Let's know 5G!

5G is basically fifth generation or the next step in mobile network technology.
3G will take about 26 hours to download two hour film
4G will take about 6 minutes and 5G will take about 3 second to download.
5G would have higher bandwidth Speed for comparison 4G has almost 200megabits/second on other hand 5G might have 10gigabits/second.
So the excuse we make during online meetings that

Sir,I am having network issue"for playing games and chatting will not help anymore.

4G takes 45milliseconds to respond
5G would take 1milliseconds, that's 400times faster than the speed of time.

Well let's know about how 5G will work:

All mobile networks use frequency radio waves,well 5G also uses the same route but at higher frequency.

A 5G network will be composed of networks consisting of up to three different types of cells, each requiring specific antenna designs as well as providing a different tradeoff of download speed to distance and service area. 5G cellphones and wireless devices connect to the network through the highest speed antenna within range at their location.

5G might be 100times faster than 4G for example:

It's just not network speed will increase but response time will also be improved.

It's good news for self-driving cars or other gadgets as they will be able to communicate with their surroundings much faster to prevent collision.

Misunderstanding and conspiracy theories about 5G:

Well like other technology 5G also has an some misunderstandings and conspiracies on social media.

Writing in The New York Times in 2019, William Broad reported that RT America began airing programming linking 5G to harmful health effects which "lack scientific support", such as "brain cancer, infertility, autism, heart tumors, and Alzheimer's disease". Broad asserted that the claims had increased. RT America had run seven programs on this theme by mid-April 2019 but only one in the whole of 2018. The network's coverage had spread to hundreds of blogs and websites.

In 2017, scientists from more than 30 countries wrote to the European Union requesting a pause on 5G rollout, because of their concerns about possible health risks.

But all the disinformation and conspiracies on social networks are mostly false.

When we'll be able to use 5G Network:

5G is being used and deploying and building 5G in some countries already like some cities of China,US, South Korea etc.

As in Indian JIO has already announced that they will be ready to deploy 5G in second half of 2021.But due to increasingly cost of building infrastructure it may take about 2-5 years fo 5G to spread all over the country.

Graphene Is basically material which reflects it's title. Graphene has its own interesting history and seeing its potentials it can create history in daily technology.

Graphene is so extraordinary that in 2010 scientists who made it, were awarded Noble Prize. They were Andre Geim and Konstantin Novoselov

These two scientists removed some flakes from a lump of bulk graphite (graphite is the same thing in our pencil) with sticky tapes. By separating the graphite fragments repeatedly,they managed to create flakes that were one atom thick .Their experiment led to graphene isolated from first time.

If I did know it first than them, I might won Noble Prize at my early age...

Graphene is world's first 2 dimensional material.

Graphene is 200 times stronger than steel eg. a graphene string thinner than hair can support the weight grand piano.

Graphene is the strongest material discovered,with an ultimate tensile strength of 130,000,000,000 pascals (or130 giga Pascals),compared to 400,000,000 for A36 structural steel,or 375,700,000 for Aramid (Kevlar).

Graphene is also impermeable to molecules,and is extremely electrically and thermally conductive. Graphene enables electrons to flow much faster than silicon. It is also a transparent conductor, combining electrical and optical functionalities in an exceptional way. Graphene is available for a chemical modification, with potential for a wide variety of applications,raging from electronics to composite material.

In few years we could be wearing graphene laced clothes , might our scientists may make self healing.

Graphene can be used for DNA sequencing at nanoscopic level,it can be programmed to attach specefic cells like cancer cells treating diseases,this would revolutionary in medicine.

Not only In medicine but in creating Nanotechnology more possible and in aerospace engineering creating more strong and efficient spacecraft and aircraft and can be used in many fields of technology.

Almost every technology we see in SciFi movies and prediction made by Tech Guru and science experts can be possible due to its potential.

What is Zoom?

Since, pandemic has covered the world we have experienced and learnt many things from household chores to online works&meeting .

Working online was new experience for many people.In this we got help of many video conferencing apps.

Though, today I am going to tell about zoom as most of us has used and familiar with it.

Zoom was created by Eric Yuan,the founder and CEO of Zoom. Zoom was created in April 21,2011 basically 10 years ago.

Since pandemic has forced us to be in quarantine and work from home,usage of zoom has raised tremendously, resulted into revenue growth currently it is 777.2 million dollars. Which led it to 35 billion dollars company

Zoom has also faced many criticism for security issues and poor design, resulted into hightend scrutiny of its software.

Many security researchers and reporters have also criticized Zoom for its lack of transparency and encryption practices. Zoom initially claimed to use end- to -end encryption,but later it clarified it meant Zoom server to clients.

On April 1,2020,Zoom announced a 90-day freeze on releasing new features,to focus on fixing privacy and security issues on Zoom.

In February 2021,Zoom announced that it was launching a new feature called Kiosk Mode, which will allow people visiting offices to check in with a receptionist virtually on a Kiosk, without any physical contact.

In March 2021,Zoom announced that from 23rd August 2021,Zoom will stop selling new upgrade and upgrade products directly to customers in mainland China.
