Die Mündung des Wildbachs Son Amer bildet Cala Llombards, neben der Urbanisation gleichen Namens, die sich sieben Kilometer von Santanyí entfernt befindet.

Dieser stille weißsandige Strand, der sich viele Meter ins Innere erstreckt bis ein Pinienwald ihn abschließt, ist von hohen zerklüfteten Felsen umgeben. Daher wird er vornehmlich von Familien besucht, die in den Einfamilienhäusern der Umgebung leben.
Eine der Besonderheiten von Cala Llombards ist der wunderbare Aussichtspunkt auf der mythischen geologischen Formation es Pontàs (was große Brücke bedeutet), ein von Wellen erodierter Felsen, der wie eine Brücke im Meer aussieht. Ferner fallen die halbdutzend escars auf, die die Fischer in die Felswände getrieben haben, um ihre Boote unterzustellen.

Zum Ankern ist Cala Llombards eine ausgezeichnete Alternative zu Cala Santanyí bei Süd- und Südostwind. Der Grund ist sandig, die Tiefe beträgt zwischen sechs Metern in der Mündung der Bucht und drei in ihrem Inneen. Die nächst gelegene Hafeneinrichtung befindet sich 2,4 Seemeilen entfernt, Port de Cala Figuera de Santanyí.

Die Anfahrt ist einfach; das Auto kann gratis auf dem großen Parkplatz am Strand abgestellt werden. Hingegen gibt es keine Möglichkeit, mit dem Bus dorthin zu gelangen.
Von Cala Llombards aus kann man schöne Ausflüge in die Dörfer und Ortschaften der Umgebung machen, beispielsweise bis zum Caló des Moro über einen nicht ausgeschilderten Weg durch Felswände und Garrigue hindurch.

Porto Cristo Beach

Portocristo, Port de Portocristo, Port de Manacor or Cala Manacor is situated at 12 kilometres from Manacor.

This z-shaped sea inlet, surrounded by high and beautiful cliffs has a wide cove in the interior, a fishing port and a marina, as well as one of the most beautiful and sheltered natural ports o the western coast of the Balearic Islands, and also one of the most important touristic centres of Majorca.

This big beach of the Port de Manacor is characterized by its fine-grained golden sand, it is beautiful and has a sea promenade populated by trees.

The marine and underwater conditions are very good for anchoring boats. The best place is parallel to the cliffs, on the starboard side of the breakwater at the entrance to the port, separated from the beach, and the depth ranges from four to five metres on a sandy ground.
The accessibility by car is easy following the signs. The free or pay-parking area is not very big, but you can reach the beach with the public transport. The nearest bus stop is located at 50 metres from the beach.

These characteristics explain that the beach is very crowded by local visitors and tourists.
Portocristo is a historical place , you might see Torre de Manacor, built in 1555 and located in Serra dels Falcons, and there have been dramatic scenes between the republican and national troops during the Civil War.

Camp de Mar

Platja de Camp de Mar ist vier Kilometer von Andratx entfernt und liegt zwischen der Platja de ses Dones und dem beeindruckenden Cap Andritxol.

Dieser Strand mit Hotels und Privathäusern direkt am Wasser ist die Begrenzung eines großen Meereseinschnitts in U-Form, in den ein Wildbach mündet, der sich seinen Weg zwischen den Badegästen hindurch, Einheimischen wie Touristen, bahnt.

In der Mitte der Bucht liegt eine kleine Insel, bekannt als Illeta, die durch einen kleinen Holzsteg mit dem Ufer verbunden ist. Dieser Felsen ist die große Attraktion dieses Ortes. Auf dem Inselchen befindet sich ein Restaurant, und der Steg dient als Anlegestelle für die Golondrinas, die bis zur Insel Dragonera fahren.

Die Wasser- und Unterwasserbedingungen dieses den Winden aus Süd-Südwest-West ausgesetzten Strandes sind zum Ankern geeignet. Den Skippern wird empfohlen, in der unmittelbaren Umgebung der kleinen Inseln zu ankern. Der Grund besteht aus Sand und Alten, die Tiefe bewegt sich zwischen vier und fünf Metern. Der Zufahrtskanal der Golondrinas muss freigehalten werden. Der Club Nàutic Santa Ponça ist 3,8 Kilometer entfernt.

Die Anfahrt ist gut ausgeschildert. Der Wagen kann in der Nähe gratis geparkt werden. Die Anbindung durch öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ist gut, die Bushaltestelle befindet sich neben dem Strand.

