What is MIND?

In normal terms Mind is a place where we make decisions, judgements, decide approaches, etc.

Mind is just like a monkey. It keeps on jumping here and there. It does not stay at a single place. Controlling Mind is not very easy and those who know how to control mind, can have a peaceful life.

Decisions made by us, is nothing but the jump that the monkey takes from one tree to another.
Some decisions are very small and we can jump easily. But some decisions are very big and our jump is quiet risky.

When jumps are big, we risk our life, try to catch our best deeds/work and fall from top to bottom and start our life again because of insufficient planning. OR. When we jump we keep on trying to hold the branches of our work we did in the past and sometimes our past work helps us not to fall to deep to 0 level but at some point from where we can come up easily.

Today all good things and bad things are happening because of mind. If Mind is in control, our problems will be in control and we could lead a peaceful life.

Some people keep on jumping from one position to another at a very faster rate. It is obvious that the faster rate you grow high, you will have to cook something behind. Max cases, the person who rises faster, will fall faster(Very rarely people stand still who rise faster).

Growth in life should be slow. Slower the rate, more you will get wise and you will have more confidence to make decisions (how to jump) and solve problems.

Control on mind is must. If there is control on mind, there will control on necessary things and if there is control on such things, life will be simple and beautiful.

Getting a second chance

This blog is somewhat related to everyone's life. Every one gets a chance in life to give a new start in his career. But some people do neglect the call and starve a lot in life. When they look back in life, it feels like they should have taken that call, it would have been better.

Like this many people would have felt, including me. Chances do come in life but not always. People mostly miss it, bcoz of surrounding pressure, family responsibility, friends and lot more reasons. Some reasons are valid but some reasons are not always valid.

Many people complain that life did not give them a chance. I feel like that is wrong. Each and every person gets a chance. But they fail to identify it and sit behind bcoz they are scared to go forward. They do not have enough courage to face the situations ahead. But doing this it will not change their lifestyle and they will start complaining again.

Life does give every1 more than one chance in their life to succeed. How people take it depends on them. I will totally accept. I got a second chance and because of that today i am here in a good position compared to what i was 3 years before. The chance was none other than my MCA. I knew i had made a mistake in my life by not opting the chance. I had to face a bad time for some years. But i got a good chance after 5 yrs in terms of MCA. And good thing i opted for it.

One main reason here is, the motivation from my parents which made me study MCA. Without them i am totally nothing.

For different people the chances they get is different. Some get in terms of business, clients, contracts, education, love, and list can go on...

But one this is common to all in this. "COURAGE". Courage is the power factor to drive the whole story. I feel like even if you do not have knowledge its OK. Knowledge is important but more than that courage is also important. Having enough knowledge and no courage is useless. Courage teaches you all. I feel like courage brings knowledge, attitude and responsibility.

Some take the decision when it is of the kind do or die. And believe me the decision they take 78-80% clicks. I have seen in many cases.

Some take the decision to start a new venture. Here the people are economically good and they try to make R&D. If the venture clicks they make good profits else they will not face any big loss. Maybe they can learn from their mistakes and try again some time later.

It totally depends on how you handle the situation. If you are pretty much confident on urself, taking a chance may be first or second or third does not matter. But opting for that is important.

Funny/Sad moments in life

1. Sitting in the exam hall, you dont know any answer for the question, suddenly a chit lands on your desk thrown by some guy in front, you open the chit and find all the answers, hard luck the invigilator comes and takes away the chit and gives you a warning.

2. You are riding very fast on your 2 wheeler, suddenly a dog comes in the middle, you apply the brakes and skid and land in a very badly with bike in some place and you somewhere, but the dog is unhurt...

3. A beautiful gal says hi and smiles at you every day, your happiness has no bounds, one day she comes and says "bhaiya......"....

4. You are standing on Q for buying tickets in the theater, when your turns comes you see the board housefull....

5. Waiting for the exam results, you are good in studies and expect to be topper, for your luck you are the second and a guy whom you have always seen playing and not studying anything, becomes the topper...

I want to go back to school and sit in the last bench.
Today i work in a office and i cannot see any last cubicle empty. :(

I want to see the beautiful trees again near my school and locality.
Today i can see only houses and buildings. :(

I want to sit in the class with my friends and share jokes when the class is on.
Today i share sms jokes or chat when the meeting is on.

I want to drive the bicycle again with my friends and want to race with them, hope so this time i will win.
Today i drive only 2wheeler that pollutes the air. :(

I want to bunk the classes again in my college and go to canteen for having a cigarette (Sutta).
Today i can rarely take leaves in office otherwise i have to suffer lose of pay. :(

I want to go to steal the mangoes again from the farm and eat them. (Eatable things which are stolen are more tasty)
Today i rarely do see mango trees. I can only see roads, and layouts. :(

I want to stay late night with my friend for night study but what we do is we know :). (TV, Games, etc)
Today i do stay late nights but for official work and client calls. :(

Finally i want to see a person with pure honesty.
Today i could not find such person.

