Sarah Jessica Parker Reveals Twins' Names!

The "S3x and the City" star and her husband Matthew Broderick are said to be thrilled after the baby girls were delivered yesterday in a hospital in Ohio.

It's thought the couple were with the woman when she gave birth.

They already have a six-year-old son, James Wilkie.

Sarah and Matthew announced they were expecting twin daughters via a surrogate in April after they struggled to conceive naturally.

The 44-year-old actress then said: "We didn't expect it. I think after a certain amount of time, you tend to hold your hopes at bay a bit so as not to be disappointed. One really would have been thrilling and we would've felt incredibly lucky. And two was a comedy!

"James is really excited. He's very much ready to be an older brother. I think it gives him a great sense of pride. It's wonderful and I just hope for their safe arrival."

It's double the joy for Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick, who have welcomed twin girls, according to several local news outlets in Ohio.

A spokesperson for East Ohio Regional Hospital had no comment, but told PEOPLE "everything's good." Reps for the couple could not be reached for comment.

"I'm thrilled for Sarah, Matthew and James Wilkie," S3x and the City costar Kim Cattrall said Tuesday after the babies' birth was reported. "More 'fabulous girls' are joining our SATC family."

The news first broke in April that the couple were adding to their family by having twin daughters with the help of a surrogate mother. Broderick, 47, and Parker, 44, have a son, James Wilkie, 6.

"The entire family is overjoyed," the couple said in a statement at the time.

By May, the big brother was "pretty excited" – and already making a shopping list, according to his father. "He said, 'We have to get a lot of princess toys.' "

Once the pregnancy was announced, friends of the couple said that while the news came as a surprise, it was, in a way, also expected. "They love kids and wanted more," said one friend. "They absolutely love being parents."

Added another close pal: "They are very happy. They've wanted to become parents again for a while."

Parker's S3x and the City costar Mario Cantone told PEOPLE that having daughters was always a dream for Parker, who is known as one of Hollywood's most fashion-savvy stars. "She has definitely wanted to have a girl. She's going to have so much fun bringing the two girls up and teaching them to be young ladies."

Parker has described the surrogate as a strong woman who made "an incredibly generous and gracious choice." Added Parker, "She's made a really big choice to be part of our lives and I think she's an honorable person."

Octomom Fires Four Free Nurses After Child Protective Services Call

As her home fills up with babies, Octomom Nadya Suleman is firing some of her volunteer staff.

Nadya Suleman fired the four nannies from Angels in Waiting after one filed a report against her with Child Protective Services, said Nadya Suleman’s attorney Jeffrey Czech, the Chicago Tribune reports.

The attorney for the charity providing the free childcare, Gloria Allred, told Usmagazine.com via e-mail Monday: "We have no comment at this time. We will respond tomorrow afternoon with the true facts."

The 33-year-old unemployed single mother of 14 children today told RadarOnline that she wants to hire her own nannies instead. The first two octobabies, Isaiah and Noah, returned home last Tuesday night. Maliyah and Nariyah, each weighing a little over five pounds, were brought home on Saturday. Four of Nadya Suleman’s eight newborns remain at Kaiser Permanente, where they’ve been since their January delivery.

Octomom Nadya Suleman says name of her babies' dad is safe

Octomom Nadya Suleman said when she told the father of all 14 of her children that she was pregnant with octuplets, he was speechless.

"He couldn't talk. He couldn't even utter a word to me," she said. "He was so angry at the doctor. He said, 'Doesn't that doctor know that you have five [sic] kids already?'"

And Nadya Suleman said she'll also remain speechless - promising never to divulge his identity, according to a video she posted Saturday on RadarOnline.

Nadya Suleman, 33, would say only that he's a foreign-born California resident in his late 30s and that he resembles her son Elijah.

"I'm sorry for all this mess, and I hope he isn't scared it'll come out, because it won't," Nadya Suleman said in the video. "As far as I'm concerned, I'll never disclose who he is."

Nadya Suleman gave birth Jan. 26. She brought home two more babies - Maliyah and Nariyah.

M.I.A who was spotted pregnant at the Grammy Awards, has given birth to a baby boy last Wednesday. This was confirmed on her MySpace blog.

“My early stage labor kicked in around 2 AM after the Grammys,” she wrote. “He is healthy, fine, beautiful and the most amazing thing ever on this planet, of course I’m his mum!”

M.I.A., real name Maya Arulpragasm, will be planning a tour with her baby sometime next year.

A friend who knows that another woman once breast fed my son just sent me this story about actress and UNICEF spokesperson Salma Hayek cross nursing a baby in Sierra Leone.

Hayek was in the West African country in September as part of her involvement in the fight against tetanus, one reason Sierra Leone has the highest infant and child death rate in the world.

But I'm guessing her humanitarian efforts won't draw as much attention as the "Nightline " television footage that showed Hayek breast feeding.

