Shakal Pe Mat Ja

2011-11-18T20:21:00.000-08:00

There are times when fatigue sets in while watching the usual masala films that have precious little to offer in terms of content. The customary item songs, the much explored panoramic locales of Europe, the familiar dialogue and drama catering to the NRIs… how one longs for something fresh to come out in cineplexes that would pep you up again.

2011 has been a landmark year for Bollywood. Besides the success ratio which has shot upwards, the material churned out by dream merchants has been much better when compared to previous years. Irrespective of how these films fare, you cannot turn a blind eye to the fact that there has been a genuine effort to give the audience something fresh.

SHAKAL PE MAT JA doesn't have a Khan, Kumar, Roshan or Kapoor starring in it, but it attempts to tell a story that's refreshingly different. However, it's the screenplay that plays a complete spoilsport. What could've been an interesting movie turns out to be part attention-grabbing, part drab, part prolonged. Wish this could've been another high-wit, low cost comedy that's fun to watch, like TERE BIN LADEN.

Salman Khan to work with Subhash Ghai

2011-11-18T20:19:00.000-08:00

With Wanted, Dabangg, Ready and Bodyguard all becoming mega hits Salman Khan has become one of the most sought after actors today. With his next film Ek Tha Tiger already in production and Dabangg 2 in process Salman is all set for exciting times ahead.

Though he may have a line-up of films in the pipeline, Bollywood Hungama has learnt that Salman has agreed to star in Subhash Ghai's next film in 2012.

The buzz is that Salman will be doing Ghai's film in October next year. There are also talks that A.R.Rahman would be composing music for this project. Ghai and Salman had worked together earlier in Yuvvraaj in 2008 but the film unfortunately bombed at the B.O.

Confirming the same Ghai says, "Yes Salman has agreed to do the film, but right now I prefer keeping thing under wraps, all I can say is that it's going to be a big budgeted action entertainer, that I will direct myself while three other writers of mine are completing the script. As for the actress I will decide that only when the final script is ready."

Amitabh Bachchan in Ashutosh Gowariker's next

2011-11-18T20:16:00.000-08:00

Ashutosh Gowariker first directed Aishwarya in Jodhaa Akbar, which eventually won the actress a plethora of awards, then he went on to work with Abhishek Bachchan in Khelein Hum Jee Jaan Sey which unfortunately couldn't click at the B.O.. Now, we learn that the maverick filmmaker is all set to work with the third member of the Bachchan family, the legendary Amitabh Bachchan in his next film.

The film in question will go on floors in April next year and is said to be a thriller detective film with Bachchan playing one of the detective roles. Gowariker says that the second detective and the rest of the cast is yet to be decided.

Ready-made Couple: Salman Khan turns nurse for Asin

2011-01-07T08:27:00.000-08:00

Bollywood hunk Salman Khan turned nurse for Asin who fell ill while shooting for their upcoming film 'Ready'.

The actor who is reuniting with the Southern beauty after their 2009 film 'London Dreams' made sure that she got plenty of rest and ate her medicines on the sets of the film.

"Salman was extremely caring right through the shoot of 'Ready' and especially when I was ill. I caught an infection and even as I continued to shoot, I was on constant medication. Salman made sure that I ate properly, " the actress said.

The 'Dabangg' star kept a constant tab on his leading lady, who was down with an infection during the last days of the film's shoot. Asin's mother, who is a doctor, prescribed her medicine and it was Salman who made sure that she ate them on time.

"In a hectic day of shooting, one tends to forget taking medicines but he was always there to remind me of taking them on time. He forever kept checking that my fever was under control. That was so nice of him, " said the 25-year-old actress.

The actress who debuted in Bollywood opposite Aamir Khan in the 2008 hit 'Ghajini' said that Salman, 45, is a really "cool" co- star. The two stars had been linked in gossip columns while they were shooting 'London Dreams' and after his reported break-up from Katrina Kaif, the stories are circulating again.

"I am fond of Salman. Since we are working together in 'Ready' again, we spend a lot of time together. I understand the value and importance of a comfortable professional relationship and am well aware of how people perceive coming together of two actors, " said the actress.

Vivek cancels honeymoon with Priyanka for Tennis match

2011-01-05T01:53:00.000-08:00

Vivek Oberoi postpones planned vacation for exhibition match

Vivek Oberoi cancelled his Red Sea honeymoon with wife Priyanka as he was asked to play a tennis match with Mahesh Bhupathi, Leander Paes and Tamil star Suriya.

