Chief Financial Officer

On behalf of our client we are actively looking for a Chief Financial Officer to ensure the strategic and operational development of an investment and advisory firm based in Grand Cayman.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the financial planning and record-keeping for the business and will be instrumental in translating strategic plans into specific and measurable targets and projects. Working closely with the principal and the Executive team they will help drive forward the business, leading, directing and motivating their team.

Applicants must have 10 - 12 years experience within financial services, to include at least 5 years at a supervisory/managerial level. A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is essential as is a strong working knowledge of laws and regulations pertaining to the financial services industry. Superior leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are a must, as is the ability to deliver excellent client service and a strong eye for detail.

Salary will be in the range of US$110,000 - US$150,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
