Bihar Election 2025 - अबकी बार फिर नीतीशे कुमार !

ये तो तय है कि बिहार में फिर से होने जा रही है एन.डी.ए. की ही सरकार . . . लेकिन नीतीश कुमार क्यों हैं बीजेपी के लिए इतने अनिवार्य, अपरिहार्य???

आगे बढ़ने से पहले इन्हें सुन लीजिए…

ये हैं मोकीम अंसारी - ये उस वर्ग से हैं जिसे आमतौर पर BJP का विरोधी माना जाता है,

निर्वाचन क्षेत्र – अलीनगर, ग्राम – बिशहथ- बघांत, जिला – दरभंगा – मिथिला क्षेत्र. . .

मैं: वोट किसे देते हैं?

मोकीम – “कमल छाप पर।”

मैं: कमल छाप पर किसे?

मोकीम – “नीतीश कुमार…

लगभग 20 साल से बिहार में एन.डी.ए. की ही सरकार रही है, और लगभग 10 साल से “डबल इंजन की सरकार” चल रही है।

फिर भी — न तो कोई ठोस उद्योग स्थापित हो सका, न ही उन फैक्टरियों का पुनर्जीवन हो पाया जो लालू प्रसाद के जंगलराज के दौर में बंद हो गई थीं।

मॉर्टन की मीठी खुशबू अब भी हवा में बीते दिनों की याद ताज़ा कर जाती है. . . इन बीस सालों में कोई नया उल्लेखनीय निवेश नहीं, और जहां तक न्याय और कानून-व्यवस्था की बात की जाए तो उदाहरण के तौर पर बिहार के सुशांत सिंह राजपूत की हत्या को भी केंद्रीय जांच एजेंसियों के द्वारा ढंडे बस्ते में डाल दिया गया है . . और बिहार सरकार मौन है. . . और तो और इस बार के चुनाव में तो ये कोई मुद्दा ही नहीं है. . .लेकिन फिर भी. . .इस बार का रिकॉर्ड तोड़ मतदान, एग्ज़िट पोल और ज़मीनी रिपोर्ट्स एक स्वर में कह रही हैं — “अबकी बार फिर नीतीशे कुमार, अबकी बार फिर बीजेपी-एन.डी.ए. की सरकार…”

बिहार शायद देश का अकेला ऐसा राज्य है जहाँ जनता, बेरोज़गारी, भ्रष्टाचार, गंदगी, न्याय और विकास की कमी जैसी तमाम निराशाओं के बावजूद, सत्तारूढ़ सरकार को भारी बहुमत से जीताती हुई दिखती है।
इसका सबसे बड़ा कारण है डर!

पहला डर - जंगलराज की वापसी का डर!

हाँ, यही वह डर है जो 20 साल बाद भी बिहार की राजनीति में निर्णायक भूमिका निभा रहा है। मुझे याद है, हम कभी बिहार जाते थे बस से तो दिन के समय भी हमें रास्तों में लाशें दिखती थीं. . .शाम के समय आप कभी सफ़र नहीं कर सकते थे. . .कब लुट जाएं कोई भरोसा नहीं था. . . अखबारें अपहरण की ख़बरों से भरीं रहतीं थीं. .

दूसरा डर — अंधेरे दिनों का डर!

बिजली के मोर्चे पर बिहार ने सचमुच उल्लेखनीय प्रगति की है।
मैं खुद पिछले कुछ वर्षों से अपने गाँव – बिशहथ(दरभंगा) जाती रही हूँ और यह मेरे लिए सुखद आश्चर्य का विषय रहा है कि बिहार में अब लगभग 24 घंटे बिजली रहती है।
यकीन करना मुश्किल है, मगर यह सच है…
और यह भी उतना ही सच है कि बिहार अब फिर से लालटेन के अंधेरे में लौटना नहीं चाहता।

और सड़कों की बात करें तो — गाँवों तक में अब सड़कें बनी हैं।
बिहार अब फिर से गड्ढों के दौर में लौटना नहीं चाहता।
यानी तीसरा डर है — गड्ढों का डर!

