Ok, so, I’m not challenged in the upper area of my body as a lot of women aren’t. So I just have to vent right quick – I’m tired of always having to get something tailored, buy a bigger size, wear a cami underneath or not buy it at all, which is sometimes devastating. I love fashion and I’ve somehow navigated my way through the fashion world thus far, but I truly feel that designers need to cater even more so the curvatious woman. It amazes me that with so many women getting breast enhancements that fashion designers have not given us more room at the top. I’m confined to purchasing wrap dresses or clothing made with stretch material. Can I get a couple more inches of fabric on each side please, and smaller arm holes so that you can’t see the sides of my boobs and my arm pits? And does the V on V-neck tops have to come so low, I’d prefer not to go around flashing people with my cleavage or constantly pulling my top up. And for the record, not all busty girls are big girls. I’m your average size chick, I don’t need to shop in plus size stores, I just need tops that I can fit the girls into. But in addition to all of that, until all of my wishes stated above have come true, I’ll continue to purchase expensive full coverage bras and continue to tailor my tops and dresses. And ladies, I will say this, the correct fitting bra can work wonders on the way your clothes fit. So please take out the time to find your local boutique, yes I said boutique, chain stores only go up to a certain size and have limited selections. Find a boutique specializing in bras and undergarments and invest in your overall look. Expensive clothes and nice brand names don’t mean a thing if the whole package isn’t wrapped tight.
