Whole Cow Ground Beef

New trees

While not highly visible, can you see our new trees for the driveway? We purchased them with leaves on but wanted to wait just a little longer to transplant them. Not very pretty right now but come spring, they will be gorgeous and offer some really pretty shade. Roast Chicken or Turkey Broth

Don't ever toss your pan drippings or the carcass! They make for exceptional broth and soup base.
