Anda pasti bingung dengan judul di atas! Bisnis mental, apakah itu? Pesatnya publikasi informasi lewat internet pasti sangat pusing bagi yang membacanya. Tawaran berbagai produk dipublikasikan melalui pesan-pesan yang dikemas dengan bahasa cukup menarik. Sayangnya banyak informasi yang tidak membantu untuk memberi kemudahan memperolehnya! Setiap informasi semuanya menawarkan sebuah harapan! Padahal harapan tinggal harapan tanpa bukti nyata!

Kecenderungan bisnis yang pasti menarik masyarakat saat ini adalah bisnis yang mengedepankan suasana hati! Inilah yang saya maksud dengan bisnis mental! Seandainya informasi tentang bisnis hati dapat diperjualbelikan, maka tentu saja dapat memperoleh keuntungan ganda! Anda dengan ikhlas menyampaikan pesan-pesan moralitas, akibatnya juga sangat baik bagi perubahan jiwa setiap yang membacanya! Di sisi lain, anda pun akan beroleh pahala secara ikhlas dari Allah Yang Maha Baik! Bahkan, tentu saja, anda pun memperoleh keuntungan finansial!

Saya ingin mengajak anda untuk membuat buku Agama, Hati dan Ilahi baik secara online maupun offline (buku konvensional). Saya perlu mencari penerbit! Sulitnya bagi saya adalah saya bukan orang terkenal, apalagi ternama! Tetapi, insya Allah, dengan memohon pertolongan Allah, saya akan terus menulis setiap waktu. Begitu banyak informasi yang meluncur dari dalam hati mengenai berbagai aspek dengan sentuhan Islam sebagai penghampirannya!

Anda tentu saja berhak menentukan bagaimana yang terbaiknya! Saya hanya menulis apa pun, insya Allah, terkait dengan kehidupan manusia di dunia sebagai persinggahan sementara dan menunjukkan jalan terbaik agar sejahtera dan bahagia lahir juga batin! Menulis sesungguhnya bukanlah pekerjaan mudah bila tanpa memperoleh izin dari Allah Yang Maha Mengetahui apa pun! Ayat-ayat Allah sangat banyak! Saya akan menulis ayat-ayat Allah Azza wa Jalla untuk menambah keimanan bagi siapa pun yang meyakini ada-Nya Allah sebagai Tuhan Yang Maha Bijaksana! Allah berfiman,

لقد من الله على المؤمنين إذ بعث فيهم رسولا من أنفسهم يتلو عليهم آياته ويزكيهم ويعلمهم الكتاب والحكمة وإن كانوا من قبل لفي ضلال مبين

"Sungguh Allah telah memberi karunia kepada orang-orang yang beriman ketika Allah mengutus di antara mereka seorang rasul dari golongan mereka sendiri, yang membacakan kepada mereka ayat-ayat Allah, membersihkan (jiwa) mereka, dan mengajarkan kepada mereka Al Kitab dan Al Hikmah. Dan sesungguhnya sebelum (kedatangan Nabi) itu, mereka adalah benar-benar dalam kesesatan yang nyata" (Ali Imron:164).

Ajakan Allah Azza wa Jalla untuk mengimani ayat-ayat-Nya sama sekali bukan menyulitkan, selain memberi kemudahan bagi siapa pun. Banyak para ahli yang mencoba menggali dari ayat-ayat Allah! Sudahkah kaum beriman perlu menggali kebenaran ayat-ayat Allah? Ayat-ayat Allah memiliki nilai jual yang sangat mahal sekiranya mau mengimaninya! Satu ayat saja dipelajari, maka akan menghasilkan jutaan bahkan milyaran rupiah! Adakah anda meyakininya?

Saya cenderung lebih baik menggali al-Qur'an untuk bisnis anda! Temukan kebenaran dan raih keberuntungan di dalamnya! Adakah anda meyakini bahwa Allah lah yang memberi anda rezeki? Sekiranya meyakini, mengapa tidak membaca ayat-ayat-Nya? Apa pun bidang yang anda tekuni, semua tersedia di dalamnya! Sudah saatnya anda berkiblat kepada ayat-ayat Allah Yang Maha Agung!

Bisnis mental mengacu kepada ayat-ayat Allah sebagai sandaran tunggal! Allah Azza wa Jalla pasti akan menolong anda bila menyandarkan kepada firman-Nya! Saya hanya menawarkan! Saya juga bukanlah orang yang selalu bisa menggali al-Qur'an kalau bukan Allah memberiku petunjuk! Saya sangat meyakini adanya janji Allah bagi orang-orang yang beriman akan kehidupan bahagia di dunia dan di akhirat apabila mengikuti petunjuk-Nya! Al-Qur'an adalah petunjuk yang sangat nyata ada-Nya! Ada-Nya adalah ada Allah yang senantiasa menjaga dan memelihara ayat-ayat-Nya! Maka, apabila seorang mu'min selalu membaca dan mengkaji al-Qur'an berarti akan ditemui oleh Yang Maha Menjaga al-Qur'an! Anda membaca saja memperoleh pahala! Apalagi anda mengkaji, menggali dan mengembangkannya! Allah Azza wa Jalla akan membimbing anda insya Allah!

Berbisnislah dengan pendekatan ayat-ayat Allah pasti beruntung dan beroleh hikmah! Anda tak cukup hanya mencari keuntungan dunia bila akhiratnya anda abaikan! Sebuah kesia-siaan akan anda petik bila anda kaya materi tetapi mental anda hancur! Sedihkah bila anda kaya tetapi istri anda selingkuh dengan orang lain? Naudzu billahi min dzalik! Untuk itu, segeralah publikasikan ayat-ayat Allah dalam bisnis yang anda bangun! Secepatnya dikembangkan! Jangan anda terlena oleh indahnya buaian bisnis yang menyesatkan hidup anda dan keluarga! Bisnis Online Mengajak Kearifan

Setiap bisnis menawarkan keuntungan bersama. Bila ada bisnis yang menguntungkan sepihak, maka bisnis itu tidak baik alias jahat. Seorang pebisnis online dituntut untuk saling berbagi kearifan, di samping keuntungan. Kearifan terjadi karena saling berbagi, bukan terselubung tanpa keterbukaan. Jadi, bisnis online mengajak setiap kliennya untuk bersama-sama memperoleh keuntungan secara adil dan bijaksana.