Life is a learning

Life is a learning. Its very true. At each and every step we learn new things.

As a kid we learn how to walk, how to speak, and how to behave and lots more.

In the age of 10 we learn what is study, what is friendship and we learn what is the importance of friendship.

As a teenager we learn how to impress people, how to make gals friends and how to flirt and more on...

In the earlier 20s we learn how to smoke, how to drink, how to have a cocktail......

In the early 30s we learn how to move away from drinks and smoke and finally we learn what is family and what is its importance.

In the early 35s we learn how difficult is managing children, which your father had done.

In the early 40s we learn more on management roles in professional life and learn that are kids are becoming more brighter than us....

In the late 50s we learn that our body is not supporting us more so we should retire and take rest for the rest of life.

In the rest of life we do a flashback with all our friends and finally come to a conclusion that we did learn very little. We need to learn more.

Life is learning, Keep on learning and enjoy.

This blog is dedicated to the people who were part of my earlier team in my previous company.

Rahul :
Rahul basically a tester is a person who mixes with every1 easily. No ego, but has lot of patience. I still remember how much i bugged him for clearing my doubts while working on my projects. Well rahuls one more name is also there chatter box. He keeps on talking and talking and talking. If you need to kill a snake, ask Rahul to speak, he will keep on talking and talking and talking, the snake will automatically die. He has one more name as well, "Dabangg". Bcoz he walks like Chulbul Pandey. He has lot of good talents, he dances, sings and above all he is a good drummer too.

Kshiroda :
Kshiroda. When first i met him i was confused how to pronounce his name, shiroda or khiroda or .... Then Rahul told me its shiroda. Rahul even told, Kshiroda did not know how to pronounce his name also. Rahul and other guys only taught him. Kshirodas main attraction is his pronunciation. For Bulb he will pronounce ball, for Jealous he will pronounce something like Jilebi and many more the list is endless... just like his speech.
Well i dont know much of his talent... but by person he is a very good and a good friend also.

Abdul (Anna) :
A cool and friendly guy from Madurai, known for his good nature and good behavior. He is friendly to all in the team and mostly all team refers him "Anna" the term coined by Hema "The great Painter" (will talk about her later). Anna has one more name "Nimbooz Anna". We went to coorg trip and Anna was the guy who got affected a lot bcoz of travel and had to take lots of Nimbooz(the real Nimboo drink). Although Anna looks very innocent, there lot of mischief's that only me and Rahul knows. Cant be discussed here bcoz it will become very vulgar....

Abhiram :
My Guru in development. He is one of the highly skilled developers. He has lot of good talents and he always remains silent. When ever i saw him he always keeps on reading, thus improving his knowledge and skills. That is Abhiram. No words to express much on him but he is also a good person and good friend too. I dont remember if Abhiram had a nick name but US ppl always used to call him "Abraham".

Gururajan J :
My first Guru in SE role. Has got lot of patience, talent and by person he is very good. Always helped me in my bad times. He is famous is his GKC(Guru Krack club). He makes lot of good jokes which make us think and laugh also. He advices a lot and can help you out and explain things many times even if you did not understand. By nature he is also very very good and very good friend of mine and every1.

Hema :
A very talented and bold gal and a good employee :). She likes singing a lot and she is a good singer too... She will never forget me as i deleted all the files from the build which she had made for her presentation. Bcoz of that she had to extent long hours in office and that too many days. All the credit goes to me. Thnks Hema. Nothing more about her...

Days with them were very good. I learned a lot of things from all of them and i do miss their jokes, their pronunciation, their innocence, and GKC.

Nothing is permanent in life. It has keep on moving. That is what i have learned.

Guys keep on rocking meet you soon somewhere in this world again as world is very small.

I got the answer

There are many questions in this life for which we do not get the answer. But sometimes unknowingly we get the answer and it becomes a turning point in our life.

1. When we see a rich guy passing by we feel "i wish i would have been like him". But when we see a poor guy, we feel we got the answer to my question ie we feel we are in a good situation than him.

2. It is always said that comparison kills the human happiness. Its true. But comparing with people who are at a level lower than us, it gives us a reason of life within us.

3. Comparison with lower grade people is good at times when we have hard times. But that comparison will never help us to lead a good life.

4. If we want to achieve success in our career, we have to observe the people a grade above us to boost our attitude.

5. The best thing that can be said is, should not always compare with others which does not lead to a peaceful life.

6. Comparison can be done at needed times, which might improve our lifestyle.

What is life???

