" src="http://fwdcdn.channel5.com/upload/1162/1835/samsung-galaxys3_size_9.jpg?1330938478">
A launch date for the Samsung Galaxy S3 has so far been elusive, but it looks like we won’t have to wait too long for one of 2012’s hottest Android phones. Rumours are pinpointing an April release for the speedy Android 4.0. If any phone can topple the iPhone 4S’ popularity, it’s the Samsung Galaxy S3.
Those reports stem from gadget blog ZDNet Korea. The blog suggests that Samsung will release the Galaxy S3 next month in a campaign geared around the London 2012 olympic games. That means we don’t have too long to wait.
The launch is especially important because like its predecessor, the Samsung Galaxy S3 is expected to become the number one Android phone on the market, considered by many to be the only real alternative to the Apple iPhone 4S.
Samsung has yet to confirm the specs, but if previous leaks are anything to go by, the Galaxy S3 is an impressive beast. Reports are claiming the latest Android 4.0 operating system, a 1.5GHz quad-core processor, full HD 1080p shooting and a 4.8-inch display.
We had expected to see the Samsung Galaxy S3 at MWC 2012, but it was not to be. Instead Samsung launched the Samsung Galaxy Beam – a smartphone with a built-in projector that will be in stores this July.
It sounds amazing, but it’s the Samsung Galaxy that Android will really be looking forward to. We’ll bring you more on this year’s must-have Android phone as we hear it. Roll on April.

But with the cost of such devices going into the £££ we know that’s far from the case. Archos has gone some way to resolving that little dilemma by announcing a £99 Android tablet called the Child Pad. It even has the latest Android 4.0 operating system. What else? Read on…
At £99, the Archos Child Pad is definitely one of the cheapest tablets we’ve seen. Even so, the specs, for such a cheap tablet are rather impressive. The Child Pad features a 7-inch screen, a 1GHz processor and 1GB of RAM. So performance should be pretty quick – an essential if it is to be used by impatient youngsters.

We’re also impressed to discover that the Archos Child Pad will feature Android 4.0 – the latest update to the Android operating system built-in from day one. Albeit a more child-friendly version of the OS.
Custom skins and pre-loaded games such as Angry Birds provide the fun. And parental controls. Those are there too. Very important, those. The Archos Child Pad will begin shipping at the end of March.
It may not be the most advanced or desirable tablet around, but for £99, it sounds like a bargain. It’s not just for kids, right?
Then again, wait one month and you may be able to pick up a brand new iPad for just £100 more, following rumours that Apple is to release a 7.85-inch iPad.

Lots of new phones and tablets have been the order of the last seven days. Away from MWC 2012, things were just as exciting. Here’s one clue: iPad 3. Read on for a catchup of five stories that made this week.

Nokia began the week by unveiling the Nokia 808 PureView – a phone with a massive 41-megapixel sensor. Incredible.

Assassin’s Creed 3 American setting confirmed
Assassin’s Creed 3 is coming on October 30th. Before this week we knew little about. We can now confirm that it’ll be set during the American revolution. Excited yet?

Apple invites confirm new iPad launch
Ahead of a new product launch Apple loves sending out invites. Its latest is the biggest clue yet that next week we will see a new iPad. The invite reads: The invite reads “We have something you really have to see. And touch.”

Budget Apple iPad 2 set to launch
As well as the anticipated launch of the iPad 3 comes word that Apple may also launch a smaller, cheaper iPad. If true, Apple could have the tablet market sewn up, we reckon.

