Clear Cache IE ฉบับรวดเร็วทันใจ

To clear Cookies

1.Open IE, Go to Tools -> Internet options

2.Under Browsing History, Click Delete.

3. In the next pop-up window, Ensure Coockies check box is checked and click on Delete.

To clear Cache

1. Open IE, Press F12, then Ctrl + R

2.A pop-up "Are you sure you want to clear browser cache" pops up

3. Select Yes.

นานๆ จะต้องทำรูปให้มีขอบมนๆ สะที แต่ทำใน Photoshop ด้วย มีสิทธิ์ลืมเป็นธรรมดา

ทำทีก็ ถาม Google ทีเลยเอามาแปะไว้ดีกว่า

Step 1. เปิดรูปภาพที่ต้องการมาเลย

Step 2. Duplicate Layer

Step 3. สร้าง Layer เปล่า ๆ มา 1 หน้า

Step 4. วาด Shape ที่เป็น Round corner มาโป๊ะ

Step 5. Click on the top (photo) layer, and then enter the Layer / Create Clipping Mask command. Voila. A photo with rounded corners.

Extra credit. For step 4, instead of using the rounded rectangle, go wild. Use a free-form shape, draw something yourself, or use a large font like this….

Web Service Extension ใน IIS7 อยู่ที่ไหน ???

มีเหตุให้ต้อง Config เจ้า IIS7 อีกแล้ว ติดตั้ง Web Service Extension แต่เอ๊ะ!! หาไม่เจอใน IIS 7
จ้างให้ก็หาไม่เจอ T_T เนื่่องจากใน IIS7 นั้น เค้าเรียกชื่อใหม่ว่า '"ISAPI and CGI Restrictions"

In IIS6, we had a separate node in the left pane to add/view/delete "Web Services Extensions". Here in IIS7 manager, it is presented as the "ISAPI and CGI Restrictions" and you can find this on the global level Features view:

Click on the Computer name in the left pane (root node in the tree)
In the Features view, select "ISAPI and CGI Restrictions"
You will find the list of extensions and their status.

Also, if you wonder where is the option to allow all Unknown ISAPI / CGI which was there earlier in IIS6, just right click and select "Edit Feature Settings..." or select the same from the "Actions" pane. Below are the screenshots:

นึกครึ้มๆ อยากลองใช้ความรู้เก่าด้านโปรแกรมมิ่ง แต่เอ๊ะ IIS7 เค้าไม่ ASP รุ่นดึก แล้วหรือ ?

จนต้องถามอากู๋ (Google) แล้วลอง SET ตามดังนี้

Classic ASP Not Installed by Default on IIS 7.0 and IIS 7.5

ตามที่เค้าบอกไว้เลยว่า ASP รุ่นดึกนั้นไม่ได้ถูกติดตั้งโดยอัตโนมัติ เวลาลองเอา Code ไปใส่ wwwroot

ก็ยังปรากฏ HTTP 404 errors !!!

ดังนั้นเราต้องทำการติดตั้ง ASP Applications ด้วยตัวเราเอง

Installing Classic ASP on Windows Vista or Windows 7 Client

Click Start, and then click Control Panel.
In Control Panel, click Programs and Features, and then click Turn Windows Features on or off.
Expand Internet Information Services, then World Wide Web Services, then Application Development Features.
Select ASP, and then click OK.

Click Start, point to Administrative Tools, and then click Server Manager.
In the Server Manager hierarchy pane, expand Roles, and then click Web Server (IIS).
In the Web Server (IIS) pane, scroll to the Role Services section, and then click Add Role Services.
On the Select Role Services page of the Add Role Services Wizard, select ASP.
If the Add role services required by ASP dialog box appears, click Add Required Role Services. (This page appears only if you have not already installed the ISAPI Extensions role service on your server.)
On the Select Role Services page, click Next.
On the Confirm Installation Selections page, click Install.
On the Results page, click Close.

วันนี้ 16 กันยายน วันเกิดผู้คิดค้น วิตามิน C ( Vitamin C)

ในปี พ.ศ. 2484 อัลเบิร์ต เซนต์จอร์จี (Albert Szent-Gyorgyi) นักวิทยาศาสตร์ชาวฮังกาเรียน ได้พยายามหาวิธีในการแยกสกัดโปรตีนองค์ประกอบของกล้ามเนื้อออกมา เพื่อเป็นพื้นฐานในการศึกษาถึงกลไกการทำงานของกล้ามเนื้อ

  จากการที่เซนต์จอร์จีทำการทดลองสกัดโปรตีนจากกล้ามเนื้อ โดยใช้สารละลายโพแทสเซียมคลอไรด์ (KCl) 0.6 โมลาร์ บดเนื้อกระต่ายที่อุณหภูมิ 4 องศาเซลเซียส เป็นเวลา 20 นาที แล้วกรองเอาแต่เฉพาะส่วนที่เป็นน้ำออกมา ทำให้เขาได้สารละลายโปรตีนที่มีความหนืดต่ำจากกล้ามเนื้อ เขายังพบว่า หากเนื้อกระต่ายบดถูกตั้งทิ้งไว้ในสารละลายโพแทสเซียมคลอไรด์ (KCl) 0.6 โมลาร์ เป็นเวลา 1 วัน ก่อนทำการแยกเอาเฉพาะส่วนที่เป็นน้ำออกมา เขาจะได้สารละลายโปรตีนชนิดที่มีความหนืดสูง
          ในตอนแรก เซนต์จอร์จี คิดว่าโปรตีนสำคัญในกล้ามเนื้อน่าจะมีเพียงชนิดเดียว เขาได้ตั้งชื่อสารละลายโปรตีนที่มีความหนืดต่ำว่า ไมโอซิน เอ ส่วนสารละลายโปรตีนที่มีความหนืดสูงเขาให้ชื่อว่า ไมโอซิน บี

          ในปี พ.ศ. 2485 สตรับ (Straub) ซึ่งเป็นนักวิจัยในห้องทดลองของเซนต์จอร์จี ได้ตั้งข้อสังเกตว่า ความหนืดที่ต่างกันของสารละลายโปรตีนไมโอซิน เอ และไมโอซิน บี อาจเกิดจากการที่มีโปรตีนชนิดอื่นอยู่รวมกับไมโอซินก็เป็นได้ เขาจึงทำการทดลองเพื่อพิสูจน์ความคิดดังกล่าว ในขั้นแรกเขาได้สกัดไมโอซิน เอ จากกล้ามเนื้อตามวิธีของเซนต์จอร์จี แล้วแบ่งสารละลายไมโอซิน เอ ส่วนหนึ่งตั้งทิ้งไว้ในห้องเย็นเป็นเวลา 1 วัน จนได้สารละลายโปรตีนที่ข้นหนืด จากนั้นทำการล้างโพแทสเซียมคลอไรด์ออกจากโปรตีนด้วยน้ำกลั่น แล้วทำให้แห้งโดยใช้อะซีโตน (acetone) เขาพบว่าโปรตีนที่ทำให้แห้งด้วยอะซีโตนนั้นเมื่อนำไปใส่ในสารละลายไมโอซิน เอ ทำให้ได้สารละลายที่มีความหนืดสูงเหมือนกับ ไมโอซิน บี เขากล่าว (เป็นภาษาอังกฤษ) ว่า “it activates myosin” ดังนั้นเขาจึงเรียกชื่อไมโอซิน บี ใหม่ว่า “actin\