Says a source close to VO, "Vivek and Priyanka decided to postpone their honeymoon to the Red Sea because he was invited to kickstart an opening exhibition match at the Chennai Open with Bhupathi, Paes and Suriya yesterday.

The actor is fond of Bhupathi and immediately jumped at the chance. Also he has been nominated for the Screen awards and is hosting the Apsara awards and he will be going on his honeymoon a bit later in the month."

The actor was excited about the match as it's an international sporting event. "Playing with the tennis stars and his buddy Suriya was exciting for Vivek.

Also, VO is doing many shows, appearances and endorsements so he's trying to balance it out. He has planned a whole lot of romantic getaways with the biwi this year and has promised her he will be the world's most romantic husband."

The friend adds that he more than made it up for Priyanka for the honeymoon cancellation. "He took her out to Dubai's numero uno restaurant Le Petit Maison for a candlelight dinner and then to a private party hosted for them by his close friends at a villa.

They danced all night, watched the sunrise on the beach, came back and slept all day! On Saturday evening, Vivek took her to watch the sunset at a quiet romantic little cafe by the beach and then to Atlantis for dinner.

And on Sunday, they went to the Armani Hotel for a lovely dinner on the open deck overlooking the beautiful Burj Khalifa fountains."

Vivek got a phenomenal response for his New Year's Eve performance in Dubai. "His show was a mega success. Over 12000 people showed up.

Most had to stand as the organisers hadn't expected such an overwhelming response.

VO got a standing ovation for his performance and everyone from the ambassador, the consul general, the president of industries and members of the royal family came to watch him perform.

SRK who? Farah to team up with Akshay Kumar again!

2011-01-03T07:14:00.001-08:00

Never mind the lukewarm response to Tees Maar Khan (TMK), Akshay Kumar, currently holidaying with his extended family in Goa, will do another film with Farah Khan.

"Why not? I had a ball working with Farah. I'm looking forward to working with her again. She's a tough taskmaster. Men are scared of her. So am I.

She speaks her mind no matter what the consequences. She wasn't making a film to win the National award. She made a commercial film, " he shoots back, unperturbed by scathing feedback for TMK.

Family matters
Not just Khan, Kumar will also do a film with her husband Shirish Kunder.

"Why just her husband? I'm doing a second film with her brother Sajid Khan and a film with Shirish. Shirish and I will produce his film Joker. But it has nothing to do with the circus, " he hastens to add.

Kumar co-stars with Sonakshi Sinha in Joker. "I saw her in Dabangg. It didn't look like her first film. She was so confident. She complemented Salman perfectly. I hope we look as good together."

In defence
What about TMK? Defending the film, Kumar says, "No matter what people say, the fact is that our film had the biggest opening of the year, along with Dabangg and Golmaal 3. Audiences go to a Farah Khan film to see Manmohan Desai-type masala entertainment. I was doing what Austin Powers does in the Hollywood slapstick comedies."

But Kumar admits that the collections dropped from Monday.

"I'm happy that TMK took a great three-day opening, but I'd have been happier if there wasn't a drop in the collections on Monday.

Only 8-9 other films got such an overwhelming opening this year. That I featured in two such openers -- Housefull and TMK -- is great."

Last year was also special for Kumar for other reasons. "My son Aarav won two gold medals and one silver medal in martial arts, " says the proud father.

Farah and SRK
Reliable sources from the industry say trouble came from the coterie close to Shah Rukh Khan, who felt that the director was getting her comeuppance for having deserted SRK for Kumar.

Kumar is quick to point out, "I don't belong to any camp. Farah asked me to work with her and I did. Why should Shah Rukh mind? Priyadarshan, who worked repeatedly with me, worked with Shah Rukh in Billu. Did I mind? Actors must move out of their comfort zone. It helps them grow."

High Court passes order to seal Sanjay Dutt's Mumbai properties

2011-01-03T07:12:00.001-08:00

They say that old incidents always comes back one way or the other, either to make you feel nostalgic or to haunt you. In case of Sanjay Dutt, it's the latter that holds true.

