Caminar y nadar sustituyen mis largas horas de entrenamiento por la montaña, pero me he&amp;nbsp;adaptado&amp;nbsp;a la nueva&amp;nbsp;situación,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="-webkit-border-horizontal-spacing: 2px; -webkit-border-vertical-spacing: 2px;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;muchos creen que con andar no se hacen suficiente ejercicio y que&amp;nbsp;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="-webkit-border-horizontal-spacing: 2px; -webkit-border-vertical-spacing: 2px;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;caminar es mas para la 3ª edad&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="-webkit-border-horizontal-spacing: 2px; -webkit-border-vertical-spacing: 2px;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;, pero lo cierto es que hacerlo a buen ritmo, es decir, a unos 7,5 kilómetros por hora, permite quemar más calorías que correr a 10 kilómetros por hora. ¿Por qué? Pues porque "el número de músculos implicados es mayor andando a buen ritmo que corriendo a una velocidad que puede resultar más cómoda".