“There is a close enough view that I could count swallows!” exclaimed Tanya on Motherwear’s BreastFeeding Blog, who was “blown away” that the scene was shown on network television.

Whatever her motive, Salma Hayek used her breasts as nature intended: She fed a hungry baby. For that she should be commended. If she also raises awareness that breastfeeding helps build immunity, more power to her.

“In fact doctors there say that because malnutrition is so rampant they would like to see women in Sierra Leone breast-feed for two years,” wrote Kimberly Caplan on ABCnews.com.

“But such behavior is rare. The reason? Men urge their wives to quickly stop breast-feeding because of cultural mores that forbid s*xual intercourse with breast-feeding women."

Salma Hayek breastfeeds a stranger's baby in Africa after the mother runs out of milk

Hollywood was agog this morning after From Dusk Till Dawn actress Salma Hayek breastfed a stranger's baby during visit to war-torn Sierra Leone.

The 42-year-old, who has a one-year-old daughter Valentina, was touring a hospital when she came across a mother who was unable to feed her baby boy.

Although TV cameras were there from ABC's Nightline news programme, the actress did not hesitate.

Salma Hayek said: 'The baby was perfectly healthy, but the mother did not have any milk. He was very hungry - I was weaning my daughter Valentina, but I still had a lot of milk, so I breast-fed the baby.'

She added: 'It was amazing because he's really looking at me and he's very little. My baby is one year so she can suck a lot harder.'

Salma Hayek later admitted she worried about betraying her daughter, but she added: 'I thought about it, am I being disloyal to my child by giving my milk away?

Mom gives birth to 8 babies, only 2nd time set of octuplets all born alive

The second living set of octuplets has been born in California. The six boys and two girls weighed in at 1 pound 8 ounces to 3 pounds 4 ounces.

Doctors at Kaiser Permanente hospital in Belleflower say the babies are "doing quite well.” Three of the newborns needed oxygen at first but doctors say they're all now breathing on their own.

The babies haven't been given names yet, they're just known now as Baby A-through-H.

The mom has been in the hospital for seven weeks. She checked in when she was 23 weeks pregnant and managed to make it to 30 weeks before delivering the babies.

The parents *thought* they were having seven babies, as did their doctors. So they were quite surprised to get the news that they were parents to octuplets. The team of 46 doctors and nurses who delived them were surprised too, but they say that with so many babies, it's not that unusual that they didn't see them all with ultrasounds beforehand.

Doctors delivered all eight babies in about five minutes via C-section. The mom was awake and able to watch each baby's birth!

The US's first set of living octuplets were born in Houston, Texas 10 years ago. Sadly the smallest one of those babies died about a week after being born. The seven others turned 10 in December.

8 babies born at the same time

Paying for one baby's tough enough these days, but one California woman won't let that worry her. The mother in question just gave birth to eight babies -- only the second time in history live octuplets have been born, according to doctors. No one's saying whether the mom took fertility drugs, but she did get one big surprise on delivery day: baby No. 8. Doctors had only seen seven on the sonogram. What a pleasant surprise!

The six boys and two girls, who weigh between 1.8 pounds and 3.4 pounds, were delivered by cesarean section in just five minutes by a team of 46 doctors and nurses in four delivery rooms. So far, all of the babies are doing well and are said to be breathing on their own. They were nine weeks premature and will likely remain in the hospital for two months. Doctors say the mother is resting comfortably and will be out of the hospital in a week.

Now she and the father are probably trying to figure out how they're going to pay for all those diapers.

After dining at the Ivy, Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes emerged to pose for photographers. He placed his hand on her stomach, and she clasped it in hers. The obvious conclusion, according to OK!: Katie must be pregnant again!

“It was identical to how Tom used to stand with Katie when she was pregnant with Suri,” an onlooker enthuses to the tabloid. “And the way they looked at each other! You could see the love in their eyes, and there was a feeling that they were sharing something very special at that moment.”

Unsurprisingly, a rep denies that a sibling for Suri, 2, is on the way. But, undaunted, OK! fudges the issue by claiming sources close to the couple say that if Katie isn’t pregnant, it’s only a matter of time.

“Tom would love to have another baby!” a pal gushes. “There’s nothing that gives him more pleasure than his role as a father.”

Actually, that doesn’t surprise us, considering his latest roles in “Valkyrie” and “Lions for Lambs” brought nobody any pleasure.

Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck welcomed their second daughter today.

According to US Weekly, the baby was born today, Tuesday, in Los Angeles at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.

Apparently, there were spies in the hospital halls.

According to US, a smiling Jennifer Garner was spotted being wheeled on a roll-away hospital bed as she was taken to her room.

A blanket was draped over her. It looked like she was holding the newborn baby.

