Payment Policy
Customers can make payment via internet banking or deposit machines. Our bank account will be advised during confirmation of order through email. Customers have 2 days grace period to clear payment for item bought. All items will only be confirmed of purchase once full payment has been received. A notification will be emailed to the customer.

Shipment
Orders are shipped via PosLaju and the tracking number for the items shall be emailed to the customer. All orders will be shipped on the next day after the order has been confirmed paid through our bank account.

Our Guarantee
We guarantee your item(s) will arrive in the same undamaged condition they left. All items shipped are in the highest available quality. Minor shelf wear may be evident. Your satisfaction is our number 1 priority. We put a lot of effort into packaging your item(s) to insure they arrive undamaged. However if the damage is done by the post office, we're not responsible for it.

Returns of the Goods
Goods sold are not refundable.

Cancellations
If you find yourself in need of canceling an order, the following shall be considered
1) If you cancel the order while the item is still in pre-order there is no fee aside from the cost of returning the money.
2) If the item has shipped from Japan then you will be responsible for a 20% order cancellation fee.
3) If the items are Special Orders and canceled after shipping from Japan are charged a 50% order cancellation fee.
4) If the item is packed and ready to ship the cancellation fee is 30%.
