Almost everyone wants to customize their PSP with themes, wallpapers, and skins. Themes allow you to give your PSP a unique personality. In fact, customizing your PSP is a lot like customizing your PC's wallpaper.
One of the best ways to find free PSP themes is to simply go to Google and type in "free PSP themes." There are thousands of sites offering free PSP downloads.

You can also search forums and newsgroups. These are great places to find custom-made PSP Themes. Community sites like DeviantArt have an amazing collection of PSP themes made by the site's members. Or, if you really want to get creative, why not just open up the graphics program on your computer and design your own custom theme. As long as you save it as a JPEG file, it should be compatible.

There are a few things you should watch out for when looking for PSP themes.
First, stay away form the Sony PSP site. A lot of people think this is the best place to go, but in reality you won't find many original themes here. Most of the themes are pretty old and have already been downloaded thousands of times. They do have quite a few good themes, but if you're looking for something unique, this is not the place to go.

Also be sure and stay away from the torrent sites. They are full of spyware, adware, and corrupted files. Plus, torrent sites put your computer at risk of leaking personal information. I'd avoid these sites at all costs. If you'd like to download lots of Free PSP themes along with unlimited access to millions of PSP games, movies, music, and tv shows, you'll want to sign up for a PSP membership site.

<img style="FLOAT: left; It plays music, videos, browses the Internet, and plays games. However, for an increasing number of people, this still isn't enough. With its powerful dual-processor configuration and Memory Stick Pro Duo slot, the PSP is a pocket powerhouse, capable of much more than just gaming and multimedia.

This is where the homebrew community comes in. With some modifications to its system software, the PSP can run 3rd party software, just like an ordinary computer. A massive community has sprung up online that is dedicated to these modifications.
When Sony first released the PSP, it had no restrictions. It was possible to write 3rd party software and install it to a memory stick. The PS2dev community created a homebrew development kit for the new system, and the community of developers began to grow.

After a while, Sony started to realize this was a problem. Although 3rd party utilities and games were harmless, they realized it was possible to run commercial games from the memory stick as well, using homebrew ISO loaders. Sony knew that this could hurt their game sales, so they issued firmware version 2.0, which removed this functionality. In this version of the firmware, and every subsequent release, it is impossible to run anything but UMD disks and official game demos from Sony. While this makes piracy impossible, it also dealt a serious blow to the burgeoning homebrew community.

In late 2005, Homebrew developer Fanjita discovered a tantalizing hole in Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories. By copying a special hacked game save to the memory stick and loading it in GTA, it was possible to purposely crash the PSP, and load custom code! For the first time since the release of firmware 2.00, it was possible to run homebrew code again. At the time, PSPs with firmware 1.50 were in high demand, and supplies were dwindling. Using this software exploit, Fanjita and the Noobz team were able to create a "downgrader" for the current firmware, version 3.40. It became possible to downgrade any PSP, as long as it had nothing higher than 3.40, to the older 1.50 firmware, and thus use it for homebrew once again.

Sony was none too happy about this exploit. They issued a recall on GTA:LCS, and sent new, patched copies to stores. They also began releasing firmware updates in the game disks themselves. Newer games required newer firmwares, and so homebrew users had to choose between a fully functional PSP, or a crippled system that was compatible with newer games. As always, the scene found workarounds, specifically a program called Devhook, but it was confusing and complicated to set up.

Old skool console games

Remember those old days when we used to play Atari in the '80s? Many retro gamers know about this console and at the time it was far more powerful then the market dominated Atari 2600.
The graphics on the Arcadia 2001 are easliy compaired to that of the Mattel Intellivision and a total of 51 games were put out fo r the console.

On an interesting note Emerson sued the company then named Arcadia Corporation who manufactured the 2600 for trade mark infringement by using the Arcadia name. The console was originally marketed as a portable system and came equiped with a 12-volt power supply so that it could be used on a boat or in another vehicle, however of course you would need a television as well and at that time in the early 80's having a telelvision in a car or boat was pretty rare.

Sega SG-1000

Sega SG-1000

Providing the basis for the Sega Master System the Sega SG-1000 was released in July of 1983. Being test marketed in Japan the SG-1000 received some popularity and sold well up until 1985. It's best remembered in Asia as one of the first consoles available at the time however to find one today is rare.