Shortly afterward, the hospital staff brought in a portable bassinet and heart monitor to check on the baby.

Move over Violet, you're not mommy and daddy's littlest girl anymore. Actress Jennifer Garner and her husband Ben Affleck welcomed their second child on Tuesday in Los Angeles. All that's known so far about the newest Affleck is that it's a girl.

Jennifer Garner's rep confirmed the news to People saying, "Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck gave birth to a healthy baby girl." The couple is already parents to Violet, who is three years old, and rivals both Shiloh Jolie-Pitt and Suri Cruise for the title of cutest little baby girl in all of Hollywood.

Jennifer Garner's close friend and former "Alias" co-star Victor Garber recently made clear to People that Garner won't have to cram in any extra reading of parenting manuals in the days to come. Said Garber, "It's her second child.

She knows what to do. She's probably the best mother I've ever witnessed." Garner's other "Alias" co-star Bradley Cooper echoed the sentiment, telling People, "She was a great leader for a TV show I did with her and she can literally do anything. So she can certainly run a family.

She will have no problems having two kids." Cooper added, "She's wonderful and a genuine good person. She has all the qualities in being the perfect mom--very sweet and loving."

Bradley Cooper even had nice things to say about Ben Affleck's parenting. Said Cooper, "Ben is a fantastic guy. I loved working with him and he's a great dad. They will be very blessed."

If little Violet and her new sister grow up to think that mom and dad are even half as good at parenting as all their co-stars think they are, they four of them will likely make up one of the most functional families that Hollywood has ever known.

Angelina Jolie's baby factory closed for business?

OK! is reporting that Angelina Jolie's womb is no longer open for baby business. Perhaps permanently.

Her last two pregnancies had so many scary complications, she's been advised to wait a long time before getting pregnant again — or maybe not to do it at all.

"Her previous pregnancies ended with emergency cesarean secions," an insider tells OK!. "She's been told that, at the least, she should not get pregnant for a year after her last delivery, and it would be safer if she did not get pregnant, ever."

Emergency? We thought the last one was pretty much planned out.

Not being a biological mom could prove frustrating for Angelina. Remember she told Vanity Fair last year that she loves being pregnant.

"It makes me feel like a woman," she said. "Also, I happen to be with someone who finds pregnancy very sexy."

OK, so buy a nice slinky black dress or some skimpy lingerie. Plan a romantic getaway in the Caribbean. Surely that can make you feel as sexy as being pregnant!

More unnerving than the aforementioned news is the revelation that she is on her way to Ethiopia to adopt yet another baby.

Is Angelina's Baby Factory Closed Forever?

We know that Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt plan to have more children and it's been rumored that Jolie is already pregnant with another baby but that is most likely not true (*Gasp!*). Apparently the mom-of-six has been warned to never get pregnant again - that if she should, the pregnancy could actually put her life in danger!

OK! reports that the 33-year-old actress has been warned not to pop out any more babies.

A source said, "Her previous pregnancies ended with emergency caesarian sections.

"She's been told that, at the least, she should not get pregnant for a year after her last deliver, and it would be safer if she did not get pregnant ever."

Both of Jolie's pregnancies were "fraught with complications," and according to Dr. Larrian Gillespie (he's not treated Angelina), another pregnancy could be a direct danger to her.

Gillespie says, "Angelina is at risk of having a stroke or heart attack, and because she developed gestational diabetes, there is a high risk she'll have it again, with the child being at risk for diabetes."

Such a shame, because Angie loves being pregnant (*insert violins here*). She told Vanity Fair, "It makes me feel like a woman. Also, I happen to be with someone who finds pregnancy very sexy."

I think she'll be fine if she gets pregnant again - I mean look at Michelle Duggar - her vajayjay has been a virtual clown car, popping babies out, one right after the other and she's still kickin'.

Bristol Palin gave birth to her much-anticipated baby son on Sunday, People.com reported this evening.

The first grandchild of Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin is Tripp Easton Mitchell Johnston, weighing in at seven pounds, four ounces.

When it was announced shortly after Gov. Palin was named John McCain's running mate that her teenage daughter was expecting, it triggered national debates on teen pregnancy and marriage, abstinence education, the VP vetting process, the privacy of political families and, well, just about everything.

Bristol Palin is 18, as is her boyfriend of three years, Levi Johnston, a former high school hockey player. Both have dropped out of high school -- she to complete her diploma through correspondence courses, People reports, and he to become an apprentice electrician, he told the AP this fall. They have said they plan to marry in 2009. (Johnston's mother Sherry was arrested earlier this month on felony drug charges for allegedly selling OxyContin.)

Bristol Palin, the daughter of Republican vice presidential nominee Sarah Palin, and her fiance, Levi Johnston, have given birth to a boy, named Tripp Easton Mitchell Johnston, according to TMZ. Bristol delivered Tripp on Sunday.

