5 Travel Accessories for Men - Travel Lovers

How's it going, everyone? My name is Arun and I’ve spent the last 10 years being a full-time traveler. Now, I've lived out of small drawers. I’ve lived out of hotels. I’ve lived out of a tiny home. I’ve lived out of suitcases. So, I know how to travel light. But I also know the most important things I need to bring. I thought I would make a blog on travel accessories for men that every guy who's a traveler should bring on their trip.

Now, these items don’t include basics like deodorant or a toothbrush or toothpaste or a passport or money or debit card. Those things you just, have to bring when you travel. But these are travel accessories for men that I don't travel without. No one is paying me to say any of this. This is just coming from my own experience and things that I enjoy.

1. WH-1000XM2 Headphone

They fold up really small so that they fit in this little travel case. They’re incredible noise-canceling headphones. When I put them on, on a flight and I activate the noise-canceling realize just how noisy a plane is. Oh my god, the engine sounds and people snoring. And people coughing and so much going on. Like, you just hit a button and zone completely out. I love these because they can be plugged into the entertainment unit of the airplane. They actually come with a little adapter so that you can plug it into the double prong, you know, adapter of the airplane. But they are Bluetooth. So, these are amazing. I never travel without these men travel accessories.

2. A Daypack

Daypacks are very important especially if you're a guy and you wanna carry your headphones, you wanna carry your water bottle. This is a guy's purse. This is the male equivalent to a purse. This bag is from Gundy’s. And I really like it because it’s super durable. Like, I try and break stuff when I get it. So, this has passed many tests. It’s made of really thick material. And it's not gonna get wrecked which is great because guys, you aren’t very careful with your stuff. You have to make sure that you have durable things so they don't get wrecked. Also, I really like the look of this backpack. It just looks rugged. It just looks like a guy's backpack. It’s got two water bottle holders on both sides. It’s got a little pouch here if you need quick access and you're on the flight. It’s got space for your laptop on the inside. Which is great. More pockets on the inside so you can stuff some cash or your passport.

3. Water Bottle

So, this keeps cool drinks cold. It keeps hot drinks really hot. And it also has two sides to the lid. So, the lid can open. So, you can put ice in here if you want. Or you can just undo the top and just drink out of it like a regular water bottle. Also, which I really like about this one is it has an attachment to put, like, berries in here. Or you can put, like, lemon or lime in here if you wanna flavour your water. It’s nice that this has a loop so if I have a carabineer’s usually done have a carabineer and I can just attach it to my belt. I can attach it to my bag if I want. If I, like, rent a bike and I wanna ride around. This, it's really handy to have some sort of a handle on your water bottle.

4. Black Shoes

And, you know, they’re not gonna get scuffed up. You wear white shoes for traveling. But what are you doing with white shoes traveling? I really like these because they’re super light. And, you know, you can mash up and, like, look, that takes up, like, next to no room in your suitcase. Unless I'm going to a super cold destination this is what I'm gonna bring, therefore I include this in my travel accessories for men category. I’ve worn these with suits. You know you can really dress them up. You can dress them down. They’re very versatile. And I highly recommend it.

5. A Travel Journal

Travel journals are a great Men travel accessory when you're traveling to write down ideas. You can play games here. You can write down your thoughts. You can draw pictures. Actually, I took this with me on my six-month trip around the world backpacking.

And because I took the time to absorb scenes and to draw images, I have a more vivid memory of it. That's, like, a cool carpet that I saw. This is a seashell that I found and I did like a, I don't know what that's called. Like a, not a stencil where, like, you know, I wiped the pen over it or the pencil over it. Honestly, I don't always write in it. But I don't know when I'm going to feel inspired to write in it. I just make sure that it's in my suitcase or in my backpack so when I do want it, it's there.

Chennai being the capital city of Tamilnadu is the biggest cultural economic and educational centre of South India. It is among the most visit endian cities by foreign tourists. Chennai is nicknamed The Detroit of India with more than one-third of India's automobile industry being based in the city. Chennai has a tropical wet and dry climate as it lies on the thermal equator and also on the coast.

How I started my journey towards Chennai

I stayed over this beautiful place which was in my budget, I chose this place because it was nearer to Kovalam Beach so I expected some good views from my room's window. Though the views were super from the room’s balcony this place is a bit deserted and away from the city. It is difficult to find local autos here, the room cost was rupees thousand per day and it was worth it.