The Bombay High Court has passed an order to seal Sanjay Dutt's Mumbai property after producer Shakeel Noorani dragged the actor to court over losses incurred due to him abandoning a film. The case so far: In the year 2002, Shakeel Noorani launched the film Jaan Ki Baazi that had Sanjay Dutt in the lead along with Priyanka Chopra. Noorani claims that halfway
through the shooting of the film, Dutt cancelled the shooting and that despite repeated attempts to contact him, he didn't respond. That's the reason why Noorani took a step to move to Indian Motion Pictures Producers Association (IMPPA) seeking help, who in turn, had called Sanjay for hearing him but the arbitration committee adjourned the case twice on his request. The IMPPA, then, told Noorani to move to court, which had the High Court executing decree attaching the assets of Sanjay Dutt, which includes his residence in, Imperial Heights building at Pali Hill, Nargis Dutt Road, Bandra and his office, Sanjay Dutt Productions, Mayfair Melody at Tagore Road in Santacruz.

Noorani, on his part, claimed Rs 2.03 crore from Sanjay Dutt, which also includes Rs 50 lakh paid to him as signing amount. Noorani's lawyer Ashok Sarogi told the media that Sanjay has an option of either paying the said amount of money within 30 days or else his properties (residence and office) would be auctioned.

On the other hand, Sanjay Dutt's lawyer Satish Maneshinde said that they will have a look at the decree execution order of the High Court and also the IMPPA award and then decide on appropriate action to be taken in this matter.

Big B lends voice to Aamir Khan Productions' Delhi Belly

2011-01-03T07:08:00.000-08:00

Not too long ago, the media was rife with tussle between the 'perfectionist' Aamir Khan and the stalwart of Bollywood Amitabh Bachchan, over the latter's film Black. When everything seemed lost, there was an olive branch extended and Bachchan and Aamir once again became close friends. Now Bachchan Sr. will be lending his voice to Aamir Khan Productions' forthcoming film Delhi Belly.

One may recall, Amitabh Bachchan, had lent the voice earlier too for Aamir Khan's first home production Lagaan.

Couple of days ago, Aamir and Kiran were seen visiting Amitabh Bachchan on sets of a film where he was shooting. After a long closed door meeting and catching up, they left almost after two hours. And yesterday morning Amitabh Bachchan dubbed in a suburban studio for Delhi Belly.

Bachchan's voice-over will also be heard in the first trailer of Delhi Belly that will be attached with Dhobi Ghat on Jan 21. The said piece will be an introductory piece and what's interesting is that Aamir has written the piece.

Aamir has been concentrating and working diligently with Abhinav Deo the director on the final edit of Delhi Belly.

Delhi Belly stars Imran Khan, Kunal Roy Kapur and Vir Das in lead roles.

Tulip Joshi in legal suit

2011-01-03T07:05:00.000-08:00

We've hardly been hearing about Tulip Joshi at least as far as films are concerned, so it comes as a surprise that she managed to create a controversy out of the one film that she is doing currently.

If what we hear is true then the producers of the film Dam 999, Biz TV Network, a UAE based company, has filed a legal suit against the actress. The case so far, from the producer's side is that Tulip has been non responsive towards the film. They say that after paying her the initial half of her total fee, Tulip shot for just two days leaving the schedule mid-way citing health problems.

Further, the producer's say that even repeated attempts to contact Tulip have failed and there has been no response from her side either.

While on the other hand, it is heard that Tulip has refuted the claims stating that the film shoot ended abruptly and she has been waiting for a response from the producers.

Another Golmaal: Why Shah Rukh met Rohit Shetty

2010-12-26T06:25:00.001-08:00

King Khan will be in seen in Golmaal series' hit director Rohit Shetty's remake of a hit '80s flick

Rohit Shetty and Shah Rukh Khan are set to come together for the remake of an '80s superhit comedy but with RS's consistent collaborator and buddy Ajay Devgn's blessings.

Says our B-Town source, "Rohit and Shah Rukh have had a few meetings over the last few months since the release of Golmaal 3.

Shah Rukh loved G3 and approached the filmmaker to direct his endorsement ads for his production house Red Chillies. Incidentally, Rohit is also on its board of directors.

When the two met, the megastar expressed a desire that the director and he come together for a feature film. SRK told Shetty that he wanted to do a comic family entertainer and asked him to look around for a script."

The Golmaal director zeroed in on a hit '80s comic entertainer. "Rohit and Red Chillies have approached the producer of the hit film for remake rights. Negotiations are in progress and he hopes to finalise the deal soon.

