Legal Kotong: MTPB 20% Commission on Traffic Violation Fine

Long before Kotong operation was subject to public scrutiny because of traffic enforcers (mtpb) forcing motorists to pay money out of their crying pocket and even without any traffic violations.

Now with traffic enforcers authorized to issue traffic violation tickets or ordinance violation receipt to improve traffic flow and reduced traffic violators in congested metro manila areas.

Today, when you travel in Manila city and passed by Binondo, Quiapo, and Recto areas are flooded with MTPBs watching the road and the traffic flow. The traditional kotong operation was abolished and replaced by the "legal Kotong" known as 20% commission on Traffic Violation Fines for every issue tickets was endorsed by Mayor Erap and implemented by Isko Moreno and Carter Logica.

Major Flaw:

The pocket of motorists are suffering from insane MTPBs who are extorting money from the drivers by issuing tickets and imposing traffic violations in which driver is forced to surrender his/her driver license without any fault on the driver.

The drivers/motorist don't see any point at all. Do you think that doing this is good to a Filipino community? Everyone of us is working everyday to earn money in order to survive and live accordingly then here comes MTPB eating your hard earned money due to imposed traffic violations and also the spiking 12% VAT which really makes every purchase very expensive while buying your food and clothing.

Common Conversation by arrogant MTPB:

MTPB: Did you know that you have cause a traffic obstruction here. Please move your car to the other side of the road.

Driver: Did I really obstructed the road? As I don't see any reason.

MTPB: Give me your driver license or else this matter will reached vice mayor Isko Moreno.

Driver: What the hell!

MTPB: (writing in his/her traffic ticket...) Just get your driver's license in Manila City hall.

***Sometimes MTPBs don't even sign on the traffic ticket which is very illegal and abusive.

The Manila City Hall has been an instrument of empowering poor traffic management and major road construction is really taking long to repair which absolutely is the main cause of traffic congestion in Manila City.

In addition, the collection of MTPB from traffic violation fine recently reached 10M Pesos (easy money from the crying pockets of motorists).

This is a rigid and attracting box which holds several revelation including the price of this phone. From its faraway look, the unit is simple and elegant with plenty colors to show and appears to be competitive among many popular smartphones today. Do you believe?

Hi web surfers across the world. It might struck you on the last day given the limited time. Are you busy or thinking of doing something worthwhile before 2014 comes? Then read this short article. Who would have thought that these 2 major mobile chipsets will rise up to begin its real battle next year. Apparently, MediaTek had announced that they will be coming up with a LTE version of MT6592 (True Octa Core Processor). In this proposition, MediaTek will be planning to expand its market share through an extensive product and service enhancements to cater the popular growth of smartphones and tablet devices on a more budget and competitive scale. In contrast to Snapdragon Qualcomm also recently announced cheaper 410 processor which will be coming out next year priced at $150. Definitely, more fights will be seen next year for MediaTek and Snapdragon dream match.

The Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor features a 64 bit architecture on a four CPU core processor with an enhance graphics of Adreno 306 to support 1080p full HD video playback and up to a 13MP camera. In addition, it will also bring 4G LTE connectivity including Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, NFC, FM radio, GPS, and GLONASS.