Sasaran bisnis online adalah semua yang terakses internet yang memiliki kecenderungan kepada bisnis yang menguntungkan kedua belah pihak. Persoalan yang dihadapi bersama dalam menjalankan bisnis harus dikemukakan secara transparan dan terbuka tanpa ditutup-tutupi. Salah satu unsur yang terpenting dalam dunia bisnis sesungguhnya adalah kejujuran dan kearifan. Anda bukanlah pebisnis online bila hanya mementingkan diri sendiri. Keterbukaan anda terhadap klien berpengaruh terhadap kelancaran bisnis anda. Bijaksana menjadi kata kunci bila berbisnis di dunia maya. Sebab bila terselubung, maka anda akan mendapati kesulitan dan tentu saja kehancuran.

Di dunia maya, apa pun dapat diakses oleh para netter. Peluangnya untuk menghasilkan sangat besar. Bisnis online menjanjikan kepada semua orang agar memilih tawaran anda. Produk-produk, boleh jadi barang atau pun jasa, meskinya ditawarkan dengan menjelaskan kelebihan-kelebihan sekaligus kekurangannya. Keliru bila bisnis online tidak menjelaskan apa adanya. Secara otomatis, anda tidak dapat menyembunyikan sesuatu yang sulit dipahami oleh calon pembeli anda. Kesulitan apa pun harus digambarkan dan diberikan solusinya. Bila anda menawarkan penghasilan, misalnya, maka sejauh mana anda dapat menunjukkan bahwa bisnis anda benar-benar demikian. Selama tidak berseberangan dengan aturan-aturan yang sah, maka bisnis online yang anda tawarkan tentu saja sangat bagus. Bila sebaliknya, maka bisnis anda bukan saja akan menunurunkan martabat anda, juga menjadikan calon pembeli kapok untuk mempercayai anda. Di sinilah pentingnya anda untuk bersikap jujur dan bijaksana.

Jujur berarti anda sangat terbuka terhadap calon klien anda. Sedangkan bijaksana adalah sikap anda tidak menguntungkan diri sendiri. Anda adalah pebisnis jujur sekaligus bijaksana apabila anda tidak menipu dan memalsukan perdagangan atau bisnis anda. Sekilas sepele, tetapi dalam prakteknya sangat sulit bila anda tidak berpegang kepada ketentuan-ketentuan yang diajarkan oleh Allah di dalam firman-Nya. Anda boleh jadi berargumentasi bahwa siapa yang tahu bila anda menipu, barang dagangan milik anda sendiri kenapa repot-repot memikirkan anda. Anda sayangnya tidak meyakini bahwa Allah sangat mengetahui apa pun yang anda usahakan, bahkan yang anda sembunyikan dari orang lain, sebagaimana firman-Nya, "Dan Dialah Allah (Yang disembah), baik di langit maupun di bumi; Dia mengetahui apa yang kamu rahasiakan dan apa yang kamu lahirkan dan mengetahui (pula) apa yang kamu usahakan" (al-An'am:3).

Silakan saja anda berbuat sesuai dengan keinginan anda, tetapi jangan lupa bahwa anda bukanlah satu-satunya orang yang menjadi panutan setiap calon klien anda, selain Allah pun menjadi pemerhati apa pun yang anda perbuat. Keimanan anda jangan dipertaruhkan untuk menuruti keinginan yang tidak membawa berkah buat anda dan orang lain. Sukses anda di dunia bisnis bukan ditentukan oleh kelihaian anda dari pengetahuan menipu orang lain, selain kepiawaian anda menawarkan bisnis anda dengan jujur dan bijaksana. Saya menyadari bahwa bisnis online sangat berpeluang untuk mengajak kepada sesuatu yang sangat menguntungkan mengingat saat ini setiap orang dengan mudah mengakses informasi bisnis anda.

Raih Sukses dengan Takwa

Allah SWT adalah sandaran bagi orang-orang yang beriman kepada-Nya. Apa pun latar belakang anda, maka jika anda beriman kepada-Nya, Allah pasti menunjukki anda kepada suatu kebaikan. Pada saat ini, begitu banyak orang yang akan berbuat sesuatu bisnis tetapi mengabaikan Allah SWT. Andaikan anda meyakini bahwa Dia adalah Tuhan anda, mengapa anda membiarkan segala firman-Nya? Persoalan anda dalam bisnis sesungguhnya disebabkan anda tidak pernah ada keyakinan bahwa semua itu karena anda bersikap dan berbuat tidak meyakini ada-Nya Allah Yang Maha Pengasih dan Penyayang.

Dunia bisnis penuh dengan intrik dan tipu disebabkan oleh keinginan nafsu meraih keuntungan sebanyak-banyaknya tanpa mengindahkan bagaimana seharusnya dijalankan sesuai kaidah yang berlaku secara legal dan sah ada-Nya. Akankah dapat menjamin bahwa sebuah usaha legal dijalankan secara ilegal berada di dalam kesejahteraan yang abadi tanpa sebuah kehancuran? Pertanyaan semacam ini berasal dari kenyataan yang menjadi sebuah trend yang dianggap merupakan sesuatu yang lumrah. Budaya kotor yang seharusnya tidak dilakukan, dengan tanpa merasa akan menjadikan kemerosotan moralitas dan, pada gilirannya, akan menghancurkan akhlak termasuk kesejahteraan aslinya sebagaimana yang dikehendaki Allah, sangat tersebar di belahan dunia. Anda tak mungkin menjadi seorang muslim sejati dengan basis usaha yang anda jadikan melalui budaya kotor tersebut. Allah SWT ada di dalam wilayah yang anda tak mungkin mengetahui-Nya. Sekali pun akal anda cerdas mampu mengelabui hati anda, Allah Maha Mengetahui. Apa pun yang anda lakukan bila tidak menghindarkan dari budaya kotor, maka pasti kehancuran usaha anda tak dapat disangkal!

