The Day Before Deepavali 2015

It's Monday & the day before Deepavali. The road to office is so clear. Am so thankful that I didn't proceed my niat to just cuti today.

So here I am in the office. Got sore eyes since weekend so stuck with my nerdy specky image la for the whole weekend. Bangun pagi tadi the eyes are still itchy so had no choice but to stick with the spec.

I don't know how people stand to live with their spec all day long. Mine is not so comfortable. Quite heavy I guess since it cause my ears to itch due to sweating.

Really uncomfortable. What to do. Lens is giving me infection so kerap lately since the haze struck back months before T_______T

Now I got red teary itchy eyes every now & then.

A Slice Of Cake For A Friend

It's one of my colleague birthday today so I went to Secret Recipe to buy her a slice of cake to surprise her. Things that I do for friend that I cherished the most. Well, I used to ask them out for lunch or whatever & surprise them with cake and candles. Satisfaction to see them happy on their special day.

Unluckily, it was out of stock already for the day so had no choice and just ordered smoothie and starter. Takkan nak blah gitu pulak kan dah menu yang nak dirasa dah habis huuuu keciwa!

Spring In Korea 2014 : Dugaan

My partner messaged me earlier asking whether I can proceed the trip to Korea alone. What?!!!! Are you kidding me or what?!!

She said her big boss don't want to approve her cuti to Korea for a week unless she settled all the work. Adoi la masalah apa lagi la nak datang nih.

Ini lah bahana kalau booked ticket murah a year earlier before the trip. Anything can come within a year. As for my partner, she just got promoted and change her office. Hence the problem T______T

So I tried to ask Air Asia whether can change the name of passenger to the ticket but it gonna have fee la.

RM200 fee to change the name but who are willing to join in such a short notice. Even me need to take a year to menabung for this trip T______T

Spring In Korea 2014 : Preparation

It's less than a month for my upcoming Spring trip to Korea. Still surveying, drawing up the plans and itinerary there. Am doing it all alone since my partner is busy with her work and her part time study. Seeing my ex-officemate uploading her photos in Korea this month is so beautiful with all the cherry blossoms blooming. Seems quite cold since she's wearing thick attire.

So here's the plan that I've drawn up :

Based on my surveys online thru tonnes of blogs that I've been reading to prepare for this trip, since my partner is so busy and cannot contribute anything to plan on jalan sendiri, I did asked for student tour guide fee but it seems quite pricey and we are on tight budget.

RM1,825 per person for 4 days only in Seoul. Belum lagi the cost for Jeju. Guess need to do it all alone in order to cut the cost.

Come on, come on!

Puding Karamel

Hari ni buat a simple dessert just to kill the time. A super duper easy one. Campak, blend, kukus = SIAP! Ingat lagi masa kecik2 dulu kemain susah lagi mak buat puding karamel nih. Kena pukul 10 biji telur smpai kembang, lenguh ler tangan nak boleh siap heheheheee sebab tu dulu tak tahu, just beli jer ingatkan susah bebenor nak boleh buat sendiri. Sekali sekarang dah pandai godek2 resipi kat internet....wahhh senang giler lekat celah gigi jer rupa2 nyer so jadi ler rajin hahahaaaaaaa jap2 buat dessert padahal main campak ajer!

One of the recipe yang saya jumpa from blog is this one from Feqah. Resipi dia taruk tepung kastard tapi kena make sure tepung itu tak berlebihan, keras jadi nyer kang tak macam jeli. Tq Feqah for the resipi!

Senang jer kan perlukan 6 bahan sahaja.

My 3rd Powerbank

I bought another powerbank today at the Pasar Tani. Unplanned but on my wanted list actually. It's been ages the seller been there but since only today I found out that he got the pink version one that I just saw last weekend at OU @ RM 100+. Without thinking much I just bought it. He sell it @ RM95 instead of I forgot RM100 over. Hopefully it's original as he said. Daddy not going to approved this kind of gadget purchasing fear that it'll be damaging to the phone life.

Yup bought it because it's pink and of course because of its capacity, 10,000mAh. My first one Yaobao was only 8800mAh can charged at least 5 times while the recent one that I bought for HK was only 5000mAh and can last not even 3 times charging.

