Global Warming Stats And Claims Rejected By Scientific Review
Gore and Pachauri receive their Nobel prizes for their contributions to the Hoax of Global Warming in 2007. The Nobel Prize is named for the man who invented dynamite; unfortunately for recipients, the prize has the bizarre habit of often blowing up in the faces of those who claim their award, OBama, Gore, and Pachauri are the most recent examples of those who suffer a reversal of fortune after being awarded the Nobel. Al Gores contempt for those who questioned the Global Warming Hoax echoes the story of Apelles and the Cobbler. Appelles was the Greek portrait artist for Alexander the Great, so great was his talent that Alexander forbade anyone else to draw or paint his portrait. Alexander commissioned Apelles to paint Campaspe, one of his many mistresses. Apelles fell in love with the woman and Alexander allowed him to marry her. Thus his relationship with Alexander can be considered fairly close. Apelles was preoccupied with accuracy and once consulted a cobbler for his opinion of a pair of shoes in a drawing and the cobbler found a mistake in the eyelet of the shoes. He studied the drawing a little longer and found fault with the legs. Apelles became incensed and replied, ne sutor ultra crepidam, a modern translation would be that a cobbler should stick to his shoes or last. The epitaph has since evolved into the contemptuous phrase, The critic should never go beyond the sphere of his knowledge, or risk being called a ultracrepidarian. Of course Apelles was a gifted artist and Al Gore has been living a charade or a through the looking glass existence as a self-proclaimed Climate Expert. Like Obama, he has no documentation for the title or his qualifications; he has also been quick to criticize those who challenge any of his false assumptions with contempt. He refuses to debate his so called scientific theory; consequently, he ends up looking like a fool. At last weeks Wall Street Journal Eco-nomics conference, Gore was directly challenged to debate by Danish statistician Bjorn Lomborg. His reply: But you know, the scientific community has dealt with this the approach is extremely misleading, and the scientific community has gone through this chapter and verse. The Goracle has similarly squirmed out of debates with Dennis Avery and Lord Monckton of Brenchley, just to name a few. Monday morning at ICCC, California Congressman Tom McClintock informed the audience that Heartland had offered to sponsor a debate at Oxford University against any of three skeptics and in the format of Gores choice. But the man who would be leader of the green world will not accept any such challenge. And the reason is quite simple. As Lord Monckton put it so colorfully yesterday in his rousing address to close the conference: The bed-wetter knows hell lose. The latest tolling of the bell for Gores Folly is in the form of a scientific rebuke from an independent scientific investigation of the UN Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Control. The global-warming establishment took a body blow this week, as the UN Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change received a stunning rebuke from a top-notch independent investigation. For two decades, the IPCC has spearheaded efforts to convince the worlds governments that man-made carbon emissions pose a threat to the global temperature equilibrium and to civilization itself. IPCC reports, collated from the work of hundreds of climate scientists and bureaucrats, are widely cited as evidence for the urgent need for drastic action to save the planet. But the prestigious InterAcademy Council, an independent association of the best scientists and engineers worldwide (as the groups own Web site puts it) formed in 2000 to give high-quality advice to international bodies, has finished a thorough review of IPCC practices and found them badly wanting. For example, the IPCCs much-vaunted Fourth Assessment Report claimed in 2007 that Himalayan glaciers were rapidly melting, and would possibly be gone by the year 2035. The claim was actually false yet the IPCC cited it as proof of man-made global warming. The UNs IPCC predicted in 2007 that they had high confidence that Global Warming could mean a 50% decrease in rain for agriculture in Africa: consequently there were fears of future famine in Africa that would mean starvation for millions. The InterAcademy Council investigation found this claim to be based on weak evidence. The IAC castigated the IPCC for basing scientific conclusions with little or no evidence and for making vague statements that were difficult to dispute. The phrase high confidence was used repeatedly without sufficient support and the reports were not expressed clearly. The report on the Himalayan Glaciers melting bypassed the scientific process of peer review of scientific data or any data; instead, the theory is based on speculation based on a phone interview with one scientist. Science seems to have been an after thought for the IPCC. This last January, the Sunday Times of London reported that because of the fraudulent glacier story, (IPCC Chairman) Rajendra Pachauris Energy and Resources Institute, based in New Delhi, was awarded up to 310,000 pounds by the Carnegie Corp and the lions share of a 2.5 million pound EU grant funded by European taxpayers. Thus the Times concluded the EU taxpayers were funding fraudulent science that any ice researcher would recognize as a scam. After the expose of East Anglias fraud and attempts to suppress criticism and this latest condemnation of the IPCC, Al Gores claim that the debate is over settled is about as meaningful as the carnival barkers claims at a circus. Yet our legislature is still passing out grants and President Obama still hopes to pass a Cap and Trade Bill based on the Global Warming Scam and designed to collapse what is left of American Industry and to further strangle and stagnate the economy. We now may safely assume that Anthropogenic Global Warming is an unproven hypothesis that has been exaggerated and distorted for the purposes of fraud and malfeasance: the awarding of grants has been one of the greatest scams ever perpetrated against the American people and the scam was so well implemented, even to the point of being taught to elementary school children, that we will be fighting the fraud for generations. The Global Warming Scientists with their political agenda have brought the whole area of science into disrepute and under suspicion. Thus within the so called scientific community of Global Warmers and bureaucrats, the granting of huge cash awards of other peoples money and the blind acceptance of scientific papers is commonplace; consequently, a virtual legal criminal enterprise is given a freehand and best wishes by sycophants and a gullible public that is willing to trade their wealth and sovereignty to have con artists and Socialists save the world. From politicians and bureaucrats, we expect these criminal endeavors that skirt the thin ice of legality, but we now have a sizable portion of the scientific community engaged in ongoing political drama and malfeasance; consequently, the integrity of the scientific community will be damaged for generations and that is a tragedy, for mankind will, at some point in the future, suffer immeasurably when the real scientists try to warn us of an actual impending disaster.