MWC 2012 story roundup
Don’t head out just yet. Here’s a roundup of all the MWC 2012 stories we covered this week. " src="http://fwdcdn.channel5.com/upload/1162/1577/best-mwc-phones_size_9.jpg?1330530082">
The MWC 2012 mobile convention has brought us some cracking smartphone announcements and a first glimpse of the mobile tech we’ll soon be seeing in stores stores. There was so many great smartphones on show, that we couldn’t decide which excited us the most, so here are five of best.
From Asus to Nokia – we’ve picked out five smartphones from five different phone-makers, each offering something different. Take a look. You’re bound to find something you like.
Nokia 808 PureView
The Nokia 808 PureView is by far the most advanced camera phone we’ve ever seen, outgunning its own Nokia N8 as the company’s best camera phone. It uses Nokia’s own PureView technology to produce stunning photos filled with detail even when zoomed in. The Nokia 808 PureView also shoots full HD video with “CD-quality” sound.
Huawei Ascend D quad
Huawei claims that the Ascend D quad is the “world’s fastest” smartphone. It’s able to produce such blistering feats thanks to Huawei’s own K3V2 processor that runs at at 1.5GHz. The Huawei Ascend D quad can also boast a 4.5-inch display, the latest Android 4.0 operating system and some clever graphics processors. Games will look great on this thing. An 8 megapixel camera with full HD recording and Dolby audio technology round-up just a few of the reasons we love already love the Huawei Ascend D quad. Its name is not one of them.
HTC One X
The HTC One X takes our own title as one of the most gorgeous phones of MWC 2012. Underneath the polycarbonate chassis it’s even more impressive. At launch it will have the latest Android 4.0 operating system, a 4.7-inch screen with a Super LCD 2 display, 1.5GHz Tegra 3 processor and 32GB of storage. We’re also talking an 8-megapixel camera with full HD video shooting, and HD video chats.
Sony Xperia U
The Sony’s Xperia may not be the most powerful phone around, but we love the look of this midrange device that’ll soon be available in a range of colours. The Xperia U features a 3.5-inch display, 5-megapixel camera and recordS HD video. It may not come shipped with the latest Android operating system, but that update will come later this year.
Asus Padfone

There’s a lot more to the Asus Padfone than meets the eye. Sure, it’s a trendy looking bit of kit with a 4.3-inch Super AMOLED qHD display, dual core processor, 8-megapixel camera and up to 64GB of memory – but did you know that it can take on the form of a 10.1-inch tablet. It does this by docking into one of the many tablet attachments that you can purchase separately. Some even have a keyboard – letting you transform the Asus Padfone into a laptop.

Everything Everywhere, the umbrella company set up by T-Mobile and Orange has announced plans to launch 4G mobile connectivity in the UK this year to give kickstart 4G phone coverage with broadband-like internet speeds.

Subject to approval by governing body OfCom, the plan is to launch 4G across Britain, spelling faster internet speeds for smartphones and improved phone coverage.

“Everything Everywhere’s vision is to launch 4G for Britain as soon as possible, and the roll out of 3.5G HSPA+ and our 4G trials across Britain are major steps towards delivering on that promise” says Everything Everywhere CEO Olaf Swantee.

How soon? Everything Everywhere hopes for a 4G roll out before the end of the year, with initial trials taking place in Bristol in April. If all goes to plan we could soon see 4G broadband-like speeds sweeping the nation, possibly ahead of rival network O2, who also have 4G plans lined up.
Unlike in the US, there are no 4G-enabled phones, but with 4G set to arrive, that could all change, opening the gadget floodgates for 4G-equipped phones with breakneck internet speeds. It could be the best thing to happen to the UK tech scene this year.

What do you reckon, gadget fans? Excited about the possibility of owning a 4G smartphone?

By now there have been enough Apple iPad 3 rumours to pretty confirm that we will see the iPad 2 successor launched very soon. In fact, we could see the iPad 3 launched next month. What you are looking at is one of the first alleged photos of the iPad 3, with a rumoured 8-megapixel rear-facing camera and a cleaner-looking design.

If rumours are to be believed (they are certainly hotting up) we will see Apple unveil the iPad 3 at a San Francisco event next month. In the run up to March many have speculated what form the next iPad will take. Design-wise, the iPad 3 won’t look very different at all.

One website claims to have received a photo of the tablet via its own, unnamed sources. (see above). The shot only shows the back, but it does reveal some information about the tablet. For one, the camera sensor looks to be larger than it is on the iPad 2. A larger sensor would appear to fit in with rumours of an 8-megapixel camera.

We can also see that the iPad 3 may have a cleaner design around the back. More tapered edges and just an Apple logo on the back are the most noticeable changes here. Should the photos hold true, this may be the first glimpse of the iPad 3
.
Apple has of course yet to confirm anything, and is typically keeping everything close to its chest until any official unveil takes place. Rumoured tweaks and additions include a HD Retina Display to rival IPS displays such as that on the Asus Eee Pad Transformer Prime, a quad-core processor and voice assistant Siri to enable tablet-based voice commands.

