6 ekor ikan cencaru - akak tukar ikan kembung&lt;br /&gt;
4 batang serai dimayang - akak ketuk&lt;br /&gt;
4 labu bawang besar dimayang } akak tumbuk&lt;br /&gt;
5 ulas bawang putih dimayang &amp;nbsp;}&lt;br /&gt;
2 inci halia dimayang&lt;br /&gt;
2 biji tomato dibelah 4&lt;br /&gt;
8 biji bendi&lt;br /&gt;
1 sudu makan serbuk lada hitam&lt;br /&gt;
1 mangkuk kecil santan pekat&lt;br /&gt;
1 sudu makan serbuk kunyit&lt;br /&gt;
asam keping - akak tambah&lt;br /&gt;
Garam secukup rasa&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Cara :&lt;br /&gt;
1. Goreng ikan kembung yg sudah dilumurkan garam dan serbuk kunyit&lt;br /&gt;
2. Tumis bahan2 mayang sehingga layu&lt;br /&gt;
3. Masukkan garam, santan, tomato dan serbuk lada hitam&lt;br /&gt;
4. Apabila mendidih, masukkan ikan yg sudah digoreng tadi dan bendi&lt;br /&gt;
5. Kacau rata. Sedia untuk dihidangkan&lt;br /&gt;

3 ekor ikan rebus segar sederhana besar- di bersihkan di bahagian perutnya (biasanya beli yang dah siap bersih perutnya)&lt;br /&gt;
1 biji bawang besar - di mayang&lt;br /&gt;
10 biji cili api/cili hijau - di belah tengah&lt;br /&gt;
2 keping asam keping&lt;br /&gt;
2 cawan santan&lt;br /&gt;
2 helai daun kunyit - di koyak koyakkan&lt;br /&gt;
serbuk kunyit&lt;br /&gt;
garam&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
masukkan semua bahan ke dalam kuali lalu di jerang hingga mendidih.&lt;br /&gt;
sentiasa di kacau perlahan takut pecah minyak dan hati hati ikan rebus mudah hancur jk sering di balik balikan.&lt;br /&gt;

1 bungkus agar-agar tali (30 g)&lt;br /&gt;
2 1/2 liter air&lt;br /&gt;
1 tin susu cair&lt;br /&gt;
1 tin kecil susu pekat&lt;br /&gt;
10 sb gula&lt;br /&gt;
1 sk asen vanila&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
bahan untuk agar-agar atas:(jernih)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1/3 dari bungkus agar-agar tali (30 g)&lt;br /&gt;
1 liter air&lt;br /&gt;
gula - kena rasa ikut kemanisan sendiri(sebab ini agar agar kosong/ jernih)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Cara-cara&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
bahagian bawah:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
masak 1 bungkus agar dengan air. setelah agar2 masak (hancur) masukan gula, susu cair dan susu pekat. biarkan sehingga mendidih dan masukan asen vanila.&lt;br /&gt;
setelah masak bahagikan: (ikut warna pilihan sendiri)&lt;br /&gt;
1 senduk warna merah,&lt;br /&gt;
1 senduk watna kuning&lt;br /&gt;
1 senduk warna hijau.&lt;br /&gt;
dan biarkan sejuk dan keras. setelah keras hiris agar2 bentuk dadu atau boleh dimasukkan dalam acuan cetak.&lt;br /&gt;
dan selebih agar2 putih tadi masukan dalam bekas / loyang 4 segi-10 inci dalam ketebalan 1 1/2 inci. dan biarkan sejuk dan keras.&lt;br /&gt;
setelah agar2 sejuk, masak agar2 untuk bahagian atas pula. sebelum di susun agar agar warna hendaklah di cakar cakar permukaan agar agar putih dan tabur atau susun agar2 yang di hiris dadu atau agar agar cetak di atas agar2 putih td.&lt;br /&gt;

setelah agar2 yg dimasak tadi masak, di tuangkan 1/2 inci diatas agar2 yang telah ditabur agar2 berwarna tadi.&lt;br /&gt;

3. Pukul mentega dan gula di dalam mangkuk pengadun kek elektrik hingga sebati.&lt;/div&gt;

4. Masukkan telur sebiji demi sebiji, perlahan-lahan.&lt;/div&gt;

5. dalam mangkuk buttermilk campurkan pewarna merah dan kacau sebati.&lt;/div&gt;

5. Masukkan tepung dan buttermilk, berselang-seli hingga habis. Masukkan garam. Pukul hingga kembang dan ringan. Matikan mesin pengadun.&lt;/div&gt;

