So this is the last weekend before Super Bowl Sunday and if you're sitting there reading a food blog right now... well you're probably either throwing a Super Bowl party or you're going to one and you need to bring something to share.

Mark and I will be having some people over to watch the Super Bowl and we're finalizing our menu this weekend. As I sat here and thought about what we should <img src="http://feeds.feedburner.com/~r/blogspot/emTY/~4/xR4HiUrV0Sc" height="1" width="1"/>

Potato Leek Soup

So it's already February... can you believe it? Time flies, especially when you lead a busy life, and I know most of us do. One of the best things about this month, in my opinion, is Valentine's Day. :-) I know, guys everywhere just cringed. But many of us ladies LOVE this holiday. It's goofy, it's silly, but I like that about it. It's an excuse to go out to dinner and get a little more<img src="http://feeds.feedburner.com/~r/blogspot/emTY/~4/UZJZD20_9ig" height="1" width="1"/>

Virtual Potluck & Lewis Bear Co. Super Bowl Party: Cheese Soup with Herbed Croutons

Happy February! If you live in the Northeast, hopefully you're finding some time today to get outside and enjoy the unseasonable warm weather we're having. Yesterday in Cleveland it was 60 degrees and today it's holding steady at 50, which is pretty warm for the first day of February. This winter can't seem to decide if it's gonna be warm or cold.

So I've been working on some things behind the scenes, one of which is a blogger group I am now a part of called Virtual Potluck. Basically we are a group of 12 bloggers that work on projects together and support each other along the way. Our food blogs come in all shapes and sizes and during the brief time we've been working together, we have learned so many things from each other.

During my last year of school I was so busy with final projects and homework and just trying to make school and work not make me crazy that I had to give up some fun stuff like a super cool cooking club called "The Daring Bakers". If you've never heard of them, google it. They are awesome and being in the club is so much fun. Well, as you can see I didn't bake anything to share with you <img src="http://feeds.feedburner.com/~r/blogspot/emTY/~4/M-l1BBTalmo" height="1" width="1"/>

Cleveland Fabulous Food Show - Winner Announced!

Well, this time of year usually means basketball, right? I should be watching the Cavs on TV this evening with a cold, delicious Great Lakes Oktoberfest. But as we all know, that's not gonna happen thanks to this stupid NBA lockout. If you've been a FOODIE reader for a while, you know I'm a huge Cavs fan, so you can imagine the withdrawals I'm going through. It's just such a fun <img src="http://feeds.feedburner.com/~r/blogspot/emTY/~4/Ku9hq0bd9m8" height="1" width="1"/>

<link rel="alternate" type="text/html" href="http://feedproxy.google.com/~r/blogspot/emTY/~3/Ku9hq0bd9m8/fabulous-food-show-coming-to-cleveland.html" title="Fabulous Food Show Coming to Cleveland! Hi all! Happy Weekend! I thought I'd pop on here real quick and share a quick, healthy, and super delicious side dish with you. Mark was out of town the last couple weeks so I haven't been doing that much cooking. I mean, I've been making myself dinner most nights, but it's been things like beans and rice with chicken or a salad with chicken tenders on top. Nothing really worthy of <img src="http://feeds.feedburner.com/~r/blogspot/emTY/~4/U0zikHNfozg" height="1" width="1"/>
