The Peach!



A little tumble off of the couch led to a broken clavicle. &amp;nbsp;Poor little girl is in a bit of pain, but rest, lots and lots of homemade bone broth, and plenty of ibuprofen should have her feeling better in a week or so. &amp;nbsp;She really is a trooper and it hasn&#39;t slowed her down too much. &amp;nbsp;

Little league season.

What is that?</title><atom:summary type="text">I have decided to spend the next few weeks healing and sealing my gut. &amp;nbsp;GAPS stands for Gut and Psychology Syndrome. &amp;nbsp;I am going to be following the GAPS Intro &quot;diet&quot; which focuses on rest and healing for the gut lining and a slow introduction of fermented foods to help fill my gut with lots of good bacteria. &amp;nbsp;By removing foods that harm my gut flora, I can allow it to heal.