Anda seharusnya tidak perlu membohongi diri sendiri! Akankah apa yang anda perbuat tidak berdampak kepada diri sendiri? Pasti tak ada sesuatu yang tidak dapat memantulkan kepada sesuatu yang lain bila sudah berada pada tingkat diperkuat dengan kekuasaan Allah! Kekuasaan Allah berlaku tanpa pandang anda anak siapa dan dari keturunan siapa. Semua berlaku sama di hadapan Allah. Anda takwa, Allah pasti memuliakan anda. Anda jahat, Allah pasti menghukum anda. Anda bukan tidak akan ditunda sampai menanti hari dibangkitan dalam hal pembalasan Allah. Berlaku hukum alam. Bila anda baik, maka orang pun baik kepada anda. Bila anda jahat, maka orang lain pun tahu anda jahat. Bila anda jahat, menurut anda, apakah banyak orang yang mengandalkan anda selain mereka yang jahat juga? Allah SWT Maha Penyayang kepada hamba-Nya yang patuh dan ta'at kepada-Nya. Jika anda mengikuti perintah dan menjauhi larangan-Nya (berbuat keburukan, kejahatan, kebobrokan moral dan sejenisnya), maka Allah pun pasti sayang kepada anda. Allah SWT pasti membimbing anda kepada jalan-Nya yang lurus. Perbuatan baik anda akan diganjari oleh Allah dengan pemberian yang berlipat ganda. Akan tetapi, bila anda jahat, maka Allah SWT pasti membalas kejahatan anda sepadan dengan apa yang telah anda perbuat.

Anda berbisnis apa pun sepanjang mengikuti ketentuan Allah, maka bisnis anda memiliki nilai yang sangat bermanfaat bagi anda dan orang lain. Kekayaan anda sangat bersih dari kekotoran. Kotor pasti tidak bersih. Bila kotor, bukan saja orang lain terkena dampaknya, juga anda sendiri. Anda menjadi kaya dengan bisnis kotor, tetapi anda dan keluarga anda serta relasi anda pun terkena akibatnya. Bila anda kaya, tapi istri anda sakit, sampai tidak ditemukan apa jenis penyakitnya oleh seorang dokter ahli sekali pun, apa yang dapat anda perbuat? Anda beranggapan bahwa penyakit istri anda murni karena penyakit yang menyerang organ tubuhnya, bukan karena dari harta yang anda pergunakan untuk makan dan minum keluarga. Anda boleh saja berpendapat begitu. Tetapi, bukti nyata bahwa istri anda terkena penyakit yang tidak dapat ditangani oleh seorang ahli kedokteran. Lalu, jenis penyakit apa yang anda ketahui? Anda pun bingung. Tidak tahu. Anda berprasangka jelek kepada yang menciptakan anda. Anda mengumbar perkataan, bahwa Allah itu tidak sayang kepada anda sekeluarga. Anda lupa, bahwa justru andalah yang memulainya memberikan anggota keluarga anda dari harta yang kotor. Makanan yang anda makan betul bersih dari pandangan lahir. Akan tetapi, makanan anda sesungguhnya adalah makanan kotor secara hakiki yang masuk ke dalam perut anda. Naudzu billahi min dzalik.

Allah SWT tidak akan menjerumuskan anda bila senantiasa menjadi seorang yang bertakwa. Anda boleh berbisnis, tetapi jadilah pebisnis yang bertakwa. Sukses anda tidak mempengaruhi keburukan kepada keluarga, tetangga, teman, saudara, relasi, dan banyak pihak lainnya. Sebaliknya, anda justru menjadi orang patut dicontoh dan teladan bagi umat Islam lainnya. Bahwa sukses anda karena anda orang yang selalu menjaga kedekatan anda dengan Allah SWT. Perusahaan anda berkibar dengan membawa keberkahan buat anda dan orang lain. Anda sukses lahir dan batin. Peradaban dunia menyambut anda sebagai orang yang sukses dengan takwa.

Alur Distribusi Barang

Alur distribusi barang dagangan harus mengikuti ketentuan yang sudah dapat disepakati bersama. Pada pameran produk industri, anggap saja pasar anda untuk menjaring para peminat, anda diapit oleh pasangan produk perindustrian yang lain. Produk anda tidak asal dipamerkan, selain saling menjalin kerja sama di antara para penjual produk industri tersebut. Misalnya, produk industri anda adalah mobil mewah, sedangkan yang lain mobil produksi Jepang. Pameran adalah salah satu peluang yang dapat dipakai untuk saling berinteraksi dengan para pemilik produk. Arah penyaluran produk ditetapkan agar tidak saling bertubrukan di pasar, sehingga menimbulkan persaingan tidak sehat. Miliki pedoman pemetaan alur pendistribusian produk dagang untuk menjadi pegangan dalam perencanaan penjualan barang.

Kemudahan yang dibangun melalui kesepakatan akan berdampak terhadap kemajuan perusahaan anda. Perusahaan anda bukan satu-satunya yang menjual produk yang sama di bidang perindustrian atau bidang lainnya. Dengan kesepakatan, berbagai kebutuhan untuk menyalurkan produk akhirnya dapat memberi kelancaran dalam berdagang. Masalah ini harus dapat diagendakan dalam pertemuan dengan dewan komisaris di perusahaan anda. Jangan biarkan perusahaan yang anda pimpin menjadi pesaing dengan perusahaan yang lain secara tidak sehat. Melalui internet, perusahaan anda juga dapat mengadakan hubungan kerja sama dengan para peminat pendistribusian produk. Syukur bila perusahaan sudah memiliki tempat pemasaran sendiri di berbagai lokasi yang tersebar.

Anda sebetulnya lebih memahami manajemen perusahaan, akan tetapi perubahan sikap yang terjadi setiap saat karena pengaruh global, akan berakibat buruk terhadap stabilitas jiwa anda. Tulisan ini hanya sebatas mengingatkan agar dapat mengendalikan emosi yang muncul seketika. Kecerdasan bersikap dan berperilaku lebih baik daripada kecerdasan otak. Anda boleh jadi pandai otaknya, tetapi bila perangainya seperti keranjingan (kemasukan) setan, maka akan buruk akibatnya. Alur distribusi barang sangat menentukan keberhasilan pemasaran barang perusahaan. Dengan sikap dan perbuatan yang baik, tentu saja akan berbuah alami, persis sebuah tanaman yang dipupuk dengan pupuk alami, bukan buatan. Hasilnya pasti berbeda. Anda pasti dapat menikmati buah yang diperlakukan dengan pupuk alami daripada dengan pupuk buatan.

