沈舟側畔千帆過，病樹前頭萬木春。

最近突然發現，在近一兩年來近照中的自己，竟變得有點陌生－－雖然，依然是滿臉的青春痘，神情卻是變得稳重、拘謹而成熟。沉穩成熟或許是應有之事，但從不是我向來所認知的自己。看來，我真的老了。還有，那眼中的無意流露疲態、滄桑、不安和焦躁，更讓我感覺觸目驚心。天啊，我怎么累成這樣了？那真的是我嗎？

難不成，真的年華耗盡乎？

而這還不是最可怕的，最糟的卻是我的腰圍體重在直線上升，而且速度快過我昏睡的速度。活到這個年紀，當身體機能消退，有時真會覺得『老』了。也有時會自問：我會活多久？我會生癌嗎？我能堅持多久？....

以前總是說，活到六十就夠了，那時，六十歲是多么遙遠的事啊。現在卻真的像個『deadline』，時光飛逝，遙遠的彼時，不再遙遠。

在傳染病爆發的時候，致命的往往并不是病毒，而是恐懼與無知。

相信很多人都不明白，何以電影網羅了當代Hollywood的夢幻組合，而并沒有好好的利用他們的角色。我覺得那一點都不重要，因為主角并不是這些巨星，而是那殺人於無形的MEV-1病毒。

Nothing spread like fear.導演以寫實手法，忠實的表達了電影的主題。我不認為電影拍得很平淡，反之，我覺得導演成功的營造出那種人心惶惶的氣圍和人性。導演以剪切頻繁的鏡頭，有條不紊的分線，冷眼的看著人們為了自保，不擇手段，喪失人性。

看過了這么多災難片，經歷了這些年的許多大小型天災，我們都知道，人類是多么的渺小。而對存活最關建性的，還是人性。而人性，總在恐懼之下喪失。

Fear is contagious.

如果，看完這部電影後，你開始提醒身邊的人多洗手，那，我以為，電影達到了它的目的。

不得不提的是，Kate Winslet和Marion Cotillad兩人的角色實在太酷了。尤其是Kate Winslet飾演的Dr. Erin Mears在解說著什么叫R-nought (reproductive rate)時所散發的睿智光彩，還有她發現自己也感染了有關病毒時的冷靜，真是美麗極了。這才是真正的美麗的女人。

說到The X Factor，就不得不提到Leona Lewis。

她是英國選秀節目The X Factor第三季冠軍，Leona是一個擁有令人難以置信的清晰的假聲範圍和天使般的顫音的女中音。人們常將她與當代的殿堂級女高音如Celine Dion, Whitney Houston和Mariah Carey比較。

她的成名曲Better In Time和Bleeding Love，我們都耳詳能熟。較新且熟為人知的歌曲還有Avatar的主題曲，I See You。我本身反而較喜歡她那些較冷門的歌曲，如I Got You、如Run，因為這些歌曲更能showcase她那完美的歌唱功力。

如果你有看剛結束的第一季The X Factor US，你一定會為她出色的演唱讚嘆。你看她現場演繹Run，在高亢、假音、低中音之間轉換自如，直將現場所有歌手比下去。我得承認，即使是我很讚賞的Melanie Amaro也no where there。她讓我無法不上youtube一次又一次的重聽這首歌曲，她對歌曲完美的掌控，加上本身的美聲，簡直讓人聽出耳油。 No, I must say, she is freakingly good, flawless performance.

近年來的歌唱選秀節目多得數不清，辦得最成功的無非是American Idol和The X Factor，以致因這類選秀而成名的新星多得讓人記不住名字。而最新出爐的，就是剛贏得第一季The X Factor US佳冠的Melanie Amaro。也許她并不是最好的，至少，她是近年來少有的實力新秀。

Melanie Amaro是久違的power house參賽歌手(上一個讓我激賞的是2004年第三屆Amercian Idol的Latoya London)，爆發力強，自第一回她audition，就光芒四射了。你聽她翻唱MJ的Earth Song和Man in the Mirror，whitney houston的I have nothing無一不令人驚嘆。不得不說的是，即使在她還未成為冠軍的當時，但她的台風和表現，已很有巨星風範。

Beyonce的Listen是首很有張力的歌曲，且不說那歌詞中那撕心裂肺的痛，歌曲本身對歌手的功力就是一大考驗。如沒有相當的功力，演唱這首歌曲只會自取其辱。Beyonce的表演已經非常飽滿，Melanie Amaro的演繹更是令人讚歎，她爆發時的的感染力讓我聽得雞皮疙瘩都出來（毛管凍），即使現在再聽，仍會聽得眼濕濕。