Getting this one is kind of good decision especially when traveling or for my upcoming quite long vacation ^_^

I hope its not gonna do any harm to my phone.

NatureVet Brewer's Dried Yeast Formula

My two bbulus has been suffering from itchiness so last week I bought this supplement for skin & coat for them to try. Thank God that they like it so much. Been waiting for the 'treat' even wanting some more if they can. Max is 1 pill per cat per day depends on their weight.

After a week, there's a bit changes to their skin. The itchiness seems to be reduced bit by bit and not that teruk as before.

Uniqlo's Ultra Light Down Coat

Another birthday party cum Majlis Akikah to attend today in Setapak. After the majlis, off to Fahrenheit for the sake of nothing. Just to grab few things in Guardian to complete the stamp collection. Being there of course entering Uniqlo is a must. Daddy found this coat that I've been putting in my wishlist for months until it is no longer around. Luckily he found this (I didn't pay much attention since there's nothing interesting for me currently at Uniqlo) at a remarkably markdown price like never before. Guess how much! It's RM99.90! I just grabbed it without thinking much. It was the only black available at size M. Thank God it fit me ^_^ Only gey color available after I took this one out.

The original price. Lompat bintang! Akhirnyer, it's mine! My rezeki. I've been searching for it after coming back from HK since the weather there were really unpredictable. At times, it get really cold and cannot tahan with only jacket and sweater. I should get one and standby for future vacay ^_^

This one also available @ RM99.90 but only pink color. Nice but hard to match. I took the long black one despite Daddy said that I looked like penguin. Hahahahaaaa

Sooner or later, I got my wish to come true.

Heavenly Milo & Oreo Pudding

Macam kena sawan memasak pulak hari ni. Done with spaghetti, buat pudding pulak after Zohor prayer. Mostly because of the catuan air that suppose to start today for our Zone. Before putus bekalan air, better cook/prepare the 'food collection'.

Been introduced to this dish in 2011/2012 during my previous office Aidilfitri's celebration. A colleague of mine back then prepare this pudding for the Jamuan Raya and it taste really marvelous despite the layer tak jadi according to her. So we korek2 from her the recipe.

We got the recipe from this blogger back then, hanamemories. And I've been making it for a few times since then. First time is of course a little bit haywire with the layer tak jadi and so hard to wait for the layer to beku before layering another one and so on but after few times it become much more easier. Practice always makes perfect.

My output for today tadaaaaaa ^_^ much better in looks than before. Of course not going to be able to finish the whole talam since its only the two of us. Gonna take half of it to the office as usual.

Spaghetti Aglio Olio

Got birthday party anak ofismate to attend petang nanti so decided to cook spaghetti jela for lunch today. Trial and error making spaghetti aglio olio for the first time after goggling the recipes online. Asyik makan kt kedai sedap jek, looks simple, how hard for it untuk masak sendiri kan ^_^

Gigihla ke Midvalley after work yesterday cari bahan2 nyer.

Resipi main campak2 suka hati :

Spaghetti (rebus dulu dengan minyak & garam sket)
Seafood - udang, sotong dan lala (rebus gk, air rebusan akan dimasukkan sket dalam masakan)
Bawang putih
Lada hitam
Kiub pati ayam
Minyak
Garam
Capsicum
Mixed herbs

Cara2 :

Tumis bawang putih hingga naik bau. Masukkan lada hitam, garam, mixed herbs dan pati ayam. Kacau then masukkan sesenduk air rebusan seafood. Next is spaghetti and then the seafood. Kacau sampai sebati and lastly masukkan capsicum.

Tadaaaaa siap! Senang kannnnn heheheheee

Tapi rasa tidak sesedap macam kedai nyer. Ntah apa ntah yg x complete.

Cuba lagi next time smpai sedap ^_^

A Souvenir From Qatar

One of my colleague got the opportunity to go to Pakistan with the boss for a project last week and he got me this one from Qatar I guess by looking at the price tag. Forgot eh to take it off ^_^

I don't think I'll be able to take my foot to Pakistan ever. Never even dream for Pakistan ^_^

Tq so much. Am so blessed with rezeki today. En Raduan who has retired also belanja us KFC today even though yesterday was his last day working.