After getting freshen up at the hotel I went for an evening tour of the Kovalam Beach, which was just ten minutes away from my hotel luckily I got a share auto and had to pay rupees 10 for the ride. Kovalam is a curved beach with rocky shore situated at outskirts of Chennai, it is one of the few places in the East Coast where wind surfing takes place. The Dutch built a fort here which has been transformed into a private luxury beach resort that is also an NC and Catholic Church or dargah and a temple nearby. Though I could not take really good pictures I definitely enjoyed the crispy cheap seafood in a warm summer evening.

Destinations list to explore Chennai:

1. Snake Park

The first destination for today's plan in Chennai Travel is snake Park which is 29 kilometres away from my hotel, it took us around 50minutes to reach there. Chennai Snake Park is a non-profit NGO and is India's first reptile park.

• This park is home to a wide range of snakes such as a dele's pythons, Vipers, cobras. This park exhibits a total of 39 species including 23 species of Indian snakes. All three Indian species and four exotic species of crocodile, three species of Indian tortoises and turtles and six pieces of the larger Indian lizards.

• The entry fee to this amazing park is rupees 60 and it took me around one and a half hour to comfortably roam around the park. The most interesting part of this park was this one hundred and fifty two-years-old Chan tortoise and this weighs over two hundred and twenty-five kilograms.

• There are some really cool selfies Jones around the park where you can take horrifying selfies with these amazing creators. Also, that is a shop inside the path when you can really go for shopping of small stuff related to the animal kingdoms.

2. Tiger Cave

After spending enough time with the creepy-crawlies we headed for tiger cave which was next in our list. It took us around one hour to reach the place, the tiger cave is a rocket Hindu temple complex located near Mahabalipuram. It gets its name from the carving of Tiger heads on the mouth of a cave which forms the part of the complex.

It is situated on xi shore and is a decent place for taking pictures with rocks which are beautifully capped. There is no entry fee to the place and you can have a 15 to 20 minute of a photoshoot over here. Honestly, I didn't find any cave here is just a vast land decorated with carved rocks. There even some locals who have put up shops here and you can have a little snack if you want to.

3. Monuments at Mahabalipuram

It took us around ten minutes to reach the place, there is a beautiful market attached to this place where you can find beautiful artefacts and the local artistic stuff. With a ticket of rupees 40, I entered to this place which is a collection of 7th and 8th-century religious monuments. This site has four hundred and St. Monuments and thermal religious temples including one of the largest open-air rock reliefs in the world.

The monuments over here are categorized into five groups

• The ruckus in a chariot
• The mandibles or cave temples
• Rock reliefs
• Structural temples
• Excavations

It's a nice place to stop by but nothing else to do except taking pictures of the monument and scenery, if you are here please do carry umbrellas water since it gets really hot inside it. You can spend 50 minutes to one hour here and can have a great photoshoot with this awestruck monuments. Parking fee is however 75 rupees for the place.

4. Sri Sthala Sayana Perumal Temple

Sri Sthala Sayana Perumal temple constructed in the Dravidian style of architecture, the temple is glorified with Tamil, Canon of the abjad sense. It is one of the 108 D Buddhism dedicated to Vishnu who is worshipped as Tolle son pyramid and his concert Lakshmi as nil among high tire. The temple is open from 6 a.m. to 12p.m. and 3 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. six of daily rituals and a dozen yearly festivals are held at the temple. The Buddha that’s worth over the festival which is celebrated during October/November is the most prominent festival celebrated at this place, at a workable distance from the temple is a circular masonry tower made up of natural stone.

The tower height is around 85 feet and you can climb up with narrow steep stairs. There is an entry fee octopus 10 to the lighthouse once climbed you can experience the breathtaking view of the sea and the surrounding nature. To reach here you can take the road around the place but I climb climbed up the path through the rocks to reach there so that I can experience nature to yet another level. In the premises, there is a temple named Oerlikon Eswaran temple this temple was dedicated to Lord Shiva. There are plenty of stairs that you need to climb up to reach the place but your efforts will pay off once you are on the top. honestly, this place was really tiring as you have to climb up and down a lot do carry energy drinks and water along with you.

5. Marina beach

Marina Beach it took us around one and a half hour to reach the place. Marina Beach is the longest natural urban beach in the country the beach is primarily sandy and berthing and swimming here are prohibited legally due to turbulent undercurrent. The memorials and statues joggers track lovers spot aquarium and like make it a hangout for people of all ages.