After that happens, the filmmaker and his team of his scriptwriters will begin work on the screenplay."

Rohit, being the straightforward person he is, didn't want close friend Ajay Devgn to hear about it from someone else.

After meeting Shah Rukh, he met AJ at Mehboob Studios where the latter was shooting and apprised him of the situation.

The source adds, "Ajay is never upset about Rohit working with different actors like Salman Khan, Akshay Kumar and Shah Rukh as he knows he can't suit every script and role.

In any case, Rohit starts shooting the remake of the Tamil super hit film Singam with Devgn in February."

Magazine in race row after 'whitening' Aishwarya's skin

2010-12-26T06:24:00.000-08:00

Fashion magazine Elle is being accused of stirring up a race row following alleged digital lightening of Bollywood star Aishwarya Rai's skin for the glamourous cover page.

The 37-year-old, who achieved global popularity after winning the Miss World crown in 1994 and following it up with films like "Bride & Prejudice" and "The Pink Panther 2", appears on the cover of this month's Indian edition of the magazine.

Though Aishwarya looks picture perfect in a flowing gown and a stunning hairdo, readers started reacting with fury after it was suggested that the fashion magazine might have used digital technology to enhance her complexion, reports dailymail.co.uk. Inside the magazine, she is pictured in a series of shots with light skin.

However, fans have been posting angry comments online about the latest cover.

One comment read: "It's annoying because it seems like lighter skin is always in fashion as if darker skin is something to be frowned upon."

Colour discrimination is quite a sensitive issue in India, and it is often percieved that those with a lighter complexion are more successful and wealthy.

This isn't the first time that the magazine has been attacked for appearing to lighten the skin of its non-white models.

In September this year, Afro-American actress Gabourey Sidibe appeared on the cover of the US magazine with a much paler complexion than her usual.

Why SRK wants Priyanka out of 2 States?

2010-12-26T06:23:00.000-08:00

Chetan Bhagat’s novel ‘2 States’, which is going to make a big screen entry in Bollywood, has now got new hero, new director and may be a fresh heroine too! Initially, when Sajid Nadiadwala was the only producer for the film, Siddharth Anand was supposed to direct the movie with Priyanka Chopra and Saif Ali Khan in the lead roles.

Later Saif opted out of the project and Shah Rukh entered the scene with the dual role of a lead hero as well as of a co- producer.

Now, the film will be directed by Vishal Bharadwaj of Kaminey fame. When Vishal got the project, he fled to Berlin, where SRK and Priyanka was shooting for Don 2. Both of them were impressed with Vishal’s narration and agreed to be a part of the project.

However, things changed when SRK returned home in Mumbai. He went to meet Vishal and said that Priyanka will not be suitable for the role as the story demands a fresh face. The director also agreed and thus Priyanka was out of the film.

Now, they are in search of a fresh talented face, who can do justice to the role. Well, Priyanka has already done two films with King Khan so she should not mind on this decision. It will be interesting to see who becomes lucky to get an opportunity to share screen space with Shah Rukh in 2 States.

Why's Vidya wearing a diamond ring given by a fan?

2010-12-26T06:22:00.000-08:00

Vidya Balan gets diamond ring from an admirer in Ahmedabad, while promoting upcoming film

Vidya Balan is now wearing a diamond ring. It's not what you think. The ring is from a fan! And no, the actress won't be wearing it on the ring finger of her left hand.

Take it or won't leave

Recently, when the actress was in Ahmedabad at Gulmohar Mall to promote her forthcoming film No One Killed Jessica, a besotted fan approached her and handed her a jewellery box that contained the ring.

Her admirer refused to leave till she accepted the gift. She chatted with him and posed for a few pictures too.

Wordy feelings

A source close to Balan confirms, "Yes, a fan gave her a diamond ring. But more than the ring, she was touched by the sweet poem he wrote for her, which he presented to her along with the ring."

The actress, a poet herself, was touched by the gesture. In her free time, Vidya pens poetry in Urdu.

She's a big fan of Gulzar saab and Mirza Ghalib's poetry and has long cherished a dream of publishing a book of her work.

The source further reveals that this is not the first time that the actress has received jewellery from one of her admirers.

