I recently went to this very interesting exhibition at the Estorick Collection of Modern Italian Art.

The display explores the life and work of Italian photographer Giorgio Casali and his 30-year association with Italian style magazine Domus and the designer/architect Gio Ponti.

The Superleggera chair, designed by Gio Ponti, was one of the iconic designs photographed by Giorgio Casali for the magazine, founded by Ponti.
be adapted to suit a gluten-free diet.

This recipe for gluten-free Cornish Pasty
uses gluten-free spring roll wrappers, also known as rice paper pancakes, to form the pastry case.

The pasty is more
fragile than a regular Cornish Pasty but the case is crisp and light.

Gluten is my Bitch - Rants, Recipes, and Ridiculousness for the Gluten-Free - By April Peveteaux - InfoBarrel

Gluten is my Bitch - Rants, Recipes, and Ridiculousness for the Gluten-Free - By April Peveteaux - InfoBarrel
