Budget Bundle For Beginner Shutterbugs

So,a few days ago I made a post on some of the mid-range film-equipments especially for those who wants to up there game in videography/cinematography. Now, I love photography as much as I love videography (or a little more) So this following list is a bundle of few camera equipments/accessories that a a beginner must have to start the photography/videography journey.

All products mentioned below are listing is a manner of importance from high to low. Majority of the product are personally used by me. But I can even vouch for other products also

Camera (Dslr) :- This is a no brainer,whether you choose canon or nikon it doesn't matter,both are equally great especially the budget ones. I personally use the Canon T3i (600D). but it has been discontinued are replaced by the Canon 700D .The 700D is a great options from canon range of entry level Dslr's sure there are cheaper options like the canon 1200D and the 1300D but they lack flip screen and microphone jack which could be a disadvantage especially if you want to get into videography/cinematography. The camera come with a 18mm-55mm kit lens but of you can increase you budget you can get double lens bundle which also includes 55mm-250mm lens. The price will vary depending upon the kit you purchase and will also increase if you opt for STM lenses.

For people who wants to opt for a nikon camera,The Nikon D5200 is a good entry level Dslr which also comes in a single lense and Bundle kit the only difference is that the Zoom lense is 55mm-200mm rather than being 55mm-250mm. It won't make much of a difference. But me being a canon user will alway opt for a canon dslr.

2. Tripod :- A lot of pro photographers will tell you invest in a good quality tripod which will range from $100- $300 and they are not wrong,but I know how difficult it is to invest in a tripod especially after spending if not huge but a considerable amount on a brand new Dslr. I personally have been using the Velbon CX 440 for the past 6 years and I had served me GREAT!! unfortunately I couldn't find this particular model on amazon,but recently couple of my friends are using the Benro T600EX tripod. Its a great multi purpose full length tripod especially for the price of just under 2000/- INR which is approx $30. Now I know its a cheap tripod and you can opt for a better option but I believe it can get the job done

3.Memory :- Now let me tell you that all Dslr camera do come with a class 10 8GB memory card. But I would always recommend you to get a larger space card especially if you going to shoot a video.Please note that the memory card should be a class 10 memory card for efficient Read and Write. The price of the memory card vary depending upon its storage and speed. I personally use the Sandisk 32GB memory card with 80mbps speed. The card costs about 1500/- but it may vary. You can get same storage at a different price point if the speed varies.

3. Cleaning Kit:- This is something that people tend to forget to purchase after they get their Dslr you absolutely need a cleaning kit to keep your lenses clean.Your lenses will pick up dirt and dust which will evetually need cleaning,a good quality microfiber cloth is something you should use to clean you lence and you camera LCD screen.You can get a microfiber cloth for as cheap as 100/- INR or approx. $2. I would also recommend you to get a cleaning solution to clean the fingerprints and smudges in and around you lense.

4.The Nifty Fifty :- Now if we assume that you are buying the bundle kit in either of the brand. The 50mm 1.8 is the best 1st lence that money can buy. Now I am not getting into the specifics and how much it is loved and adored in the industry. But whenever you decide this is absolutely the the lens that you should purchase. I got my canon 50mm 1.8 STM almost 3 months back a I couldn't be happier. For a price point of around 8000/- which is approx. $120 USD. Both Canon and Nikon offer this lens will some variation in price

5.Camera Bag :- Just like memory card the camera also comes with a bag which is is perfect to carry you camera body and 2 lenses and other small stuffs like memory cards,charger,and cleaning cloth. But It will get clogged up by putting in the 3 lence and then there is also a risk leaking your camera cleaning solution because of the bag getting clogged. A good camera bag lets you secure your equipments and organize them properly especially when you have number of stuffs to carry around.I have been using the Lowepro bag Format 150. Its a compact camera backpack perfect for your beginners kit its has enough to carry all you equipments when your starting around. The bag has enough padding to safely keep you camera,lenses and other accessories.It has a dedicated sleve to keep you ipad or a small laptop. Unfortunately it wont be able to carry our tripod as its not big enough.But for a price of about 2500/-INR or approx $40 its a pretty good deal

6.UV Filter :- This is something I would recommend you to buy along with the lense. UV filter is nothing but a protective glass that protects the lens and the sensor for harmful rays of sunlight.Each lens has its on size of filter. I would definitely recommend you to invest in for all your lenses. I personally use the OSAKA multilayer UV filter for all 3 of my lense.