"A few months ago, a guy left a pair of diamond earrings for her along with a letter, expressing his ardent love and admiration for her at the gate of her Andheri residence.

The letter was not signed. The actress was curious to know his indentity and kept asking people around if they had seen him but nobody had a clue."

The actress still doesn't know who gave her those beautiful diamond studs.

February wedding for Lara-Mahesh Bhupathi

2010-12-26T06:20:00.000-08:00

Lara Dutta and fiance Mahesh Bhupathi have confessed to Karan Johar on Koffee with Karan that they plan to tie the knot in February next year

Spilling the beans (pun intended) on popular chat show Koffee With Karan has become more the norm than the exception.

The latest news from the sets is that Lara Dutta and fianc © Mahesh Bhupathi have confessed to KJo that they plan to tie the knot in February next year.

Says our source, "Lara and Hesh appeared on the show on Wednesday night. When the KWK host quizzed them about their relationship and romance, they spoke openly and even discussed marriage plans.

When Karan asked them outright about the marriage date, they promptly replied that it would be in February 2011 and that their families were in the process of fixing the date.

Lara even told KJo how the tennis ace proposed to her in New York on Sept 12 this year."

The couple even replied to queries regarding past relationships. Bhupathi was claimed to be the reason behind the actress dumping Dino Morea while some reports even said Lara was responsible for the divorce of Hesh and model Shwetha Jaishankar.

"They spoke candidly about their respective exes and cleared the air on how those relationships were over before theirs started," reveals our source.

Dutta has been previously linked to model Kelly Dorje.

She has been seeing Bhupathi for the last year, ever since the doubles specialist separated from his wife in '09. Mahesh announced the engagement on his Twitter page.

The jodi got engaged when Hesh was in New York for the US Open and Lara was there for a magazine photo shoot.

Bhupathi's Big Daddy Productions and Lara's Bheegi Basanti Production are co-producing Challo Dilli along with Eros International. Recently, the first shooting schedule was completed last month.

That was then...
After Lara and Mahesh announced their engagement in September, Lara's publicist had told the media that the actress was starting work on Farhan Akhtar's Don 2, so there were no plans for a wedding for the next couple of years.

Rani Mukherji and Vidya Balan Kiss in Public

2010-12-26T06:13:00.000-08:00

Bollywood actresses Rani Mukerji and Vidya Balan have pulled off a new feat in front of media cameras. The normally quiet girls got naughty at a promotional event in the recent past.

Well, we know that both Rani and Vidya do not shy away from playing bold roles onscreen, but that the two women could pull off such a stunt for the television camera is something that their fans were not prepared for.

According to reports, Rani Mukerji and Vidya Balan engaged in a passionate lip- lock at a stage event held in the recent past.

The videos doing the rounds on the net are evidence of the fact that the earlier warring actresses Rani Mukerji and Vidya Balan have kissed and made up, literally!

Ever since the promotional clips of their upcoming film together No One Killed Jessica was released on television, people started praising Rani Mukerji, considering that her character of a journalist is a more powerful role compared to Vidya Balan's role of Jessica's real life sister Sabrina Lal.

And it was this fact that was apparently giving Vidya Balan sleepless nights, also the root cause of her catfight with costar Rani Mukerji.

However, the fight is a thing of the past now. Both actresses are professionals in real life and thus they agreed to take that extra step to promote No One Killed Jessica well.

So is the lip-lock only a promotional gimmick? Though many will be thinking so, Rani Mukerji and Vidya Balan looked really happy and enjoyed each other's company while performing the lip-lock on stage!

What You Didn't See: Katrina cried after Salman's repeated jibes

2010-12-20T07:55:00.001-08:00

These portions were edited out of Bigg Boss and the actress reshot the scenes

Most people who saw Bigg Boss on Saturday night could sense how uncomfortable Katrina Kaif appeared in the presence of ex -beau Salman Khan. Though she kept up appearances, despite his constant jibes at her.

The actress, who has made several television appearances to promote her film Tees Maar Khan, looked nervous and awkward. Obviously, it was not without reason.

Khan, who is known for his whacko and weird sense of humour, drove the actress to the edge.

He made digs at her about working with Ranbir Kapoor, her favourite co-star Akshay Kumar and even her ability (or rather inability?) to speak Hindi.

Though it was all in good fun, the pressure of being on national TV with her former flame, was just too much for the actress and she just snapped after a point.