"I'm going to take him hunting and fishing," Johnston said of his son back in October. "He'll be everywhere with me."

Bristol, 18, and Johnston, 18, are engaged and plan to wed this summer.

Johnston -- a hockey player from Wasilla, Alaska, who dropped out of high school to take a job as an apprentice electrician -- was by Bristol's side throughout the campaign and even displayed a "Bristol" tattoo on his ring finger at the GOP convention. He told the Associated Press that there had been no pressure put on him to marry Bristol and that the two teens had made plans to wed before it was known she was pregnant.

"We both love each other," Johnston said. "We both want to marry each other. And that's what we are going to do. We were planning on getting married a long time ago with or without the kid."

Johnston has been optimistic about parenthood throughout the pregnancy.

"We're up for it," he said. "I'm excited to have my first kid. It's going to be a lot of hard work, but we can handle it."

Two days before Bristol was due to give birth, Johnston's mother was arrested in an undercover drug investigation. Sherry Johnston was charged with six felony counts of misconduct involving a controlled substance.

As for Palin, in addition to being the first woman nominated by the Republican Party to run on a national ticket, she is now also a first-time grandmother. The new baby also comes eight months after Palin, 44, gave birth to her and husband Todd's fifth child, Trig.

On Sept. 1, just days after Senator John McCain made Palin his running mate, the Alaskan governor announced that Bristol was five months pregnant and that she intended to keep the baby and marry Johnston.

Tips On Your Baby Skin Care

Although babies have basically flawless skin, some babies appear to have irritations and redness on their facial skin. This should not alarm parents as this condition is actually quite normal and would probably stop all on its own.

Baby skin is actually the purest and the healthiest as all functions are still active and the skin is still well hydrated. There is little damage from sunlight that can be seen and blemishes are non-existent. Of course, damage will eventually be visible as children will most likely play outside under the sun when they grow a little bit older.

One thing that parents must understand though is the fact that not because children’s skin are flawless, their skin is not damaged or is not being damaged. Oftentimes, the visible signs of damage come later in life.

And because children have no idea in what skin care is or could not care less on the condition of their skin 10 years in the future, it is the responsibility of the parents to educate their children on the needs and begin a skin care regimen that will help prevent the onset of various skin problems like dark spots, wrinkles, warts and acne.

It is never too soon for them to learn how to take care of their skin and it is never too soon for you to worry about your babies’ skins. In fact, it is important that parents realize this because the care for the skin of your children will rest solely on you.

Although there is really no need to get into medications and other stuff because the skin of babies are basically healthy, there is still a need to start protecting the skin from the sun. This can be done by wearing clothes that will shield them from the sun, wearing hats and sun-visors.

It is also important not to expose them too much in direct sunlight especially in noontime. If you do plan to go to the beach, make sure that you use sunscreen on them. There are sunscreens made especially for babies that are available in the market.

With bathing essentials like soaps, parents should stay clear of products that have added components. The milder and purer the better as the skin of babies and young kids are sensitive. Additional ingredients such as perfume may only irritate the skin and cause allergies. Coloring agents in baby products are also a no-no.

Ricky Martin shows off his new, baby boys - which he had with a surrogate - on the cover of the new issue of Hola magazine. While the typical celebrity baby birth usually results in a bidding war, in Martin’s case the circumstances were a little too controversial for the mainstream entertainment magazines who didn’t think Ricky was going to reveal the backstory.

Update: Turns out People Magazine has a story and photos of Ricky’s twins as well now. It looks to be the mags typical flowery interview without any probative questions.

Jodie Sweetin: Zoie is the 'Most Important Thing in Our Lives'

Life with their almost 8-month old daughter Zoie Laurelmae is just beginning for actress Jodie Sweetin and set designer Cody Herpin, but the new mom, who calls her baby girl "the most important thing in our lives," already has an idea of how she hopes to be remembered. Gracing the cover of the holiday issue of BabyCouture Magazine with her daughter, Jodie is hopeful that Zoie can reminisce about her childhood and "remember us as always there for her, loving her, and having fun with her."

After being adopted, Jodie was raised in a loving, supportive home with a particularly close bond forming with her mother, a relationship she says has provided a sense of guidance for raising her new daughter. "I know [my parents] love me no matter what, and that is something that I hope Zoie will always know," says the 26-year-old, who thinks her experiences of being adopted and giving birth to her daughter have shown her "that when you have a child, no matter what, you love them with all your heart."

Hopeful to foster an open, honest relationship with Zoie -- much like the one she shares with her own family -- Jodie admits she is prepared to explain to an older child her former addiction to meth, shall questions arise in the future. However, despite the tendency of children to naturally look toward their mother for nurturing, Jodie laughs that Zoie couldn't be more thrilled when her father walks in the room!