The size of the filter depends upon the size of the lense do check before you purchase the filter for you particular lense.

Note - I myself am a amature photographer who take his hobby very seriously this is in no way a professional recommendation but more like a guide to a beginner from a 'PRO BEIGNNER.'

So Its Christmas Eve and I guess my $30 gifting options might not be suitable for all of you guys so lets take it up a notch. These following products are All under 3000/- INR or $45. But the price might fluctuate so do keep your eye on your favorites. Note all the product mentioned below are personally used by me so can vouch for them being a good quality products

1. Logitech AnyAngle Ipad Case :- Now I know its a too selective product and you can only buy this if you or the person you want to gift to owns an iPad Mini or an iPad Air 2 but trust me those who do,you cannot find a better looking and protective case for the iPad especially at this price point.
Its a flip case with a hinge in the middle of the flip cover which lets you to bend it in any angle at your convenience. The entire case is made of thick plastic and rubber at the corners.The case is available in 6 different colours so you have plenty to choose from.
Few Down side of this product are -

Its only available for iPad mini and iPad Air 2
It cover cavity is to thin so it feel your iPad is to be secured it might fall off BUT IT WON'T but see to it that its properly secured.
If you keep removing the iPad for the case to frequently the rubber corners might just come off
Its heavy,with all the protection comes weight. Its weighs equal to the iPad so, it just doubles the weight of the iPad.

Please make sure you purchase for your specific iPad and confirm before buying that it is for iPad Air 2 or iPad mini. Price may vary depending upon different sellers.

2. Jabra Stereo Bluetooth Headset :- Wait ! I can explain, ;) Now when people desire to go wireless the tend to think of bluetooth headphones but you don't get a sturdy pair until you spend over a $100 on it ,sure they are great. but to find a great pair of bluetooth headphones on a budget crunch is difficult. The jabra bluetooth headset is a small cylindrical unit which come with its own pair of in-ear earphones (trust me they are goooood). It pairs via bluetooth (obviously) It has 4 buttons,at the bottom there is the on/Off button,its made up of rubber tip opening it will let you to the micro USB port for charging. 2 Hrs if charge gives playback of almost 8hrs.There are 3 more button Play&Pause,
Volume Up and Volume Down the volume button if deep pressed can work like next and previous button for your songs. The headset is specifically designed for workout the light weight and the earphones are almost sweat resistance. The wire of earphones are designed in such a way that you can wear it around you neck and use it as around the ear,earphones.For a price of 3000/- ($45) I think its a good product.
Down Side of this product are -

The Bluetooth take a while to connect (especially for the 1st time)
The On/Off button is made of of rubber which opens giving access to the charging port the tip is attached with a thin rubber which can break easily.

3. Logitech Z313 2.1 Speakers :- With my experience I can say that purchasing a good quality speakers is tough especially when you are upgrading on a budget. You can find number of speakers to choose from but,which could be confusing,The logitech Z313 speakers are really great especially at this price point. I have been using this for past year not and I couldn't have asked for more.The satellite speakers are almost triangular shaped and have 2.7 inch drivers that emit crisp sound and the compact sub-woofer has enough bass to make your entire house dance. Speakers come with a compact controller which helps control the volume and it also has a 3.5mm headphone jack to connect headphones. These speakers are simple and stylish especially for the price point of 2500/- (36$). The only down side of the product is that the sub-woofers don that a bass controller you will have to adjust that with some software.

So christmas being right around the corner I figured I should make a list of few of budget gadget for you and your friends and family. I personally use all these stuffs and all of these are under 2000/- INR which is approx $30 USD

Logitech X100 :- Logitech X100 is a small and compact bluetooth speaker looks just like a hokey puck which can produce enough punch for a medium to large room. In the box you get a a micro usb cord to charge the speakers which is right besides . The controls are the On/Off ,volume up and down and the bluetooth connectivity button. Unfortunately you don't get a Play and Pause button on this device but you can pick up calls using the bluetooth button. It comes in 4 different colours so you can buy which ever suits you and you personality. For a price if 1700/- INR ($25) I thing is a really great product.