It is much more critical now that America takes back both houses of congress from the socialist progressives who are destroying our economy and everything that America has stood for.

Most everything you are hearing on the news About Arizona's immigration enforcement bill 1070 is a lie, read it for yourself. There is no racism, there is no prevision for anyone to stop you on the street and ask for "your papers". You can not be stopped unless you are breaking some other law. If you have valid ID then there is no problem. If you are driving around with out a drivers license then you have a problem ANYONE would have, not just "brown people".

SB1070 - 492R - House Bill Summary

I have quoted a small relevant part of it below.

"Section 1. Intent

The legislature finds that there is a compelling interest in the cooperative enforcement of federal immigration laws throughout all of Arizona. The legislature declares that the intent of this act is to make attrition through enforcement the public policy of all state and local government agencies in Arizona. The provisions of this act are intended to work together to discourage and deter the unlawful entry and presence of aliens and economic activity by persons unlawfully present in the United States.

Sec. 2. Title 11, chapter 7, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding article 8, to read:

ARTICLE 8. ENFORCEMENT OF IMMIGRATION LAWS

START_STATUTE11-1051. Cooperation and assistance in enforcement of immigration laws; indemnification

A. No official or agency of this state or a county, city, town or other political subdivision of this state may limit or restrict the enforcement of federal immigration laws to less than the full extent permitted by federal law.

B. For any lawful stop, detention or arrest made by a law enforcement official or a law enforcement agency of this state or a law enforcement official or a law enforcement agency of a county, city, town or other political subdivision of this state in the enforcement of any other law or ordinance of a county, city or town or this state where reasonable suspicion exists that the person is an alien and is unlawfully present in the United States, a reasonable attempt shall be made, when practicable, to determine the immigration status of the person, except if the determination may hinder or obstruct an investigation. Any person who is arrested shall have the person's immigration status determined before the person is released. The person's immigration status shall be verified with the federal government pursuant to 8 United States code section 1373(c). A law enforcement official or agency of this state or a county, city, town or other political subdivision of this state may not consider race, color or national origin in implementing the requirements of this subsection except to the extent permitted by the United States or Arizona Constitution. A person is presumed to not be an alien who is unlawfully present in the United States if the person provides to the law enforcement officer or agency any of the following:

1. A valid Arizona driver license.

2. A valid Arizona nonoperating identification license.

3. A valid tribal enrollment card or other form of tribal identification."

While I've little interest in getting in the middle of the Obama birth issue, Paul Hollrah over at UTFSM did so yesterday and believes the issue can be resolved by Obama answering one simple question:

What passport did he use when he was shuttling between New York , Jakarta, and Karachi?