What do you think? Is the above shot a fake? It won’t be long now till we find out if so.

Computer maker HP isn’t traditionally known for pushing design boundaries, but the company has outdone itself this time. Its new HP Z1 Workstation is a real eye-opener. The computer snaps fully open, too – allowing for easy customisation and upgrading. What a clever idea. The HP Z1 has a little more up its sleeve, also packing some top specs, a quad-core intel processor with NVIDIA-juiced graphics and lots of storage options.

The HP Z1 Workstation may find its place in HP’s business-like range, but there’s no denying how cool its ability to open up and reveal its innards is. The big idea is that the HP Z1 suddenly becomes very easy to upgrade or fix.

Those not into such gimmicks will find plenty more to get excited about – some decent specs abound. The HP Z1’s screen is a 27-inch IPS display that should perform well even when placed near areas of sunlight. It has a 2560×1440 resolution.

Under the hood, the HP Z1 are powered by a quad-core Intel Xeon processor and NVIDIA Quadro graphics. Games will look great on this thing. Customers will have a choice of 160GB or 300GB Solid State Drive (SSD) storage. Other extras include a 2-megapixel HD webcam and a Blu-Ray drive.

The HP Z1 may not quite the eye-catcher in regular use (when not flashing its insides), but it remains an intriguing device. Tempted? Well, you’ve still got plenty of time to ponder a purchase. The HP Z1 does not arrive in stores till April. U.S prices are reported to start at $1,899. That works out at around £1209 in the Queen’s English pounds.
As another five days of gadget goodness comes to an end, it’s time to round up some of the stories that got us most excited. It’s been an exceptionally good week for leaks, smartphone fans and gamers. Missed any of it? Fear not. Read on to catch up, in our latest five for the weekend news roundup.

You read that right. Ubisoft this week confirmed that Assassin’s Creed 3 is a real thing, and that it’ll be launching on October 30th, also putting it in line to become a Nintendo Wii U launch title.

BlackBerry phones are set for a major overhaul. In every way. Photos showing how leaked earlier this week, revealing a radically different BlackBerry 10 interface. If you’re a Blackberry fan of any sort, you need to see this.

Rumours this week suggested that Sony is about to allow PlayStation games to appear on HTC smartphones and tablets in an attempt to widen the reach of the PlayStation brand. But who cares about branding – that’s great news for gamers and HTC gadget owners.

The likes of Spotify and Napster could have a new rival on its hands. Word has got out that HTC and Beats Audio are hatching a plan to develop its own music streaming service set for an unveiling later this month.

The Nokia Lumia smartphone range is one of the most gorgeous we’ve ever laid eyes on. Now there are rumours of a budget model called the Nokia Lumia 610, which will apparently be unveiled later this month, hopefully giving many more the chance to own a piece of beautiful design.

Augmented reality specialist Aurasma has teamed up with toy manufacturer Bandai to bring toys sitting on shelves to life in full 3D, letting children play with them before a box is opened. Toy shopping will never be the same.

Such augmented reality wizardry is made possible via a free app for iPhone, iPad and Android devices that lets children and big-boys and girls-alike view a toy in action, and with sound as if they were real.

Augmented reality technology has been around before, but not quite like this, used on the back of toy boxes. The idea is to transform the shopping experience by bringing toys to life within seconds of pointing your compatible handset at the back of a box.

Pollyanna’s apps of the month
Seeing a toy come to life is sure to entertain children, bored of looking at static store shelves, and give parents a better idea of the toys they are buying for their kids. Unlike some augmented reality tech, Aurasma has no need to scan in QR codes, so potentially any object can be brought to life.
Should you wish to try it out, head to your nearest toy shop and point your Aurasma-enabled iOS or Android device at the boxes of Bandai toys including Lion-O from Thundercats, and then watch it swing its sword in full 3D as you tilt and bring it closer to your eyes for a better look.
We’ve given it a try for ourselves, and can confirm that the Aurasma app does work. Go on, give it a try, or see it in action here. The Aurasma app is available now for free on the Android Market and Apple’s App Store for iPad 2 and iPhone.

The ever-so-popular social-networking site Facebook has had a number of massive changes over the years. Its biggest change to-date, Timeline, will soon be rolling out to all users, forcing those who have been reluctant to make the change, encouraged to do so. Read on to learn more about the announcement.