दरअसल, बिहार में बीजेपी और एन.डी.ए. की लगातार जीत के पीछे हमेशा “फियर फैक्टर” ही काम करता रहा है।

लेकिन बीजेपी को भी एहसास है बढ़ती एंटी-इनकम्बेंसी का, लोगों में बढ़ती निराशा का,
और इस बात की भी समझ है कि “डर की राजनीति” के सहारे हर चुनाव नहीं जीता जा सकता।

शायद यही वजह है कि इस बार मोदी जी को भी कहना पड़ा —
“यह चुनाव सुशासन से समृद्धि की ओर है।”

अगर आने वाले पाँच वर्षों में यह नारा ज़मीन पर उतरता नहीं है, तो संभव है कि अगली बार यह “डर की राजनीति” उतनी प्रभावी न रह पाए।
लेकिन…
इस बार तो तय है — एन.डी.ए. की सरकार!
और फिर से सत्ता में — Power-Play of नीतीशे कुमार!

The growing uproar over the recent controversial remarks made by influencer Ranveer Allahabadia and other participants on the infamous India's Got Latent has painted new media and main stream media with red flags raised by a concerned public. Yet, it is appalling to see how some renowned journalists, media outlets as well as section of intellectuals are justifying or trivializing such vulgar, immoral, and unacceptable behavior. Cloaking their filthy contents and comments under the guise of democracy and freedom of expression is not only shameful but also sets a dangerous precedent for society.

Calling such deeply offensive and obscene remarks a mere "slip of the tongue" or "hate speech" only empowers such individuals to continue their antics. These actions aren’t just about crossing boundaries—they are a blatant disregard for decency and cultural values. It raises serious questions about how far people can go in the name of being “cool” or “trendy.”

Dear Indian journalists and so called liberal individuals, these currupt minds do not deserve a pass, let alone justification. They need more than legal action—they need to be held accountable by society as well. Perhaps if their parents had taught them better, they would have understood the basic value of respecting elders, especially their own parents. It’s become a disturbing trend for these self-proclaimed “cool” comedians to crack jokes about their parents or humiliate them in public. And now, they’ve taken it too far, completely crossing the boundaries of morality and cultural decency.

In Indian culture or in any civilised society parents are revered as divine—मातृ देवो भवः, पितृ देवो भवः This respect for parents isn’t just a cultural norm; it’s a moral foundation. Mocking or demeaning parents in public, especially for cheap laughs, isn’t comedy—it’s a reflection of the lack of values and accountability in their upbringing. It’s high time these individuals understood that freedom of speech comes with the responsibility of maintaining dignity, not degrading it.

What’s more alarming is the fact that such individuals are not only being followed by millions but they are also being honoured and rewarded by government of India itself! How does someone like Ekta Kapoor, infamous for creating regressive and controversial content, get a Padma Shri? How does someone like Sandeep Singh, whose history raises countless questions, receive state honors? And how does someone like Ranveer Allahabadia, known for his derogatory comments, get awarded as a “Youth Icon”? Adding to this, reports suggest that a woman kid Apoorva Mukhija, another individual involved in this controversy, has secured a government project. What message does this send? That vulgarity and disrespect are stepping stones to success?

These decisions seem less about merit and more about political maneuvering. It feels as though the entire system is catering to vote banks instead of standing for the values that truly inspire a nation. When politics and publicity take precedence over decency, the consequences are dire for society as a whole.

Let’s be clear: freedom of expression cannot and should not be used as a shield for degrading behavior. This is not about limiting creativity or silencing opinions—it’s about maintaining a baseline of respect and morality. These individuals might very well be the apple of the eye for some politicians, allowing them to escape the punishment they rightfully deserve. But society cannot turn a blind eye.

"In logon ke liye ek hi ilaaj hai—dhang se public mein kutaai! Jab tak aise logon ko unke kiye ka samajik jawaab nahi diya jaata, tab tak yeh apni hadd paar karte rahenge." Sometimes, the only solution for such behavior is collective accountability. If legal actions fail, public condemnation and strong societal backlash are the only ways to send a clear message.

Lets kindle the charade of perception through dissecting eyes of a be-watching burgher

Well...we can begin with mongering of just concluded Gujrat Assembly Elections which has witnessed 7th Consecutive Win for BJP scoring a historical massive feat! Celebrating the grand victory, BJP leaders, spokesperson and supporters along with honorable Home Minister Rajnath Singh are going gaga over the triumph while giving the credit of this landslide victory of 156 seats out of 182 to the central government and Prime Minister Narendra Modi. No doubt, Narendra Modi's presence in BJP bears a strong potential to translating the crowd of electorate into magical figures of victory. But had it been so, what could be the explanation for debacle in Himachal Pradesh and Delhi MCD? Why didn't Modi factor work in favor of these elections too.

Narendra Modi as a Prime Minister represents the Nation hence he has more influence on the results of Lok Sabha elections than on Assembly, Municipal Corporation or any other else.

