Dibandingkan negara lain kompetitor kita, kita paling rendah, China, Bangladesh, dan lain-lain," katanya.</P><P>Tak hanya itu, dia pun menuturkan, jam beroperasinya pabrik di Indonesia masih tergolong minim.
