Usher is in a league of his own. He just does what he needs to do to make good music. Not only did he give me a new song to fuck to (Climax) but he gave me this song that I can get really drunk to and attempt to spit game.

If you venture back in my post, you know I was pissed when Rihanna made Funeral Cake with the one who won't be named. My quest to get famous and seek her out ended faster than a car crash. But..it wasn't till I was at a house party in Spanish Harlem with a girl bent over touchin her toes backin it up on me while Funeral Cake played, that I fell in love with Rihanna again.

Where Have You Been in my opinion was the most poppin track on her new album other than Watch n Learn, so its about time she released it. Never really heard of this group before. I'm not gonna pretend I did, but I saw this music video and I approve. This song is very 60's mowtown feel and I always like those kind of songs. I was obsessed with Cee-Lo's "Fuck You" until I found who sung it (he reminds me of a bowling ball with weave).

Stooshe is UK based, and if you check this site you know I love the UK. I'm going BACK to London in three weeks for three weeks to continue my partying ways. If my grandmother knew I was listening to this song on a Sunday, she would be rolling in her grave. 'Mi in love' happens to be one of my favorite dancehall tunes, as Vybz is singing about his love for pum pum (for the white people reading, pum pum means pussy in the Jamaican dialect.) As a typical Vybz Kartel song, it's very dirty in lyrics and good enough to make people dance. I don't think most American's even understand a word he is saying, so they just shake their ass along to the beat.

The line "mi fling weh the boots cause mi wan gi yuh a baby" is not talking about taking off shoes. It translates to "I threw out the condom cause I want to get you pregnant." Nevertheless, ladies proceed to bend over and touch your toes.

I hope to see more material like this from Vybz in the future and I will also pray to Jah that he stops bleaching. I don't understand Jamaican's obsession with being light skin. (proceeds to touch my high yellow skin)

I found Prophet's blog years ago searching for new music and his humor and originality had me coming back frequently for his post. His house burned down yesterday which I would imagine is some scary ass shit, but as usual he kept his humor and composure.

James Fauntleroy in my opinion is a genius. He is a great song writer responsible for a shit load of artist songs from Chris Brown (I just cringed typing that), Rihanna (now I'm crying.), and even Justin Timberlake. I would have him write my whole damn album.

His songs are really original in my opinion and very dark in a way. I can't explain what I mean by dark but listening to the songs he is responsible for, you will catch his trademark sound quickly. As for "Impossible to Kill", I wish I had the chance to make this a single for myself. This would be my second single (seriously). To me it sounds like "Kissed By A Rose" on steroids and very modern. I was in love with Rihanna for the longest. I even vowed to get famous so she could notice me (sad right). But ever since she released Funeral Cake with the Aggressive One, my eye has moved to the girl who was only my crush, Cher Lloyd.

I first saw Cher Lloyd when I was laying on my hotel room bed in London scanning through the channels wondering what the UK had to offer me. Then I saw her. First I thought, damn she is hot, then I thought, what the hell is a Swagga Jagga, and changed the channel. She wasn't far from my mind though. But my love for her didn't hit me until I saw her music video "With Your Love". Only if we can jump in the television screen.