So how did a young man who arrived in New York in early June 1981,without the price of a hotel room in his pocket, suddenly come up with the price of a round-the-world trip just a month later?

And once he was on a plane, shuttling between New York , Jakarta and Karachi , what passport was he offering when he passed through Customs and Immigration?

The American people not only deserve to have answers to these questions, they must have answers. It makes the debate over Obama's citizenship a rather short and simple one.

Q: Did he travel to Pakistan in 1981, at age 20?
A :Yes, by his own admission.

Q: What passport did he travel under?
A: There are only three possibilities…
1) He traveled with a U.S. Passport,
2) He traveled with a British passport, or
3) He traveled with an Indonesian passport.

Q: Is it possible that Obama traveled with a U.S. Passport in 1981?
A: No. It is not possible. Pakistan was on the U...S. State Department's "no travel" list in 1981..

Conclusion:
When Obama went to Pakistan in 1981 he was traveling either with a British passport or an Indonesian passport.

If he were traveling with a British passport that would provide proof he was born in Kenya on August 4, 1961, not in Hawaii as he claims.
And if he were traveling with an Indonesian passport that would tend to prove he relinquished whatever previous citizenship he held, British or American, prior to being adopted by his Indonesian step-father in 1967.

Whatever the truth of the matter, the American people need to know how he managed to become a "natural born" American citizen between 1981 and 2008..

Given the destructive nature of his plans for America, as illustrated by his speech before Congress and the disastrous spending plan he has presented to Congress, the sooner we learn the truth of all this, the better.

If you Don't care if Your President is not a natural born Citizen and in Violation of the Constitution, then Delete this and go into your cocoon.

While a good idea, I don't think it goes far enough.

I'd change it to read: Congress nor courts or Federal agency shall make no law, order or ruling that does not apply equally to all citizens of the United States, including all members of the executive, legislative and judicial branches. All existing laws and regulations that do not meet these criteria shall be declared null and void!

A brief summery of what he says is that wind power causes more problems than it solves, doesn't produce it's claimed benefits or even a fraction of it's promised power and most nations that have been using it are stopping because of the problems. One of the bigger problems is the wind doesn't blow reliably and rarely when we need the power the most so they haven't reduced the need for even one conventional power plant.
Anyone who tells you wind power is great and we need it is lying to you or just plain ignorant of the facts. The best answer to our electricity needs is nuclear power. Even the Governor of California Arnold Schwarzenegger admitted the need for it in his plan to convert California to "green power" that is going to cost the state and consumers billions of dollars. I saw it in his speech last year, but couldn't find it on YouTube..

This started off in response to comments on an article I DIGGed. There are a lot of idiots on DIGG pushing Global warming and calling anyone who disputes their so called theory deniers.

I have plenty of facts that Global warming is a hoax as do all of us who KNOW that global warming/climate change is a scam and the only people claiming it exists stand to profit from making us change our life styles or are their blind followers. Which are you? If you believe in Global warming because leftist media or school teachers told it's a fact, Where are their facts? All made up, distortions and outright lies. It is a THEORY and theories are open to question and change all the time. These are the same people who were telling us climate theory said we were going to have another ice age in the early 1970s.

Owl Gore is the biggest hypocrite and liar around, he is one of the biggest personal users of energy in Tennessee, has a mine (believe it is Nickel but not sure) on his property that is on the EPA clean up list and is a major seller of "carbon Credits". GE makes CFL lights, wind turbines, selling Carbon Credits and is HEAVILY supporting climate change and a MAJOR supporter of Obama and others who are trying to push this lie on you. see GE's incestuous relationship with Obama

