I came across this website and decided to try out Nutrilite's Rhodiola 110 for when I go to the gym, and boy I am glad I did. Taking 2 tablets before I work out has done wonders for my endurance and attention span. Usually I would have to drink an energy drink to wake myself up, and i still wouldnt be fully awake but after taking 2 rhodiola's with water (and/or something to eat), it's really suprising what these two little natural tablets can do for you.

I recently spoke with someone who took it in college while they were studying for finals and they said that within 10 minutes they were able to focus alot more and felt like they didnt need to drink coffee anymore to stay awake and aware. I dont drink coffee anway, and I just graduated college, but if I ever need to sit down and focus on something I'm gonna try it out for that too and see how well it works. Ne-Yo has turned out to be one of the best singer/songwriters to burst onto the scene in recent years, leading to many others trying to come from behind the scenes and follow his footsteps to the lime light. One of his first smashes on the charts was Mario's "Let Me Love You" and since then he has been on fire, lacing tracks for the likes of Beyonce, Rihanna, Chris Brown, Whitney Houston and Michael Jackson- to name a few. I know it's messed up ladies but you look so good. Females is like is like ice cream, there so many flavors. Now lets say vanilla is your favorite and chocolate is your least favorite. Now when a man has no ice cream all he see is chocolate around him or maybe even no ice cream whats so ever. But we love ice cream so we might settle for chocolate. Lets say cookie doe is your second favorite, now you got all the cookie doe you want and it taste so good, but after while cookie doe don't taste the same it did the first time you tasted it. But anyway when a guy finally gets his cookie doe is exactly when freaking vanilla becomes accessible. So what do we do? We go taste the vanilla cause we never know when the next time we'll ever get a chance to taste that vanilla. See females on the other hand have ice cream available to them every day, males don't. Females is very picky when choosing their ice cream cause when vanilla pass you today you'll see vanilla tomorrow.

As confusing as this may seem, we just want every flavor ice cream.