Facebook announced the news on its own blog saying that “over the next few weeks, everyone will get timeline.”

Facebook Timeline was introduced late last year. It’s a new style of layout chronicling your life and social events from the day you were born, should users wish to backdate that far back.

Users also get the chance to use a larger profile photo that Facebook says acts like a photo album cover. Photos and videos will also appear more prominently on profiles, highlighting social events.
Visually, Timeline is the most radical Facebook overhaul yet. For current users, Facebook Timeline will be rolling out in the next couple of weeks, so those yet to try it out have seven days to look at their current profile to decide what they want to share in the new Timeline, and what they wish to hide.

Facebook Timeline has also rolled out onto mobile devices including Apple iPhone, iPad and Android devices. Are you still using the old format? If so, drop us a comment and let us know your thoughts on making the move to Timeline.

An image of a new LG phone reported to be named the LG Miracle has surfaced, revealing a mid-entry Windows Phone to compete with Android and iOS devices. Rumoured specifications of the LG Miracle have also surfaced, showing the LG Miracle to have NFC technology, a decent processor and HD video recording

The LG Miracle was first spotted in leaked photos last December. Back then the name of the device was known the ‘Fantasy’. A name change later and we have the LG Miracle, and with leaked specs revealing the LG Miracle to have a 1GHz Snapdragon processor, and a 4-inch NOVA display, Pocketnow reports.

NOVA displays promise to be better and brighter than some of the Super AMOLED displays we’re now seeing on the latest Android phones such as the forthcoming Samsung Galaxy S Advance and even the Samsung Galaxy S3.

For storage we’re talking 8GB of built-in space for photos, movies, music and apps. Other leaked features include HSPA connectivity, front-facing VGA camera, and a five-megapixel rear camera capable of 720p HD shooting.

The LG Miracle is also being reported to feature an NFC chip that would let the LG Miracle exchange and share information with another NFC-enabled phone by tapping the two devices together.

NFC technology is still in its early days, currently being adopted by more manufacturers in the hope that we will use the technology more often as an alternative to Bluetooth sharing, and paying for small goods at shops by touching our phones on a sensor, sending a payment via a users phone bill.
Availability and a release date have yet to be revealed, but expect to hear more at the upcoming Mobile World Congress convention in Barcelona at the end of this month

Famous internet radio brand Pure has just launched its very own music streaming service called Pure Music, offering unlimited listening to music, radio, podcasts and more from under a fiver.
With plenty of fellow music streaming services such as Spotify and Napster already available, does Pure Music have what it takes to compete? Here are five things you need to know about Pure Music…

Try it for free
For a limited time only Pure is offering a one month free trial, which should be more than enough time to discover whether the music service is the right one for you. To take part you’ll need to create a free Lounge account and enter your credit card details to prove your country of residence, and that you are over 18. Don’t worry: Pure promises that no payment will be nabbed from your card.

Streaming for under a fiver
For £4.99 customers can stream as much music, radio and podcast listening as you please. That’s the same price per month as both Napster Unlimited and Spotify Unlimited.

Listen to music offline
From March, those interested enough in the service can invest in the premium service. For £9.99 listeners will be able to store their songs and playlists offline for use absolutely anywhere they wish – particularly handy for when you’re on the train, or a long flight.

Listen on your iOS or Android phone
A free Pure Lounge app available from the Apple App Store and Android market lets subscribers listen to music on their iOS or Android portable smartphone or tablet, providing the same full service found on the desktop.

Access the service from compatible Lounge products
Owners of Pure internet radios will be able to access the Pure Lounge service directly to listen to music, and even search their music library using the dials and search functions of compatible Pure Lounge products such as the Pure Evoke Flow.

Would you be tempted to ditch Spotify or Napster and sign up to a different music service?

Apple’s iPad 2 was revealed on March 2 2011, so if the company follows suit with the follow-up we should be seeing the iPad 3 very soon indeed. With that in mind, what are we hoping to see from the next slab of Apple loveliness?

The iPad 2 has sold like the proverbial hotcakes over the past year, even though (as seems to have been forgotten) it was seen by many as a bit of a modest overhaul of the original device. We’ve been told that the iPad 3 could be the one to watch. Here’s what we might be getting…

HD screen
The main reason some people were a bit miffed with the iPad 2 (though we love ours to bits) isn’t because of a misplaced sense of entitlement or the curious need to diss Apple at every turn. Oh no. It was because the screen was absolutely identical to the original iPad’s.

