Aliens

If you’ve been watching much TV lately perhaps you’ve noticed all the shows focusing on Aliens from outer space. 

In addition to  documentaries on the History Channel, Discovery Channel, Military Channels and the like, shows such as ROSWELL NEW MEXICO, PROJECT BLUE BOOK have gained some attention.

Something of a wordsmith myself, I know the power of propaganda. The powers that be are focusing our attention on the soon to occur revealing of intelligent life forms from space.

I’m speculating on the following: The U.S. Air Force has bases on our Moon and on Mars, Chinese rovers have been on our Moon. The Aliens must be aware of our snooping around.

Fictional movies and writings of Aliens attacking Earth are just that, FICTIONAL. Some Alien civilizations are thousands, millions, even billions of our years old. The wisdom they’ve gained over that time prevents them from destroying developing civilizations. They themselves were once where we have been, are now. 

Life forms throughout the multiverse are united in spirit, related in the flesh. Killing us humans is equivalent to human killing of chimpanzees. Only the most ignorant humans kill chimps.

Youth

Greetings:

After World War II the U.S. became a shining beacon of light and hope, world leader both in innovation and culture.

Populated by military veterans who spent years fighting overseas for this country and its allies America was changed. Within America women had left their homes to labor in factories building weapons such as airplanes and ships and more, much more.

Born in 1947 I grew up surrounded by these heroes who nobly had sacrificed the best years of their lives to insure we remained free from fascism.

Sadly, we once again are threatened by fascism. We have become the laughingstock of the world vets once helped save.

Fortunately the youth of our entire planet are in revolt. They will save us from the evil that has taken over this country, threatens the rest of the world with unbridled terrorism.

United, young people will form a worldwide government. They have my blessing. E PLURIBUS UNUM.

My hope is that youths will adopt the Constitution of the United States for a worldwide government.

In particular the 1st and 2nd and other Amendments are crucial. Current leaders of the right are violating the 1st Amendment. The leaders of the left want eliminate the 2nd Amendment. I judge them as ignorant fools. The founders of out country were wise indeed, divinely inspired.

The Kinzua Kid

Top right is Wayne Cox, Glenda's husband and my best friend when we were in the 8th grade at Kinzua Grade School and thru football season as freshmen at Wheeler County High School.

I'm top left.

Below me is my Brother Bill. Below Wayne is Norma Cox, Wayne's sister.

Though way to young for a serious romance, Norma and I had feelings for each other.

Top middle is Stan Cox, Wayne's older brother.

The house is where Bill and I lived with our parents.

A word about Glenda: On Fridays after lunch there was a sock-hop in the gym. I always sat in the bleachers, read Science Fiction paperbacks. During slow dances Glenda would get me to dance with her. I once asked her why she wanted to slow dance with me, an obvious geek. Her reply? "You're the only guy here that doesn't roaming hands."

Looking at my hands, I wondered what she meant, stated my ignorance. Glenda put her hand on my shoulder, said, "Chuck, don't ever change." My Dad was the only other person who ever told me that.

Now, we get to the gist of this post.

I was 11 years old when my family moved from Anchorage, Alaska to Kinzua, Oregon. By that time via friends and my Mom I’d been exposed to several Christian sects: Methodist, Catholic, Christian Science, Salvation Army. I had noted they all shared the same holy book: The King James Bible.

The house we moved to in Kinzua was just down a hill from the grade school’s playground. There was a row of swings at the northern boundary of the playground. One day I was sitting in one of the swings, looking at the back of my family’s house, thinking about those sects and how they were related to one another. A kid came to me, sat in the next swing to my left.

“Watcha thinkin’ about?” he asked.

I replied, “Religion.”

The only church in the area was Baptist.

The kid, he snorted, announced “You know, if you’re not a Baptist you’re going to hell.”

I said, “If you actually believe that, you’re the one going to hell. In fact, from what I’ve seen of this world, you are already in hell.”

“Up yours,” snapped the kid as he stood, stomped off.

It was my turn to laugh.

There’s a reason Russia wanted to influence the 2016 election.

The now defunct SOVIET UNION, which included Russia, wanted the GOP to win, knowing full well the Republican Party would suffer incredible losses in followers once certain polices were implemented and once the collusion was uncovered.

Russia is familiar with fascist right-wingers. In World War Two fascist NAZI Germany and their axis allies cost the Soviets something like twenty million (20,000,000) people killed. It’s interesting that the Soviets hated fascists so much they built the Berlin Wall, naming it the Antifascist Wall.”

When President Reagan demanded the wall be torn down, that was the beginning of the end for the Cold War.