Andaikan anda manajer perusahaan yang anda pegang, maka anda pasti berharap keuntungan perusahaan dapat mengembangkan produk lebih besar lagi. Omzet penjualan produk dianalisa berdasarkan alur distribusi produk ke pasar atau konsumen. Anda pasti mengalami kerugian, bila produk tidak terdistribusikan dengan lancar. Hambatan dan ancaman adalah masalah yang tidak dapat dihindarkan untuk ditemukan pemecahannya. Alur mana yang mengalami gangguan, adakah hambatan dari dalam yang menyebabkan laju penyaluran barang tidak lancar, atau adakah ancaman luar yang menghambat? Semua dianalisa untuk menghilangkan persoalan yang muncul dalam pendistribusian barang. Inilah yang disebut dengan pelajaran berdampak hasil.

Anda lebih baik mencegah terjadinya permasalahan daripada mencari pemecahan masalah. Diupayakan agar tidak muncul persoalan yang sangat berat. Anda harus teliti dalam menempatkan alur distribusi barang mengingat persaingan akan peredaran produk dari berbagai perusahaan. Produk anda harus disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan pasar. Apabila memungkinkan, anda harus menemukan metode yang paling efektif untuk menghasilkan produk yang berkualitas. Paling tidak, perlu dipikirkan adanya pertukaran SDM antar perusahaan yang baik hati.

Koalisi perdagangan dengan perusahaan lain penting untuk diagendakan dalam sidang dewan komisaris perusahaan. Pilih perusahaan yang sangat baik dalam proses kerjasama. Adakan secara intensif komunikasi perusahaan dengan akal sehat, bukan menanamkan perencanaan yang jahat dalam perebutan pasar dengan perusahaan lain. Kerja sama dimaksudkan agar kedua perusahaan dapat mengadakan tawaran peluang yang dianggap terbaik dalam pertukaran staf terbaik dan dapat juga dalam teknis pendistribusian produk. Upaya-upaya yang dapat menghambat atau mengancam kelancaran harus menjadi pembicaraan dan dicari kemungkinan pemecahannya. Anda sendiri sebagai pimpinan harus secara bijak dapat menunjuk beberapa SDM yang berkualitas. Pikiran, sikap, dan perilaku staf anda harus memiliki kualitas sebagai bagian yang dapat mewakili citra positif perusahaan anda.

Penting untuk dicatat, bahwa perusahaan yang bersih dari peluang korupsi agar diagendakan untuk disampaikan dalam setiap kesempatan dengan memberikan sanksi yang sangat tegas. Dalam alam yang sangat korup dari berbagai peluang yang ada, jangan dibiarkan kesempatan staf atau pimpinan setiap bagian melakukan tindak korupsi. Sebaliknya, anda dapat memberi penghargaan kepada siapapun yang bekerja dengan baik sebagaimana ditetapkan sejalan dengan kualitas pribadi yang mengacu kepada ketentuan-ketentuan yang berlaku di perusahaan.

Oleh karena itu, anda harus memberikan pelatihan dan penyegaran terhadap SDM yang ada. Dengan cara mengadakan pelatihan dan penyegaran, maka akan diperoleh staf yang sangat handal baik kualitas pribadi maupun pemahaman terhadap tujuan perusahaan. Sekiranya ada peluang untuk menaikkan jabatan kepada mereka yang berhasil menunjukkan prestasi kerja, maka perlu diberikan. Perusahaan yang sangat memperhatikan staf, akan berada pada status perusahaan yang sangat dihormati dan sukses.

Asli Tapi Palsu (Aspal)

Adakah yang mengetahui keadaan suatu barang yang dijual adalah asli? Anda mungkin kesulitan kecuali ahlinya, semisal Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan (BPOM). Kelihatan asli tapi palsu (aspal). Menyerupai suatu benda sesuai aslinya. Padahal, sesungguhnya yang asli bukan begitu. Misalnya, kain. Secara lahir, anda sulit membedakan mana yang betul-betul asli kain katun dengan yang bukan katun. Secara kasat mata, kain itu begitu indah karena dibordir dengan ahli. Namun setelah dipegang, ternyata dia bukan kain katun. Artinya, untuk mengenali suatu barang tidak sebatas dipandang tetapi harus dipegang atau dirasakan. Bagaimana dengan produk iklan? Apakah anda langsung tertarik? Sekilas bila dilihat oleh mata demikian menarik perhatian, apalagi ditambah dengan propaganda. Selera anda langsung tertumpu pada iklan tersebut. Saat ini marak barang dagangan dipamerkan langsung atau lewat iklan di media elektronik, termasuk juga lewat cyber.

Kejahatan manusia ternyata demikian tangguh mencapai puncaknya di zaman yang serba cepat, serba gampang, serba didapat tanpa proses transaksi langsung di darat atau tatap muka. Multimedia memang memberi kemudahan buat siapapun untuk mempromosikan barang dagangannya. Anda, saya, dan orang-orang yang tidak menampik kehadiran si ‘raja ilusi’, memang dengan santai dapat mengerjakan berbagai kepentingan cukup dilakukan di rumah. Saat anda bertemu dengan pasangan yang ingin anda impikan lewat internet, ternyata tidak seperti diidam-idamkannya. Anda kaget ternyata secara langsung perempuan tersebut banyak berbohong. Apakah anda merasa aman apabila kenyataannya seperti itu?

Transaksi seharusnya dilakukan dengan cara tatap muka apabila memungkinkan. Lebih afdhol (utama). Akan tetapi, kemajuan teknologi sangat memungkinkan hubungan dapat dilakukan tanpa kehadiran fisik manusia. Keunggulan teknologi sudah memberikan kemudahan bagi siapapun yang tidak dapat mengejar waktu, biaya, dan faktor-faktor lainnya. Anda akan lebih mudah berhubungan dengan sahabat anda yang berada di Amerika hanya dengan sentuhan papan tuts di hadapan layar monitor komputer anda.

