GOD can use anybody, HE used a High school coach to win the championship, against people who have won the championship 5 times, and his team has never won it! HE also used an inexperienced championship Quarterback to win as well.

Pressure…. There where instances in the game where the Eagle’s Quarterback was under pressure to pass during the second half, he happened to make the right passes.

The Patriots who had experience in playing under pressure could not execute a certain play, and the supposed underdogs executed the play perfectly well!

Above all from the coach, to the players and others on team, they were all confessing JESUS, and giving Glory to GOD. What will you do when you win, would you remember JESUS?

There are some things that GOD will not readily give you, like GOD did not readily Abraham his children... GOD got Abraham to come on board with HIM, for Abraham to really understand the reason why HE was going to bless him... Abraham was going to be the Father of many nations, GOD did not let it just happen, but by drawing the sketch or plan with Abraham. GOD got Abraham to understand the essence and quality of his future blessings, and with this you will realize there was a big wait period for Abraham. It was so long when GOD said the promise was about to come to effect, Abraham said it won't be possible... His relationship with GOD is one we can all reckon with...

GOD wants you to come into the inner room and would to build, an unexplainable Kingdom of HIS on earth with you, and grant you all your heart desires and bless you, but you have to let go of what you know and get on board... I was standing at the Bus stop trying to get some cover because it was raining, after attending a wonderful worship service.... As I was looking at a couple of people talking, the HOLY SPIRIT told me to start praying....

Motunrayo Olomide is the girl on the right corner

In my internship year, a girl in my group of the name Motunrayo Olomide, brought up the idea, that there should be a handball, event for the internship girls. That the girls should be known for a sport. Her idea became that of the group, we so much support and push a competition was held. And our group, “Group A” took first place.

You love (addicted) something, so much it means you are ready to give your sweat, blood and tears for it.

Being dedicated births uniqueness. It is the trade secret of kingdom giants.

I believe that if nobody is complaining (or commending you) about your passion for something, you really don’t love that thing. To be different, to standout, to be the one, people say is amazing and brilliant takes sacrifice and a lot of passion.

I was not really good in my academics in secondary school (Fountain Heights Secondary School 2008 set), I was either clearly above average, or just average. But I loved agriculture, we were on the field, and my Agricultural teacher was talking about the importance of grass and said we use it to feed cattle, and asked who would love to own a farm.

I raised up my hand, my face lightening with joy and excitement, “I would”, I said gladly, with others thinking it was an awkward and weird decision. The school later started a little animal unit, where they started with rearing of catfish, rabbits and guinea pigs.

They needed someone to be consistent with cleaning and feeding of the animals early in the morning and on weekends. I made myself available, I counted it, all joy to be a part of the unit. I didn’t mind the distance of walking from home to school during the weekends.

I never made it on the list of people who got awarded for academic excellence for about two times the award show was done. But during the third show, I got an award! I was shocked, I realised it was an award for people who did something in the environment of the school.

The fuel of dedication is passion, there may be difficulties, people term it as impossibilities but you see it as hurdles, or a trampoline that would take you to the next level.

Passion; is something nobody has to ask you, whether you have it or not. It is something that should be seen in your eyes and attitude. When people, look at you, the way you handle the things, they will notice, you are in love with it.

Passion for development……

Constantly my classmate the Senate President of the school in person of Diddy Oyahkire noticed one thing, which is my passion for development in agriculture, I talked about it when we were to talk about the things concerning the Internship year (A practical year for Agricultural students). I was hungry for change and progress in the school and the work we were about in our internship year.

The Agricultural Association of Babcock University Chapter [N.A.A.S], invited the Chapter of my own school, Olabisi Onabanjo University, for a seminar concerning the Development of Agriculture.

Diddy is a stakeholder in the association, he decided to nominate me as one of the people that would attend the program he said, “There is no one interested in the development of agriculture like you are”.

The program was amazing, after the whole thing I made some contributions and it was well acknowledged.

I’m crazy for photography…..

I pop my camera at everything I think would be a “piece of art”, from people smiling, to animals, insects, sunrise, sunset and rainfall and the list goes on.