And I believe everyone amongst us understand these basics beside the political parties like BJP. Its high time they should also accept this very fact and do some analysis and introspection over the real cause of the rout to keep up the flag of their winning spree in upcoming elections.

The first and foremost fact BJP should understand that not every election can be fought or won with the name and face of Modi. Assembly or other local body elections has their own local factors where performance and work of local leaders matter more. Himachal Pradesh is lost due to strong wave of anti-incumbency out of sheer non satisfactory performance of local leaders. People might be happy or offended with central government over any of their policies but when it comes to the elections of their locality, performance of local candidates become more prominent for them which eventually influence the voting results.

Gujarat has won due to 2 considerable factors

The biggest factor is fear of re-emergence of riots. Its only since past 20 years that the people of Gujrat are breathing in riot free air and they feel that deadly days of riots may reappear if BJP loses the power. The state administration of Bhartiya Janata Party in Gujarat has no doubt, proven to be effecting in keeping the riot days at the passive bays. Hence people of Gujrat irrespective of cast, creed, community or religion are always ready to give their unconditional support to the BJP.

Nevertheless, non-performance of some of the local level BJP leaders in Gujarat now and then, did result in the gradual corrosion of people's faith in the party resulting in slimming down of winning figures in the past few elections. But timely recognition of the beating bug and revamping of the state cabinet with performing figures worked positively towards reestablishment of losing trust which consequently translated into massive historic feat!

In the matter of Gujrat the importance of local leaders and their performance levels were accurately measured and given due recognition.

But in Himachal and Delhi the same did not happen

Even after the debacle, BJP leaders at larger scale are not ready to accept the real cause of defeat or feat.

They try to project the perception that they won just because of Modi and if they lose its just because of ignorance of voters! They are not willing to accept their non performance at these two places.

And some of their party workers and local level leaders are busy in firing social media post mocking opposition party leaders. They keep executing the same both before and after the elections. The major pain point with BJP is that they want to contest every election with face of Modi, completely ignoring the performance or non performance of their local leaders along with mocking the opposition, which usually irk the voters and consequently result in rout.

A relevant example to be worth mentioned over here from Jharkhand Assembly Elections held in December 2021-January 2020. Prime Minister Narendra Modi came for election rally in Bokaro Steel City of Jharkhand. During his speech he praised BJP leader of Bokaro Constituency abundantly for his remarkable achievement in successful completion of Bokaro Airport. He was falling head over heels for his sheer dedication towards the development of Bokaro and people in the crowd were having their eyes wide in amazement - when did it happen???...

Now, its December 2022 and still Bokaro airport is a dream for its citizen because it is not constructed yet! PM was heartily appreciating his local candidate for the work he never did!

And That's Where The Sore Spot Lies!

Sheer unwillingness on the part of central leadership to recognize and address the lacuna in local leaders

Unwillingness to see the ground reality and blindly trusting its local candidates, not willing to make any relevant fruitful change in the growing stagnancy.

Local candidates think that they can win elections with Modi Face even without doing anything...

Even if there are some genuine party leaders or workers they are completely sidelined and ignored most often.

And that's what exactly happened In Delhi!

Their Modus Operandi remain the same - Be it Assembly Elections in states like Bihar or recent Delhi MCD Elections

Delhi MCD Election was just an election for Mayor but National Party Like BJP was putting more effort than even any Assembly or LS Elections...senior BJP leaders were singing praise and song of Modi all through the election rallies, speeches and media interviews as well. They kept running the campaign solely with face of Modi? for MCD? Completely ignoring and sidelining the contribution of few of its Delhi leaders like Gautam Gambhir who actually worked on the ground but with no visible credit, appreciation or support from central leadership.

And yet despite the Modi Face lead efforts, AAP Won! How Come? Because it was the War of Perception & Stronger Perception Won!

Aam Aadmi Party always cry foul over no support of BJP for keeping the Delhi Clean. With loads of Advertisement local and national level media channels, they successfully created the perception of AAP government in Delhi as a Victim. In response, BJP was only being defensive, only giving reactions to AAP accusations.

They completely failed to make perception about their work among the masses. They kept singing praise of Modi while giving the municipal corporation fight a stature of national level election campaign. On the other hand AAP was running the campaign adhering to the level of MCD elections only.

While AAP was putting all its efforts in creating the perception of non performance of BJP in MCD , and being unsupportive towards Delhi govt. as well. BJP party leaders on the other hand were just mocking the AAP, reacting to their accusations, singing song in praise of Modi, completely ignoring the work of local level leaders, party workers and strengthening the perception made by Aam Aadmi Party among the masses that they have been non performer as well as unsupportive with Delhi AAP government.