6. Larutkan bicarbonate of soda/baking powder dan cuka kemudian tuangkan kedalam adunan kek. Kaup dan balik-balikkan hingga sebati guna senduk.&lt;/div&gt;

Cara Penyediaan:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1. Satukan semua bahan hingga rata. Kemudian peraplah ayam dalam petisejuk selam beberapa jam. Seelok-eloknya semalaman.&lt;br /&gt;
2. Semasa hendak membakar gaulkan dengan sedikit minyak masak da n&amp;nbsp; 
&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;bolehlah di bakar di atas periuk non stick. Balik-balikkan ayam hingga 
masak dan bolehlah di angkat. Saya guna pembakar elektrik je &amp;nbsp;lebih

Untuk&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;Sos Perang ( brown sause ) @ Sos lada hitam:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;2 labu bawang besar ( potong dadu)&lt;br /&gt;
1 biji tomato - potong - kiub (akak suka)&lt;br /&gt;
2 sudu besar mentega&lt;br /&gt;
4 sudu besar tepung gandum ( ayak dulu takut macam-macam ada dalam tepung)&lt;br /&gt;
1 liter air ( lebih kurang dalam 1 jag kecil )&lt;br /&gt;
1 tin cendawan butang - hiris (akak suka letak sebab sedap)&lt;br /&gt;
3 sudu besar sos tiram&lt;br /&gt;
1 sudu besar kicap (untuk menggelapkan sikit warna sos )&lt;br /&gt;
2 sudu makan sos tomato atau sos chili&lt;br /&gt;
2 sudu besar lada hitam ( ditumbuk halus)&lt;br /&gt;
1 kiub perasa ayam atau daging lembu.&lt;br /&gt;
Sedikit garam&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Cara membuatnya:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1. Panaskan mentega dalam periuk kemudian tumis bawang besar hingga layu.&lt;br /&gt;
2. Tepung gandum di larutkan dalam air hingga rata kemudian masukkan dalam periuk tumisan tadi.&lt;br /&gt;
3. Masukkan semua bahan lain termasuk sos-sos. Kacau atas api hingga pekat. Boleh di angkat dan dihidangkan.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
* jika anda biasa guna kaedah white sos iaitu masak tepung gandum 
dalam mentega dulu baru masuk bahan-bahan lain boleh juga. Tapi saya 
lebih suka buat begini je sebab lebih senang.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
** Anda boleh juga tambah cendawan dalam tin yang sudah dipotong-potong jika anda mahu.&lt;br /&gt;
Hidanglah chicken chop anda dengan kentang goreng, salad mix vege, timun dan tomato segar!!!&lt;br /&gt;

227g mascarpone (boleh ganti dgn cream cheese juga)&lt;br /&gt;

360ml @ ½ cawan whipping cream&lt;br /&gt;
Tambah susu segar sedikit untuk frosting yg agak lembut.&lt;br /&gt;

Kemudian, mari kita pergi kepada proses membuat kek ini pula (salin tau jangan nengok je).&lt;br /&gt;

Buat buttermilk dulu. Satukan 1 cawan susu segar dengan 1 sudu makan cuka. Biarkan sebentar dalam masa 10-15minit sehingga susu menjadi agak pekat. Boleh juga gantikan jus lemon dengan sukatan yg sama.&lt;br /&gt;

Panaskan oven suhu 170 darjah celcius. Sapu loyang dengan butter nipis. Pukul Dalam gula dan juga butter sehingga lembut lebih kurang 1-2minit. Masukkan telur satu persatu dan teruskan memutar sehingga kembang dan gebu.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Dalam cawan buttermilk, satukan dengan pewarna merah dan kacau sebati sehingga pewarna tidak berketul-ketul. Kurangkan kelajuan mixer dan masukkan tepung berselang-seli dengan buttermilk sebanyak 3kali. (tepung, buttermilk, tepung, buttermilk, tepung).&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Satukan soda bikarbonat dan cuka di dalam mankuk kecil sehingga berbuih. Tuang cepat-cepat ke dalam adunan dan kaup balikkan sehingga sebati.&lt;br /&gt;

Tuang ke dalam loyang dan bakar selama 30-40minit sehingga masak. Cucuk lidi dahulu untuk memastikan kek masak. Jika bersih tandanya sudah masak.&lt;br /&gt;

Sejukkan di atas redai kemudian belah 2 atau 3 bahagian. Sementara menunggu kek sejuk, sedikan cream cheese frosting. 4. Tambah semua bahan-bahan lain dan kacau rata.&lt;br /&gt;
5.Tuangkan adunan ke dalam dalam loyang yang telah dilapik kertas minyak atau di dalam acuan kek cawan.&lt;br /&gt;