或許，過幾個月，我就會忘了自己曾經為這位歌手喝采，至少，她讓我激動過，至少，她讓我認真的欣賞了Listen這首歌。

情迷阿西西

這裡每一個角落，都是歲月，都是風景。

這裡沒有羅馬(Rome)的煩燥不安、沒有佛羅倫斯(Florence)的浮華，也沒有比薩(Pisa)那樣簇擁的人群、更沒有威尼斯(Venice)那種刻意的情調，它最精美的教堂也比不上梵蒂岡(Vatican)的炫麗。阿西西(Assisi)有的只是寧靜自在，即使孤身走在幽幽的小巷，也會是一種愜意。這個早在2000年已被列為世界遺產的小山城，陳舊而不頹廢，只是穩穩的立在那裡。孤獨而高聳的鐘樓，黯然而精美的教堂，就這樣相依著，相望著。

待站在山城的高處，看著那瞭闊的田原，還有那連綿的山脈，涼風習習，真有到了世外桃源之感。

雖然，我不識意大利語，也不是教徒。我知道，我瘋狂的愛上了這個小城，我可以也願意在這裡終老。

二。

第一次她走上山來，我正在酒店前拍照，擦肩而過時，她給了我一個微笑。我道是當地人親切，也笑了笑算是回應。後來，才知道她是我們的導遊，也沒多想，只是跟著走。到了Basilica di Santa Chiara教堂前的廣場停下，在等團員們集中時，她又對著我給了一個微笑。我怔了怔，只點頭示意收到了。

後來，在她開始介紹教堂的歷史時，發現她總是看著我、對著我笑。而我，習慣當別人在說話時，看著對方的眼睛。就這樣看著她笑，我開始有點不自在。開始我還以為我多想了，幾次轉移視線，我又覺得不看著對方是不禮貌的行為，然每一次轉回視線，都覺得她是真的對著我笑。笑什么呀，我都羞了。看看周遭的團友，怎都沒反應、都沒人在看，每一個都一動不動的，不是在發呆就是看著地上.....如此重復幾次，都是這樣。我就這樣被她看著，動也不敢動。回看她，發現她的笑都開始漾到眼底了，而我.......竟開始臉紅了。@@

她不算很美，也不出色，只能說是悄麗年輕。她最吸引人的還是她的眼睛，清澈明亮。她不笑時，有點酷酷的，還是她的笑容最迷人。雖然不知道她為什么總對著我笑，抑或是我的樣子很可笑。總之，就這樣，我手足無措的被電到了。

幸好，她沒講解得太久，也沒太多話，只是有問有答，算是個盡責的導遊。特地帶我們繞道走一條能看到美景的小路，還陪我們爬上塔頂。我們爬得氣呼呼的，對她似乎只是稀疏平常的輕鬆。年輕就是好啊。大部份時間，她都是默默的走在前面帶路，也沒見她看著其他人那樣的笑。

後來，我從景點出來，她恰好轉過頭來，剛接觸到她的眼光，她又對我展開了一個大大的微笑。我當場被秒殺，臉也火辣辣的紅了起來，馬上裝著要拍照逃開了。天啊，阿西西本身夠迷人了，請別再對我笑了，即使美人的笑還不至於傾城，也足以讓我的心迷失了。

有時在回想，我喜歡阿西西，是因為山城本身的魅力，還是因為她的笑容。我想，都不重要，我是真心愛上了這座恬靜詳和的美麗山城。

換了新電腦，工作單位的。私人電腦當然還是當年的lifebook。

最近由於轉換了新工作岡位，舊岡位的筆電(laptop)得交給接替的同事，所以得以換新的。

指定的品牌，能選的只是機種。本來的筆電是HP Compaq 6910p（上圖），兩公斤，說重不重，至少比我同事們用的那些新款的輕。然而，像我這樣身型小小，隨身帶著筆電去開會，爬上爬下的(difference floors)，抱久了還是蠻重的。所以，選機種的首要條件就是小而輕，想要的tablet沒了，只好退而求次，選了Lenovo ThinkPad X220。

結果，等了三個月，周五終於收到我的新筆電。哇，出乎意料之外的小(其實是自己不適應)，也真的很輕，當然，速度表現也很讓人滿意。難得的是，一起送到的還有底座(docking station)。還有，9cell battery.

Intel Core i5-2520M processor (2.5G Hz, 3MB cache), 4GB RAM, 300GB HDD. 這樣的specs是蠻不錯的，反正都是規定的，no complaint.

再看網上的點評，出乎意料的，似乎都很讚。

唯一的缺點是，外型醜了點。

這首歌讓我想起齊豫當年的歌《窗外有藍天》。
不論是窗外有藍天，青空也好，都是我當下需要的。

改變，從來都不是件易事，特別是對於總是隨遇而安的我來說。
兩個月前，我終於下定決心，挑戰現況，主動作出改變。
咬緊牙關，自強不息，慎獨存誠，笑著面對生活。