Port de Pollença

Platja del Port de Pollença o de Llenaire está a seis kilómetros de Pollença, entre Platja de Can Cullerassa y Port de Pollença. A pesar del ritmo de crecimiento urbanístico, tanto turístico como residencial, conserva su ambiente tranquilo de antaño, lo que ha provocado que este litoral sea fuente de inspiración artística. Agatha Cristie escenificó aquí su relato breve Problema en Pollença y el pintor catalán Anglada Camarassa residió en el puerto, entre otros.

Este arenal kilométrico en su longitud y de anchura mínima ha sufrido una regeneración y una ampliación artificiales con la introducción de arena gruesa. En concreto, hasta hace unos años no existía ni playa ni arena. Esta creación ha sido posible gracias a la construcción de una escollera. A pocos metros de la orilla, una hilera de pinos custodia esta porción de la bahía de Pollença.

Las condiciones marítimas de esta rada no son las más óptimas para fondear una embarcación, puesto que el calado sobre un fondo de arena registra, como máximo, unos dos metros de profundidad a escasa distancia del litoral, así como un fuerte embate de vientos de componente este-sureste-sur. No obstante, en verano se prodigan los veleros anclados en esta zona.

El acceso por carretera es sencillo siguiendo la señalización viaria. En las inmediaciones de la playa se encontrará fácil aparcamiento y de manera gratuita. Si se opta por el autobús, la parada está a escasos metros de esta playa.

Playa Palmira - Peguera

Platja Palmira, Peguera Palmira o Platja des Pouet es la mayor de las tres playas, junto con Peguera Torà y Peguera Romana, que componen el conjunto de Peguera. Está a siete kilómetros de Andratx, situada entre es Caló de ses Llises y Punta des Carabiners. Y recibe su topónimo Peguera del horno utilizado para extraer la resina derivada de los pinos y Palmira del nombre de la única casa construida a finales del siglo XX sobre su extinto sistema dunar.

Este litoral es el resultado de la intervención humana. Se eliminaron dos escolleras que dividían la playa y se reintrodujeron toneladas de fina arena blanca para conseguir el excelente y enorme arenal que se disfruta actualmente.

Un paseo con palmeras recorre este lugar dedicado al turismo de masas y, a su vez, sirve de barrera entre los alojamientos vacacionales, los restaurantes, las viviendas residenciales y el talud.

Su absoluta exposición a los vientos del sureste-sur-suroeste aconseja al navegante el fondeo de su embarcación durante el día sobre fondo de arena a una profundidad que oscila entre tres y cinco metros. A 2,1 millas marinas se encuentra el Club Nàutic Santa Ponça.

El acceso por carretera es sencillo siguiendo la señalización viaria. El vehículo particular se podrá estacionar gratuitamente por las calles adyacentes de la urbanización próxima a la playa. La avenida Peguera conduce hasta este arenal. También se puede optar por el transporte público. El autobús para por sus inmediaciones.

Santa Ponsa Beach

Platja de Santa Ponça is situated at seven kilometres from Calvià, between Punta des Castellot and Caló d'en Pellicer, and it forms a big bay.

On this coastal stretch the Christian conquest of Majorca by the Catalans and Aragonian against the Arabs began. The king Jaume I and 20000 soldiers with 143 boats disembarked here on the 10th of September 1229. In 1929 a huge cross was built on the eastern end of this bay, where the access to Club Nàutic Santa Ponça is, as a commemoration of 700 years after this fact.

The urban landscape of this huge sandy area is characterized by the presence of residential houses, as well as touristic buildings and other facilities for mass tourism, and it is one of the most important touristic areas of Calvià. There is also an important influx of local visitors, who stay next to the pine wood at the rear of the beach.

The marine and underwater conditions for anchoring boats are good, except when the wind is blowing from the south-southeast-east, and this is why the navigator is recommended to anchor in the nearby and sheltered Caló d'en Pellicer, with a sandy ground with seaweed and the depth ranges from two to four metres. In front of the coast and in the middle of the bay there is a sandbank which is marked.

Sa Calobra

Sa Calobra está a 38 kilómetros de Sóller, situada entre Morro de sa Vaca y Morro de ses Fel·les, y bajo la sombra de Puig Major (1.445 metros de altitud), la cima más alta de Illes Balears.