My camera is just an 8.0 mega pixel, of my phone. The shots are amazing some of my classmates appreciate my work, some diss me, and some are buying into my idea of photography.… Some of them think I’m stupid for taking pictures like that of a butter fly, but what keeps me going is my passion. Not letting it die.

Sometimes when you go on with your passion, you will think you are probably nuts or crazy, must especially when people confirm it. But something happened, I happen to do a little bit of show-off to some fellow photographers in my school, well one person said, ‘‘you have some amazing shots, all you need is to get’’ what he had to say in Yoruba “irin ise”, which means in plain English “Work man tools”, I have to get some good cameras with good lenses.

Reckless in love with writing……

I took a break off writing because I let the comments of someone get to me, all though it was the truth. She said, ‘’he makes a lot of “grammatical errors”

When you start on what you love the truth is that sometimes, you may not start good like some expert. You even seem to be a looser in the eyes of everyone. But giving it all you have matters. Forgetting what people say, but take to their criticism, and learn what you can from them.

My writing passionately, and loving to get them posted online in a country where internet is so expensive, (I mean the price of getting internet service takes a huge chunk out of my allowance), has gotten me, some job offers that didn't really increase the numbers of my account balance but could improve the quality of my resume.

And when you type the Nigerian slang “Famzing” on Google, this blog appears to be part of the top 5 results you get.

Sometimes I ask myself why I stay up so late, like the other hackers in my school, one of them confronted me that writing will earn you no money join us and make some money.

Sometimes it is not about the money, but having a passion for what you love.

Sharpening the tool “Spoken Word”…….

You are not a Pro obviously when you start out, keeping yourself out of reach from, “Producing”, if you let me say is wrong.

Spoken Word is like stand up poetry.

My mum called me out to watch some lady “Janette ikz” on Turning Point, doing Spoken Word, as I was watching her, I said to myself that I could do these, so I started performing with the Drama group in my church, I say the words they act it out as my confidence grew I began to say it out in front of people.

The truth is, for every time I tried something new, I feel scared, but having H.S telling me, “I can do all things through CHRIST that strengthens me” just gets me going.

I kept on speaking every time I had the chance, from Mother’s day to Thanksgiving services, to just a normal day service in Church, I would speak.

I ended up speaking in Redeem Church of GOD the Arena, it is the place that holds the biggest Pentecostal service in the world.

Being busy with school, not having the ability to appear in events (or making myself to be on the list performances *an act of upcoming artistes* *wink*), was making me to hang my boots, “but never say never”.

I took the opportunity that my friend was in charge of Bible study during the week to say Spoken Word, if she permits me or doesn’t forget to invite, I would say it, and for every time I said it I got more and more comfortable on stage.

J’adore Music………….

Loved music since the day I was born, but never had the ability to perform, until I let go of every worldly or secular form music, everything I had to go, before GOD gave me the full right to create and make world class music. (All of this and more I will explain in another blog I title, “Letting go”, let’s get back to talking passion)

It started in 2010, I loved rap since day 2 lol…..

I called a group of guys, that why don’t we minister with a popular worship song and rap to it, I told them we will start from our teenage church party and we could end up performing in the Church’s concert.

Another guy one of the rappers brought a beat that we should also rap to that people would like it, the worship song could be a little boring, so I got a hang of the beat and I started rapping and that was it.

I have had the ability to lead over 13 people, some left due to changing of church and a couple of other things. But we kept singing for 4 years now and it has been an amazing experience, I have had new talents join in and do amazing things.

The name of the group is Inspire gotten from the scripture (Matt 5:13.

We have performed alongside great artistes like Flo, Mike Arlemu, Kenny Kore, Modele, Mosa, Tim Godfrey and Xtreme Group and many more.

We did not start as Pro’s but with a constant relationship with GOD, and a whole lot of consistency we are getting there under my lead we kept on getting invites from people, and we have been to quite a number of places because of excellence in what we do.

You don’t only need passion, you need to fuel it with revelation…….

I can easily write songs, but the task about writing songs with themes, seemed queer to me but I took the challenge, when I approached the HOD of the Children’s Church (Uncle Scot) in March 2012 that I would love to sing a song featuring the children, during their Children’s Day Program. He and the other teachers asked if I could write a song on “Change”.