Now Oboma and the Democrats in Congress Pelosie and Reed are trying to push through carbon taxes which will drive your energy costs through the roof. Oboma has been quoted as saying he wanted to see gas/fuel prices over $5 a gallon so you would have to give up your cars and use public transportation when he was a senator. I though he said he wasn't going to raise your taxes.. Also said his administration and bills would be transparent and open and published on the Internet for what was it 15 days? So You the public can see what is going on. Then why are they trying rush all this legislation through with out publishing it on the Internet where you can see it and passing it in the middle of the night when even your congress persons have not READ WHAT THEY ARE VOTING ON. WAKE UP PEOPLE!!!! They are trying to take control of everything from banking, insurance, auto industry, energy and now your health care. If that isn't socialism then what is? Socialism has failed every where it has been implemented. Name me one thing government does well. Well!? Social Security is going broke, Medicare is nearly broke and full of corruption, the veterans administration has terrible health care and you want these people to "fix the heath care crisis" they claim exists? Our government controlled schools suck, they don't teach they brain wash kids with liberal ideals. I could go on and on about how about everything the government does sucks but I'm getting off track here. There isn't ONE thing government has ever done that hasn't been extremely more expensive than what they said it would be in the beginning. Oboma has already doubled the deficit since he has been in office and if everything they have passed so far is implemented will spend more money we don't have than ALL the presidents before him combined and he's still spending more!! The Democrats are running the economy with all this spending and are destroying the value of the dollar by printing money to cover their insane spending spree. We are so far in debt that China and the middle east don't want give us any more credit!

Several of the links document how poorly sited the stations which are saying there is any warming going on. Next to AC units, in parking lots and other artificial heat sources, not anywhere close to the specifications for correctly measuring temperature. It is a fact for the last few years we have been experiencing global COOLING. The earths climate changes because of the SUN primarily, not anything man is doing. The sun as been at solar minimum for the last few years and has had a lack of sun spots not seen in decades.

You will not see this heart-stopping photo on the front page of the NY Times, nor on the lead story of the major news networks.

The protestors at Montebello High School took the American flag
off the school's flag pole and hung it upside down while putting up the Mexican flag over it. (*See pictures below*)

I predict this stunt will be the nail in the coffin of any guest-worker/amnesty plan on the table in Washington . The image of the American flag subsumed to another and turned upside down on American soil is already spreading on Internet forums and via e-mail.

Pass this along to every American citizen in your address books and to every representative in the state and federal government. If you choose to remain uninvolved, do not be amazed when you no longer have a nation to call your own nor anything you have worked for left since it will be 'redistributed' to the activists while you are so peacefully staying out of the 'fray'.. Check history, it is full of nations/empires that disappeared when its citizens no longer held their core beliefs and values. One person at a time CAN make a difference..

A vote to protect your right to travel out-of-state with a firearm could
come to a vote next week -- even as early as Monday!

Senators John Thune and David Vitter are the sponsors of S. 845 -- a
bill that will establish concealed carry reciprocity amongst the several
states.

Senators Thune and Vitter offered the bill as an amendment (#1618) to
the Department of Defense authorization bill (H.R. 2647).

This provision will use the constitutional authority allowing Congress
to enforce "full faith and credit" across the country, so that each
state respects the "public acts, records, and judicial proceedings" of
every other state (Article IV).

The benefit of the Thune/Vitter legislation is that -- unlike other,
competing measures -- it would protect the right of any U.S. citizen to
carry out of state (regardless of whether he possesses a permit), as
long as he is authorized to carry in his home state. This is important
because of states like Vermont and Alaska, where residents can carry
concealed without prior approval or permission from the state... in
other words, without a permit!

ACTION: Please urge your Senators to vote YES on the Thune/Vitter
concealed carry reciprocity amendment that will be offered to the
Department of Defense authorization bill and NO on any modifying
amendments. This vote could come as early as Monday, so please act on
this right away!

pre-written e-mail message below.

Please support the Thune/Vitter amendment to the Department of Defense
authorization bill. This amendment will protect the right of citizens to
carry firearms outside of their home state without violating the rights
of the other states. Thus, the reciprocity language masterfully protects
the principle of federalism while also promoting Second Amendment
rights.

A person's right to defend himself and his family should not end at the
border of his state.

I urge you to vote for the Thune/Vitter concealed carry amendment and to
oppose any modifying actions that seek to weaken their amendment.