The console is very hard to find and is considered a collectors item sometimes selling for $300 on eBay reason for the rarity is that it was never released in North America.
Zoom 909, Girl's Garden, Galaga and Monaco G.P. were some of the games that were available for the Sega SG-1000. The graphics on the Sega SG-1000 can be somewhat compared to that of the ColecoVision which was released the year before.

Epoch Cassette Vision

Epoch Cassette Vision
Its full title being the Epoch (Super) Cassette Vision was created by a company named Epoch in Japan on July 30, 1981. You're probably thinking it uses cassettes; well it actually uses cartridges and was the first programmable console in Japan selling for about 13,500 yen.

Some people say that Sega and SNK made games for the console but no one is for sure. Wouldn't believe it for a 1981 console but the graphics were less then that of the Atari 2600 which was made years earlier and somewhat like older consoles such as Pong the Epoch Cassette Vision only had 4 knobs which the player would control with.

The Wii Balance Board

Nintendo Wii Balance Board

The Wii Balance Board might look like a set of futuristic bathroom scales, but it's actually a pressure-sensitive controller. Stand on it and it will measures acute changes in your weight distribution, allowing you to control a game by leaning and moving your body in different ways.
Just as Nintendo packaged the Wii console with the superbly playable Wii Sports game, the Wii Balance Board is sold with Wii Fit. If they go ahead and continue developing for the Balance Board, will we be seeing more fitness titles, sports titles, or perhaps something else altogether?

Who knows?

Though some games will involve sitting on the board and shaking your butt there are tons of other crazy mini-games requiring you to hop all over which to lots of folk sounds fun.
In a recent Famitsu magazine interview, Shigeru Miyamoto admitted that Nintendo may consider developing future software titles that use the Wii Balance Board, depending on how well the Wii Fit package performs overseas. Namco Bandai released Family Ski in Japan, which includes an option to play using the Balance Board by moving and dodging, and using the Wii-mote for aiming and shooting.

The Wii Balance Board may, some say be more accurate than traditional bathroom scales and though we know we might not always have fab bodies, it is actually trying to help us get there.

http://www.computer-games-store.co.uk/

For your Nintendo Wii Fit Balance Board please visit the above site and scroll to the bottom to the amazing Amazon Store.

Playstation 3, new world of gaming.

The gaming world of today is quite different from what it was a few decades ago. This is primarily because the advent of gaming CDs and DVDs along with the introduction of PlayStation 3 has revolutionised the gaming industry.

When it comes to availing the ultimate experiences of high-end and classic gaming, there is nothing better than the PlayStation 3, this is purely because it offers amazing gaming environment and platform to the gaming enthusiasts.

In the world of gaming, Sony PSP and Nintendo Wii products are the major revenue-earners and have been able to offer incredible gaming solutions to all the gaming enthusiasts at reasonable prices. The quality of their products and services is stupendous and this the reason why they have been able to sustain themselves. In the recent times, PlayStation games such as the Monster Madness: Grave Danger, Baja: Edge of Control, Madden NFL 09 and 1942: Joint Strike to name a few. All these games have been able to create a niche for themselves in the minds and souls of the gaming enthusiasts on the basis of interesting game environments.

A prospective buyer, looking for the cheap PlayStation 3, must search the Online market as well as the traditional market to have a clear overview of the present market trends. This will help him to get the classic as well as the latest games at affordable rates. The market research will also enable him to view and compare two or more games besides having an option to play game demos before purchasing them. The buyer must be willing to spend some quality time during his game purchase stint else there may be an occasion when he inadvertently make a bad purchase.

One thing that must be remembered is that while purchasing the cheap PlayStation 3 from the Internet, the credentials of the website or vendor must be checked. In addition to this, the payment modes' security must be ascertained before a borrower gives his personal or bank/credit card details. This kind of security is highly imperative since many ill-intention website and vendors try to place their hands on the hard-earned money of gaming lovers. It will be advisable for a borrower to rely on the advice of an existing customer of the website or vendor besides having a look at the website rating and customer feedbacks.

Fix Xbox 360 Red Lights

Now that your console is out of action and you can play any games, you'll want to learn how to fix the red lights in the power switch of your Xbox 360. Keep reading to learn what causes those nasty red lights to appear on your Xbox 360, and how you can banish them from your console and be able to play games once again.