Well it came out well, the song was quite melodious, it happened that I changed the song twice, when I couldn’t change it anymore, I decided to add to the song as I developed the song, it had about two to three different tunes in it.

In sharpening my skill in song writing, I wasn’t afraid to work on the theme of 2013 Children’s Day “Flourishing”.

One thing I appreciate about my church “Rhema Chapel Yaba” is I have the ability, to improve and work on my talent and skills. And there are many people who have been advising me on what to do, and when I’m confused and I need help they are ready to help out.

I was amazed in December 2012, for the rehearsals of the musical concert, I and my group were going to sing some songs and we needed some backup singers. The HOD of the choir department (Mr Toba), made readily singers that would sing for us and they were enthusiastic and helpful, they did blow my mind, (because they were quite older and well experienced in music).

Mother’s Day… Afraid I won’t write another

Writing a song about mothers did seem hard, but to be able to write again I thought it would be difficult, because there are really not many songs out there about mothers, I thought I would fall into the same predicament.

GOD keeps reminding me about the Joel 2:25, that “the latter shall be better than the former”. That means for everything you do today with HIM, will be by far better than yesterday.

Holding onto HIS WORD after the performance of 2013 Mother’s Day, writing for Mother’s Day 2014 was no problem, I had written the song about two months earlier.

During our performance on Mother’s 2013, the mothers were just commenting that they were just crying throughout our performance, amazed I was touched. And in 2014 one of the member of the group who sang the chorus Amaka, said her mum was crying throughout the performance, and it was the first time she came to our Church.

There will always be a better performance as long it is a work GOD has ordained, these were the words of my friend Kenny, “that GOD is SURE”, when I talked about a dance drama group “Alfa Sule”, that I was afraid they won’t be able to do something new, he said they would.

Don’t be afraid to love many things, this adage doesn’t work in this age and time “Jack of all trade and master of none”. What is happening these days is what GOD says in Joel 2:28.

And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions: Joel 2:28.

Everybody these are not known for just one thing, we are all blessed as Christians to be good in many things.

David was a good musician, 1 Samuel 16:18 this lead him to be invited to the king’s palace, where he could help the king, by driving out demons that were disturbing him.

David was a good warrior, as we all know he killed a bear and a lion, therefore he was qualified, to kill Goliath, without the common weapons of warfare; sword, shield, armour etc. 1 Samuel 17 He was able to own and lead an army by GOD’S Grace 1 Chronicles 12:22.

David was a good poet, his curriculum vitae on poetry is the Book of Psalms which is 150 chapters, which also entails Psalm 119 the longest Chapter in the Bible with 176 verses

David and above all a leader, he had foresight, was careful about his decisions, when he was faced with issues.

Zeal without knowledge is a bird without wings.

Also it is not good for a soul to be without knowledge,
And he sins who hastens with his feet. Proverbs 19:2:

We can be dedicated, for all we care, be passionate and everyone applauds you, but to be zealous without knowledge or skill is useless. There is no point in doing something for long and not improve on what you are doing.

Zeal with knowledge is paramount, you have to know a lot about your love, and let other people teach you how to go about it.

Humility births honour, some people who would teach you how you should go about your talent; may not be passionate or talented as you’re, but they would have experience, take it or leave experience matters.

“Experience is the best teacher”….. You can learn a whole lot and be ready to give everything to learn. The view of an experienced person is different from the way you will view life.

A disciple is not above his master, but everyone that is perfect shall be as like his master.

This is common with people with terminal sickness... Instead of crying and let people pray together with them, they let the devil take advantage of them.

Always enlist people to pray for you, to defeat the enemy.

I was about my Doctorate degree and I put in poultry as one of my courses, I didn't like the way the lecturer was handling the course so I opted out of the course.... I didn't know you have to delete the course, by getting a form for it, and which had to be done before examination period. As I applied they told me it was too late....

I told my fiancée, friends and family to start praying for me and when the result came out... My result didn't include anything on poultry... Chaplain H.S Awojobi

We were involved in a strike action, the Vice Chancellor told us to resume or we would get fired, my department refused to resume. The management started firing and hiring. We got together, me and my co-lecturers and we started praying... And at the end of it all we were hired back..