Many people think life is just living, having food, working, and sleeping. But in this they forget the real meaning of life.

Life is nothing but simple Sharing, helping, loving and enjoying.

Many things can be still added and list can be on. But i feel them as life.

When a child is born, he cries a lot and feels wat a hell where i am. Things settle down as he sees his beautiful mother being happy for him and loving him. But he feels i am crying and this lady is feeling happy totally non sence. But when he sees teers in her mothers eye out of joy, he feels something different and stops crying and feels thank god some one is there for me and there life starts.

At each and every step we are taught, do this do that and we feel that is life. We are given all love and pampered. We dont feel anything other than our parents.

We feel they are great and they are our life. At the same time, we share, help and enjoy with our freinds as well. So we enjoy the real meaning of life.

Child grows up and becomes smart and finally one day when he sees a gal first time he feels his heart beat and that time he feels that is my life. That is real love.

Many people think life starts after marriage. For some ppl this life is heaven and for some this life is hell. It totally depends on the type of life partner you choose and the way how you take four things with you. If you ask ppl how is ur marriage life... they will say its very good... marry and see and some will say... marry and see u will fall into a trap... and will never come out... but some say the trap is very gud...

When a child is born for a married couple, their life is more happier and interesting than any others in this world. They feel the happiest ppl in this world. That's true isn't it and their life starts there after. This is one part of world. Other world says life is just sorrows nothing is there in life other than sorrows. Yaa may be true for those ppl who had hard times. But they forget the principle that life is made of happiness and sorrow. They just stick with sorrow and forget wat is happiness. They thnk life is just like this for me... No one can change this. But he forgets that happiness is there for him unless and until he tries hard to get it.

Happiness, sorrow, love is everywhere. Only thing we have to choose the ryt things in life for making our life as LIFE.

Getting a gal for marriage.....

When i was writing a blog there was a big smile in my face. i dont know y....... It happens.

When my parents were asking for marriage i was not at all interested. I said some time. BUt later when i agreed the gal searching process began.

When the search began, i was very very happy. It is a feeling that cannot be expressed but feels gud, that we are gng to get engaged soon with someone for the whole life. (Just like a Navtal Lock 16 lever)

Searching a gal is not easy process. Lot of things needed to be considered. As we all know that i will skip that part.

But searching is a interesting job. Sometimes u feel that gal is very gud and suddenly and chld comes near by and says to her "Mummy i want dat". Diffcult to identify if she is gal or mummy.

Sometimes in other situations u feel the gal is really gud and u can guess she is not a mother. When u just start to move she goes on with some other guy in his bike.. Situations become so complex dat we feel jealous for dat guy with dat bike "Aise usme kya hai jo mere mein nahi hai"(Wat is there in him dat i dont have) is wat i feel.

It is all luck factor and behaviour that matters i feel so. I may be wrong also.

Hope so life turns to be sweet soon......

Patience and Ego

The Patience is nothing but "Good-natured tolerance of delay or incompetence" and ego means "An inflated feeling of pride in your superiority to others". Patience is very important for the human to live in this world especially in a democratic country like india and Ego should not be there. Both are contradictory.

Many people lack the patience and have ego. When some thing bad happens they burst into anger (and sometimes tears) and situations become so complex that they thnk there is no tomorow. Situations become so complex that easy thngs also become complex and big to and handle and people finally thnk it cannot be settled down.

For eg. It is a very funny situation dat i have seen with my eyes... Although the situaion became too complex. It should have been handled very smoothly...

When i came to bangalore i lived in aparment just behind my office. In the evening lot of kids used to enjoy the evening time. One day 2 kids had a quarrel, that led into quarrel of their mothers, and later into quarrel of their fathers and finally police was called in. How does it feel after reading this??? Foolish and u must be laughing like anything.....

Even i did the same after gng to room. Wat is the result of ego and impatient they got?? Disturbances in their normal life and a foolish name in the apartment. It was not at all needed.

Things can be solved so easily and without much effort are made more complex now a days.

Some days before there was a quarrel in the road and i came to knew it was bcoz their vehicles collided with each other. If each one of them had admitted his mistake the problem would have been solved easily. Isn't it????

What we get after quarrel. Headache and normal life gets disturbed... Is it really necessary???

Understanding the situation and taking steps accordingly will take care of all the things i hope so......

LUCK is a word dat everyone one knows and everyone is fond of. He / She will love 2 have it at any cost and enjoy the fruits of luck.

Today luck has also become part of everone's career. Where ever he goes one thing he needs with him is luck, without which things become worst for him than expected.

But has anyone of us ever thought about wat is luck???

Is it fate / destiny?? or is it path dat some divine power has created for him??

For me it may be both depending on the situations.