Asli tapi palsu (aspal) adalah sebuah rekayasa manusia untuk mengakali kecanggihan teknologi yang telah memanjakan dirinya. Anda masih terbelenggu oleh kenakalan perbuatan tangan setan. Si ‘raja ilusi’ sesungguhnya merupakan bukti nyata bahwa transaksi goib sudah dapat dirasakan. Coba anda renungkan, bahwa tanpa kehadiran langsung secara fisik manusia yang saling berhubungan dapat dilakukan dari jarak jauh, bahkan tanpa penghubung perangkat elektronik semisal kabel (wireless).

Prosesnya persis seperti seorang yang diberi karunia oleh Allah SWT dapat berhubungan dengan para kekasih-Nya yang berada di alam barzakh. Allah Azza wa Jalla adalah Tuhan yang dapat mengubah keadaan disesuaikan dengan kemajuan pemikiran umat manusia. Anda pasti akan lebih tercengang apabila kejadian alam goib seperti tanpa adanya keimanan. Adakah asal usulnya yang menjadikan peristiwa alam goib diperlihatkan kepada umat manusia tanpa keimanan? Allah SWT berkehendak agar manusia dapat belajar akan adanya peristiwa goib yang dapat terjadi di luar talar manusia. Apakah anda merenungkan bagaimana proses terjadinya hubungan tanpa perantaraan antara si A di kota C dengan B di kota F? Pada awalnya, sebelum merebak hand phone dipasarkan secara bebas, anda kaget saat pertama kali melihat seseorang yang berkomunikasi sendiri tanpa ada orang lain di sebelahnya. Bagaimana anda menyikapinya bila hal yang sama terjadi pada seseorang yang dikaruniai oleh Allah SWT dapat berhubungan dengan para kekasih-Nya tanpa kehadiran secara lahir? Pasti anda kaget karena anda belum memiliki karunia tersebut.

Asal usul peristiwa goib yang diperlihatkan secara bebas menjadi pelajaran untuk umat manusia akan kebesaran Allah Azza wa Jalla. Adakah di antara mereka dapat bertambah keyakinannya terhadap suatu alam yang belum diperlihatkan? Masihkah manusia yang berada di alam dunia mengabaikan Allah Azza wa Jalla yang telah mengadakan semua yang ada di langit dan di bumi? Apakah umat manusia merasa dirinya paling hebat? Apakah kemajuan teknologi sama sekali lepas dari sentuhan ‘kebesaran tangan’ Allah Azza wa Jalla? Adakah yang mau berpikir bahwa sesungguhnya Allah Azza wa Jalla masih sayang terhadap manusia? Adakah semua yang dialami manusia saat ini dapat dijadikan sebagai suatu kejadian luar biasa? Adakah Allah SWT di hati anda?

Sekiranya Allah SWT menjadi bagian yang sangat dibutuhkan dalam kehidupan, maka tak mungkin perbuatan asli tapi palsu (aspal) dilakukan. Perbuatan semacam ini merupakan salah satu bentuk kejahatan umat manusia yang dipengaruhi oleh kejahatan setan. Adakah yang menyadarinya? Anda sesungguhnya adalah sasaran kejahatan setan untuk menjadi sahabatnya. Allah SWT mengingatkan kepada manusia akan tabiat setan, “Sesungguhnya setan itu hanya menyuruh kamu berbuat jahat dan keji, dan mengatakan terhadap Allah apa yang tidak kamu ketahui” (al-Baqarah:169).

Kemajuan peradaban umat manusia telah membius manusia sendiri. Anda tidak pernah menyadari bahwa setan telah membuat perangkap yang sangat hebat. Kecanggihan teknologi dibuat seolah-olah menjadi peradaban umat manusia yang sesungguhnya. Di balik itu, dia menjebak pemikiran manusia yang lemah imannya. Akal yang merupakan salah satu karunia Allah SWT yang diberikan kepada manusia telah memperdaya manusia. Padahal, akal seharusnya dijadikan sebagai alat untuk dapat merenungkan setiap kejadian yang berada di dunia. Masalah bagaimana peradaban umat manusia dapat mengubah main stream adanya kejadian yang dapat menyeret keimanan manusia pada tingkat paling rendah? Seharusnya bukan dibiarkan begitu saja oleh anda yang akan menghadapi kenyataan seperti itu. Lebih baik direnungkan agar menjadi pelajaran.

Manusia sering berangan-angan untuk meraih keberhasilan akan sesuatu yang diinginkannya. Sayangnya, keinginan itu melampau batas-batas kewajaran yang seharusnya dapat dipertimbangkan dengan akal yang jernih dari hasutan. Bila anda berkeinginan agar produk anda atau pemikiran anda dapat dibeli oleh orang, maka cara-cara yang ditempuh tidak harus keluar dari ketentuan-ketentuan yang sudah ditetapkan oleh Allah Azza wa Jalla. Allah SWT berfirman di dalam surat Yasin mengenai peringatan yang diwahyukan kepada Rasul-Nya agar mereka (kaum yang bapak-bapaknya belum pernah diberi peringatan) diberikan peringatan karena berlaku ketentuan Allah atas mereka, “Sesungguhnya telah pasti berlaku perkataan (ketentuan Allah) terhadap kebanyakan mereka, karena mereka tidak beriman” (Yasin:7).

Saya hanya meneruskan apa yang ada di dalam al-Qur’an. Apakah anda mengerti tentang peringatan untuk tidak mengadakan kegiatan aspal, maka sekali lagi semuanya sudah ada ketentuan Allah.

Bisnis Multimedia Sia-sia

Bisnis pertama yang dapat mengantarkan kepada bisnis berikutnya bergantung pada apakah bisnis itu sah atau sia-sia. Bisnis sah adalah bisnis yang mengacu kepada ketentuan-ketentuan yang berlaku secara normatif. Bisnis ini akan langgeng karena tidak bertentangan dengan hukum yang berlaku di dunia bisnis. Sebaliknya, bisnis yang tidak mengikuti peraturan yang sah secara hukum, baik Islam maupun perdagangan, maka bisnis itu termasuk sia-sia. Betapun hebatnya usaha anda tetapi bila tidak mengikuti ketentuan yang berlaku maka hanya sia-sia saja. Bisnis anda menjadi percuma.