A time is coming when there will be the scarcity of the WORD, GOD says. We are already hearing heresies, here and there, it is seeming hard for people to keep up with their quiet time with GOD!

We are too busy with life, like there won’t be an afterlife, and all the things we are working hard for will be useless in the afterlife.

People’s love are waxing cold! GOD says from now on, we have to literally have to fight for our relationship with HIM. Different things are and will happen that will like to occupy or take the place of GOD in our lives.

Sin will be rampant everywhere, and the love of many will grow cold. Matthew 24:12

While we are off and on with our relationship with GOD, we would be like what hates in the Book of Revelation, we would neither hot nor cold, then we become warm.

So, because you are lukewarm, and neither hot nor cold, I will spit you out of my mouth. Revelation 3:16

#Lukewarm; a state when you only read the Bible, praise and pray to GOD when you are in #Church. You become the #Christain that binds the devil in the name of JESUS and the devil will ask what you think you are doing, and he will ask you to get out.

#Christians without no power, that’s why the devil wants to keep us so busy, because our source of power comes from GOD, which is derived from a close relationship with the #FATHER, which can

be gotten from the time we spend with GOD “Quiet Time ”.

Let us be real when should we maintain our quiet time with GOD?

Muslims [Unbelievers] pray 5 times a day.

As a #Christain you have to be steady, with at least two times [Day and Night] then GOD will lead you on how you should pray. GOD works in different ways with everybody, you may pray 5 times while another may pray 10 times a day it is up to how GOD wants to deal with everybody.

We will be praying about our relationship with GOD.

HE said, "My grace is all you need. My power works best in weakness." 2 Cor 12:9 NIV

1 Pray that GOD should give you the #GRACE to consistently serve and worship HIM daily

Happy New Year to You All!

But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day. 2 Peter 3:8 King James Version (KJV)

In normal terms a child is meant to spend about 18 to 19 years to get secondary education, but some students are so brilliant with high I.Qs they end up in university at a very young age. The youngest Doctor is 20.

It is more than that with GOD, something that takes a long time let’s say a 1000 years, HE said in 2Peter 3:8 that HE can do it in a day.

It’s 2014, we all need some things to be done already, we all need speed, I felt “like a changed person” praying this prayer and I think you all should try it.

1 Pray that, GOD for everything that seemed to me and everyone that it would take so long please prove yourself, as your WORD says in 2Peter 3:8, let everything happen in full speed, concerning me.

"My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." 2Cor 12:9

When GOD desires you to work in full speed, meaning HE wants you to put your heart and soul into work. Remember when Nehemiah was building the wall he built day and night, and the grace for him to do so was available (Read the Book of Nehemiah Start from Chapter 2).

2 Pray that GOD should enable you to operate in the full speed, and the grace to do all in good time in JESUS name.

A wise man will hear, and will increase learning; and a man of understanding shall attain unto wise counsels Pro 1:5

In Proverbs 1:1-7, it says for you to perform better or being extra-ordinary at what you do, you need to gain knowledge. And sometimes to improve your knowledge you will need resources like time, money and more other things.

3 Pray that GOD should equip you with all you need to perform excellently well in all you do.

(CNN) -- With 25 million people in its path, one of the strongest tropical cyclones ever observed, Super Typhoon Haiyan, made landfall Friday morning in the Philippines, the country's weather service reported.

At least three people, including a 1-year-old, were killed. The infant and another person were hit by tornado debris in Cotabato province, the country's National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council said.

In Cebu, a woman died when she was hit by a falling coconut tree, according to the provincial government of Cebu.

Tens of thousands of people in vulnerable areas of the central Philippines were evacuated earlier as the monster storm spun toward the islands.

With sustained winds of 315 kph (195 mph) and gusts as strong as 380 kph (235 mph), Haiyan was likely the strongest tropical cyclone to make landfall anywhere in the world in recorded history. It will take further analysis after the storm passes to determine exactly if it is a record.