Cerita yang tak logik dek akal tapi amat best untuk dilayan. Makin stress arrr kalau tengok drama yang serius jer ^_^

Tosai Telur For Breakfast

Off for breakfast at Kg. Attap again this morning. Really miss the roti telur. Restoran ZK has the best & various kind of roti so far I've tasted. Even my colleague whom for the first time tried it said their roti canai sardin is so delicious and she cannot find any like it.

I used to opt for my usual Neslo ice and roti canai telur every time but today opt for their tosai telur after so long. Cannot finish it since it was larger that my usual roti canai telur ^_^

How I miss my friends there who has moved to Putrajaya. Missing having breakfast and lunch now & then with them.

Why2 you guys move to some place that far. No more hanging out now & then like before. Laughing, releasing stress a bit with them.

I Love Rainbow....Cookies!

It's Pasar Tani day today as usual. Found this new seller of rainbow cookies there. Don't know what's the name of the cookies but I've seen it before in Facebook.

Of course la attracted for its colourful rainbow colors so bought one small jar @ RM20 per jar. There was two sizes available. Another one was sold @ RM17 per jar with more quantities but smaller.

It was crunchy. Taste wise, biasa jer. It was colourful but not that colourful when it comes to taste. Just plain. But it helps if you wanna light your gloomy day like me ^_^

Finished it off in two days only. Addicted due to its crunchiness. Yums!

Weekend Date

Buntu as usual where to go on weekends. Tak keluar macam bosan jugak. At least one of the 2 days mesti keluar gak. Most of the time for food but today already ate heavy breakfast, nasi lemak. Plus maggi ketam for lunch as requested by Daddy.

Ding dong ding dong keluar jugakla after Asar prayers. Since tak tahu arah tujuan, ke OU lagi kita checking out the Apple/MAC sale. Plus I want a dose of PappaRich Cendol. Yums! Yup despite the rainy day ^_^

OOTD. Ye la sgt. Every time shirts and pants jer pun ^_^ Try belasah the wedges sport shoe again. The last time I wore it was in HK. Mmg badly injured la kaki sampai ke pinggang sakit. Beauty is pain kata orang fuh memang tidak boleh hidup la dengan motto itu. Merana! Slipper jugak yang selesa. Even tawaf a couple of hours kat OU pun dh terasa the pain T___T

Menyesal pulak tergoda & membelinya. It costs a bomb wehhh T____T

Terkecewa hari ini dengan harapan nak makan cendol tapi takde. Mesin produce ice rosak kata nyer huuu nasib baik mak tak pregnant wehhh. Tukar ler for its mocha ker cappucino with aiskrim. Ntah dh lupa tapi memang sedap tak terhingga. Pekat & sgt kaw for coffee lovers.

Apapun it depends on the person yang buat actually. Sometimes sedap, sometimes tak...plain, tiada rasa.

DEpends on your luck la. If it's your lucky day, you are gonna be satisfied with the taste. If not, opt for others jela.

After Office Hour Date

To OU right after work since Daddy want to go to Apple/Mac's warehouse sales. Tried Pizza Hut's half price menu, meatball spaghetti @RM6.95 and it turn out bad. Much better the one @ Ikea. Lack of taste.

And then off to Ikea after memborong at MAC warehouse sale since Daddy want to buy the material for our curtain which he said also on sale.

Tadaaaa our borongan of the day. All @ RM130. Mine was RM50 only, 3 ipad cover & one iphone casing. Each of them are priced @ RM10 - RM30. Yup really cheap!

Also tapau this cinnamon rolls since my staff keep saying it is really delicious but for me, not that delicious. Too sweet for me.

Lunch Date With Rizqi Naufal

My family came to KL last Monday, the same day I had to board to Kuching and they already want to go back tomorrow. Had no choice but just to meet them at their favorite shopping spot during lunch hour, Sogo that is.

Had a not so quality time over lunch at Sogo's food court. Noisy and hard to chat huuuu. Sorry that your auntie is really busy with work. Even don't have the time to catch up with you.

Btw, the nasi ayam @ the food court taste really marvellous! Never had it before. I rarely go to Sogo some more. Always jam-packed with people. With that lack of space, not really my ideal space unless I'm really desperate ^_^