These situations can be like this : if some one gets something which he doesnot likes but he has 2 chooose dat, then dat can be called a fate & if some one gets unexpected results but he is happy with wat he has got is the divine powers creation.

No one knows how 2 get the luck but there is saying "Wat u get is wat u sow".

Many people say that keep on doint your work, dont expect anything and u will get one day wat u want.

People may not get reach their milestone at the very first time. But they may reach after some attempts. The attempts which he has made gives him some experience 2 tackle situations much better than others who are gng 2 reach the milestone for the firsttime based on their luck.

Every time if everyone expects luck to be favourable with him then, no one will work hard and no one will loose.

Luck is just a part of life not whole part of life... Sometimes hard work creats luck and some times unexpected things
happen dat we call as luck.......

Beatiful Moments.

Beautiful moment. When some one asks this question to, we generally think, re-collect moments from our memory and when we start saying with a beautiful or naughty smile on our face......

But before that what does beautiful moment mean?

There are many situations when a man has a beautiful moment... They can be like a
1) when a boy proposes the gal and gals reply is positive dat is a beautiful moment for the boy and for the gal too and vice versa also.
2) when a lady gives birth to a baby that is beautiful moment for her. She becomes mother and feels so happy even though she had faced lot of troubles for last 9 months and same is the case of the father.
3) when the results are announced after exams, the smile dat is seen on the students face is simply amazing provided the result is positive.
4) when the child speaks for the first time, dat is the beautiful moment for parents,
5) speaking to a friend after a long time and recollecting those naughty school and college days is also a beautiful moment
6) getting selected in a company after struggling lot in life is also one of the most beautiful moments especially for the boys
7) getting the first salary and giving beautiful gifts to parents is another beautiful moment that everyone will not forget
8) after getting married when the boy kisses the gal and vice versa..................... it is most beautifffffffffffffffffffffffffffullllllllllll moment the boy or gal ever have experienced.
9) finally after living together, the support dat wife gives to her husband and vice versa... dat is simply beautiful and cannot be forgetten till death.....
............................. list can go on.

I got an idea for writing this blog when i was talking to her after a long time.
She was one my college mates and she was center of the attraction in the college.
I was very frank with her dat even i had a crush with her when i saw her for the first time.
She was laughing so much as if she will not laugh again.... and then we discussed just on the other college matters that were gud and bad as well..................

Success... it is only thing behind which one runs. For achieving success he has to work hard a lot without which his dreams cannot be made realistic.

Success cannot be achieved in a single day. Day by day the hard work he does, adds up and finally one day he gets want he wants. The sea which looks big for everyone of us, is nothing but tiny drops of water which when combined together gives us a gigantic structure. Similar is the case of success.

For achieving success there are certain rules without which we cannot reach our milestones. They are :
a) Interest,
b) Dedication,
c) Patience
d) Self Motivation and self learning,
e) Proper scheduling,
f) Practice.

These five points are very important to achieve success. Based on these rules one has to start his voyage.

a) Interest - Interest... It is word through which the whole world is moving forward. Without interest one cannot do anything even if he is forced to do. Interest is nothing but admiring things and taking steps accordingly for achieving it. For eg : to become a doctor one has to create a interest on his own. Without interest if one is forced, then results may be worse.

b) Dedication - One has to dedicate his life to achieve his success. He has to totally concentrate on his work and understand the subject well. He has to sacrifice other things of interest in his life to achieve the success. For eg : if someone feels he wants to become a doctor and if he has the interest, he has sacrifice all other things and concentrate well on his studies.

c) Patience - Patience is also one of the important aspects to achieve success. He has to be patient until he gets good knowledge on that subject and executes it. Instead if he keeps on executing frequently without gaining knowledge then he cannot achieve what he wants. This results in wastage of time, and slowly he gets distracted from the path of success.

d) Self motivation and self learning - Self motivation is nothing but encouraging and boosting himself to move on a right track to achieve the milestone. He should not expect encouragement from the world. He should think "what ever i am doing is correct and i am on the right track."
Self learning is another important aspects to achieve success. He should learn on his own. He should explore the world in order to gain more knowledge. Exploring things on that subject, allows a man to be more wise and think in many different ways to solve a problem.

e)Proper Scheduling - Time management is very important for doing a task within the deadline. Without time management, even if he has good knowledge he cant achieve the goal. There should be proper scheduling of doing the work. One should prepare a timetable of things to be done, for achieving his milestone. Without timetable the work gets jumbled up and in some cases certain works is given more concentration and certain work is given less. Net Result - Loss.

f) Practice - This the most important of all the steps covered so far. Without practice one cannot retain his knowledge. What ever knowledge one has gained it will last for a long time only if he practices.

These are some of the most important steps that will help one to achieve his milestone / success.