El reclamo de esta playa diminuta, de arena, grava y cantos rodados, es el túnel peatonal, bordeando los acantilados verticales y agrestes, que da acceso a la bellísima y paradisíaca desembocadura de Torrent de Pareis, fuente de inspiración de artistas y donde cada verano se realiza un concierto coral gracias a su acústica excelente.

Este hecho provoca una afluencia masiva de bañistas locales y turistas por mar y por una carretera espectacular de 14 kilómetros de curvas –12 de 180 grados y una de 360, conocida como Nus de sa Corbata (Nudo de la corbata) –, que salva un desnivel de 900 metros.

Las condiciones marítimas desaconsejan el fondeo de embarcaciones, puesto que esta expuesta a vientos de componente noroeste-norte-noreste, lo que convierte esta costa en una zona litoral muy brava y peligrosa para calar sobre un fondo de arena, grava y roca. Aun así, se localizan tres fondeaderos: en el suroeste de la playa, se deberá prestar atención, ya que las golondrinas atracan cerca; en el centro de la cala, frente a la desembocadura del torrente, sobre fondo de piedras y arena, a 11 metros de profundidad, y en el parte norte, sobre un lecho de roca y arena a 8 metros de la superficie. A 7,2 millas marítimas se encuentra Port de Sóller.

Platja de Muro

Platja de Muro– Sektor I ist drei Kilometer vom Zentrum von Port d’Alcúdia und 15 Kilometer vom Zentrum von Muro entfernt und liegt zwischen der Mole von s’Oberta del Parc Natural de s’Albufera (Naturschutzzone, die gratis besucht werden kann) und der imaginären Grenze mit Platja d’Alcúdia, von der sie eine Verlängerung ist. Generisch bezieht Platja de Muro sich auf die 5,2 Kilometer Küste, die Teil der Gemeinde gleichen Namens ist.

Dieser Strand wird von feinstem Sand bedeckt, die Wassertiefe ist zur Beruhigung der Eltern und Touristen, die diesen Strand in hoher Zahl aufsuchen, gering. Man muss viele Meter zurücklegen, bis man keinen Grund mehr hat. Im Hinterland dehnt sich das Dünensystem mit seinem Wegenetz und durchsetzt mit Pinienwäldern, Wacholder sowie einer Vielzahl von Urbanisationen und Hotels, wobei besonders das Angebot an Qualitätshotels und einem Tourismus gehobener Kategorie, vornehmlich für Familien, hervorzuheben ist.

Die ausgedehnten Sandgebiete, die praktisch keine Neigung aufweisen und offen gegen Winde des ersten Quadranten sind, sowie Untiefen bergen die Gefahr des Auflaufens, der Skipper muss sein Boot also vom Ufer entfernt halten.

Die Gewässer sind transparent, von mäßigem bis ruhigem Wellengang, der Sand ist fein und goldfarben und ideal für jede Art von Nutzer.

Die Anfahrt mit dem Auto ist einfach, man folge der Beschilderung. Das Auto kann gratis in den strandnahen Straßen geparkt werden. Man kann auch mit dem öffentlichen Bus fahren; die nächste Haltestelle befindet sich etwa hundert Meter vom Strand entfernt.

Can Picafort Beach

Can Picafort is situated at nine kilometres from Santa Margalida. It is the most popular touristic, residential and urban of this municipality, and one of the oldest of the bay of Alcúdia, including the marina with the same name and the camping area Platja Blava, the only one in Majorca together with Colònia de Sant Pere. But it is surrounded by virgin areas of the dunes of Son Real, Parque Natural de s'Albufera and Platja des Comú. This crowded and very long beach with fine-grained golden sand has the port facilities on the right side and the quiet beaches of Casetes des Capellans and es Comú on the left. Platja de Sa Coma

Sa Coma está a cinco kilómetros de Portocristo. Nace como zona residencial y hotelera a partir de los años ochenta del siglo XX y se caracteriza por ser un arenal extenso de grano fino y blanco, por tener un agua azul, transparente y bancos de alga posidonia, el avistamiento de algún grupo de delfines, así como la práctica de buceo y windsurf.

En su margen izquierdo se localiza sa Punta de n’Amer. Esta península de 200 hectáreas, declarada el año 1991 como Àrea Natural d’Especial Interès por el Parlament de les Illes Balears, separa las playas de sa Coma y de Cala Millor. En su interior sólo se han construido dos edificaciones, una torre cuadrada de defensa del siglo XVII, conocida como es Castell, y las casas viejas de la possessió de sa Coma.