2. Sony MDR-XB30EX :- For All you music heads out there,The Sony MDR-XB30EX is a perfect budget friendly in-ear earphones for BASS junkies. The 13.5mm drives and uniquely designed ear tips are perfect for a earphones especially at this price point. Its comes with a velvet carrying pouch and the flat wire is 'almost' tangle free. I have been using it for almost a year now and I couldn't have asked for more. It comes in 3 colours Black,White and Maroon and the price fluctuates depending upon the colour,But for the price of 1600-1800/-INR (approx.$26) its a bang for your buck.

3.Mi band 2 :- Now all of you must be having the someone who is ready with there weight loss / get fit resolution will, what are you waiting for? Mi band 2 is a perfect and budget friendly fitness band. Its slim compact and perfect for every day use the 64mAh battery can give you a juce for almost a weak and IP67 rating makes it reasonably swimming pool compatable.the 1/4 inch AMOLED display really brings out the professional look and the capacitive touch button lets you toggle between options. The main control on the band is through the Mi fit app which sync's the band with your phone and help you choose between options. For a price of 1999/-INR ($30) and compared to its high end competitors I think its a perfect gift.

High End Budget Filmmaking Equipments

Personally speaking I spent hours on amazon in search of the best product at budget. This is a list of film-making equipments which I wouldn't call budget friendly but they are the cheapest at their price point

Vanguard alta pro 263AT :- Its the best tripod I have found and with the features its packed, its the cheapest compared to other. You can find this tripod in aluminium and carbon fiber. Carbon fiber being a tad bit expensive.The main thing I like about this tripod is that its 180° tilting rod which give a flexibility of setting up the camera in different angle. The legs also spreed upto 80° wide.The only downside is that it does not come with a head. It retails around 10,000/- INR and approx. 118 USD.

2. Tripod Head :- Now if you are someone like me who like Photography as much as Videography you might wanna keep your options open with. Something that will help you with Photography would be Ball head and with videos you will be needing a Flat base fluid head. My personal favourates are

Vanguard SBH-30 Ball Head

It will fit perfectly with any tripod. It comes with 2 detachable quick shoe it retails around 3890/-INR and approx $40-$50.

Manfrotto MVH500AH :- It is the cheapest fluid head in the range of manfrotto fluid heads with bridging technology which means it bridges the gap between photography and videography. Honestly speaking if you are a tight on a budget you might as well skip purchasing the ball head and use the fluid head for your photography needs. There are various other companies making fluid heads for cheaper price but for being priced around 9000/- INR which is approx. $138 USD its hard to complain

Camera Slider :- As a beginner on Youtube who is ready to invest in a camera slider will have a question about which camera slider should I purchase? So after hours of researching on amazon and reading customer review I have come up with the perfect budget slider for the price point.

Proaim Zeal 2ft. P-ZL-S2 Slider :- Its a compact 2 feet slider perfect for table top cinematography. what I like about the slider is that it has its own feet which gives it a rise while shooting the feets are adjustable and it has a sprite leveler which help achieve desired angle of shooting. You can attach any tripod head and the 2ft slider is stable enough to stand on one steady tripod.If you feel that the 2ft slider is small you also get option of a 3ft and 4ft slider but you might have to use two tripods to avoid any flexing. But for a price of 6000/-INR which is approx $97-$100 I thing is a pretty good product.

The total price of all this product comes around 30,000/- INR which is around $400-$450 assuming that you have a Dslr. As I said this is not a basic purchase but something you could use to make your production better as you grow on filmmaking and photography.

Hey there, Now I have stopped making any videos on youtube for a really long time but the good thing is that I never disconnected myself from youtube. I might not be a Pro but I know how I began and if I where to continue where I would be. Today's youtube generation is fast every other person owns a Dslr,Microphone and fancy lighting setup, which is said to be the key to a good youtube video. I am here to help you get started on youtube because as being a beginner for 6YEARS I just might be able to understand today's beginner's needs

HERE ARE FEW THING THAT MIGHT HELP A BEGINNER TO START ON YOUTUBE

CAMERA - Now I would not ask you to spent your hard earned parent's money on a Dslr right away, but would encourage you to save money and buy the course of time you could get you hand on a Dslr. Get to know why you need a Dslr, Is it worth the money, And if it is learn a bit about Dslr before buying it like, how beneficial it is to you ? How can you use it to your advantage in compered to your old camera, which one should you buy?, is spending that much necessary,or I could go for a cheaper option. and the big question NIKON OR CANON ?

Here are few list of Cameras you can buy for your youtube video

Canon 700D is the cheapest Dslr in canon for video making mainly because of the flip screen gives you the ability to view your short at a different angles gives you the leverage over your short.