That won’t cut the mustard for a third year running, which is why we’re expecting Apple to provide a major screen overhaul. We’re talking an HD display with double the resolution of the previous models, which should provide a picture that’s almost as sharp as the iPhone 4S.

Quad-core processor
Dual-core mobile processors are so 2011, darling. This year will see the emergence of quad-core smartphones and tablets, and the iPad 3 will almost definitely be at the forefront of that progression.
All reports are suggesting that the next Apple tablet will feature a new A6 chip with double the processor cores of the iPad 2. Considering how powerful last year’s model is, that’s quite a prospect – we’re approaching laptop speeds here.

Slightly bulkier body
For all its internal changes and that shiny new screen, we’re not actually expecting the iPad 3 to change all the much on the outside. Indeed, there have been rumours that a real working iPad 3 was out on the floor of CES last month, but that no one noticed because it was so similar to the iPad 2.
Regardless of the truth of that tantalising claim, it has been suggested that the only difference in the iPad 3’s design will be a slightly thicker body. Well, with a high def screen and a souped up camera to squeeze in, what did you expect?

iPhone 4S-standard camera
The iPad 2 introduced a camera to the Apple tablet range, but in truth it was only really any good at shooting videos – and even then it wasn’t the sort of thing that could replace your camcorder. The iPad 3 should change all that.

We’re expecting the iPad 3 camera to be very similar to the iPhone 4S’s – which means it’ll be one of the best 8-megapixel smart device cameras around. We could also get an HD front-facing camera in a bid to sharpen up FaceTime performance.

Siri
Apple’s voice-operated assistant, Siri, was the star of the iPhone 4S show. For the first time, voice recognition actually seems to have a practical use on a mobile device, such is Siri’s knack for understanding what you want and offering a shortcut to it.

Not only would it be logical for Apple to include its smart new tool with the iPad 3, there have also been mentions of Siri on iPad spotted in a beta version of the next iOS, 5.1.

Claims and rumours of there being a new Xbox and PlayStation console announcement in 2012 has seen excitement go through the roof. Xbox fans can now at least tone down their excitement, after Microsoft France revealed that we will not see a new Xbox in 2012.
It was originally rumoured that a new Xbox reveal of sorts would happen at CES 2012, but with that date having come and gone, the rumours turned to E3, which Microsoft France at least has now denied outright.

In an interview with LePoint.Fr Cedrik Delmas, marketing director of Microsoft France said that there is still plenty of life in the Xbox 360, before hinting heavily that we will not see a new console in 2012, let alone at E3 2012, this June.

“Xbox 360′s cycle is not at all finished. The proof is that we don’t see the logic in cutting the price this year. E3 is still premature. What’s certain is that there’ll be nothing new in 2012.”
Nintendo has already confirmed that its new console – the Nintendo Wii U – will be launching at the end of the year. Delmas brushed off the idea of competing with Nintendo with a new console.

“We’re not here to counter Nintendo and they’re not here to fight the other manufacturers. Nintendo has put itself in a different cycle, they’re advancing at their own pace.” So for now at least, it’s looking like the Nintendo Wii U will be the only major new console shown off at E3 2012.
But how long before you think Sony and Microsoft will follow? How long do you think there is left in the current console cycle? Send us your thoughts below.

Contemporary glass radiators for your central heating system
There has always been a problem with plumbed in radiators, they
are so ugly. Radiators are a necessity, and usually look functional without any
real design appeal or aesthetics.

This is not the case when you consider the new Art range of glass radiators
for central heating systems, the possibilities are nearly endless. The glass
Radiator is designed to be easily fitted into your existing central heating
system.

Whatever your style, express yourself with an Glass Art radiator from Tell Me
First. You can have any image/picture on the glass. There are a couple of things
to check to be sure your image will work on a Glass radiator. You will need
quite a large, high quality photo and you need to consider what the photo will
look like when its cropped to fit the radiator.

Sky TV has revealed plans to launch a new internet TV service letting even those who do not subscribe to any of Sky’s many packages watch shows at any time. Users will be able to watch the shows from any device from the computer to the smartphone.