"Well, she is currently finding her voice and learning to squeal. so when she gets really excited about something, or when Cody or I walk into the room, she gets the biggest smile on her face and just lets out this super high-pitched squeal. But it's the cutest thing, because she's so happy."

My girl Britney is doing so well this week. What a whirlwind of a week it's been! First, Brit performed not just one but three shows over in Europe, from Germany's Bambi Awards to Britain's X-Factor. Then came her MTV documentary, which managed to dazzle me and make me cry while giving me an insider's look into how complicated Spears' life has really become.

On Tuesday, Brit turned 27 and released her newest album, Circus. I, of course, got my hands on Circus as soon as I could (ok, so it was a few weeks early) and I'm happy to report that Brit's got at least four solid singles on her hands. Overall, the album is great, a departure from the darkness of last year's Blackout (no pun intended) and a foray back into the pop music Spears does best.

Brit celebrated her birthday party at Tenjune in NYC, then got up Wednesday to take her boys to see the sights at FAO. I myself happen to love FAO, and may or may not have taken many a picture in the Harry Potter section. It appears that SP and JJ enjoyed FAO just as much as I did, because there is many a picture of the smiling tots playing with everything from oversized stuffed animals to real life toy soldiers.

Britney seems to be on a really good path. She's been spending a lot of time with her boys, and her documentary revealed that she does indeed have a maternal side, even if the paparazzi conveniently forgets to document it. Next up for Brit is a stadium world tour, something she hasn't done in ages. It remains to be seen whether the shows will sell out, but my money's on a real big comeback for the undeniable Princess of Pop. In the meantime, however, Spears seems quite content to just do the two things she loves to do most: promote and perform her music, and spend time with her family.

The Simpson-Wentz baby has arrived, and his name is — drum roll, please — Bronx Mowgli.

First time parents Ashlee Simpson-Wentz, 24, and her Fall Out Boy bassist hubby Pete Wentz, 29, welcomed their baby boy Thursday night. Bronx weighed 7 lbs., 11 oz, and was 20 1/2 inches long.

"Ashlee, Pete and baby Bronx are all healthy and happy, and thank everyone for their well wishes!" a spokesperson told People.

What's up with the name? We have no idea. The Bronx, of course, is a borough in New York City. Mowgli is a character in the Jungle Book. But maybe one of them just has a favorite uncle named Bronx Mowgli.

Ashlee and husband Pete Wentz welcomed little Bronx Mowgli Wentz into the world at A-list hospital Cedars Sinai Medical Centre in Los Angeles on Thursday night.

"Proud new parents Pete Wentz and Ashlee Simpson-Wentz welcomed new son, Bronx Mowgli Wentz, last night," confirms the couple's rep.

"Bronx weighs 7 lbs, 11 oz and is 20.5 inches long.

Does Suri Cruise have many playdates with other toddlers?

It might seem like a silly question to ask, but if you believe what sources are telling the New York Post, you might think two-year-old Suri is starved for more kiddie contact.

According to a Page Six source, Suri is thrilled when other kids are around. "She gets excited and runs up to them and hugs them as if she never gets to see kids her own age. There's not a lot of socialization there."

Just weeks ago, Star Magazine painted a similar picture. 'Inside Suri's Lonely Life' gave details on 'the secrets she tells her dolls ... begging for a baby sister ... days alone with nannies and maids ... 200 dolls but no playmates or pets.'

A source told Star that Suri is lacking play dates because daddy Tom Cruise is picky about other people's kids. "It's really sad," said a source. "You can see how much Suri longs for someone to play with."

An employee of a New York gym told Star that Suri didn't even take classes with other kids. "Suri takes a private class in a room in the back of the gym. I have never seen her play with any of the other kids." The employee added that Suri wasn't alone. Mom Katie Holmes was enrolled in the class with her.

Ready for the duties of fatherhood, Ricky Martin is the proud papa to baby twin boys via a surrogate mother, press reports confirm.

“In recent weeks, Ricky Martin became a proud father by the birth of twin sons,” Ricky’s rep told People magazine.

“The children, delivered via gestational surrogacy, are healthy and already under Ricky’s full-time care,” the rep added. “Ricky Martin is elated to begin this new chapter in his life as a parent and will be spending the remainder of the year out of the public spotlight in order to spend time with his children.”

The 36-year-old Puerto Rican pop singer has yet to announce any details, including the children’s names.

According to reports the sexy, latin hunk, Ricky Martin welcomes twin boys into his family sometime in the last few weeks. The twins are already in his fulltime care so we have to assume that if they spent any time in the hospital that they have been released and given a clean bill of health.

Weeks after giving birth to daughter Maddie Briann, Jamie Lynn Spears is showing off the newborn, sharing memories of a "perfect" delivery and longing to be a Southern soccer mom.