Haiyan will move over the many islands of the central Philippines during Friday and part of Saturday before exiting into the South China Sea. The storm will weaken slightly as it crosses land, but forecasters with the Philippine weather agency, Pagasa, predict that it will maintain super-typhoon intensity throughout its passage of the islands. It’s high time for things to #WORK #Change #Call2Duty #Issue16

It would not be nice after spending so much efforts, being a diligent servant of GOD and not gain or make anything positive impact for yourself.

I have seen another evil under the sun, and it weighs heavily on mankind: 2 God gives some people wealth, possessions and honour, so that they lack nothing their hearts desire, but God does not grant them the ability to enjoy them, and strangers enjoy them instead. This is meaningless, a grievous evil.

3 A man may have a hundred children and live many years; yet no matter how long he lives, if he cannot enjoy his prosperity and does not receive proper burial, I say that a stillborn child is better off than he. 4 It comes without meaning, it departs in darkness, and in darkness its name is shrouded. 5 Though it never saw the sun or knew anything, it has more rest than does that man— 6 even if he lives a thousand years twice over but fails to enjoy his prosperity. Do not all go to the same place?

It is wrong to say that the former days are better than the latter, but it’s what that’s happening around us.

We Christians are no longer as powerful as we used to be. Because the love we have for GOD has waxed cold, things are now difficult which used to be easy, solutions to our problems are not sort in GOD but in the world.

We will be praying that GOD should please revive HIS SPIRIT in us.

Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me.

Cast me not away from thy presence; and take not thy HOLY SPIRIT from me.

Stop feeling Special you’re just a stick!!

GOD told Moses to use the staff [stick] in his hand to do a lot of signs and wonders in Egypt, which included turning the staff to a snake and cause ten plagues [Read Genesis 7-13 for more info]……

If the stick Moses was using for all the miracles was a human, the person would feel so special.

But it just so happens, that GOD proves to us that you’re not too important not to be replaced.

The so important stick that was used to part the Red Sea was not needed to bring water from a rock. GOD told Moses to speak to the rock to produce water, and Moses used his staff, to strike the rock. This came with a lot of consequences.

But the Lord said to Moses and Aaron, “Because you did not trust in me enough to honour me as holy in the sight of the Israelites, you will not bring this community into the land I give them.

Numbers. 20:12

As a Christian there are times we get carried away, and forget that it’s GOD behind our success not us or our hard work or Pastor or some handkerchief or this or that! Moses was all about the stick, don’t get carried away with life and it’s happenings. And put GOD aside, hangout with HIM every now and then.

Say a prayer and read your Bible every day, make GOD feel like HE’S your backbone!!

Kemi I will agree to marry you, I don’t care what anybody thinks I’m deeply in love with you. Seriously I don’t mind the fact you have 6 children from different men you don’t know till date. And you don’t even know who the father of the twins in you is?! I’m not bothered about your faults, I want you the same, as long as you said you regret your past actions. Let’s forget the past and let’s build a future just you and I and the children. Please I want you badly, I tired of waiting and living without you….. She cries and can’t believe this kind of love, she’s feeling it’s make believe and she knows she doesn’t deserve it.

The truth is this is how GOD loves us….. I hope we can all show this kind of love to people from now on, there’s no point you love GOD, and not love people of different character, attitude and many more!!

You know the way a woman looks when she has probably being dumped, or she found her partner cheating, after she had put her all into the relationship, and it went on for years. The look of rejection and dejection, now put that look on a guy, it could be difficult because guys don’t show their feelings, I’m sure you can count how many times you have seen a man cry (including movies lol).

That was I looked (em there were no tears involved lol), with my afro looking like I lived on the streets for days, my mum saw me and said I should take life easy.

I just lost a book where I write what GOD usually tells me things, I have had the book for over 6 months, you can imagine, what I had in it.

Well after I found the book. I was happy the way I felt when I didn’t see the book, because I had never felt like that for anything or anyone in my life including girls........ This makes me remember my teenage life, when a girl says no to me, I picked up a pillow screamed into it, sleep with a sad heart and move on. Not when it comes to the things of GOD I find it hard to move on, but I have to come to terms with myself that GOD knows best.