Every Election Cries Almost The Same Slogan - Perform & Win

But Arvind Kejriwaal and its party AAP - Just Make Perceptions, Perform Seldom & Yet Embrace The Triumph

Instead of learning from the defeat, one of the party leaders of BJP from Delhi posted below message in Social Media -

Hence strengthening even more the perception propagated by Aam Aadmi Party larders that BJP failed to clean Delhi while holding the chair of MCD and now challenging others that how difficult it is for them also to clean! These kind of steps from the leaders of such and old party indeed put a question mark over its forte of political strategy! They should realize that its better to work on the ground and demonstrate the same through words and other means among the masses then only it is going to work.

2020 will always be remembered in the pages of history as a year which caged whole world inside the 4 walls. A year which set many unprecedented scenarios, a year which developed the notion of New Normal for the world order. A new milieu started taking shape with all those features which once used to be considered improbable or beyond the limits of normal when the life-threatening pandemic Covid 19 started spreading its deadly wings across the world. Although the pandemic has claimed and is still claiming many lives and has put the whole world under a freaky shudder of chaos and fear shaded with all pervasive negativity – still there has been some beautiful streaks of positivity keeping shreds of faith, hope and life illuminated and alive. Roads never appeared such wider and cleaner, river never had such sparkling and clear water, morning hues were never so vibrant and bright, sky was never such azure and families were never such happy and upbeat finding the near ones around and together for such a long time. Despite the myriad challenges and blues- the days of lockdown out of pandemic threats had countless reasons for blossom of joy too.

Winter has arrived with its majestic frost. . .Freezing cold waves are blowing in full momentum. .

Dewy shivering days and freezing dark nights are wrapped in warm comfort of hap. . . and we allow ourself bask in the mystical feel with cup of hot steaming tea. . .

But when we look around, we find frail helpless lesser blessed souls trying to crawl behind some broken shreds and perhaps praying for the season to get over. . . the season which makes our pen sway along with rhymes, proves to be a curse for some who don’t have the privilege to enjoy the chill of winter waves with the cushion of warm comfort.

Human Rights Day is knocking at the door…World is going to observe the day on 10^th December 2020. On this very day in 1948, United Nations General Assembly adopted Universal Declaration Of Human Rights to ensure that human beings in every corner of this world should inherit and enjoy the basic human rights to survive as human beings. But its going to be more than 70 years since UNGA adopted the declaration of human rights and still these rights to live as human being in humane condition is a distant dream and a sort of luxuries for some living beings called as human in many explored and unexplored corners of the world.

It’s quite disheartening to learn that when rest of the world is exploring and experiencing digitisation on the wings of smart intelligence, there is another world in this very world itself which is devoid of even basic necessities of life like – Food Clothes and Shelter – or Roti Kapda or Makan

And this very world is not at any distant place- its right around us, beneath us, which we - the progressive people- usually tend to ignore or turn a blind eye towards them.

We can find them outside our residences; the place which we call as footpath becomes home for them; we can find them dwelling inside some large pipes or in slums; we can find them begging at traffic lights, limping and wading through traffics in a bid to make their both ends meet. We can find them peeking through the glass window of some high-profile restaurants only to get shooed away by some elites. And we can find them marching in the heat of sun or shivering with spikes of cold, looking for shelter when they face inundated with floods, and we find them as some numbers of deads in news headlines about those who could not survive the heat, rain or cold.

Why is it so after all? Because we – the privileged group of humans are callous towards those who are less privileged.

If we talk about the efforts of our administrative authorities or governments, they do frame measures for protection of human rights of deprived humans, but those measures seldom reach the real needy as there is less awareness programme and less inspection and supervising from the authorities to ensure that the real needy get the benefits of facilities meant for them. Even if they get the benefits like home, school or hospitals, the shoddy conditions of these privileges speak volumes about the level of sincerity of government officials.

If we talk of we the people in general, there are very few among us, who try to put efforts to protect the basic rights of our fellow human beings. Most of us never make attempts to feed the hungry ones we find around us or provide them clothes if we find them in scanty shreds. Many of us never try to provide shelter or clothing to those whom we find shivering on footpaths in cold nights? Many of us never try to protect little children whom we find begging at traffic lights?

The stark reality about us is that most of us are comfortable with these scenarios. We are too busy and engrossed in our own lives. We think that these issues are not our concern at all, these are only the responsibilities of governments or authorities concerned.

And our fourth estate, just fulfil its responsibilities by making some documentaries or high TRP news over their dilapidated conditions.