Spears and fiance Casey Aldridge welcomed Maddie at a hospital in McComb, Miss., on June 19. The younger sister of Britney Spears poses with her on the cover of OK! magazine — as expected, given the fact that Spears announced her pregnancy through an article in OK! and reportedly was to receive a large payday for exclusive pictures of the baby.

The photos were taken at the pair's Mississippi home. The magazine does not comment on the terms of its deals with celebrities.

In an interview with OK!, the 17-year-old Jamie Lynn said she had been nervous about giving birth "but it all fell into place. I was right on schedule. I had a perfect pregnancy and a perfect delivery. I was very blessed."

Jamie Lynn said watching Aldridge, a pipe-layer from Liberty, Miss., hold Maddie for the first time "was the coolest thing. ... He was so happy, and that made me the happiest person alive."

Jamie Lynn's immediate family — including big sister Britney — were there for the birth, though Aldridge was the only one allowed in the delivery room.

"It was such a big day," she said. "And being able to have your sister there, your whole family there, meant a lot. Everybody flew in to celebrate."

Lynne Spears, already grandmother to Britney's young sons, told the magazine: "You never remember how little they are, and then you hold them. I purred like a kitten, and I remember saying, `Jamie Lynn, she's so beautiful.'"

Jamie Lynn thinks Maddie takes after daddy.

"As much as I'd like her to look like me — I just carried her for nine months — she looks like Casey! He reminds me of it every day," she said.

Jamie Lynn said Maddie sleeps in a bassinet by the couple's bed because she's "not ready to put her (in the nursery) all the way across the house."

She said Lynne Spears is a hands-on grandma.

"Mama has been here a bunch," she said. "She wants to see the baby all the time. She told me the doctors are always going to be real strict and tell you, `Don't do this and don't do that.' Just follow your instincts. You're the mother and you know what your baby needs. That's what I've done and it seems to have worked."

Jamie Lynn, who recently starred on the Nickelodeon sitcom "Zoey 101," said she plans to raise Maddie down South where "the focus is family."

"I would love being the soccer mom," she said. "They don't have soccer down here, but I would love being the softball mom driving the kids around."

The much-anticipated name of Matthew McConaughey’s spawn has been revealed!

Girlfriend Camila Alves popped yesterday and they announced today that their son will be called Levi Alves McConaughey.

Explaining how they came up with the name, Matthew tells OK!, “Levi was another name for the apostle Matthew in The Bible. They were, in fact, two names for the same person.”

“Our son was born at 6:22 pm, and this particular time represents my favorite verse in the book of Matthew in The Bible: ‘If thy eye be single, thy whole body will be full of light.’”

Since when did he get all religious?

Levi’s middle name is obviously his mother Camila’s last name.

Matthew adds, “We wanted to incorporate her family name.”

Then they issued this statement staying, “We welcome Levi Alves McConaughey into this wonderful life and look forward to living in it with him. In the mean time and all times, just keep livin’.”

Matthew McConaughey just had his first baby boy yesterday, his name being Levi Alves McConaughey, and his brother Rooster says, “It’s good to have a boy the first time ’round!”

“He’s probably a bit tired right now, probably been sitting around that hospital just staring at the little guy,” Rooster [says]. “The other day I told him, ‘Don’t worry if other people want to hold him for that first year. That’s okay.’ Our dad always used to say that. Hell, you wanna wait until their neck muscles get stronger anyway. That’s when the fun starts. I like ‘em when they get a bit tougher. I told him, they don’t really get fun until they’re about a year old anyway.”

“That guy is going to make one helluva a dad,” he says.

Nicole Kidman gave birth Monday to a baby girl named Sunday.

In a statement e-mailed to The Associated Press, Paul Freundlich, a publicist for her husband, Keith Urban, said: "Nicole and Keith Urban are delighted to announce that Nicole Kidman gave birth to a baby girl on Monday morning, July 7, 2008, in the United States. Sunday Rose Kidman Urban weighed 6 pounds, 7 1/2 ounces. Husband Keith was by Nicole's side and mother and baby are very well."

Urban posted a message on his Web Site that said: "Earlier this morning Nic gave birth to our beautiful baby girl, Sunday Rose Kidman Urban. The baby is the first for Kidman and Urban, who married in June 2006. She has two children, Isabella and Connor, from her marriage to Tom Cruise. Kidman recently told Vanity Fair that she had a miscarriage early on in her relationship with Cruise, leading them to adopt.

Cruise filed for divorce in February 2001 after 10 years of marriage, citing irreconcilable differences. The divorce was finalized later that year.

Kidman, 41, won an Oscar for her role in the 2002 film "The Hours."

During a concert Saturday in Nashville, Urban said, "I'm going to dedicate a song to my very, very, very, very, very pregnant wife" before singing his hit, "Better Half."

Urban, 40, won a Grammy in 2006 for best male country vocal.

