS6SWpuF-U/s320/mango-jam-.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5587244642583271522" />
My mango jam it is so easy and simple but taste delicious.

Ingredients:

7 pcs. ripe medium size mangoes
1/2 kg. white sugar

Procedure:

Cut mangoes into fine strips. Therefore the enzymes must be stopped in their tracks by being heated for a few minutes ( how many minutes depends on the size and texture of the vegetables) before the vegetables are cooled quickly and packed. This preheating is necessary for virtually all vegetables; green (sweet) peppers are the notable exception.

Practically all vegetables are safely blanched in boiling water. Use a large kettle which has a wire basket that fits down in it. Put prepared vegetables in the basket- not more than a pound or two at a time- and lower it into boiling water. Start counting the time at once. Shake the basket to let heat reach all parts of it's load. When the specified time is up, lift out the basket and immediately dunk the vegetables in ice-cold water to cool them fast.

If you live more than 5,000 feet above sea level, preheat vegetables 1 minute longer than the time called for.

BEANS:

Prepare :
Wash, cut or snap the ends off, then cut in 1" or 2" pieces, or in lengthwise strips (frenching), or leave whole if they're very young and tender.

Blanch :
In boiling water - for 3 minutes. Cool in ice water immediately, drain well.

Pack :
Leave 1/2 inch headroom
Seal : freeze.

BROCCOLI:

Prepare :
Peel coarse stalks, trimming off leaves and blemishes: split if necessary. Separate or cut into reasonable size pieces.

Blanch :
In boiling water-3 minutes for stalks. ( reduce blanching time for cut-up or chopped.) Cool Immediately in ice water; drain.

Pack :
Leave no headroom for spears or large chunks; arrange long stalks so blossom ends are divided between either end of the container. Leave 1/2 inch headroom for cut-up or chopped ( they have less air space.)

Seal; freeze.

I'm not feeling good today

<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 240px;" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-2FHIlffzbhw/TYTG-nMSZhI/AAAAAAAAAL0/vf-yhQDmIsY/s320/hazel%2Bkids%2B015.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5585808216820966930" />
I'm not feeling good today. " If we were vegetarians, we could banish hunger from this earth. Children would be born and grow up well-nourished, and they would live happier, heal their lives. Animals would be free to live. Meat is the mist uneconomical and inefficient food we can eat, the cost of one pound of meat protein is twenty times higher than equally nutritional plant protein. Only 10% of the protein and calories we feed to our livestock is recovered in the meat we eat, that is, 90% goes down the drain.Acres of land are used to raise livestock for food. These acres of land could be utilized far more productively if planted with grains, beans, and other legumes for humans to eat directly. For example, one acre used to raise to steer will provide only about one pound of protein, but this same land planted with soybeans will produce 17 pounds of protein. In other words, to eat meat, we need to used 17 times as much land as the amount needed to plant soybeans are more nutritious, contain less fat, and are free from the poisons of meat. United Nations has strongly recommended that people should cut down on their meat consumption.

Dental Cleaning

<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 125px; height: 89px;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-nsNHJ8_Sohk/TXWb_Z03v9I/AAAAAAAAAKs/C8mZsg0jTtU/s320/teeth.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5581538826762305490" />
How important is dental cleaning to maintain naturally beautiful teeth? It must be of the heart, and the heat is the chalice of love. Honesty, sincerity, kindness, and the heart is the chalice of love. Each partner should be perfectly honest and sincere with the other. It is not a true marriage when a man marries a woman to lift his ego or because he wants to share her money or social position. This indicates a lack of sincerity, honesty, and true love. Such a marriage is a farce, a sham, and a masquerade. If a woman says, " I am tired of working. I want to get married because I want security," her major premise is false. She is not using the laws of mind correctly. Her security depends upon her knowledge of the interaction of the conscious and subconscious mind and its application.
A woman is not dependent on her husband for health, peace, joy, inspiration, guidance, love, wealth, security, happiness, or anything in the world. Her security and peace of mind come from her knowledge of the powers within her from the constant use of the laws of her own mind in a constructive fashion.
