CD Duplication (CD-R) vs. CD Replication

CD Duplication is an affordable option for customers & clients in Dubai, UAE, looking to make a small run of discs (even as few as one). A recordable disc (CD-R, DVD-R or BD-R) is “burned” with any of your content directly onto our top-quality blank media which can be played Auto-Run. One possible drawback is infrequently reported problems of burned discs being incompatible with older PC's and car CD players. For disc quantities of 300-1000, we recommend disc duplication. CD Replication includes the creation of a 'glass master' from a client's or customers original master, a nickel (sliver finish as original CD's or DVD's) stamper created from that glass master, and the injection molding of clear optical-grade polycarbonate substrates (clear discs) from the nickel stamper. The process also involves the metallizing and lacquering of those polycarbonate substrates to produce a perfect copy - an exact replication of your CD or DVD disc. CD replication is quick and cost-effective, especially for larger quantities. For disc quantities over 1000-above, we recommend CD replication. And it involves little bit of production time compare to CD Duplication, for the development of 'glass master'. As we mentioned above for the CD Duplication, we can print the CD labels directly to the CD with multi-color, and we can also provide CD pouches, both paper and shell case.

Brochures and Booklets

BRANDTAG is particularly well equipped to design and produce Brochure's, Company Profile, Leaflets, Notebooks and Booklets and this is perfected in the exceptionally competitive prices we charge.

In all case's you can select a large range of special and normal papers for the inside pages and have your cover printed on the same or special paper as the inside or choose covers printed on 200-300GSM or 350GSM Glossy or Matt any of which can be laminated.

Binding Options

Saddle Stitching (stapling)

This is suitable for Brochures and Booklets with a smaller number of pages like 4+4 ( 4covers + 4 inside) pages to 4+24 Pages. We fold our sections prior to assembly resulting in Booklets which sit flat and looks perfect and professional.

We can also do wire binding for Booklets and Notebooks.

Please Note: Not all Brochures and Booklets are finished this way. Many are customized before folding and Binding. It's easier but results in a 'sprial' booklet.

Perfect Binding

This is for larger Books, perfect binding is the most suggested option. This makes the brochure looks perfect and professional and this is done for large quantities and big number of pages. Each of our price range gives a recommended minimum number of pages required for perfect binding.

Odd Sizes

If you require a Odd size Booklet's or Brochures, e.g. a CD size or DL Size, simply price as the next standard size, in this case A5 (14.8cm x 21cm).

Dummy ( Sample )

We can provide dummy for 5000+ with Wire Stitched Booklets and Brochures. For larger quantities and Perfect Bound Brochures and Booklets please confirm turnaround at the time of ordering.

Ink Selection

Eco Friendly Inks for Indoor Use

Indoor use Huge Image Posters are printed using Eco Friendly Inks.
Eco Friendly Inks produce extremely vibrant & beautiful colors and are
very economically priced. It should be noted that Eco Friendly Ink posters will fade if exposed to sunlight or any other Ultra Violet light.

Solvent Based Inks for Outdoor Prints

External use Huge Image Posters are printed using Solvent Based Inks. Solvent Based Inks are guaranteed stable and good against Ultra Violet light exposure for up to two to three years. In practice the durability of colors and print may be expected to be in excess of this. Solvent Based Inks are completely waterproof and can be printed directly on to a number of materials like wooden boards, acrylic sheets, non flat surfaces ...etc.

Finishing

BRANDTAG offer's several types of finishing for our Posters and Banners. The different types of finish available are described below.

Lamination - Matt & Glossy

Double sided Lamination using 43 micron plastic film is standard on our 180GSM Matt paper. This protects the banner & poster surface and makes the print less vulnerable to scratching & tearing. Lamination is not offered on 195gm Photorealistic Gloss or 200gm Photorealistic Silk. These materials have a surface effect in their own right which is completely masked by Lamination.

Double Side Lamination

Double Side Lamination is similar to Single Side Lamination except that the plastic material extends beyond the edges of the poster or banners and seals together. This makes the Poster or Banners effectively waterproof and extremely durable. Encapsulation is available in three grades: 43 micron, 125 micron and 250 micron per side. Whilst Encapsulation is offered on 195gm Photorealistic Gloss or 200gm Photorealistic Silk we would recommend using 180gm Photorealistic Matt paper if Encapsulation is required since it off ers cost savings over the other materials and the end result is close to indistinguishable.

Mounting

Mounting Posters or banners on to foam boards makes a rigid display which looks particularly appealing and is ideal for use in offices, exhibitions and presentations.

Please Note: The cost of packing large Foam Mounted Boards and Forex Sheets to make them safely transported can be considerable. Please check with customer service desk.

Roping & Eyeletting

Banners or Posters Vinyl can be eyeletted (copper or brass rings) and roped to allow for hanging against a building or fence or across a street. The edges are folded and bonded to make double thickness prior to eyeletting for maximum durability.
