When visiting or living in Pattaya sometimes it's hard to find a good, clean place to eat a good breakfast that is a reasonable price. Most are disproportionately expensive because Thais don't eat a traditional Western breakfast. Here is a little place you can try that has good breakfasts and coffee. Also I threw in a plug for a small booth catering to tours and transportation because the guy was so helpful to me. You will see the results of his help in upcoming videos!

When visiting Pattaya sometimes it's hard to find a good, clean guest houses that are reasonable, especially if you are going to stay for a while. They all get beat very quick due to the volume of people they move through and seem not to get much maintenance work done. Some guests aren't the type that care about leaving the place as good as they found it either. Here are a couple places to consider. Most Americans have shelved the idea of getting medical work done unless they are wheeled into an Emergency room. That is, unless someone has insurance, and that's not many now, Most just forgo the procedure and suffer the consequences. But if you live in a place like Thailand or want to live there you can keep up with your health by periodically taking necessary tests without giving up an arm and a leg in the process. There are affordable labs where someone off the street can go in and get everything from HIV, urine and even blood tests done for a very reasonable cost and not have to go to a doctor first. In one of my videos on You Tube I mentioned the cost of a medical procedure. Some viewers are saying it isn't cheap any more to get medical attention especially at hospitals that are now catering to medical tourism. Well, I was in Pattaya recently and needed to see a doctor and maybe get some medicine. Let's see what the costs were at a 5 star hospital.

Then I remember one of the reasons I live here is because of the way the Southeast Asian culture responds. Every so often as I travel around I find something I think is either a good value or something that reminds me why I like living in Thailand. The Thai Lanna culture is one of those things I appreciate. I also love the use of water landscapes and tropical plants. Living around these things makes me feel good and if I can have them around me without spending an arm and a leg that's a bonus. One of the most fun outdoor activities in northern Thailand is cruising around the country roads that wind through the hills around Chiang Mai. And people who like day trips from Chiang Mai will be pleased to know there is one cool option. Very cool. Actually cold! You can take your own bike or car and go to Doi Inthanon National Park.