Multimedia memberikan kemudahan bagi siapapun yang menjalankan bisnis untuk diketahui oleh orang banyak melintas ke seluruh penjuru negeri. Bisnis menjadi dikenal dan peluang dibeli oleh yang menyukai pun sangat besar. Tetapi, sekali lagi, percuma saja bila ada indikasi bisnis palsu. Betapapun anda mencoba untuk menyembunyikannya, suatu saat ketahuan juga. Jadi, bisnis yang bergerak dalam dunia maya seharusnya tidak sama mayanya dengan peraturan yang tidak jelas. Anda boleh saja menawarkan usaha melalui internet, tetapi tetap harus dijaga dengan aturan yang sah. Jangan mengelabui khalayak hanya untuk kepentingan pribadi.

Kepandaian mengelola cyber seharusnya didasari dengan niat baik untuk kepentingan umum. Apakah bisnis anda bukan bisnis yang sesungguhnya? Jika memang hanya bermain-main jangan memaksakan diri untuk mencari keuntungan dengan kemampuan teknologi anda. Justru kemampuan teknologi anda seharusnya dapat memperoleh keuntungan bila dilandasi untuk berbagi di antara mereka yang masih jauh dari kecerdasan teknis dunia maya.

Pandangan yang sangat ekstrim terhadap kemajuan teknologi bukan ditentukan oleh kemajuan itu sendiri. Akan tetapi, kemajuan teknologi berdampak tidak baik secara normatif karena kepicikan manusia yang berhati setan. Kelebihannya sebagai karunia dari Sang Maha Pencipta digunakan untuk menghancurkan sendi-sendi agama. Anda hanya tak bermanfaat apa-apa dari pengetahuan anda tentang multimedia bila digunakan untuk tujuan kejahatan. Untuk itu, segeralah anda bertobat.

Dunia bisnis memang menjanjikan. Akan tetapi, tidak berarti mengabaikan ketentuan-ketentuan yang berlaku. Pengusaha yang bergerak dengan peraturan yang sah merupakan pengusaha yang baik. Maka, sekiranya dia memanfaatkan multimedia untuk mempromosikan produknya, insya Allah, dia berhasil mengajak para pemakai cyber mengikuti tawarannya.

Secara aman, produk-produk yang ditawarkan mengikuti hukum yang berlaku. Juga keberadaan anda lebih nyaman. Hati anda tenang, tidak gelisah. Bisnis saat ini dijadikan sebagai lahan yang menjanjikan semua orang yang serba mudah. Hanya saja, bila dilakukan untuk menipu, pasti tunggulah kehancurannya. Oleh karena itu, jangan jadikan bisnis multimedia menjadi sia-sia.

Akuntansi Bisnis Syari'ah

Menjual barang harus dibukukan dan dilaporkan. Catatan setiap barang masuk dan keluar diatur dengan buku kas barang. Manajemen bisnis dalam perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang penjualan atau penitipan barang, disusun berdasarkan akumulasi lembaran pelaporan yang sudah diteliti dengan cermat oleh seorang akuntan. Semuanya dibukukan sebagai bahan evaluasi serta merencanakan kegiatan secara berkala. Saya sesungguhnya bukan seorang ahli ekonomi, tetapi kegiatan seperti ini seharusnya dijalankan sesuai ketentuan profesional di bidang ekonomi. Maka, dalam menjalankan bisnis, anda tidak dapat mengabaikan panduan teknis cara mengelola pelaksanaan bisnis profesional. Islam menekankan pentingnya pembukuan sebagai bukti keabsahan proses transaksi dalam bidang bisnis perusahaan profesional. Bagaimana anda menerapkan bisnis anda?

Bisnis secara bahasa adalah sebuah urusan tentang sesuatu yang teramat sulit tanpa ditangani oleh seorang ahli. Manajemen suatu bisnis sangat berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan usaha. Saya adalah pelaksana bisnis selama menjadi seorang anggota perusahaan MLM. Terbukti bahwa tanpa ditangani secara profesional, kini usahaku tidak berkembang. Anda mudah-mudahan tidak seperti pengalaman saya. Salah satu asumsi dalam menjalankan sebuah usaha adalah alasan apapun sebuah usaha pasti berdampak kepada keadaan jiwa. Seseorang yang berniat membidangi sebuah usaha, maka asal anutan yang dijadikan sandaran adalah profesionalisme. Suatu usaha yang dijalankan sesuai aturan yang berlaku secara profesional sudah termasuk menjalankan bisnis syari'ah. Saya anggap bahwa definisi syari'ah adalah aturan-aturan yang berlaku dalam sebuah usaha sejalan dengan ketentuan-ketentuan ajaran agama Islam. Islam mengajarkan kepada kaum beriman untuk ambil catatan dalam bertransaksi secara kredit. Secara syari'ah berarti mengikuti ketentuan-ketentuan Allah. Bila saya menjalankan usaha mengacu kepada al-Qur'an, maka saya sedang menanamkan nilai-nilai keislaman. Dengan kata lain, saya berusaha sejalan dengan syari'ah.

Jika Allah meminta agar daratan berpisah dari lautan, tentu saja Allah bermaksud baik untuk umat manusia. Bila Allah meminta manusia agar memperhatikan alam, sama juga bertujuan supaya selamat dari bencana. Dan sekiranya Allah mengajak manusia agar mengikuti ketentuan-ketentuan Allah SWT, sebagaimana disebutkan di dalam al-Qur'an atau disabdakan oleh Nabi-Nya, dalam menjalankan usaha atau bisnis, berarti Allah SWT sebenarnya sangat mengasihi dan menyayangi hamba-Nya. Kalau sekiranya dalam kenyataannya masih ditemukan manusia tidak mengikuti ketentuan-ketentuan yang sudah digariskan, berarti sesungguhnya itu karena kesalahan manusia itu sendiri. Jadi, apabila ada suatu bisnis yang gagal, tidak lain karena ulah manusia yang tidak mau mengikuti perintah Allah SWT.

