Miner power by Maybelline is a cosmetic range which was worth the wait. It is out of this world.

Beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder....If you want to look good you got to be good from the inside......Does this kind of stuff still exist? Nah! Beauty is no more in the eyes of the beholder it has transferred to your own eyes i.e. how you view yourself. You will only look as good as you think you can be. These are the miracles of 'Cosmetics' that an ordinary looking person can also look gorgeous today.

Using cosmetics is also an art like all other type of arts it’s just that we do not realize it. Most of us do not even know which foundation will match our skin tones. It is not uncommon in Pakistan to find women having dark complexion wearing white base and then they tend to look like some Asian origin vampire. Anyway that’s not how it always is sometimes you can even find people using a simple eye-liner so glamorously that it changes the way they look completely.

The point is that cosmetics are here to make you look good and believe me when you look good you feel good from the inside. Beauteen DIY hair dye

Sometime last year I spent RM600 on my hair which includes some curls and highlights.
Spent them at Peekaboo TheCurve. However, I wasn't very happy with that money spent because the waves doesn't last long.....my hair almost went straight in couple of months. Plus, the highlights wasn't visible either....You can only see them when I'm under the hot sun. I really wanted to color my hair then but was advised to only highlight them by the stylist.

So being unsatisfied with my hair color, I later bought 2 boxes of Beauteen DIY hair dye to do them at home. It took me quite sometime to finally do it as I was unsure of the outcome and the last time i dye my own hair was at least 10 years ago. It was a bold step but Chinese New Year was around the corner and I decided one day when my baby was over at moms that Its now or never!!!!

Surprisingly, The experience was very pleasant. Unlike how I remembered hair dye was in the past, Beauteen smelled pleasant! It doesn't emit smelly acidic ammonia smell......In fact, it smelled nice. The steps was easy, everything was provided inside the box such as gloves, bleach mix, bottle, nozzle comb, conditioner. Instructions was clear in english as well as Japanese(Beauteen is a Japanese brand by Hoyu).

Have you heard of this brand?
Well, as its name implies, this is a new range of cosmetics and skincare solutions by none other than our own Datuk Siti Nurhaliza.

I first spotted them at Watsons couple of months ago and decided to give the lipstick a go as I find the packaging quite appealing. The colors were pretty too!

Then i spotted something that sparked my interest, which is the Acne Solution. I have breakouts often and thus am always looking for the best way to treat/hide them. This Acne Solution by simplysiti works quite like a BBcream to me. It covers up unslightly pimples at the same time, it helps to improve your skin condition. After using it for couple of months now, I find that it works well on its own for sheer coverage, or it can go underneath your regular foundation for full coverage. I normally just use it on its own. The only cons about it is that i find the scent a little overpowering. Works great for those who like flowery fragrance.

As for the lipstick, i love love love it!! The range of colors are pretty and it glides on smoothly. I can't help to compare her cosmetics to that of Avon though, kinda similar in terms of quality.