If all that sounds familiar, that’s because it sounds like the current Sky Go service, however the new service will be quite different, and more flexible.

Should you wish to watch a one-off show or film for the evening, you’ll be able to pay for it upfront by renting it, doing away with the need to purchase a full month’s subscription – so you’re not tied up to any long deals or costly contracts.

The current Sky Go service already allows Sky shows to be viewed on a range of gadgets, however, Sky Go is restricted to paying Sky subscribers, so Sky will be hoping that the new service introduces new customers to its plethora of services.
Sky already offers an impressive selection of films and U.S dramas. The announcement seems to fit in more with films and drama, possibly leaving football – one of Sky’s main draws untouched, but there’s no doubting that quick and cheap one-off payments for big football events such as UEFA Champions League games would be very popular.

We look forward to hearing more about what the new Sky TV service has to offer in the coming months. More as soon as we get it.

written to the prime minister urging him to cut subsidies for wind turbines.
They also want planning rules changed to make it easier for local people to
object to their construction.

The Tory MPs - joined by some backbenchers from other parties - questioned
the amount of money going to the sector during "straitened times".

But the government said wind farms were a "cost-effective and valuable part
of the UK's diverse energy mix".

The challenge to the coalition's policy presents an immediate problem for the
new Energy and Climate Change Secretary, Ed Davey. He was promoted to the job
following the resignation of fellow Liberal Democrat Chris Huhne last
Friday.

Lib Dem president Tim Farron told BBC's Andrew Marr Show that Mr Davey was a
"very, very capable man" and an "outstanding environmentalist" who would take
projects forward.

What is your view, is the goverment loosing the plot or do you agree with their view.

The Nokia Lumia 900 arrives in the UK this June. As if Nokia fans did not have enough to look forward to, there is now talk of a new model called the Nokia Lumia 910, sporting an even better 12-megapixel camera
.
The Nokia Lumia 910 would be a new model, that has not yet been announced by Nokia. However, a well-known source believes the new model is real, and that it will also be launching this June.

Eldar Murtazin has popped up again and again, often proving a thorn in Nokia’s side and getting hold of information and pre-production models before they’re officially released. He predicted Nokia’s tie-in with Windows Phone ahead of the official announcement, and now Murtazin has suggested on his Twitter page that the mysterious new Nokia Lumia 910 may launch ahead of the Nokia Lumia 900.
“Who needs Lumia 900 in june if they want to launch Lumia 910 (12mpx) in may? Europe.” Murtazin tweeted.

Murtazin says little else of the rumoured Nokia Lumia 910, or whether the supposedly newer model will upgrade on the rest of the Nokia Lumia 900’s features, but past predictions have turned out to be true. Watch this space.

Earlier this high-street retailer Carphone Warehouse listed the Nokia Lumia 900 for a June 2012 release. Pricing details are yet to be revealed

Information about Apple’s next big phone may be thin on the ground, but we can be certain that its camera looks destined for a major upgrade. Each new iPhone has seen improvements to its camera, but the next iPhone could see the biggest change yet. Read on to find out more about the iPhone 5 and its groundbreaking camera tech.

Rather than ramming up the megapixel count, which may also happen, Apple is believed to be working with the makers of the very clever Lytro camera to develop the kind of photo-taking tech unseen in camera phones.

The claims come from Forbes magazine writer Adam Lashinky’s book “Inside Apple” in which it is claimed that the late Steve Jobs met with Ren Ng, the founder of Lytro – makers of a very clever light field camera that manages to squeeze in some amazing photographic focussing technology inside very small cameras.

Put two and two together and Lytro would appear a perfect for Apple’s ambitions. The Lytro camera, earlier nominated as one of CES 2012’s most innovative gadgets delivers a new way to take photos by letting you re-focus on subjects after a shot a shot has been taken.

What does that mean? Well, with no need to focus, or autofocus you could take a photo of anything, even fast-moving objects and have your photos continue to look fantastic regardless of the conditions – a perfect fit for smartphone photography.

Fitting such technology inside the Apple iPhone 5 could be just what Apple has on the cards.

While some camera-makers are keen to show off the latest in modern-styled tech, Samsung is handing over the reigns of modern design to add a retro twist to some of its own shooter range.
The Samsung NX200 looks like something from a bygone era, but look a little closer and it has some great specs and DSLR quality for a relatively compact size.
To cut to the chase on those specs, the Samsung NX200 has a whopping 20.3 megapixel APS-C CMOS sensor – you can be sure of some top quality photography here.

