स्थिर करने की कोशिश करने लगा | धीरे धीरे प्रयास से मेरी सारी चेतना सिकुड़ कर
भ्रू माध्यों में स्थिर हो गयी | मैं प्रयास पूर्वक ध्यान को करीब दस मिनट वहीँ
स्थिर रखा | कोई अनुभव न होने की स्थिति में मैं डिगा नहीं ध्यान को वहीँ स्थिर
रखा | कुछ देर में परिणाम मिला | देखता हूँ एक बहुत हीं सूक्ष्म प्रकाश पुंज &amp;nbsp;बिलकुल सरसों के दाने के बराबर दोनों भ्रू मध्य
के बिच उत्पन्न हुआ | मैं धीरे धीरे उसमे खोने लगा | कुछ हीं देर में वह प्रकाश
पुंज &amp;nbsp;बढ़ने लगा | और बढ़ते बढ़ते मेरे सारे