Tripod:- 2nd most important thing is a stable tripod now a days compan make cheap and affordable tripods the lower end tripod might not be as stable as the higher end tripods but it will get the job done for your basic camera setup I personal like benro T880EX I cost around 3000/- INR and around $30-$40/-

Microphone - If you have been long on youtube it is said that audio is much more important than video because to understand you must be able to listen the information carefully. My budget friendly choice of mic/recorder is Zoom H1, It costs around 8000/- in India and approx $99/- in US

I believe that today's beginner on youtube can start his/her channel with this investments and lot of imagination.

Like most iPod docks these days, the mini Monster accepts wireless signals via Bluetooth if you can't keep your retinas off your iPhone's display. there is also a aux-in for hooking up any other sort of smartphone or music player you may be unfortunately stuck with. Although Monster doesn't specify if the Bluetooth connection uses the hi-fi Apt-X codec, our listening session yielded good results.

While some may gasp at the portability factor of this dock,others will gawk at the hefty requirements of six D- Cell batteries. This will also increase the weight of the Portable considerably but Monster claims a full 15 hours of battery life. So,if you are a farm animal,this is your fest friend. The handles on the other side allow for easy carry from the farm to Frangipani.

Should you splurge on The New iPad ?

The new iPad is converted gadget for many.But the more affordable and still very capable iPad 2 is still around.Whether you're a new user or keep on upgrading,weigh all your options before putting down the cash say Karan Bajaj &Hitesh Raj Bhagat.

At the first glance,it's hard to tell the new iPad apart from its predecessor. It still has 9.7-inch touchscreen, homebutton,camera and an attractive aluminium finish. But power it on and you can't help but gawk at the new retina display. The resolution has been bumped up to 2048 x 1536 pixels. In a nutshell,it has more pixels than Full HD television.The older iPad looks great on its on its own, but pales next to the brilliance of the new screen. Apple has also added quad core processor, required 1Ghz dual core processor,required to drive all those extra pixels.

As you would expect,apps scale up flawlessly and the handling of HD content, even with such massive resolution, is excellent. Other upgrades include a 5 MP camera rare autofocus camera. The battery life is the same 9.5 hours but it is slightly heavier and thicker that iPad 2. The new iPad also offers 4G connectivity ,but this hardly matters since 4G avalability is sparse.

But the big question id - should you upgrade? Users of the iPad2 can wait while, though the display is hard

to resist.The argument becomes more compelling if you have the first gen iPad.The new range starts from

Rs,30,500 ($.610 USD approx ) for the 16Gb Wi-Fi version and goes up to Rs.50,900($.1100 approx)

for 64Gb Wi-Fi + 4G. As a complete package for a new user,the iPad is irresistable and there is no other

tablet that can match what it offers

Simple an an upgrade to the existing 8MP camera sensor,a 12MP camera seems ideal However,megapixel camera count alone does not mean better images, Instead,Samsung might choose to go with a better lens,wider aperture and higher-quality sensor

Quad Core Processor:-
Since Galaxy S III will be Samsung's flagship phone, a quad core processor is certain. Especially considering that HTC's One X is already out with it .

Ceramic Back Panel:-
The Galaxy S 3 could sport a ceramic back cover. Since slimmer phone are in and
metal/glass are overdone,a ceramic cover would set it apart while adding scratching resistance and including
weight.

Android 4.0 with a new TouchWiz:-
Any new premium Android offering has to have Android 4.0. Samsung's TouchWiz user interface will also be tweaked for the new screen & resolution.

Bigger and Better Battery:-
Battery life can be great differentiator. it is accepted to have a lager life battery
as well as bettery power management - so that you get 2 to 3 days of usage.

