Today is one of those days that dreams are made of, golden sunshine, lapis blue skies and emerald green waters.  The day reminds me of all that I have to be thankful of. The temp here today is 81 degress and the humidity is at 60%. I am lucky enough to have a wonderful gardener who helps me keep my yard clean and racked up as well as regularly bringing me lots of cuttings from local plants.  She has that special gift of breaking off a twig, sticking it in the sand, watering it and it grows. I love going to the market and buying flowers for the house. I can usually pick up a great bouquet for about $5 US. Paul and Carol hosted the first ever " funky market." Please read this first!</title><summary type="html">I was spending some time this afternoon perusing some other blogs to get ideas for something to write about.  I stumbled on to the Debi in Merida, I love reading it, but haven't had a chance for a while.  While catching up I saw a link that she had to a friend, it was so well done that it had been published in Yucatan living. Sorry to have been away soooo long!  It has been a very busy time here in our sleepy little town.