Says a source, "Before the shoot, things appeared extremely cool. When Farah and Katrina arrived on the sets, Sallu played the perfect host.

They even indulged in a game of cricket at his chalet, near the Bigg Boss house. While Farah chose to be a spectator, Kat did a bit of batting while Salman bowled.

Everything looked fine but once the cameras rolled, so did the host's witty remarks which were outright sarcastic."

Adds the source, "As Farah stepped inside the Bigg Boss house, Kat was left alone on stage for a greater part of the show. At first, she played along but after a point she couldn't take his digs."

She broke down and retreated to her make-up room. When she returned, the portions were re-shot. The offending parts were not aired.

Farah maintains, "Katrina did not show that she was upset by Salman's comments at least not in front of me. I reached the sets late, so I don't know what happened before."

The source continues, "Kat was professional enough and stuck on, teary- eyed, as she was there to promote TMK."

While promoting Tees Maar Khan in London, reunites her with her parents

Last week, Akshay Kumar rescued a little girl lost in a 3000-strong crowd at the Feltham Cineworld in London, and reunited her with her parents.

Farah Khan, Akki and Katrina Kaif were in London to promote their film Tees Maar Khan, and that's where the lost-and-found drama took place.

Little lost girl

Says a source, "A big crowd had collected to see the actors. Kumar put up quite a performance by swinging up and down the wooden beams in the theatre.

During the performance, a little eight-year old girl got separated from her parents.

She started crying for her parents but the crowd was too busy cheering the actors to take notice." However, the Khiladi spotted the girl.

Persistent Akki

A father to an eight-year old himself, Akki sensed the child's fear and desperation, picked her up and began talking to her gently and soothingly.

An eyewitness reveals, "When she calmed down he asked her father's name and announced it on the mic.

It reached a point when he thought he would miss the evening flight back home but AK refused to budge till he found the girl's parents."

After some time passed, the girl's father Charanjit Ghotra stepped up and claimed his little girl. "Everyone was happy that the child's parents were found and there was a tearful reunion with the girl and her family.

Akki gave a stern lecture to the parents on importance of holding on to one's child at such crowded events."

Farah says, "It was very sweet of Akshay to find the child's parents. She was crying and Akshay went to her, picked her up and made an announcement about her.

Later the girl's father, Charanjit Ghotra, thanked Akshay on Twitter."

Father's tweet to Akshay

"Dear Akshay, I just wanted to say thanku very much for saving my daughter Amrit at cineworld feltham yesterday.

I am so greatful my words cannot express enough. Amrit and i wanted to thanku with a personal letter but i think this is the closest we will get.

U are officially my daughters hero now! thanku once again. Sincere regards." Chaz Ghotra (Charanjit Ghotra)

How Zandu balm spoiled Munni's wedding anniversary

Malaika could not celebrate with hubby Arbaaz Khan, as she was busy shooting ads for a pain balm

Malaika Arora could not celebrate her 12th wedding anniversary with Dabangg producer Arbaaz Khan, as she was working with south heroes Suriya and NTR Junior!

"I was shooting for the commercials of Zandu balm in three different languages during my wedding anniversary. We shot in Tamil, Telegu and Hindi over a period of three days, " Malaika said.

Malaika is under a two-year contract with the balm manufacturing company as their brand ambassador.

"It was a last-minute decision to shoot all the three ads in different languages at one shot.

Initially we were to shoot only the Hindi version first but then as the song Munni badnaam hui is very popular in the south they decided to shoot it all together.

I was very disappointed but Arbaaz said it's work and has promised to make up our wedding anniversary by planning something very special."

Malaika shot with NTR Junior for the Telegu version and Suriya for the Tamil. So who was the there in the Hindi one?

"I was the hero of that one along with the song! We shot on separate days and each ad is very different from the other.

Shooting in different languages is tough, challenging and exhausting as the choreography and shooting style was also different from Dabangg as were the movements.

Prabhu Deva's brother choreographed all the three different versions.

All the three songs have been shot atop a train and not in a basti as it was in Dabangg. So in the ads the choreography is a mixture of Chaiyyan chaiyyan and Munni badnaam hui."

Malaika found NTR Junior and Suriya very professional and chilled out.

"It was great fun shooting with them. I knew Suriya from before and have seen his films, so I could chat with him. We also have common friends as designer Shabina Khan is his designer."
