Life is full of ups and down and I'm thankful that despite of life experiences I've been through I'm still here to see this beautiful world. I always look life in a positive way, weather it is too hard to achieve, but feeling confident I know that in every problems there is a solution. God will not give me any trials if I could not make it.

As a human being, I truly said that sometimes I also lost my confidence. If I feel this way all the negative thoughts control my life. Just lately, I feel so restless and psychologically stressful. My mind, my heart are so disturb. Full of apprehension that made me feel sick all the time. Sometimes I have irregular heartbeat that made me a little bit afraid. That was why I stop blogging for a while because I cannot concentrate what to write. I diagnosed myself because I don't want to see a doctor and give me some medication which I don't like to take. Although I'm a bit scared, however , I try to be normal and updating chikas at facebook... ^_^

I appreciate your visit here guys and I'll catch up on you whenever possible. I will be busy also for the following weeks because I have to train my replacement here at work. I'm away for a short holiday as well before going home. I'll be in the Philippines in two weeks time. See yeah, blogger friends in Davao City.!

Learn How to Cope with your Anger

Listening the moaning every minute of the day makes me sick, and tired. In fact, she is absolutely stubborn old woman that irritates me. She drove me mad this morning to do things that can affect her conditions made me so impatient and hot tempered that leads to argument. I cannot control my emotions and did say something to her that I regret and feel ashamed. I forgot who I was dealing with at that moment. However, I don't want to be blame by her children, God forbid, what will happen to her. I did the right thing but I got hurt with my action and ruined my day.

I'm a person with a lot of patience but I realized, the older I am, without exaggeration I become so impatient, get irritated so easily and get angry quickly. Sometimes I cannot control and managed it. I keep going on and on.

Learn how you can cope with your anger in a healthy and constructive way from Dr. Stephanie Sarkis, a National Certified Councilor base in Raton, Florida and an eHow contributor.

1. Realize that anger is a normal human emotion. It is neither good nor bad - it just is. It is what you do with your anger that counts. Once you take away the idea that anger is "bad", it can be much easier to deal with it.

2. Know your body's reactions to anger. When you get angry, does your heart start racing? Do you start to sweat? Does it feel like you might explode? Do you even get so angry that you don't remember what you've said and done until it's all over? The first step towards coping with your anger is knowing when it is coming. That way you can take steps to calm yourself down before your anger gets out of control. It is especially helpful to know your body's signals if you have the type of anger where you go from calm to angry in a matter of seconds.

3. Know your triggers. Are their things that people say or do that really get your blood boiling? Know what these triggers are. Remember, that no matter what someone says or does, you are still responsible for your actions.

4. Look at what you are really angry at, or what you are really feeling. Are you really afraid or scared, and your anger is covering it up? Sometimes it can be easier to be angry than have to dig deep and look at what is scaring us. Are you really angry at your boss, or are you angry about what you feel is a loss of control over your life? Sometimes discovering the real reason for your anger can do a lot to abate it.

5. If your anger has hurt someone or offended them, apologize. You don't need to get into a long talk about your feelings and your issues with anger. Just tell the person that you acted inappropriately and that you are sorry.

6. Learn "time-out" techniques. If you know your body's signals for anger, take a step back as soon as you start feeling that "anger itch". Physically remove yourself from the situation. Take a walk outside. (It is not recommended that you drive off in your car, as anger can increase the chances of reckless driving.)

7. Get outside help. If your anger has gotten to the point where it is affecting your health, your relationships, or if you "black out" because you get so angry, seek the help of a professional. There are counselors that specialize in anger issues. Remember, getting help is a sign of strength, not of weakness.

Got A Headache

I went to my friend this afternoon to pick some things. When I got home, I feel so nauseated and tired accompanied by terrible headache. I drunk a lot of water which I normally does with this hot weather. Then lie down in bed. Finally, I feel better after half an hour rest.

How are headaches classified?

Headaches have numerous causes, and in 2007 the International Headache Society agreed upon an updated classification system for headache. Because so many people suffer from headaches and because treatment sometimes is difficult, it is hope that the new classification system will allow health care practitioners come to a specific diagnosis as to the type of headache and to provide better and more effective treatment.

There are three major categories of headaches:

Primary headaches - includes migraine, tension and cluster headaches, as well as a variety of other less common type of headaches. Tension headaches occurs commonly to women than men and this is the common type of primary headaches. Migrane are the second common type of primary headaches and it's affect children as well as adults. Then cluster headaches are a rare type of primary headaches. It is commonly affects men in their late 20's.

Primary headaches can affect the quality of life. Some people have occasional headaches that resolve quickly while others are debilitated. While these headaches are not life threatening, they may be associated with symptoms that can me mimic strokes or intracerebral bleeding.

2. Secondary headaches - these headaches are those that are due to an underlying structural problem in the head or neck. There are numerous causes of this type of headache ranging from bleeding in the brain, tumor, or meningitis and encephalitis.

3. Cranial neuralgias, facial pains, and other headaches. - Neuralgia means nerve pains. Cranial neuralgia describes a group of headaches that occur because the nerves in the head and upper neck become inflamed and become the source of the pain in the head. Facial pain and a variety of other causes for headache are included in this category.

Most people successfully treat themselves with over-the-counter pain medication. But beware also of those medications. It might have potential interactions specially if your taking special medications. Massage and rest can be helpful and if it worsen. It is wise to ask your health care practitioner. Just to be safe.

