Certo dia, deparei-me com uma conversa entre duas crianças em meio a uma brincadeira interessante, pois, além de brinquedos, elas faziam desenhos em cartolina para representar a sua imaginação. Por várias vezes deparei-me com currículos de todo jeito. Alguns com uma carta de apresentação, outros com apenas o relato de cargos e funções. E, pouquíssimas vezes, algum com as informações na medida. Bom, então, já deu para perceber que a maioria ficou nos extremos, não é? Ou com assunto de mais ou com assunto de menos.

Não tenha dúvida, já vem acontecendo há algum tempo, mas nem todo mundo atentou para isso. Acontece que as empresas estão desenvolvendo conteúdo digital para internet como forma de trabalhar a marca e o conceito organizacional. Estava conversando com uma professora sobre as dificuldades que precisam ser superadas no cotidiano da sala de aula. Como já lecionei da antiga 5° série até pós-graduação, sei bem a diferença entre os públicos do professor.
