For New Years Eve I spent two hours on the Las Vegas Strip. They closed down all of Las Vegas Blvd, and let the people walk the streets. It took me 2 hours to walk a loop from the Tropicana to a little pass Cesar's Palace and back again. While walking, I had a feeling that someone was going to barf on me, so I turned around quickly, and jumped out of the way of this girl who threw up, not once, not twice, but three times in a row. I'm glad I got out of her way. On the loop back toward to where I parked, I got trapped at Planet Hollywood, because it was five minutes till the 2012. I could not move at all, so I&nbsp;committed&nbsp;and that is where I spent the last few minutes of 2011. It was so loud, and so smoky, from the fireworks, from the second hand smoke, and smoke that was not from a&nbsp;tobacco&nbsp;plant, but another type of organic plant.<br /> <br /> It was an interesting&nbsp;experience, and I don't think I ever want to do it again. Re-reading it is just as satisfying as reading it the first time. At times I see ideas from Morrison's Doom Patrol days come through as an X-Men story, no a re-hash of old Doom Patrol stories, but what if Doom Patrol continued under Morrison's writing, with a mutant twist. Even with the inconsistent art, I would tell everyone to read Grant Morrison's New X-Men<br /> <br /> <br />What I like about reading Comic-Books is that you can read 2 or 3 trade paperback collections in an hour or 2. Its like having a quick, but complete story, in a fraction of the time it takes to read a book. Hopefully its true. The training camps and free agency starts December 9th and games start Christmas day. They agreed to a 50-50 revenue split, which is&nbsp;significantly&nbsp;lower than what the players were getting before (57-43). I hope it holds true.