Well, well, well, I have difficulty with this theme of the month because I'm not a movie goer. I only watch film for sometimes. I Hate My Itchy Scalp

Have you see that photo? These is my problem for a few years already. I've been trying different kinds of remedies and went to the doctor for a few times too and they send me off some allergy medication that makes me too drowsy to do much anything and give me loads of smelly creams and sticky ointments that only mask the problem. I'm really tired and seek of it. And I get depressed when I see my scalp is flaking.

My sister has the same problem too, and her doctor advice her to use a T/Gel Therapeutic Original shampoo such as Netrogena. -Splurging myself through shopping and traveling.

- I think giving up a wonderful career in my life and went abroad and now I'm afraid what life awaits me when I'm going home.

- I've grown so much I know but I still have that shyness. I can feel pulling back myself sometimes.

- I think patriotism fades away in time and it is always remembered when there are anniversaries, ceremonies or something to be acknowledge for.

7. “The past is a great place and I don't want to erase it or regret it, but I don't want to be its prisoner either.” Is there a person in your life who still treats you as the same person to when your were younger? Do you like it?

-Nobody

8. “It's all right letting yourself go, as long as you pull yourself back.” Have you let yourself go in any aspect of your life?

- Yes, a lot of times because I make my own decision.

9. “My mother has always been unhappy with what I do. She would rather I do something nicer, like being a brick layer.” How do you parents feel about what you do?

- I think I've always been a good daughter to my parents. Though, I can make my own decision but when it comes to them I always obey them. Now, when I want to make a big step in my life I cannot say that they are happy about it though they give their blessings.

On What I've Been Doing Lately

Hey, guys, I'm back here. Happy Sunday to all and hope you enjoy your weekend ^-^

I missed these things, writing about myself, what I've been thinking or doing? Lately, I'm too lazy to do certain things. I enjoyed looking back those time when I was a little kid and happy to be with my siblings. It procrastinating my time until ends up in one pack because I have to do it quickly. In short unproductive and tiring days.

Going back those memories on my mind (it's always been a part of me)for the past few days that wasted my time. Modestly speaking, I've always been a good girl. For almost 19 years away without parental guidance, I have no choice but to be strong and to stand my own. From a country girl who never knew what city life is. But never, never came up to my mind to do things that can never be proud of especially to my family and to my self. However, there are times that on my journey towards my goal, there are people tries to break it. They stole the trust of my family and the people who cared and loved me. Partly they've won to destroy me but I'm still lucky eventually at the end I got back the trust they've been given me. It made me cry I cannot forgive those people, I tried too but the hate and the anger stayed here in my heart. Somehow, someday, time can heal the wound.

It made me surprised also that for 11 years that I've only seen my family once in a year for five days and now eight straight years without seeing them hit me to missed my mother so much. I know it's normal but I find it odd feelings, it's not like me, being away for many years I can't even remember the cooking of my mother. But then, I still remember her voice shouting at me. LOL! I can still remember the way she get angry with my father. I can't remember her touch but I can remember her smile. Certainly, mother has unconditional love and I know she missed me that much as I missed her too. I have spoken to her yesterday and that missed her a lot more. My relationship with my mother is not like what my siblings have, that probably had been missing between us. But I admire my mother so tenderly.

It made me think also that I wish people came with warning labels so I know which one to avoid. I know I'm not perfect, I have flaws also as a human being. A human being who is tired to those self-centered, selfish, thoughtless and careless people. People who waste so much of my time and energy. The most disapointing part is you get a long these people so well but also can get hard to handle every day. It's quiet the double edge sword for there is nothing like a genuine human caring response yet nothing as crushing or disappointing as cruel, thoughtless, insensitive response.

Those thoughts occupied my mind lately and I forgot the things I have to do..Such as

1. I have to pick up my box to my friend so that I could start packing now with my second box to be send home this end of the month.
2. I have to cut toenails of Sara. I forgot it for quiet a few days already

3. I have some ironing to do

And lastly, yesterday I had a big job and shouldn't be neglected even for a second. Hehehe! When we came home from the pool , water was flowing in the floor of the kitchen. Gee! Our freeze, suddenly turn off , the machine is not working.. Whew! So, I cleaned up and it lasted me two hours to finish. I cleaned the whole kitchen though hahaha!

A Donkey In The Well

One day a farmer's donkey fell down into a well. The animal cried piteously for hours as the farmer tried to figure out what to do. Finally he decided the animal was old, and the well needed to be recovered up anyway, so it just wasn't worth it to retrieve the donkey. He invited all his neighbors to come over and help him. They all grabbed a shovel and began to shovel dirt into the well.

At first, the donkey realized what was happening and cried horribly. Then to everyone amazement's he quieted down. A few shovel loads later, the farmer finally looked down the well. He astonished at what he saw. With each shovel dirt hit his back , the donkey was doing something. He would shake it off and take a step up.

As the farmer's neighbors continued to shovel dirt on top of the animal, he would shake it off and take a step up. Pretty soon, everyone was amazed as the donkey stepped up over the edge of the well and happily trotted off!

Life is going to shovel dirt on you, all kinds of dirt. The trick to getting out of the well is to shake it off and take a step up. Each of our troubles is a steppingstone. We can get out of the deepest wells just by not stopping, never giving up! Shake it off and take a step up.

Now, most people think that's the end, but it isn't.

The donkey later came back and bit the shit out of the farmer who had tried to bury him. The gash from the bite got infected, and the farmer eventually died in agony from septic shock.

Lesson : Do unto other as you what have others do unto you. If you don't want to be ripped off, don't rip off others . If you don't want to be judge, don't judge. When you do something that can hurt others, remember it is always come back to bite you.

Remember the five simple rules to be happy!

1. Free your heart from hatred

2. Free your mind from worries

3. Live simply

4. Give more

5. Expect less