And for video fans and hobbyist, even professional filmmakers, the Samsung NX200 also shoots full high definition footage, which these days is a must-have feature on any top camera.

Around the back is a 3-inch AMOLED VGA display, helpful for previewing photos and video clips.

By using the easy shovel, you do not need to bend down to pick up the shovel, this will protect the base of the spine from injury and transfers the load of lifting across the shoulders, giving you greater power and control. This is especially important for those long, repetitive tasks that can lead to RSI (repetitive strain injury).

Gardening Injuries – Lower Back Pain And Knee Pain – Pain Control

Pain Control Tips for Avoiding Gardening related injuries, if you are gardening try doing these few tips Before you start gardening warm up muscles and joints by performing simple stretching exercises.
When you are kneeling down to do your planting, place both knees on a knee pad or kneeler. You can even use an old cushion or blanket. Rather than using a large spade to dig use a small spade. This way you will put less strain onto your back, avoiding lower back pain.
Avoid repetitive strain injuries by switching tasks. Digging for long periods of time can cause a repetitive strain injury. When lifting anything remember to bend your knees and keep your back straight. If using a hover mower, you should push it in front of you and face the direction in which you are cutting the grass, rather than swinging it from side to side.
But help is at hand, if you are digging the garden, moving snow or just working, let the easy shovel take the strain and not your back.
It’s been another great week in gadget land. OK, no staggering new devices hits the shops but the week has been dominated by new phone leaks, new online streaming services and the hottest gaming rumours around.
If you missed any of our top stories, fear not: we’ve rounded them up in one place, taking in word of Nokia’s latest 12-megapixel camera, Sky’s new internet TV service and the latest on the Xbox 720.

The beginning of the week was dominated by Nokia gossip. Known insider Eldar Murtazin tweeted about the existence of a 12-megapixel Nokia 910. It was a rumour, and then the device begun appearing on store websites, appearing to confirm what we suspected. Exciting stuff. Mobile World Congress takes place at the end of this month, so we hope to find out more.

Sky’s new television service will let viewers watch programmes on a pay as you watch basis. So there’s no need to subscribe. Even better is that those who use the service will be able to watch on all sorts of devices including mobile phones, tablets and video game consoles.

BlackBerry phones are in for a major revamp, starting with the forthcoming BlackBerry London. The first picture of the device landed on the web, revealing a very different look. There are no buttons for a start. Word is it will be the most powerful BlackBerry phone yet, and make more use of apps than any previous BlackBerry device ever did.

Rumours of a n new Xbox console, already dubbed the Xbox 720 have been rumbling for months. Those rumours could now show signs of coming to an end after Xbox France confirmed that Microsoft will not be showing anything new console-wise this year.

A video that wasn’t supposed to be released has spilled the beans on all the new features set to arrive in Windows Phone 8. Among them: SD card support, Near Field Communication, more apps and more power. Hit the link to learn more about the operating system with the potential to rival Android and iOS.

As new Xbox 720 rumours continue to mount, it has been claimed that the next generation Xbox console will finally ditch the traditional DVD format, and instead opt for Blu-Ray playback.

Such a move would see the new Xbox match the PS3 in terms of movie playback and eliminate the need for games to be laid out on multiple discs. A source also claims that the next Xbox will use technology that could prevent used games being played on the console.

Following lots of speculation, a source recently told gaming website Kotaku that Microsoft will use Blu-Ray technology in its next console, like Sony currently does with its PS3 console.

Kotaku’s source also says that the next Xbox will also use a form of “anti-used” technology to could prevent used games from being played on the console, though it is not clear how the technology will work. One suggestion is that games will be tied specifically to users Xbox Live profiles, to enable the console to detect whether a game has been played using another profile.

Should this be the case, it could be a blow to sales of pre-owned games – they would not work on other consoles once the player signs in to their Xbox Live profile. The report also mentions the next generation of Microsoft Kinect, which will be fitted with a new sensor for better accuracy, and a smaller controller than the current version.

What do you think of Microsoft’s possible move to Blu-Ray as a game and movie format? And how could this “anti-used technology” be used in future? Any guesses, gadget fans?