Some Americans have long been vocal foes of Russia. Putin is no dummy. An outright war with the U.S. would be suicidal. But times have changed. Social media means a war on a different front: war is expensive, talk is cheap! And it’s effective. One can’t watch a news show without hearing about the collusion.

Plus Russians harbor gratitude for the U.S. given the help we shipped to them during WWII.

The help included Studebaker trucks in prodigious quantities, P-39 and P-63 fighter planes, uniforms, entire ship loads of canned Spam, more, much more. Plus our strategic bombing of Germany forced the NAZI military, directed by Hitler, to move fighter planes from Russia back to Germany. At the end of WWII Russia had control of the air over the Eastern Front.

After I was kidnapped and enslaved (drafted) in 1967 by LBJ and his evil minions, my Father advised me, “Son, don’t never mess with no Marines.”

Robert Mueller is a Republican Marine (once a Marine, always a Marine). Putin knows this, knows what Mueller is going to do regarding the collusion. Also Mueller wants to save the Republican party from itself. I suspect some people in D.C. never received such advice as my Father gave, some of them are going to prison.

Just as I (on Facebook) refer to right-wingers as Fascist Pigs, I refer to left-wingers as Commie Dupes. The Russians would like nothing more than to see the Democratic Party gain control of the U.S..

Speaking of the Democrats, they lost the 2016 election because of Democrat elitism. Don’t believe me? GOOGLE “Bernie Sanders and elitism,” you will find speeches and interviews on the subject.

The working class at one time was the bedrock of the Democrat party. No more! That’s a primary reason workers supported Trump.

I had direct experience concerning the above-mentioned subject. In 1972, after my future wife and I had been involved for a couple of weeks, she said to me, “I can’t believe I’m involved with a blue collar worker who is a Vietnam Vet.” College graduates of my generation thought they were better than the working class. People like Elon Musk, Bill Gates and many others have another reality.

Before the 2016 election, I knew exactly the outcome. I bet my wife and a close friend $20 each who would win! LOL. I used the $40 to help buy them a meal.

I now have two other bets with them: Condoleeza Rice will be our first female president, and what’s going to happen in the near future.

There is just one person who can save the Republican Party from disaster.

Condoleeza Rice served President George W. Bush as Secretary of State and NSA Adviser.

In the looming 2020 Presidential election Ms. Rice would win in a landslide, duplicating Ronald Reagan’s achievement!

A female and deeply intelligent she would greatly raise the worldwide status of our beloved U.S.A.

I urge you to vote for Ms. Rice. There is no one better!

The 2020 election may be historical for another reason: the Democrats may also run a female.

Many Democrats, especially women, would instead vote for Condoleeza Rice, as would many Independents, Republicans, Solarians.

“Really?” I replied.

I’ve noticed over many years that if you need the truth about what is currently going on in our world the funny papers are more accurate than either the opinion section (except political cartoons) of newspapers or the news in general.

The current situation in the U.S. of A. is a prime example of this.

But now the role of newspaper funny pages has been taken over by the jokes of TV late night talk show hosts such as Jimmy Fallon, Jimmy Kimmel, Conan O'brian , Seth Meyers, Stephan Colbert, James Corden.

In the old days, you know, when Chuck was your age, the Sunday Funnies were printed in newspapers.

Newspapers were made by killing trees, grinding up the carcasses, immersing the ground-up wood in chemicals to make pulp, which was chemically bleached, then pressed into paper.

Ink, often having lead as a component, was used to print words and images on the paper.

Bundles of newspapers were distributed to retailers and home delivers by trucks, which used lotsa fuel. A percentage of the money used to buy fuel then funded much of the middle east.

Nowadays the images and words are distributed via electrons, which are recycled. The images are transmitted to your eyes by photons, of which there is no shortage.

Chuck, who has witnessed both methods mentioned above -- he greatly approves of the latter.

When Chuck was boy in Anchorage, Alaska, he hawked newspapers on the street. He quit after the first day. His Dad had to pay for the papers since Chuck threw away most of them, kept what little money he earned.

Though only 10 years old, Chuck realized selling newspapers was not for him, thought the system was inefficient.

When Chuck was in his twenties he worked for the Depoe Bay (Oregon) Telephone Company.

One day he was dispatched to Salishan Lodge to install a 300 baud modem in the Reservations Department.

A technician from IBM in Portland, Oregon was dispatched to attach a teleprinter to the modem.

After a successful completion of the task, the two techs took a break in the Salishan Coffee shop.

Chuck informed the IBM tech that someday every house and business would have a 300 baud modem and a teleprinter.

Such a system would deliver newspapers, mail, advertising, and the like.

The IBM tech then said to Chuck, “That’s an interesting concept. I’ll bet somebody could make some money doing that.”

There is only one God. We are it.