The couple, who were both raised in Australia, have a home in Nashville.

In a recent radio interview in Nashville, Kidman revealed that Urban had been getting hands-on in preparation for the birth by attending Lamaze lessons, saying, "He doesn't know the name (of the classes), but he has been very good at it!"

Thomas Beatie, 34 was born a woman but decided about 10 years ago to have the sex changed so he could become a legal man. During the process he kept his female reproductive organs but he did have his breasts removed surgically so he could have a flat chest and then went through hormone treatment.

Beatie has been legally married to his wife, Nancy, 46 for five years. Nancy could not have a baby because of a hysterectomy after being diagnosed with endometriosis, but she already has two grown children.

They decided to try artificial insemination since Beatie still had his female organs. Beatie stopped taking his bimonthly hormone injections and started menstruating again. Nancy inseminated him at their home using Beatie’s own eggs and the donor sperm.

He gave birth to a baby girl at a hospital in Oregon, on June 29, 2008 according to People Magazine on Thursday. Both Beatie and the baby are reported as doing well.

People magazine quote’s Beatie as saying, “The only thing different about me is that I can’t breastfeed my baby. But a lot of mothers don’t.”

There were some reports that the baby was delivered by Caesarean Section but he says it wasn’t but no other details of the birth have been given.

The couple runs a T-Shirt Printing Shop in Bend, Oregon and he is considered a man legally under Oregon’s State Law.

Born a woman, Beatie, 34, who had his breasts surgically removed and legally changed his gender from female to male, leaped to prominence around the world in April when the wispy bearded man revealed he was pregnant.

If Beatie still has female sex organs, doesn’t that mean "he" is still a "she?"

A woman who appears to be a nurse carried a combination car seat/baby carrier with a white blanket over it. Beatie walked a few yards behind her. The new dad walked easily, although he appeared tired, and despite the warm weather he wore a white hooded sweatshirt along with sunglasses and black shorts. Someone opened the car door for him.

With everything going as planned, Jamie-Lynn Spears welcomed a baby girl into the world at Mississippi Southwest Regional Medical Center on Thursday morning (June 19).

According to People magazine reports, the baby was named Maddie Briann, with a source telling: “Just the family was there. Everyone is healthy and happy.”

As previously reported by Gossip Girls, Jamie-Lynn’s big sister Britney and her brother and father arrived in their hometown of Kentwood, Louisiana yesterday afternoon - meeting up with mother Lynne, who has been busy preparing for the arrival of her granddaughter.

Meanwhile, Jamie-Lynn, 17, and her babydaddy, Casey Aldridge, 19, were engaged this past March - recently purchasing a three-bedroom home in Liberty, Miss., where they plan to raise their daughter.

Jamie Lynn Spears gave birth to baby girl Maddie Briann this morning. The father is Jamie Lynn's boyfriend Cassey Aldridge (but don't quote me on that.) People reports:

"Just the family was there," says a source about the birth around 9:30 a.m. at a hospital in Mississippi, near her Louisiana hometown. "Everyone is healthy and happy."

What's awesome is the pictures above were taken last night at El Dorado Mexican restaurant. They say spicy food jump starts the labor process, so obviously she was ready to get this thing done. Either that or Britney put a gun to her head and demanded tacos now. Don't give her no lip about contractions. Ha ha, sisters.

Former “Beverly Hills 90210” star Tori Spelling and husband Dean McDermott welcomed a baby daughter into the world on Monday (June 9).

Stella Doreen McDermott was born at 3:13 p.m. at Cedars-Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles via C-section - weighing a healthy 6 lbs., 8 oz., a rep for Spelling told press.

Tori, who also has a 1-year-old son named Liam Aaron with Dean, told press prior to her baby’s arrival: “I’ve always wanted a little girl since I’m such a girly girly. I immediately started crying. I couldn’t believe it. I have my beautiful little boy and now I’ll have my little girl! It’s amazing.”

“This is a dream come true for Tori and Dean,” a friend told Star. “They were blessed with a son last year and will now have double the love and joy in their life with a new baby girl.”

US Weekly is reporting that Jessica Alba and new hubby Cash Warren became the proud parents of a baby girl that was born "sometime" this weekend here in SoCal. According to the mag (which is, thus far, the only publication reporting this news), the baby was born at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and granddaddy Alba was overheard talking about how beautiful the baby girl is. No formal official confirmation has been released by the couple thus far:

Jessica Alba and her husband Cash Warren have welcomed a baby girl. She was born this weekend at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. Alba's father was overheard saying "she's beautiful." Warren -- in a T-shirt, jeans and baseball cap -- was spotted carrying food into the maternity ward Sunday. Her rep had no comment. Alba, 26, and Warren, 28, announced they were expecting last December.