Akuntansi syari'ah mengatur ketentuan-ketentuan yang disandarkan kepada proses transaksi perdagangan melalui suatu pembukuan agar berjalan secara tertib, sehingga pada gilirannya, sebuah usaha berada dalam aspek yang mengikuti ketentuan-ketentuan yang selamat dunia dan akhirat.

Sains dalam Dunia Islam

Apakah Islam itu terbelakang dari sains dan teknologi? Islam lahir justru sebagai rahmat bagi alam semesta. Wujud adanya alam menjadi bukti bagi orang-orang yang mau berpikir. Pengetahuan manusia sebagai salah satu manifestasi betapa tingginya ilmu Allah SWT. Manusia tak mungkin ada bila tanpa ada-Nya Sang Maha Pencipta. Maka, Islam cermin adanya ilmu pengetahuan (sains) yang telah dirancang oleh Sang Maha Mengetahui. Kehadiran ilmu pengetahuan adalah aset bagi manusia untuk lebih memahami fenomena alam sebagai bukti ada-Nya kebesaran Allah SWT.

Bila manusia ada yang congkak atas apa yang telah diciptakannya, maka sesungguhnya dia lupa akan Allah SWT yang sudah memberinya serangkaian kemampuan otaknya untuk berpikir. Tak pelak lagi, manusia yang demikian dalam kehidupan di dunia lebih memperhatikan materi ketimbang keluhuran budi pekerti. Suratan takdir bagi manusia yang mengedepankan akalnya sama sekali tidak dapat memahami jiwanya, selain apa yang lahir saja.

Sains seharusnya mengantarkan manusia lebih baik dalam akhlaknya. Bukan malah sebaliknya, yaitu berbuat jahat dengan pengetahuan yang dimilikinya. Selama ilmu pengetahuan dapat membawa manusia menuju kepada hadirat Allah Azza wa Jalla, maka selama itu pula ilmu pengetahuannya dapat memberi berkah bagi yang lain. Dalam dunia bisnis, misalnya, Allah SWT sudah mengatur bagi manusia agar berlaku jujur. Dengan kejujuran, maka bisnis tersebut membawa manfaat bagi semua pihak. Akan tetapi, bila nilai-nilai kejujuran diabaikan, maka pasti bisnis yang dijalankannya sama sekali tidak berarti apa-apa bagi kemaslahatan umat. Oleh karena itu, bisnis di dalam Islam diatur agar dapat memberikan contoh yang bermartabat.

Apakah Islam sama sekali tidak mengajarkan manusia manajemen dalam bisnis? Salah satu bukti terbesar dalam sejarah Islam telah ditunjukkan oleh manusia pilihan yang membangun bisnis dengan nilai-nilai kejujuran serta manajemen yang dikagumi oleh banyak kalangan. Beliau, Nabi Muhammad Saaw, suri teladan umat manusia dalam menjalankan bisnis Islami. Di dunia Islam tercatat bahwa perdagangan yang dibawa oleh baginda Rasulullah Saaw sampai ke jazirah Arab melampaui wilayahnya sendiri. Perluasan bisnis seluas itu mustahil bila tidak dibangun dengan suatu manajemen yang handal. Sekalipun adanya perniagaan tidak sepesat di zaman yang penuh dengan perkembangan teknologi seperti saat ini, akan tetapi prinsip-prinsip manajemen perdagangan sudah diperlihatkan. Mana mungkin beliau dapat membawa barang atau produk dagangan asal saja tanpa memperhatikan unsur-unsur yang terkait dalam pengiriman barang? Juga, mana ada barang dagangan dapat dipesan oleh pembeli tanpa memperhatikan kualitas produk? Bagaimana juga orang tertarik atas barang dagangan yang dijual oleh beliau kalau bukan karena pribadi beliau yang agung? Maka, dalam bisnis seperti yang diperlihatkan oleh beliau telah mengikuti manajemen modern sebagaimana yang berlaku saat ini. Unsur-unsur seperti manusia, produk, peralatan, nilai-nilai budi pekerti, keluarbiasaan mengenal pangsa pasar, nama baik atau citra positif, amanah, kepiawaian dalam menjalin hubungan dagang, dan lain-lain yang mendukung terjadinya proses transaksi dalam bisnis merupakan bukti bahwa beliau menerapkan manjemen yang sangat Islami. Manajemen yang baik tidak berarti mengabaikan nilai-nilai kepercayaan bagi konsumen. Kepribadian beliau yang agung sehingga mendudukkan beliau sebagai al-amin atau manusia yang dapat dipercaya, menunjukkan betapa beliau termasuk pebisnis yang handal?

Anda akan seperti beliau dalam menjalankan bisnis apabila membawanya dengan prinsip-prinsip yang menyandarkan pada keluhuran budi pekerti. Berdiri di atas nilai-nilai kejujuran dengan manajemen yang sangat Islami. Seharusnya dalam menjalankan bisnis di dunia maya tidak patut bila tidak memperhatikan keluhuran budi pekerti. Internet merupakan produk teknologi informasi menjadi media yang sangat cepat, tepat, dan menjangkau lebih luas ke seluruh penjuru dunia. Anda sebagai bagian dari unsur manusia tidak dapat mengabaikan akhlak mulia dalam menjalankan bisnis di dunia maya. Produk apapun, baik informasi atau barang, yang anda tawarkan melalui keunggulan alat sains yang diproduksi oleh manusia modern tidak dapat meninggalkan nilai-nilai kejujuran. Kebohongan, palsu, menipu, menjanjikan tanpa bukti, berpura-pura baik, dan lain-lain kejahatan hati harus disingkirkan.