And some more elite sections among us visit Photo exhibitions displaying award winning photos which showcase shoddy conditions of these less privileged souls.

We call ourself human beings but most often we are not sensitised enough towards our fellow human beings who are deprived of basic human necessities.

Life Is Precious Just Live It!

After the prolonged struggle with deadly pandemic, when life is stepping back to normal, it’s quite disheartening to get the news of young aspirants ending their precious lives just out of some fear of failures in particular exams. This is not a new trend. Every now and then we come across such saddening and grieving pictures from the belt of young generations. Sometimes out of fear of failure or sometimes after the result, not only kids but people from every walk of lives tend to take these drastic steps once they fail to achieve the desired result or desired outcome.

Why people especially young generation get so much afraid of some failures that they don’t even give second thought before taking such steps. Does failure matter? We can apprehend the magnitude of impact of failures on young minds if we look at National Crime Records Bureau Report 2018 which says that out of total suicide committed by children in 2018- Failure in examinations accounted for 2 percent of student suicides, with 1,529 students below the age of 18 and 1,034 between the ages of 18 and 30 and 53 students from the ages of 30 to 45 years having ended their lives.

If we look at the above data – we have to believe that failure does matter. But why? If we look at our society, our surroundings and our upbringings, we will get the answer of this big WHY. We as a society, as a family tend to ingrain in little young minds that pass and fail are the only two parameters to measure the success in life. When our children score good, we tend to flaunt it in front of everyone and when our kids score little less or fail to fare well as per our expectations, we, instead of praising their efforts, instead of caressing them, tend to scold them, make them feel ashamed of their performance. Primarily, this very attitude of ours, leads our little ones to take these sorts of life-threatening step, our irresponsible behavior only makes them believe that if you are failed you are finished, you will be laughed at, sneered at in your family, in your society, among your friends.

Are not we as a society responsible for this destruction of young lives?

Pass and fail are not the only determinants of success. Strong effort, strong passion, strong will and perseverance count and matter more than just pass and fail in life. The young brains should realise that Life doesn’t end at one pass or one fail. Life has countless challenges. Life is not just a sprint on a single track. It’s infact a relay race. It gives you lot of opportunities to win and get success. To avail those opportunities, you need to keep your winning spirit alive. You need to keep your passion always ignited. Your Perseverance, your passion and your winning spirit are the only determinants which makes you a winner or a looser.

Failure Is Not And End. Rather It’s Another Beginning. It makes you realize, recognize and analyze what you missed in your endeavor, it helps you make improvements, learn new lessons, develop new strategies and fight further with more vigour and valour to achieve your dreams.

Don’t let your dreams die. Keep your winning spirit always alive and high. You will definitely touch your sky.

Mornings bring the delight of new beginning and mornings do bring the news of new happenings in and around us. Every morning when we ensconce ourselves with our favourite cup of tea and glance through the pages of newspaper or scroll over the screen of our smartphones we often come across news of accidents, deaths, rapes. . .and how do we respond? We just breathe a sigh of sorrow and proceed to turn over the new leaf. . .

While walking or driving on road – when we come across any accident. . .majority of us. . .either turn into a crowd of mute spectators or just turn a blind eye and move forward. . .leaving the grieving in pool of blood. . .

While taking stroll. . .often we come across little children in rags. . .and majority of us either brazenly shoo them away or just tend to ignore. . .

These instances are merely illustrations of some of our extreme apathy and callousness towards our fellow human beings in our day to day lives. . .

We have just celebrated our Independence Day on 15^th August. The day which marks commemoration of our freedom from more than 200 years of British Colonial rule. This year we have stepped in 74^th year of our Independence and we get all the more exulted and jubilant when we sketch out illustrations of our progress and achievements in different sectors in the past 73 years. No doubt we have made a good progress in different walks of lives…But have we really made progress as a human being? Have we really got independence from our indifference and numbness towards our fellow human beings?

Case 1 : Labour ward of a hospital

A woman was in deep pain during the labour. . .she was crying. . .wailing. . .doctors were shouting at her and after some time. . .there was complete lull . . .complete silence. . .and suddenly a shrilled voice ripped off the freezing stillness. . .” ask her family to take away the body” . . .

Later on, it was learnt that the Doctor was forcefully trying for normal labour but her case was of c-section. The case is a sheer example of apathy and indifference and negligent attitude of doctors towards patients and even more when the patient doesn’t belong to so-called high-class section of society.