One of the most common causes of the red lights in power switch problem is overheating. This has always been an issue with highly powered electrical devices- the components produce heat as a waste product. What makes this problematic on the Xbox 360 is the fact that it has a small case for the relative power of its components, and it also does not have sufficient cooling devices such as fans and heat sinks. Another cause of the red light problem is that of general hardware failure. Common examples of this are a loose graphics processor unit or "X" clamps which secure the memory chips properly.

In order to fix the power switch red lights problem on your Xbox 360 you will need to use a professional repair guide. Don't do silly things like using the "towel-wrap" method (where you wrap your console in a thick bath towel) as this will just cause worse damage. Invest in a good Xbox 360 repair guide and you will be able to determine the exact cause of the red lights problem on your console, as well as be able to fix it in a safe, reliable and precise manner that won't risk damage to your 360. Apart from the repair guide, you will only need basic tools, which can be found around most homes, as well as a couple of spare hours to determine the cause of the problem, fix it and carry out tests to ensure it doesn't happen again.

Click here to learn more about an easy step-by-step Xbox 360 repair guide at Xbox 360 Central that will allow you to repair your Xbox 360 in under two hours in the comfort of your own home. As they attract new customers, old people, young people, girls who don't already play videogames and people who look down on them, we can take a brief look at the company itself.

Founded by Fusajiro Yamauchi in 1889, Nintendo started in the playing cards game. Today the company is led by Satoru Iwata, the fourth and current president. Nintendo is one of the largest companies in Japan and was instrumental (if not the sole catalyst) in re-creating the videogame market.

Nintendo's near monopoly on the home video game market left it with a degree of influence over the industry exceeding even that of Atari during Atari's heyday in the early 1980s and today it seems that Ninendo sells less but makes more money. It has been profitable practically every year since it moved into the video game industry over two decades ago and has long held a dominant position in handheld gaming, developed through a strategy of focusing on playability.

The company, Nintendo has recently gone on record to admit that demand is simply much higher than supply for their current Wii and Wii Fit while the DS is up 142% over last year. The company's own employees have even been put on a strict Wii system purchase limit.

The company says it wants to be the games company that puts smiles on the faces of people of all ages and genders, and following the sales of Wii and Wii Fit, there are likely to be grins all around at the HQ. Nintendo's official website saw the largest increase in traffic recently, while the Sony PlayStation website saw a moderate decrease.

The company's products are actually cheaper than that of the competition and are one of the oldest and most successful console game developers. If you want a console to play games or to use for excercise you won't go far wrong with Nintendo.

Click on :

Racer for life?!!

Imagine that you could race in Gran Turismo for real...
Cool,eh?!!
Well,check this website...

Nissan and the guys from Playstation, have come to give "wannabe racer" a chance of a lifetime to be a racer...
...the catch??? you have to compete in GT Academy. No longer is it predominantly children and teenagers that compose the majority of the consumers for the industry as grown adults and even senior citizens get involved in gaming nowadays thanks to the presence of Nintendo's DS and Wii systems and their casual gamer friendly atmosphere.

As the industry grows so does the demand for employees at publisher and developer headquarters, of course. In fact, demand is higher than you could ever imagine. One position that is highly needed is game testers. Video game testers basically play a title hours on end running through it with a fine tooth comb to make sure there are no bugs or errors present in the game's design. It's a highly desirable job, and the pay is surprisingly very, very good at times. Hard to believe people get paid to test games, right? Even more so that they're getting paid handsomely to do so. But believe it, because this is big business nowadays and I'm sure all of the fine men and women who paid for and fueled their children's ability to play games as they were growing up buying console after console will be glad to see all of their hard earned money ended up being quite useful in the end, helping their children prepare for a great career in the end.

Many companies are currently hiring game testers, in fact. EA, Rockstar, THQ, Blizzard, and even Nintendo, Sony, and Microsoft are all constantly looking to build to their testing teams. The best part? You don't even have to know someone to get involved with the industry anymore! There are tons of guides and books that can show you how to become a video game tester out there and give you all of the contact information you need to be getting in touch with these companies ASAP and help you start playing video games for money quick! And they can be had at a very reasonable price. So what are you waiting for? Kiss your nine to fiver goodbye and start doing what you love for a living, people!

GET PAID TO PLAY VIDEO GAMES
http://darknismo8.gamertest.hop.clickbank.net