Apple's late 2011 MacBook Pro refresh brings in minor change on the hardware front and comes loaded with the latest version of operating system -OS X Lion. There is no change in physical design or construction
which is a good thing.It still has an aluminium unibody casing in silver and a 13.3-inch LED IPS display .The
The display is a resolution of of 1280x800 pixels and it offers excellent colours,brightness and viewing angle
Like earlier MacBook screens, even this one suffers from the issue of being highly reflective.If there is a light
source behind you,you have no other option but to use the screen at a fairly high brightness level (which
effects the battery).
On the right side is the slot loading DVD drive while all other ports-two USB's Ethernet,FireWire, Thunder-
bolt,a card Reader,3.5mm/line in combo jack and a battery indicator-are on the left.Despite the smaller size,the
13-inch Pro still comes with a full size blacklit keyboard.The keyboard offers excellent feedback and is comfortable to use for long durations. The glass multi-touch trackpad is superb in response and as OS X Lion relies heavily on trackpad gesture, the large size of the trackpad is an added benefit.
The new Pro still uses a second generation Intel core i series processor with 4BG RAM and intel HD 3000 graphics(with 384MB shared memory). The only different from the previous generation is that the current i7 processor runs at 2.8Ghz instead of 2.7Ghz and storage now is 750GB as opppsed to 500GB.
The 2.8Ghz core i7 is the fastest dual core processor available and can go up to 3.5Ghz with Turbo Boost.
As impressive as that sounds on paper,with day-to0day usage,we did not notice any difference in performance between the two models -be it gaming or image/video editing.
With normal usage,the MacBook Pro 13 stayed at about 45-degrees Celsius-normal for most notebooks .However,when we stressed the processor by converting HD videos and editing heavy RAM images files,temperature rose to 70 degree Celsius.The palmrest also gets a bit warm for comfortable use.
When When using with a notebook cooler,there was a drop of temperature of around 5 degree in both conditions. What really is the speed at which the notebook cooled back down.Within 5 minutes,the temperature came down to 60 degrees and dropped down to normal 45-50 degree range.
Audio output from the speaker is exceptionally loud for a 13.3 inch notebook with the maximum
volume of good enough for a small room. The default Quick Time player is capable of working with selected formats only,however once VLC Media Player is installed,the machine offers a great video watching experience.
The Pro gives us six and a half hours of Battery backup including browsing,multi-media playback and
image editing with 60% brightness and Wi-Fi connected - just short of the claimed 7 hours,but a pretty
good result nonetheless.

Dell has been silent on the Ultrabook font for a while for a while-until the XPS 13 came and taught
everyone a lesson that is. Dell XPS 13 is a stunner from every single angle -plus - it uses the most premium
material,offers performance and is sturdy enough for everyday use.

What set it apart from the usual UltraBook is that it's noticeably smaller - about the size of an 11-inch notebook but it is still manages to fit in a 13-inch screen. The entire screen is covered with the layer of Gorilla Glass for added ruggedness. The top lid is machined aluminium while the base is moulded from carbon fiber.It's also noticeably thinner with a tapered shape-6mm at the thinnest and 18mm at the thickest.
Open it up and and the island-style backlit keyboard stares back at you - the contracts between the black
palmrest,keyboard & aluminium lid is appealing .The screen is great quality too,but a bit too reflective outdoors.

Performance is as you would expect -handles everything with ease,except high-end 3D gaming. The solid
state drives and numerous tweaks ensure ultra-fast boot and sleep from wake.Battery life is a heady 5 to 7
hours, depending on what works you do.

While it is undeniably fantastic to look at and hold,the XPS also has to make do with only two USB port
(one is USB 3.0), a display port and 3.5mm audio jack. There is no Ethernet,HDMI out,SD card slot or
VGA out. In a sense,it takes minimalist approach,quite like the MacBook Air, which offers a similar arrangement. The limited numbers of ports could be a deal-beaker for someone who often need to connect to larger display via HDMI, to wired Ethernet or for someone who regularly use a lot of USB peripherals.
But for anyone looking at a non-Mac head-turner,your search is over.

The Macbook Air is not an ultrabook.But, with its sleek and svelte design,this Apple machine falls in the ultrabook territory. In fact,it is the one device that forced laptop makers to cut flab from their device...

1. Built quality and design:-
In 2008,the MacBook Air started the trend of unibody construction in a tear-shape design - one that continues till date.But out of aluminium, the 13.3 - inch Macbook Air is 0.68 inches at its thickest point and weight just 1.35kgs. As is typical of all Apple products, its build quality is sturdy ans classyity. The only issue with the air is the finish given to to the aluminium. While it isn't so much a fingerprint magnet,it is soft and susceptible to scratches.

