És una iniciativa per posar en valor els vins excel·lents que es produeixen a les vuit DO’s presents a les Comarques de Tarragona i els restaurants més destacats.
Ofereix un excepcional viatge de sensacions, sabors i textures de la mà de 13 vins i caves, excel·lents, procedents de les DO’s de les Comarques de Tarragona, per ser gaudits en el marc de les propostes culinàries sorgides dels fogons dels més destacats restauradors de casa nostra.&lt;br /&gt;

23 restaurants ens delectaran amb uns sorprenents menús ideats per maridar amb el bo i millor de les DO Catalunya, Cava, Conca de Barberà, Montsant, Penedès, Priorat, Tarragona i Terra Alta. Vet aquí la diferència, menús que mariden amb vins i no pas vins que mariden amb menús.&lt;br /&gt;

Productes de proximitat per excel·lència, són els protagonists de Tarragona Restaurant Wine. S'ha escollit una acurada selecció seguint el criteri de la prestigiosa "Guía Peñín de los Vinos de España", del reconegut prescriptor José Peñín.&lt;br /&gt;

Es porta fent des de 1884. Un vermut que està considerat com un dels millors d'Espanya.&lt;br /&gt;De color fosc amb tons &lt;span class="unknown"&gt;iodados&lt;/span&gt;, de bona intensitat aromàtica amb notes &lt;span class="unknown"&gt;especiadas&lt;/span&gt;, cítriques, anisats, herbes aromàtiques i records de fruita madura. Després de 5 mesos, el vi es clarifica i es filtra suaument i s’embotella. L’aroma és intens amb predomini de les fruites tropicals. En boca és fresc i molt avellutat, mantenint encara les notes de fruita, té un final llarg.&lt;br /&gt;Aquest vi és fruit d’una acurada selecció de vinyes de garnatxa blanca d’uns 50 anys d’edat, que tenen unes produccions més regulars però també més limitades, i que es troben en finques diferents amb sòls i microclimes diferenciats.