Tambah pewarna. Kacau. tutup dan biarkan 3-4 jam.&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;Cedukkan adunan ke dalam mangkuk kecil sehingga hampir penuh. Kukus selama 10-15 minit dengan api yang kuat.&lt;br /&gt;
Setelah apam masak, rendamkan mangkuk kuih ke dalam sedikit air selama 5 minit supaya senang untuk mengeluarkan kuih dari bekas&lt;br /&gt;

Cara-cara&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;Cuci udang, kupas kulitnya dan asingkan isinya. Dalam periuk tuang sedikit minyak dan goreng kulit udang hingga kemerahan. Tuang air (anggaran 1.5 liter), masukkan belahan bawang besar, dan lobak merah (jika ada). Renih 30 minit utk mendapatkan stok udang. Buang kotoran yg timbul (seakan2 buih bewarna merah ketika mendidih atau dipanggil "scum"). Ketepikan&lt;br /&gt;
Dalam periuk lain, tuang 1/2 cawan minyak masak, goreng udang yg tlh dikopek selama seminit. Angkat dan toskan. Dgn minyak yg sama masukkan serai dan lengkuas diikuti bhn2 kisar dan rempah kari. Tumis hingga terbit minyak.&lt;br /&gt;
Tuangkan air rebusan udang, kentang lecek dan belahan tomato. Perasakkan dgn garam dan gula secukupnya. Masak hingga kuah pekat. Boleh dimasukkan bancuhan tepung gandum jika kuah kurang pekat. Angkat dan boleh dihidangkan bersama mee.(kuah bergantung pada keperluan masing2)&lt;br /&gt;

Rebus daun asin-asin bersama ubi keledek sehingga empuk. Masukkan udang, bawang merah, garam dan juga cili.&lt;br /&gt;

Akhir sekali, masukkan santan. Masak buat seketika. Apabila telah mendidih, cepat-cepat tutup api. Jangan sampai santan pecah minyak.&lt;br /&gt;

1 tin susu cair&lt;br /&gt;

2 sudu besar tepung beras&lt;br /&gt;
1 sudu kecil esen mangga&lt;br /&gt;
90 gm serbuk jeli (1 kotak akak guna)&lt;br /&gt;
3/4 cawan santan pekat&lt;br /&gt;
3/4 cawan gula&lt;br /&gt;
2 cawan air panas&lt;br /&gt;
1 cawan air&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Cara Menyediakan:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1. Untuk membuat lapisan bawah, putarkan gula dengan mentega hingga kembang. Masukkan telur sebiji demi sebiji dan putar lagi hingga sebati.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
2. Masukkan isi mangga, esen dan pewarna kuning, kacau rata dan masukkan tepung sedikit demi sedikit sambil dikacau hingga sebati.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
3. Tuang adunan di dalam loyang bulat dan bakar pada suhu 150 darjah Celsius selama 30 minit. Setelah masak, sejukkan.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
4. Untuk lapisan atas, campurkan serbuk jeli dengan air panas kemudian kacau hingga larut.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
5. Bancuh tepung ubi dan tepung beras dengan air hingga sebati, kemudian tuangkan ke dalam larutan jeli. Masukkan isi mangga, esen mangga, santan pekat dan gula kemudian kacau hingga sebati.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
6. Masak Selama 8 minit, kacau adunan di atas api perlahan hingga sedikit likat, dan pastikan adunan tidak bergentel. Tuangkan adunan di atas lapisan kek dan dinginkan dalam peti sejuk.&lt;br /&gt;

1. Panaskan minyak dan tumis semua bahan kisar bersama daun pandan &amp;nbsp;dan rempah 4 sekawan hingga wangi.&lt;/div&gt;

2. Masukkan tomato cincang dan tumis hingga pecah minyak.&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both;"&gt;
3. Masukkan serbuk kunyit, daun kari, rempah kari dan rempah beriani - Amie tidak bancuh dahulu rempah kari. Gunakan api perlahan supaya rempah tidak hangus.&lt;/div&gt;

4. Masukkan sedikit air dan puri tomato. Kacau sebati.&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both;"&gt;
5. Masukkan daging ayam dan gaul rata. Tambah sedikit air dan biarkan kuah mendidih.&lt;/div&gt;

6. Masukkan ubi kentang dan kacau sekali-sekala sehingga ubi kentang dan daging ayam empuk. Jangan lupa masukkan garam &amp;amp; perasa / gula.&lt;/div&gt;

7. Angkat dan hidangkan.&lt;/div&gt;