I and my friend @iam_hhs, were supposed to perform two songs at our Church Headquarters in Ilorin, but the sound guys didn’t play our second track, I felt bad, he felt worse and was furious, but we were able to move on. If we were feeling upset about our reputation, it would have been hard to move on, but it was about getting GOD’S job done it was easy to let go, because we know GOD is in control.
In my culture people tend to blame everything on GOD, if they were supposed to eat and they were lazy to eat, they would say “Ise OLUWA ni” , it’s the HAND WORK of GOD. Well that’s being really lazy. When you know you have given your all, and there was nothing humanly possible to do gain, you can leave the rest to GOD.

The question here is, would anything make you feel worse than you would, when you find out you lost the love for GOD? Or how bad will you feel if you lost something of GOD, or GOD HIMSELF? Would you go to therapy and move on? @2witter_Bible

Praying for the #Unnoticed #Issue14 #Call2Duty

They go unnoticed, but they work the hardest, going to places and doing the things you could never think of doing. Some of them have actually died, standing for what they believe in….. JESUS CHRIST!

They are the ones who help with spreading the WORD of GOD both far and wide!

We would be praying for many Christians doing the work of GOD, as Missionaries, Pastors and Christians in areas where they are continually threatened with death.

1 Let’s Pray that GOD will encourage various Christian Missionaries, that they will not be discourage, and lose faith and hope in GOD.

'Do not fear, for I AM with you; do not anxiously look about you, for I am your GOD. I will strengthen you, surely I will help you, and surely I will uphold you with MY righteous right hand.'

Isaiah 41:10

b. Pray for many people who are also called to do the work of GOD, and are fearful, or have not realized their call is in the Mission Field. That GOD would help them to wake up to HIS call over their lives.

"But if from there you seek the LORD your GOD, you will find HIM if you look for HIM with all your heart and with all your soul"

Deuteronomy 4:29.

2 Let’s pray that as many that are working in the vineyard of GOD, they will be consistent in service.

b. Let’s pray that that as many that are Ministers of GOD, that they would continue to do greater works for GOD.

"Declare HIS GLORY among the nations, HIS marvelous works among all the peoples!"

[1 Chronicles 16:24]

c. Let’s pray that they would reap the fruit of their labour.

"Rejoice and be glad, for your reward in heaven is great; for in the same way they persecuted the prophets who were before you

Matthew 5:12

3. Let’s pray for Christians in places or nations that do not allow or support Christianity, GOD in HIS mercies would keep them safe.

But the LORD is faithful. HE will establish you and guard you against the evil one. 2Thessalonians 3:3

b. Let’s pray that their love for GOD will not wax cold, but they would be fervent strong Christians

“I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.” John 16.33

And MY people who are called by MY NAME humble themselves and pray and seek MY face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, will forgive their sin and will heal their land.

I did this Spoken Word a while ago in a couple of places, and this video below shows me Ministering in the Youth Center of Redeem Christian Church of GOD, and I also performed the next day in the Arena of the same Church. I'm so sorry the lyrics do not match what I said, because the person in charge of programs made me refine my words! So enjoy have a lovely weekend. We at war

U.S can war with Iraq

For attacks carried out in the past

Yorubas can war with the Hausas

For the numerous killings

Christian can war with the Muslims

For numerous bomb attacks

And no one wars with the devil

Who is to be blamed for bomb explosion in Boston?

Or the open fire in the cinema in Aurora

We all like to blame the physical

Religion, Country, Race, Tribe or Persons

We forget that everything that takes place in the physical

First took place in the Spiritual realm

We’ve become sissies

We can’t bind little Malaria

My fellow Christians think they are of the world

He tells you that weed can solve your problem, it takes you high but your problem is still wrapped around you like a tattoo.

You think alcohol will wipe your frown and give you a smile, trying to make you forget your problem

But it will still be in your face like the human race

This is not the time for you to be drunk off the liquid spirit but be filled with the HOLY SPIRIT

HE gives more answers than a web search

HE can lead you to the right choice while you think you have the best.

Forget the gold and girls and choose GOD

For there is time for everything

So fellow Christians lets quit being Martha Martha!

Being true Christians should be our No.1 priority

Not activity the new form Spirituality

Lets rise up and take our place in this race

And bring shame to the devil’s face

Get your shield of faith for the arrows of the enemy are many

Your helmet of Salvation for it’s the only conclusion