That’s not the only case of Doctors’ indifference towards the patient, every now and then we come across such cases of sheer apathy of doctors especially in government run hospitals. If these doctors are sensitive, keep empathy and feeling of humanity too along with their degree, there won’t be any case of this sort of death or we can say murder, due to doctor’s sheer negligence.

Case 2: A Lady In A Bus

It was around 8 pm in the evening. A Bus was running on the road of Noida to Delhi…But the bus was not exactly running, as it was not in working condition. . .It was just dragging its wheels on the road. A lady passenger who was perhaps getting late, asked the driver to stop so that she could take another transport. She was the only lady passenger in the bus. But the bus driver refused to stop. She pleaded she was getting late but the bus conductor started misbehaving to that lady passenger in front of all the passengers. And none of the passengers in the bus spoke anything or stood up in support of that lady. They all continued to remain seated like lifeless zombies…Suddenly the lady jumped off the running bus. . .waived her hand to another bus which was crossing by- that bus stopped and she hurriedly boarded the same. . . and following that lady all the other passengers also boarded the same bus. . .but none of them came to her rescue or support when she needed, which was really shameful. . .

Majorly this kind of indifferent attitude only lead to soaring rate of crime in the society as well. The criminal knows that he is safe since public’s sensitivity is dead.

Case 3: Man Set Himself Ablaze In Front Of Crowd

Once a man in front of huge crowd and lens men, set himself on fire. . .he was burning profusely and none amidst the crowed came forward to stop him or rescue him. . . rather some of them kept filming him to run breaking news . . .And the man was kept wailing in pain. . . Can we really call ourselves human?

In social media we come across nth number of photographs or videos in which people in distress are filmed and snapped. . .instead of helping them and saving them. . .majority of us prefer to film them or click them to get more likes. . .completely forgetting that every human being has right to privacy and right to safeguard ones dignity

During this ongoing pandemic when most of the lesser blessed souls were striving to make both ends meet. . . few among us came to help them with bags of grocery or food items but major concern of most of them were to just get clicked while donating to get likes on social media. Isn’t it an infringement of dignity of those deprived men, women and children who were being donated? What’s the point of showing their face while receiving the donation. . .?

We have to accept that we are not sensitive enough. We lack the empathy and other humane feelings to call ourselves human beings.

If we are sensitive enough in our day to day lives or at workplace. . . no one will remain destitute or deprived of basic human needs.

If we shun our insensitivity and keep sympathetic attitude towards fellow human beings then there will not be any disparity in the society at all.

If police are sensitised towards common people, and discharge their duty honestly, there will not be any sort of hesitance or fear among common people towards police, and they can come to police for any help or assistance and evidently soaring rate of crime can be arrested to a greater extent.

If officials and authorities are sensitive towards their duties and towards people, they will discharge their duties honestly and the public will also be able to get benefits of government policies for the common people.

If common people are sensitive towards their fellow people and their country, they will avoid littering the road, spitting on the roads and keep their surroundings clean.

If common people are sensitive enough, they will come forward to raise voice against any wrong doings or come forward to support and protect those who are in pain or sufferings.

If Employers are sensitive towards their staff, they will take better care of their basic necessities, will provide them the required conducive environment to work and stay as a human being. Had employers were sensitive enough towards their manpower irrespective of their work level, recent mass destructions or killings of labours could be avoided.

Indeed, majority of us lack empathy or sympathy towards other human beings and even towards children.

We have got freedom. But we still need to get freedom from our numbness, our apathy, our inhuman behaviour towards others.

Another Word For Freedom Is Happiness!

We Are Happy! But Do We Make Efforts To Make Others Happy? Do We Respect Others? Are We Sensitised Enough Towards Others?

During our childhood some of us may have read story of Thirsty Crow from Panchatantra who tries to drink water from a pot while placing pieces of stones to raise the water level.

The thirsty crow was once flying all over in search of water. Suddenly he spotted a large pot under a tree. He was happy that he found water finally. Happily, he flew down but when he looked inside the pot he found that water level was too low for him to reach it beak. He tried hard to reach the water but couldn’t since there was very little water and narrow opening of pot prevented his neck to going all the way down.

He tried to tilt the pot to let the water come out but the pot was too heavy for him. But the crow did not give up. He was too thirsty and needed a drink of water badly. He could have flown to another place in search of water but instead he thought hard for the solution for a while. When he looked around, he found some pebbles and he suddenly had an idea. He started dropping pebbles one by one into the pot and the water level kept rising. When the level of water was high enough in the pot for him to drink, he drank water till his thirst was quenched and flew back happily.

The story vividly tells us about being persistent, keeping perseverance and focused approach to reach the goal.

