This is a phenomenon that appears to be present ONLY around developing storm cells...seen in multiple videos, in different parts of the earth. In saying that, It is my professional opinion, that the only logical conclusion that we can draw here is this is the work of Terrorism. We must invade the clouds and find out what they are up to, bomb cloud city and hang the cloud president... lol

Right - took over a week to get it....but finally managed to get these critters on camera on a clear day, and even get a close-up. It seems to be attracting quite a crowd now when they appear. Can anyone explain what on earth these lights are please?

This could be the most important discovery on Mars yet! This structure is 700' x 150', and is colored white with blue and red stripes against the red Martian soil. This is not a rock or mountain. It is a manufactured structure. This is not something that I created, this is something that is currently on Google Mars. NASA wont talk to me about it. I've sent them a few emails, and no reply. Dramatic footage filmed from a helicopter by Australia's Channel 7 shows a series of powerful waterspouts near the coastal suburb of Terrigal, on Australia's New South Wales coast. Several powerful columns of swirling air could be seen blasting along the water's surface near the coastline. Channel 7 claimed the spouts reached heights of up to 600 metres (nearly two thousand feet), but dissipated as they neared land. The natural wonders came as strong winds and heavy rain also lashed other parts of the state, causing flash flooding and traffic chaos in Sydney...

A unique optical phenomenon was seen above the sea level in the north of Haikou City at 4 p.m. on May 9. Local residents were amazed by a mirage of a ghost city that hung between the sky and sea. The miracle lasted for an hour. It appeared due to the extremely high temperature on Hainan Island that is not common for this season of the year.

Another mirage witnessed in China is reported to have occured on July 26, 2010. A ghost city of skyscrapers was seen on the Sanya Sea. It was unclear at around 6 a.m. But 45 minutes later as the ship approached to the target, officers and soldiers could see an island with high buildings hanging between the sea and sky. They took pictures of this amazing phenomenon that disappeared at 7.12 a.m.
A mirage is a phenomenon that appears when the layers of the air and water have big differences in temperature. It is caused by the light that comes through the air layers leading to reflection or refraction.

A video of what was claimed to be a mutilated alien corpse is said to be fake. The tiny "dead alien" is just skin from chicken filled with bread, reports the website 7d.org.ua. Police questioned the men who claimed to have found the "body" and they allegedly confessed to creating it themselves. The chief editor of the local Kabansk-Info newspaper initially thought that it was the body of an infant in the video and alerted the police. Officers immediately started the investigation and identified the alleged author. They went to his house and asked him about the infant's body. The scared man reportedly showed a fake alien corpse. It was even painted in "alien colors". Scolding is the only possible punishment for such a stunt as it cannot be considered a crime, the report says. The footage was taken near the village of Kamensk in the Russian republic Buryatia, just north of Lake Baikal. It showed what appeared to be a humanoid body less than a meter high with a skeletal big-eyed head and thin naked body. One of its legs was missing. Emotional off-screen comments said the body was found a couple of hours before and was clearly very dead. Local media reported there were numerous reports of UFO sightings in the area in March, some of them later attributed to bombing training at a nearby military range..

I wish people would upload these full resolution as YouTube has the ability for 720-1080p.

It looks great but I noticed some popping effect when it first comes out of the cloud. The cloud is real and I don't see any added volumetric. But I wonder if the popping is pixels in the compression or his added effect if any. It's hard to imagine that someone talented enough to do this would let a popping or jerking go by.

I looked and looked for reactive lighting in the clouds from the bright blue light flash. I stared at the edges of the clouds trying not to notice the internal flash and didn't see any. But this is broad day light and we might not under these conditions.

The light brightness looks a bit off to me. But then again who is to say what it would look like it just looks too much like a Sci-Fi movie effect.

But it sure has that odd feeling and look to it that you and I have both seen. Much like the Camarillo video I shot it gets super bright and drops us little probes. Again if we could get the real video and analyze it proper I'm sure we could no one way or the other.

NOTE: A missing video frame right before the truck passes is a major problem (frames posted below). Very good attempt but, alas, another hoax..

At least 800 people have been killed in Pakistan over the last three days during floods triggered by monsoon rains.