A forest is a forest because it’s filled with individual trees. A sea is a sea because it’s filled with individual drops of water.

God is God because it’s filled with individual spirits (known as souls). If you take this idea to it’s logical conclusion, our universe is filled with living beings that are hosts to spirits. As a Science Fiction writer this concept is not alien to me.

Let’s now take a side trip to the 1950s.

I am nearsighted. From an optometrist in Albany, Oregon, I received my first pair of glasses at the age of seven. The day I received my glasses changed my life forever. Hopefully it will change yours.

Let us explore just one aspect of a child first gaining the God given gift of sight at age seven.

My brother Bill, who was four years old at the time, took delight in showing me the sights. Bill led me around our yard. I was shocked by things I’d never before clearly seen. Birds, insects, airplanes, trains, cars, plants, clouds. You name it.

After our supper, it became dark.

Let me digress a bit.

GOOGLE "EC comics" The second choice down the list is the best. (As of July 2018).

I began reading at an early age. By age seven, I was deep into comic books. My favorite comic books were the pre-comics code EC brand comics. Their gifted artist Wally Wood was in his prime.

I was enamored of EC’s publications: Incredible Science Fiction, Weird Science, “Weird Fantasy.

So the concepts of aliens occupying planets orbiting far off stars, space travel, eventual human exploration of space, these were old hat to me.

The early 1950s was an era before science had verified that other stars had planets. Thanks to EC comics and especially the drawings of Wally Wood, I knew better.

That night, when it was dark outside, my Brother Bill took me by the hand, led me to the front door, turned off the porch light.

“I wanna show yah somethin’,” he announced.

Bill opened the door, dragged me outside. We walked out to the center of the lawn.

Bill said, “Look up.”

Before I had glasses, the stars had been fuzzy, large, pale yellow indistinct blobs in the night sky, I could see only a few of them. With my glasses, the splendor, the magnitude, the implied infiniteness of the universe came into view.

Stunned, I fell backward, onto the grass. Flat on my back in the cool grass, I stared up into the night sky. Aware of my newfound knowledge I began to cry.

Bill ran into our house, fetched our Dad. They came out to me. Dad lifted me up, cradled me to his chest, his arms about me.

Dad looked up to the sky, said, “It’s really something, eh son?”

As Dad carried me back to the house, I replied. “Yeah.”

You know, I was never the same after that. I mean that in a good way. Thanks Bill.

So God is always with us, always with your BROTHER and SISTER beings scattered throughout our universe, maybe even the multiverse (Google that word if you don’t know).

If other people say “There is only one God” you will know it’s true. I hope you smile to yourself as you recall this article, think of the insane, outrageous writer of Science Fiction who turned you on to the concept of one God.

There exists a popular paraphrasing of the Bible's Mark 5.5. It goes something like this: The meek shall inherit the Earth.

Well now, we agree with that. For those who consider themselves to be SOLARIAN and who have the gumption, the courage, the foresight to leave this planet to the meek, and then spread humanity throughout our star system and beyond, they have our blessing. -- C.E. Gee

Seems there’s been lately much media discussion and news concerning people traveling to Mars in order to establish a human presence there.

Watching some TV newscaster prattle on and on about the above-mentioned journey made me remember, I’ve a number of Science Fiction stories concerning the establishment of a city on Mars.

The City is named “Bradbury.” It starts out as a basecamp, becomes a settlement, then becomes a city.

There are four stories in sequence. The first two were published by “Bewildering Stories.” The third and fourth published by “Aphelion Webzine.”

"Queen of Denial" is the latest story. We've been told it's the best of the lot.

Also, just below the aforementioned stories there's a link to a story that explains why Mars is known as the Red Planet.

Much longer than Souled Out, Back to the Garden is complex, detailed, involves such SF standards as Time Travel, Aliens, a Spaceship, etc.. Also, there’s a romance evolving in the story.

Bettie Page. In the 1950's, when Chuck lived in Kinzua, Oregon, the town's mercantile threw unsold copies of magazines in the dump. Chuck found the magazines (a digest publication) that had Bettie's photo; Chuck's first exposure to such photos -- not his last by any means. LOL

NASA counted down Friday to the launch of a $1.5 billion spacecraft that aims to plunge into the Sun’s sizzling atmosphere and become humanity’s first mission to explore a star. The car-sized Parker Solar Probe is scheduled to blast off on a Delta IV Heavy rocket from Cape Canaveral, Florida early Saturday. The 65-minute launch window opens at 3:33 am (0733 GMT), and the weather forecast is 70 percent favorable for takeoff, NASA said.

News agencies have been fed FALSE information as to why the satellite was launched!!! There is another reason that involves interstellar space travel!<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<