The crow was focused towards his goal to quench it thirst. Hence instead of getting deterred by adverse situation, he rather looked for the solutions from its surroundings.

We often find ourselves stuck with adverse situations in our lives but if we are focussed towards our target, we definitely hit the bull’s eye. We only need to think rationally. Instead of contemplating over the things which are not in our control, we rather need to think about other ways and options to accomplish the task.

Stop And Think – You Are Surrounded With Solutions

Every situation is surrounded with solutions. But most often people just don’t bother to think and analyse as it requires both time and patience. If we stop for a while and give some time to think creatively we may be able to find better options.

Think of What You Have Instead of What You Don’t Have

You can always find people complaining – “I don’t have it.” They feel like there is nothing they can do or things are not in their hand and they are convinced about it hence they just do nothing. There are people who often tend to talk about how the things are beyond their control or how their problems are unfixable. Yes, there are things beyond our control sometimes but we do need to find what we do have instead of what we don’t have. We do need to get the things we don’t have. If it requires investment, we should go for it or we should figure out other possible means instead of just giving up.

Be Prepared For The Worst - Learn Improve & Proceed

Most of the times situations are quite unprecedented, but what makes us win the situation is our sheer determination to respond robustly instead of retreating. If we are prepared in advance or if we learn and analyse the situation, we will be able to beat any situation with best possible means and it is only possible if we have the temperament to win instead of allowing ourselves to get doomed to the situations.

Every new situation or environment give us opportunities to find out our hidden or best strengths about which even we are not aware of. It becomes easy for us to adapt to the situations if we figure out the right measures to cope up with the same. Best example is current pandemic triggered by ongoing Covid 19. It has no doubt disrupted the entire norms of life. Initially it did cause a great chaos among the people as we were not prepared for any such situations hence many people or organizations found themselves stuck in fiscal issues. If we were well - prepared we could have avoided the disruptions and difficulties. For instance, the problems faced by labourers or lower rung workforce. The major concern was they were not registered anywhere. Had their migration to other states were registered and well informed to both the Home States and Receiving States it would have been easier to contact them and make them avail government or non-government aids as well as proceeded for their smooth migration if they needed the same and the mass level causalities and destruction of lives would have been prevented.

Now the state governments as well as agencies have learnt from the mishap and lower rung workforce are now widely getting registered. They are now being offered all the facilities and necessary amenities to put up and work by their recruiting companies too.

The pandemic has also rolled out a carpet of new normal on which we all have started treading along. We have learnt to maintain social distancing, maintaining hygiene and sanitization, and top of it -new work culture – Work From Home – The work trait which was earlier considered infeasible and not conducive for company’s growth. Industries are now gearing up to embrace new normal and new ways & means are now being adopted widely and wisely to don appealing apparel to the new work culture of new normal.

Since we gain conscience, we are taught to say sorry whenever we commit mistake either knowingly or unknowingly…

But as we grow up and enter the age and space of ‘gentlemen and ladies’ we resort to maintaining a palpable distance from this 4-letter word SORRY as it is deemed as sign of weakness.

The magnificence of beauty of respective moments lies only in the time of their respective occurrence. Yes, Time Does Matter!

Every moment is precious. If we complete our existing task on time, then only we will be able to have more space to have more new ideas for our further progress. Over the time most of us often just sweep under oblivion the simple routine rules and bring more complexities. If we follow a routine life honestly throughout our entire lives the complexities of growing years would only become simpler. We would certainly never have any complain of lack of time, we will be able to exert more efficiency in every aspect of our lives. With better time management, we will be able to rule the time while drawing fair chunks out of the clock for our every me time. We can find time to upgrade and upskill ourselves, we will be able to be more productive eventually and we will be able to have enough time to enjoy our life as well- In short, we will be able to live our quality life with quality time!

Few days before, in a serene evening when I was engrossed in my own company, a wave of thought whispered by me and I felt little inclined to share those tiny pieces of ponderings to you…

Have you seen yourself? Have you met yourself?

You may think what am I asking…Isn’t it? After all we all see ourselves almost daily in a mirror, or in someone’s eyes. Certainly, we do always take chance to cast a glance at our looks. So much so that we keep collections of our every encounter with us in a form of selfie now a days and post the same on social media in expectations of some likes…I hope I am right?

But Have We Really Seen Our Self?

We can’t deny that whenever we look at our reflection, we try to judge our appearance by others point of view. ‘What he or she thinks about me’ matters most to us always or whether ‘I am looking like him or her’ etc... etc... We never see our self with our own eyes. Rather we never see our self in our entire life. We always see our reflections or give importance to others’ views about us.

