Ok so I'm not exactly sure how to sum up this duo Sam and Adam are nothing less of amazing, they have been with us from the beginning. They continue to grow and surprise us each time with their dj sets and productions, rising stars within the Sydney nightlife scene they're showing no sign of slowing down any time soon with consecutive bookings back to back almost every night of the week this duo surely know how to keep a crowd on their feet.

They just sent me a very cool remix that I must share with you enjoy the heavy bass line of this track.

The recent signing to Boys noize Recrods Tai has surely created a position for himself with a distinct signature sound. Teaming up with Boys Noize Records superstar D.I.M they have created one of 2009's truly most memorable release - Lyposcut - D.I.M & TAI (ORIGINAL)

Now come on... I must admit don't we all love a club "favorite" song. Many of us consider it cheesy or uncool yet we all loose our shit when the crowd goes wild; when world renown deejays drop these so called popular songs at clubs or festivals. They are loved and popular for a reason because they're so damn good! I'm well aware that we sample tracks mainly that are still underground however there comes a time where stepping into the mainstream and commercial realm is necessary to recognize the talent of these other phenomenal producers that everyone loves.

Their first single Time was originally leaked intentionally to the blog community a few months back and has already received praise and airtime from such acclaimed international media as the exclusive magazine Monocle, to star DJ Annie Mac on BBC Radio1 in the UK to The FADER. The last few days they've been Band Of The Day in The Guardian and also featured in the "hottest downloads" section in The Sunday Times. The response has been overwhelming, both from blogs, radio and magazines, all over the world.

And now it's time for another track from O'Spada to premiere online. We give you Ten Strikes...

O'spada - Ten Strikes (radio edit)

O'Spada was formed in Stockholm 2006 by five individuals with a very varied background in music, and forged a clash between soul and funk meeting hip hop and rock, creating their own unique sound. They gradually earned a reputation mainly through MySpace and their vivid live performances, handing them a record deal at Despotz Records in 2008. The spring and summer has been spent recording the so far untitled debut album planned for release early 2010.

He recently was here on Australian Shores, our very first touring artist NT89 has had tremendous exposure and success after his visit down under not so long ago, actually celebrating my 21st. BOY! was that an epic night to remember, the videos and photos speak for themselves. Since then several releases, on Turbo Records, Southern Fried, Sony Music and Boxon Records to name a few... Oh! and did i mention assisting the Bloody Beetroots in producing the One Love Cd? He also managed to co-produce a track with our local Distrakt which is being released on Boxon Records.

After almost two months off the party circuit, The Phonic Crew are back and ready to cause a rucuks!

We stepped back, observed and watched as the Sydney heavy electro nightlife scene deteriorated with wack music. It was time to end it...

Phonic Touring has teamed up with new joint partners, Canvas Records for a promising business venture to bring nothing but quality underground nu age music to Oz shores. No more of the same act's over and over again by the several touring and events companies out there who's sole aim is to push one or few particular artists that they have close tie's with, we want everyone to excel and have the opportunity to prove their skills and talents so keep a ear and eye out for new exclusive banging electronic producers who with our shared vision will be offering Australian kids something to look forward to each night out. Big plans will be unveiled in the future between these two strong exciting companies.

We begin this partnership with The launch of our BOXING DAY RAVE! Set to create turmoil in the dungeon remains of a 15th century aristocratic golden palace known as Le Panic.

With this rave we decided to feature new dj's along with a few old favorites set to rip the sydney nightlife scene a new hole in 2010!

Time magazine rates M.I.A as one of the top 100 most influencial people in the world!

With nominations for Oscar awards for "Slum Dog Millionaire" she surely is one of south east Asia's biggest entertainment star!

Everyone loves a thumping bootleg mashup, and they don’t get much better, or illegal, than Tiptronik’s reworking of the M.I.A track ‘Uraqt’. Rumour is M.I.A’s camp may be suing the Sydney duo because of this track. So, in protest, we’re going to spread the love, exclusively on this blog!

So who are Tiptronik? Well aside from being one of the most-hyped new acts on the Sydney electronic scene, they actually have a fairly well-known past. Seshan Moodley makes up one half of the duo: he was a one-time member of rap/metal outfit Parkside Killers who supported Ice-T and The Beastie Boys. The other 50% of Tiptronik is Ramesh Sathiah, who aside from being creative director at Song Zu also has a history in composition and production, having produced Grinspoon’s first EP.

They’ve got a tonne of experience behind them, and they’re set to be the next big thing in the Sydney electro scene. Check out their MySpace site for some more original material: you can get theirs track ‘Crash and Burn (nodoze)’ and ‘Away’ on iTunes but no doubt they’ll be an album sometime soon. They’re also working on a track with Grinspoon vocalist Phil Jamieson too.

I have kept this guy a secret for over 4 months now but i felt its about time to unveil to my oz pps the amazing talent and absolute skill this new up and comer producer/deejay out of Canada City possesses. Since the likes of Tiga, Chromeo and A-Trak being surfaced from the streets of Canada we sure are in for great things from this young kid in the future, already with infamous associations with head honcho Busy P owner of french electro/euro trash label Ed-Banger Records and close ties with heavy weights JUSTICE im betting on us hearing a lot from this cool dj.

I am going to leave you with in what is my opinion one of the best mix's I have heard. If a dj can mix a song by the band Blur and The proxy (13:55 min) at the same time and make it sound banging then I'm sold! A tune to cater to every dance floor and genre to suit any person with bass lines to have you dancing all night long. It's been almost 6 months and there has not been a day until now where I stop to say "Hey, I think I'm sick of this mix" a party favorite that will be a hit at every house party, pre-drinks or B'day/club party!

Be sure to have an eye out for him in 2010 ;)

How was parklife? I dont think i will ever know. The only thing i remember clearly of the day was Busy P announcing 'Brand new A-Track' and the crowd losing their shit to the amazing remix. According to my friends recollections i got back stage when Tiga played his set, dont ask me how or what happened but i think the photo above taken from my iphone speaks for itself.
This is A-Tracks best work by far, I am beyond happiness that this DJ to producer thing is working out for people like Fake Blood, Boys Noize and A-Track as i believe there is nothing worse than a pre-planned Ableton set and the spontaneity of a true CDJ set is next to none.
