Vine o vreme in viata oricarui om cand ajunge la concluzia ca e prea cald sa se apuce sa mai gateasca, dar nu stiu cum se face ca exact in momentele alea se anunta cineva in vizita sau te roaga familia sa pregatesti un brunch savuros, asa cum stii tu, momente in care ai de ales fie sa comanzi niste pizza (si sa pierzi puncte serioase la impresia artistica), fie sa incropesti ceva rapid cu ce ai prin casa, motiv pentru care eu am mai mereu in camara un stoc de conserve diverse, din care nu lipsesc maslinele in saramura, rosiile uscate in ulei, anghinarea, caperele si pateul integral, conserve pe care le scot imediat la inaintare cand trebuie sa prepar ceva rapid, dar fara compromisuri in ceea ce priveste gustul si prezentarea.&lt;/div&gt;

Votul meu s-a dus la Ludwig – sasul cel inventiv, pentru ca sunt fan inovatii culinare si secrete bine pastrate, pentru a fi mai apoi impartasite la momentul potrivit. In plus, Ludwig e singurul care n-are barba sau mustata, si presimt eu ca asta e un indiciu important. :)&lt;br /&gt;

Tocmai cand ma gandeam ca poate ar trebui sa mai pun si altceva pe masa, macar din cand in cand, am dat de aceasta reteta de pui la cuptor care este absolut minunata in simplitatea ei. Daca ati auzit vreodata expresia finger lickin’ good, sa stiti ca aceasta reteta este ilustrarea ei perfecta, atat la propriu cat si la figurat.&lt;br&gt;

In loc de introducere, trebuie sa va marturisesc ca pentru mine procesul de obtinere a branzei din lapte (alaturi de brutarit, inghetata artizanala si gatitul sous-vide, to name just a few) este unul dintre domeniile culinare cele mai fascinante, mai ales pentru ca implica o mare doza de “kitchen magic”, acel ansamblu de ingrediente, echipamente, tehnici si procese care transforma simpla preparare intr-un proces de creatie, o alchimie in care din elemente primare se obtin produse finale care sunt cu mult peste suma ingredientelor, la fel cum un tablou este mult mai mult decat un amestec de culori pe o panza.&lt;br&gt;