We Never See Our Inner Side

Not long before unfortunate demise of successful Coffee Baron -Chairman of Café Coffee Day – V.G. Siddharth and more recently the death of celebrated Young Actor of Indian Film Industry -Sushant Singh Rajput- have opened up a heated debate on almost all the platforms now a days – About Depression.

We can’t allege above cases as results of depression but certainly Depression is a fast-growing menace in the society today which is engulfing the youth mostly - barring the success rate or social status.

Why This Depression?

Because we give up to the situations, circumstances and allow our self to fall into the deep dark void of depression.

We fail to think and realise that situations or circumstances are always volatile. What is present today is going to be past tomorrow. We fail to understand that we are constant and we have to evolve our self constantly without falling victim to the momentary situations or circumstances. But we are not able to do that because so far, we have not explored our true potential. We can do many more things in comparison to what we are doing right now. We are not at all aware of our entire inner strength. We only know what is told to us, about us, by others. We always try to meet others’ expectations. Entire life either we try to meet expectations of others or try to idolize others to be like them. We never try to be what we truly are or what we could truly become by the strengths of our own potentials. Because we have never seen ourselves in true sense and we have formed a certain set of limitations around us based on others’ perceptions, so much so that we never even think of crossing those limitations. We keep strolling along with the ever-growing height of aspirations within that boundary of limitations and give up some day eventually.

There is a famous quote –"You should not judge a book by its cover even though you have read its 1 or 2 pages"

This wisdom applies to us too. We should not identify ourself by just 1 or 2 pages of out entirety. To understand our true identity, we need to explore all the pages of our existence. Only then we will be able to know and meet our true self and find that we are in fact a sea of unlimited potentials, unlimited possibilities. And when we are aware of our true potential, we will never fall victim to any limitations or any outside expectations or perceptions towards us.

Euphoria is effervescent in the air. Votes are counted…stereotypes are broken and massive victory of incumbent ruling alliance as well as smashing defeat of opposition have set new records in the arena of Indian general elections 2019. No wonder this election will be best remembered for putting dynasty and appeasement politics at the threshold of redundancy and emergence of politics of strong vision, strong will and strong leadership beyond caste, creed, religion, region or lineage.

While players of words have put themselves on the table of analysis to figure out decisive factors for descents and escalations, new mighty dispensation has put forth its even mightier pen to script new chapters of governance on the pages of Indian Democracy.

April – the month of mirth symbolizes the spring of beautiful tender joys, desires, the onset of new hopes and new aspirations... the month enjoys celebrations of new year across the nation- Jud Sheetal, Puthandu, Poila Baisakh, Bihu, Baisakhi, Pana Sankranti... call it by any name but the celebrations are enriched with the common emotions of holy new... It marks the beginning of a new change...

Corporates start their new financial year, farmers have their new crop, students enter new academic year, and even we are going to have our new regime too as April witness the start of biggest festival of democracy – Lok Sabha Elections this year with much frolic and fervour.

But most significantly the month raises higher the palpitation level of graduates, post graduates and professionals, who are going to enter a new career...Some of them might have written their exams awaiting results or got their results and waiting to grab marvellous job opportunities and a bright new future...some of them might have got the offers too and waiting to be smitten by a new life.

No one is perfect and no one can say that he or she knows everything. One should always be ready to learn new skills. पुल तो आपने बहूत देखें होंगे पर क्या आपने कभी नावों का बना पुल देखा है? अगर देखना है तो आईये बिहार...जी हां, ऊपर तस्वीरें जो आप देख रहें हैं वो बिहार के सहरसा के डुमरी में कोसी नदी पर स्थित नावों का बना पुल है जिस पर लोग पैदल ही नहीं चलते बल्कि बड़ी-बड़ी गाड़ियां भी हिचकोले खाती हुईं इस पार से उस पार आना जाना करती हैं अगर आप अपनी गाड़ी से पुल पार करना चाहते हैं तो 300 रुपए तक ख़र्च करने पड़ सकते हैं इसलिये यात्रा ज़रा मंहगी भी हो सकती है. राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग संख्या 107 पर स्थित असली डुमरी पुल चुंकि क्षतिग्रस्त हो चुका है इसलिये पुल की मरम्मत करने की बजाय नावों को जोड़ कर अस्थाई रूप से नदी को पार करने का रास्ता बना दिया गया है जोकि भारतीय जुगाड़़ प्रबंधन का भी एक अप्रतिम उदाहरण है.