Paloma Jimenez has given birth to the daughter of Vin Diesel despite no one having announced the pregnancy. I really don’t know to much about what happened in this situation but I see Paloma Jimenez’s name all over the place so I started to do a little research and what I wrote is about all I came up with.

At 24 Paloma Jimenez is a star in her own right and is a top model from Mexico. Paloma Jimenez is from Acapulco and was born in 1983. Paloma Jimenez a full blooded Mexican and this is her first child. I am not sure if Diesel has any other kids.

She is very lucky to be in Mexico and maybe more importantly be from there as it such a beautiful place. I spend a week there last year and am planning another trip there this year but this time I plan to stay there for a month. I am going to take my family and we are going to look for a place to maybe come back there and live for an extended period of time. I wonder if Paloma Jimenez likes it there? Maybe if I do a little research I could try to find her and even ask her. Wouldn’t it be cool if I could get an interview for this blog.

Paloma Jimenez is really quite beautiful and living in Mexico she must be on top of the world with a modeling gig and now having a new baby girl with Vin Diesel. Wonder if she is happy. It is amazing that they were able to keep this out of the medias eye and get all the way to the point of having the baby. Maybe it is easier in Mexico where the media may not be so prevelant as it is here in the United States.

Angelina Jolie - $15 million bid for baby pic ???

A fierce bidding war has broken out between two celebrity gossip magazines for the first exclusive pictures of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt's twins.

Two of America's leading magazines, OK! and People, are reportedly battling it out to get their mitts on snaps of Brangelina's as yet unborn twins.

Jolie and Pitt are expecting twins to add to their brood of adopted children, Maddox, Pax and Zahara, and biological daughter Shiloh.

According to celebrity gossip website TMZ.com, bidding has soared to US $15 million (NZ $19 million), and counting.

A rep for People says: "We'd love to see the photos in People. We wish the family well."

However, rival publisher OK! has been tight-lipped over proceedings and declined to comment on any figures; reps would only admit that the magazine would be "foolish" not to bid for the exclusive snaps.

If the mooted $15 million figure is to be believed, it eclipses the mullah coughed up by People for pictures of the couple's first baby Shiloh in 2006. The magazine reportedly paid $4.1 million for the North American rights to the pictures at the time.

All profits from the sale of the pictures were donated to charity by Brangelina.

Rumours were rife late last week that Jolie had already given birth in France, after she went into labour on Sunday.

US TV show Entertainment Tonight claimed Jolie had given birth to two girls, and that the proud parents had already named them Isla (pronounced eye-la) Marcheline (after Jolie's mother) and Amelie Jane (after Pitt's mother) Jolie-Pitt.

Jolie's rep later dismissed the claims: "Angelina has not given birth. She is fine, enjoying her home and her family in France," Jolie's rep said.

So what prompted ET's botched exclusive?

It appears that their premature announcement wasn't as ill-judged as you might think.

Someone has been impersonating Jolie's personal assistant and been feeding porkie pies to the press, according to the star's lawyers.

The imposter reportedly used a fake email address to distribute fake and erroneous reports to the press, including news of Jolie's twin non-birth last week.

Jolie's lawyers distributed this letter to key media yesterday: "A random individual has engaged in a scheme to intentionally harm my client and deceive her fans, the public and the media through illegal and tortuous impersonation of Ms Jolie's long-time assistant, Holly.

"The individual who claims to be, and to whom the media has relied upon as, a 'reliable source' is not my client's assistant, nor does the email address belong to my client's assistant."

I bet Jolie's positively fuming over this one.

Brad Pitt manager denies Jolie birth report

Brad Pitt's manager denied a television report on Friday that Oscar winner Angelina Jolie, who has publicly acknowledged she was expecting twins with the actor, had given birth to them in France this week.

"It's not true. It's a rumor," Pitt's Los Angeles-based talent manager, Cynthia Pett-Dante, told Reuters in a statement issued by her office. She declined further comment.

However, the U.S. showbiz news program "Entertainment Tonight" said it stood by its report earlier in the day that Jolie had given birth to twin daughters in France, attributing the story to an unidentified person close to the actress.

"The source says she was inside the delivery room, tells 'ET' yes, the babies were born, and yes, mother and daughters are fine," the syndicated program said in its broadcast.

The story was disputed almost from the start by various other celebrity news outlets, with People magazine quoting an unnamed representative for Jolie on its Web site as saying: "Angelina has not given birth. She is fine, enjoying her home and her family in France."

Meanwhile, another celebrity publication, Britain's NOW magazine, reported the latest additions to the Jolie-Pitt clan had already been named Isla Marcheline and Amelie Jane.

There was no immediate comment from Jolie's Los Angeles-based manager.

The only maternity clinic in the southern French city of Aix-en-Provence, the region where Jolie and Pitt were believed to be staying, said it had no information. Town hall officials there said they were aware of the media reports but did not know if they were true.