Berkembangnya dunia cyber menghadirkan manusia-manusia yang tidak sejalan dengan tujuan mulia sains. Allah SWT sangat marah kepada manusia-manusia yang menjadikan hidupnya dipenuhi dengan ketidakjujuran. Jujur menjadi dasar yang sangat dihargai dalam proses transaksi di dunia bisnis. Perdagangan yang ditawarkan secara tunai adalah salah satu bentuk yang diharapkan berlangsung secara amanah di antara pihak-pihak terkait dalam perdagangan. Allah SWT telah mengajarkan hal demikian agar menjadikan manusia lebih bersikap jujur dalam segala hal. Allah SWT berfirman, “Hai orang-orang yang beriman, apabila kamu bermu`amalah tidak secara tunai untuk waktu yang ditentukan, hendaklah kamu menuliskannya. Dan hendaklah seorang penulis di antara kamu menuliskannya dengan benar. Dan janganlah penulis enggan menuliskannya sebagaimana Allah telah mengajarkannya, maka hendaklah ia menulis, dan hendaklah orang yang berutang itu mengimlakan (apa yang akan ditulis itu), dan hendaklah ia bertakwa kepada Allah Tuhannya, dan janganlah ia mengurangi sedikit pun daripada utangnya. Jika yang berutang itu orang yang lemah akalnya atau lemah (keadaannya) atau dia sendiri tidak mampu mengimlakan, maka hendaklah walinya mengimlakan dengan jujur. Dan persaksikanlah dengan dua orang saksi dari orang-orang lelaki di antaramu). Jika tak ada dua orang lelaki, maka (boleh) seorang lelaki dan dua orang perempuan dari saksi-saksi yang kamu ridai, supaya jika seorang lupa maka seorang lagi mengingatkannya. Janganlah saksi-saksi itu enggan (memberi keterangan) apabila mereka dipanggil; dan janganlah kamu jemu menulis utang itu, baik kecil maupun besar sampai batas waktu membayarnya. Yang demikian itu, lebih adil di sisi Allah dan lebih dapat menguatkan persaksian dan lebih dekat kepada tidak (menimbulkan) keraguanmu, (Tulislah muamalahmu itu), kecuali jika muamalah itu perdagangan tunai yang kamu jalankan di antara kamu, maka tak ada dosa bagi kamu, (jika) kamu tidak menulisnya. Dan persaksikanlah apabila kamu berjual beli; dan janganlah penulis dan saksi saling sulit-menyulitkan. Jika kamu lakukan (yang demikian), maka sesungguhnya hal itu adalah suatu kefasikan pada dirimu. Dan bertakwalah kepada Allah; Allah mengajarmu; dan Allah Maha Mengetahui segala sesuatu” (al-Baqarah:282).

Perhatikan ayat di atas bagaimana Allah SWT mengajarkan ilmu pengetahuan bisnis dengan menerapkan kejujuran dan manjemen. Dicatat atau dibukukan setiap transaksi yang bermu’amalah tidak secara tunai atau kredit. Disaksikan dengan persaksian yang benar. Tidak boleh melakukan kecurangan, berbuat adil, dan penuh dengan hubungan antar manusia yang saling berkepribadian luhur. Penting untuk dicatat bahwa setiap produk yang ditawarkan harus betul-betul berkualitas, bukan produk siluman atau kelihatannya baik padahal buruk. Anda boleh saja menggunakan cyber untuk mempromosikan produk anda sepanjang bahwa produk yang dilukiskan itu betul-betul sesuai dengan kenyataannya. Bisnis yang mengandalkan pada perkembangan teknologi bukan berarti meniadakan prinsip-prinsip ilmu pengetahuan yang dilandasi dengan nilai-nilai kejujuran. Ilmu pengetahuan atau sains tidak berarti sama sekali bagi keselamatan umat manusia bila diciptakan untuk tujuan kejahatan.

Bagaimana Dunia Bisnis Islami?

Saya akan memulai mengisi blog ini dengan posting persoalan ekonomi dari perspektif Islam. Insya Allah, saya akan menyajikan berbagai permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh bangsa ini di tengah kemelut ekonomi yang begitu menjerat kehidupan manusia. Saya menyadari bahwa tulisan-tulisan di blogku ini tidak menjamin anda menjadi orang kaya. Tetapi, paling tidak, saya hanya menunjukkan bagaimana cara yang menurut aqidah Islam dapat mengantarkan kepada anda untuk menemukan rahasia perolehan kekayaan yang dapat bermanfaat (barokah) bagi kemaslahatan umat. Amin.

Setelah lama tidak melakukan posting untuk blogku ini, saya beroleh bantuan dari Allah SWT untuk segera menuangkan banyak hal berkaitan dengan dunia bisnis yang disesuaikan dengan ajaran Islam. Anda, insya Allah, akan saya ajak untuk mengenal bagaimana dunia bisnis Islami.

Sejalan dengan menguatnya keinginan manusia untuk memenuhi kehidupan dunia dengan persaingan dalam bidang perekonomian, maka sudah saatnya ada petunjuk-petunjuk yang harus dapat dijadikan sandaran. Tujuannya adalah untuk memberikan arah agar tidak menyimpang dari ajaran Islam. Sudah bukan menjadi alasan, hanya karena persaingan global, kaum Muslim yang pebisnis meninggalkan aturan-aturan yang sudah diberlakukan sejak masa Nabi Muhammad Saaw.

Anda, saya yakin, pasti tahu bagaimana Rasulullah Saaw dikenal dengan sebutan al-amin (yang dipercaya). Julukan ini memang pantas buat beliau karena akhlaknya dalam menjalankan usaha dari istrinya sendiri, Siti Khadijah al-Kubra. Sesungguhnya sejarah Islam memberikan pelajaran buat kaum beriman untuk menjadi pelajaran yang harus diikuti. Semua maklum, bahwa dalam dunia bisnis, peran yang sangat penting yang harus diperkuat adalah kejujuran. Tanpa kejujuran, maka bisnis pasti hancur.

Sebenarnya bisnis adalah sebuah usaha manusia untuk saling memberi kepercayaan antara pembeli dan penjual. Bukankah Islam melarang bila transaksi jual beli tanpa didahului dengan ijab dari pembeli dan qabul dari penjual. Ada pernyataan yang harus diungkapkan secara terbuka di antara kedua belah pihak. Keduanya memang saling membutuhkan. Pembeli ingin memperoleh barang, sementara penjual ingin mendapatkan keuntungan dari barang yang dijualnya. Dari sini saja kita dapat menarik kesimpulan bahwa jual beli memang dibutuhkan keterbukaan. Dengan kata lain, tidak ada yang saling menutup atau adanya kejujuran.

Oleh karena itu, hal yang pertama harus dibangun ketika anda hendak mengadakan bisnis adalah kejujuran. Selanjutnya, berkah akan dengan sendirinya mengalir tanpa turut campur tangan manusia.