Esta playa abierta al mar es una zona desaconsejable y peligrosa para el fondeo de embarcaciones, ya que está expuesta a los vientos del primer y segundo cuadrante. Aun así, el navegante que desee calar su barco en esta bahía lo hará sobre un fondo arenoso, a una profundidad de dos metros a dos hectómetros de la orilla. A 3,7 millas marítimas se encuentra la instalación portuaria más cercana, Port de Portocristo.

El acceso por carretera es sencillo siguiendo la señalización viaria. También cuenta con una línea de autobús, cuya parada está a 50 metros de la playa. La fácil accesibilidad y las características descritas explican que registre una afluencia masiva de bañistas locales y turistas.

Magaluf - The Paradise Beach for British Tourists

Cala Blava

Cala Blava ist fünf Kilometer von s’Arenal entfernt und auch unter den Namen Cala Mosca und Cala Mosques bekannt. Die angrenzende Urbanisation wurde ebenfalls mit dem Namen dieses Strandes bedacht. Die Wohnhäuser in der Umgebung stören die Schönheit der Umgebung nicht, das gelingt allerdings einem hohen Hotel, das man hierher gebaut hat. Dennoch ist die Umgebung von Cala Mosca als Ergebnis seiner Nähe zu Palma durch einen hohen Grad von Urbanisierung gekennzeichnet.

Der kleine Sandstrand ist zwischen Felsblöcke von geringer Höhe gezwängt, obwohl die Steilwände der nahen Cala Blava bis zu 25 Metern Höhe erreichen können, von wo aus man exzellente Panoramablicke über die Bucht von Palma genießt. Wenn man der Küste von Cala Mosques in südlicher Richtung zu Fuß folgt, gelangt man an andere kleine Buchten mit Ufer und Grund aus Stein, Sand und Kieseln. Der Strand von Cala Blava wird fast ausschließlich und sehr massiv von den Bewohnern der Urbanisation besucht.

Der Meeresgrund ist sandig und weist eine Tiefe von drei bis vier Metern auf. Die nächst gelegene Hafeneinrichtung befindet sich eine Seemeilen entfernt im Club Nàutic s’Arenal. Die Anfahrt mit dem Auto ist einfach; einen Parkplatz oder eine Bushaltestelle gibt es in der Nähe allerdings nicht.

Es Trenc - Nude Beach in Mallorca

Many bathers prefer this spot, because they can swim naked, feeling the touch of the waves on their bodies, nothing between their skin and nature. This is the place called "Es Trenc". It is the nude beach of Mallorca.

After relaxing and having enjoyed the sand, sun and water, if you feel thirsty or hungry, you can visit the restaurants on the open beach. But do not forget, if you have visited this wonderful spot, it is above to enjoy nature.

You will probably wonder why there is no hotels or other constructions on the shore line. Playa de Palma Nova. Cala Blanca

Platja de Palmanova o Cala Blanca está a siete kilómetros de Calvià, situada entre Punta Nadala y es Carregador. Este arenal forma parte del conjunto de tres playas -ésta, Son Maties y es Carregador- que agrupa la urbanización Palmanova, antiguos terrenos de la possessió de ses Planes que dieron pie a la construcción el año 1934 de la primera zona residencial de este municipio.

Los alojamientos vacacionales, locales nocturnos y otros servicios destinados al turismo de masas forman el paisaje urbano de este arenal, convirtiéndolo en uno de los principales núcleos turísticos calvianers. También recibe una afluencia masiva de bañistas locales.

Esta playa tiene una extensión de medio kilómetro y ha necesitado una regeneración artificial para conseguir su aspecto actual de fina arena blanca, así como sus dimensiones, ya que las corrientes marinas provocan modificaciones en su litoral según la época del año.

La mejor zona para el fondeo de una embarcación en este arenal se localiza en las proximidades de Punta Nadala, abierta a los vientos de componente noreste-este, donde se hallará un fondo de arena, a una profundidad que oscila entre los tres y los cinco metros de profundidad. A media milla marina de distancia se encuentra la instalación portuaria más cercana, Club Nàutic Santa Ponça.

El acceso por carretera es sencillo siguiendo la señalización viaria y los desvíos. El vehículo particular se podrá estacionar de manera gratuita por las calles próximas al núcleo turístico. También se puede optar por el transporte público. El autobús para cerca de sus inmediaciones.