2. Keyboard,screen and touchapd :-
Anyone who has used Apple laptop will testify that getting the keyboad ,screen and touchpad right is something in which the cupertino company specializes. The 13-inch screen on the Air has a resolution of 1440x990.This means that image and pictures are rendered crispy. The color are pretty good given that Apple ,just like other laptops makers,uses twisted nemactic screen.
Its full-sized keyboard is spacious. It is also back-lit. This means if you are found of late-night web surfing,you can do so without keeping the lights on and disturbing family members. The plastic keys are a little flat when compered to the one found on the Macbook Pro and that takes away some of its
charm. Its touchpad though,is smooth and very responsive and will please even the finickest of laptop users.

3. User experience :-
With latest version of OSX,on board,Air is a very potent machine for gobetrotters who like to carry their laptop in a backpack. While it is not possible to directly compare the Air with ultrabook in terms of benchmark;for whatever it is worth,the machine scored 513 points in Novabench. Battery life also very good,lastting around four hours and 10 minutes in the battery test.
Experience with air is pleasant,mostly because of its OS,which feels cleaner less-cluttered.There is
not much to set up and there are few setting that you need to tweak.Those who like their computer to
work well right out-of-the-box,will find this machine appealing.
But all this functionality ,beautiful design and seamless integration between hardware and software
comes at a price -and in the case of the 13-inch Macbook Air with 256GB hard-disk consider the package -fantastic screen,SSD,good touchpad,the Lion OS-it might just be worth it.

When intel announced 'UltraBook' the concept of ultrabook last year,the ceiling price for these machines was set at $1,000. However,the Zenbook UX31 crossed this mark,and was priced at$1,199 upwards. Asus says this is due to the high-quality components used in the device -on paper,this claims seems to be true.

1. Built quality and design:-
No denying,this ultrabook is stunning to look at. In fact, its unibody construction- complete with its brushed aluminum shell-lends for sturdy construction while main taining that Asus borrow considerably from Apple's MacBook Air,the UX31 does seems to have sturdier while its finish seems less prone to scratches.

2. Screen,keyboard and touchpad:-
The 13-inch display,though,is a mixed bag. it boasts a fantastic resolution of 1600x900, which means that images and a text are clear and rendered shraply.Similarly,brightness is class-leading. Still, when it comes to colors and viewing angles,the UX31 falls short on expectations.Overall,it's not a bad screen but for a premium product like UX31,we were expecting better. The same is true about its keyboard,which looks gorgeous because of its spacious metal keys. There is some tactile feedback,but not enough to please
those who type a lot. On the other hand,the touchpad on UX31 is wonderful. It is large,smooth to touch and is accurate.Also,its two integrated buttons feel nice and 'clicky'

3. User experience :-
A Core i7 processor and its SSD make UX31 a very fast machine,not only in performance,but also in booting and resuming from hibernation.Except for gaming,the machine handels everything without any lag.
In typical ultrabook fashion,it also handles heat very well and despite extended use,its aluminium shell remains cool to touch.
One highlight of the user experience on the UX31 is its Bang & Olufen speaker,which are very loud and sound grate. The Only complaint revolve around its less-than-perfect keyboard and screen,considering it sell at an atmost prohibitive MRP of Rs 89,999 in India. Still,its processor and storage type are complete "GEEK" pleasure.

Acer S3 is the cheapest 'ultrabook' available in the country.And like it usually is in such cases.Acer has had
to compromise in certain areas to keep its price low.The question,though,is whether these hardware
tradeoffs affect user-experience in any way...

Quality & Design :-
'Ultrabooks are defined by their slim desing,and-at just 0.7 inches at its thiest point and weighing 1.4 kgs-the S3 meets this criteria.Add to that,a brushed,aluminum lid that is impervious to fingerprints,and you have a devious that is a head and shoulder above the usual black and grey laptops of yore.
However,unlike others ultrabooks,the S3 does not boast a unibody desing-its palm rest is made out of plastic while the rest of the body is magnesium alloy, which for some reason feels more plasticky than metal.
This obviously takes away a little from the gadget is put together very well with no creaking parts or flex
anywhere.

Screen,Keyboard& touchpad :-
The Acer machine sports a 13.3-inch screen with resolution of 1366x768 pixels-a bit low for such a premium product.Couple that with poor viewing angles and colours lack punch and vibrancy,and you have a display that leaves a lot to be desired. The S3's plastic keys have a textures feel to them, which is nice,but they lack tactile feedback- somethings that was quite bothersome especially when I had to spend hours typing on it. The touchpad is spacious and textured.And while was not as smooth as the touchpad made out of glass,it is definitely better than those found in similar-price laptops