You can experience the amazing sunset at this beach there are a lot of fun activities like horse ride in getting cetera available at this Beach, though it's a nice place to sit and enjoy it's quite dirty and full of garbage. There are plenty of stalls at this place offering delicious mouth-watering Diesel's.

Place to Travel after quarantine | best destinations 2020

We’ve been travelling full time since 2017. Over the last few years, we've been to so many amazing places creating content and sharing the experience across this channel.

This article about sharing some epic destinations with you, travel is so much more than being a sheep and going to the same places that everyone visits. From our perspective, some of the most memorable moments and the most authentic experiences we've had have been from places completely off the beaten path.

So today we want to share with you our top 5 underrated places to travel

1. Krakow, Poland

Of all the places we've visited pol and is definitely near the top when it comes to underrated travel spots and Krakow, in particular, was one of our favourite cities. Like a lot of places in this article though Krakow isn't exactly a common European getaway, we think that it totally should be. The city has areas that cater to tourism which is a positive because that means there's still lots of things to do, but it never really feels overly commercial or crazy busy outside of those areas.

Poland's had a pretty turbulent history and Krakow seems to have made the most of the chance to rebuild. It’s like a mashup of historic buildings meeting modern culture, there are loads of cold spaces around the town that have been set up in old buildings or abandoned blocks. so there's craft beer and coffee everywhere you go the day-to-day costs are a lot cheaper than other European cities and we ended up spending a month there sharing all of our living costs in a video. Like the city through the people can sometimes seem just a little bit harsh at first glance but they are crazy friendly and welcoming once you engage with them.

2. Albanian Riviera Albania

If you've never heard of the Albanian Riviera we wouldn’t even be surprised. Sadly Albania doesn't get anywhere near the love it deserves, not just because of past politics but also because of the bad rep that they get across media, TV shows and movies are often portrayed in a bad light. But the reality of being there is so different it's actually insane. Albanians were some of the nicest people we've ever met and would stop at absolutely nothing to make sure that we were having a good time we were well fed and we knew exactly where we were going.

One of the biggest drawcards is the coastline of the Riviera, this area shares the same sea as Greece and photos from there could easily be tagged as Greece and no one would even know the difference yet few people want to visit. It’s a country and area that feels sound discovered and untapped which is surprising given how cost-effective and beautiful it can be. It definitely can be difficult with the language barrier hiring a car is almost a necessity and the roads can be crazy and the driver's even crazier. But it's100 worth the adventure to get in now before it gains popularity.

3. Asturias Spain

Might not sound like it fits this list and that's because most people think of the islands or heading south to Barcelona Valencia or the party getaway resorts. But we spent 48 hours in a really cool area in the north known as Asturias and easily could have spent 48 days. there if they let us the north is different unlike some of those other spots Asturias still actually feels like Spain, tradition is alive and well it's full of local people and local life co-exists with tourism.

One of the things that made it memorable is how varied it is there are stunning beaches, a world-class national park, city life, mountains surrounding you at all times an old town and still greenery in parks and central areas as well. The food in Spain is some of the best in the world and that's no different up north, but one thing they do better is definitely the cider. They absolutely love it and so did we this is the real cider though not the sweetened crap that you get from a bottle we're talking about real apples with some real zing.

4. Nusa Penida Indonesia

Not many people talk about going to Indonesia because pretty much everyone goes to Bali and hits up the stock standard places chengu, Seminyak, kuda and Ubud. The truth is we love all those spots but the best adventure we've had in Indonesia didn't come from there and it wasn't the Gili islands. Nusa Penida is a seriously underrated place to travel if you're game to get behind some handlebars and cruise the island. Nusa Penida actually is a really busy place but most people go over on a hosted day trip and get driven to the same old touristy spots that everyone goes to, an area known as killing king beach or the t-rex.

Dozen is wrong the views are amazing but you're sharing it with 2000 of your closest friends as people line up to take a selfie at the top of the stairs. Meanwhile, the rest of the island is still developing and is raw. The landscapes are like something out of Jurassic Park, driving around on scooters, getting lost, stuck in thunderstorms, meeting local people and exploring small villages with smiling people is what it's all about. Even better these beaches everywhere and on the opposite end of the island was a super chill spot with barely any people. It’s the kind of place you're rewarded for taking on the challenge and doing some exploring by yourself.

5. Mexico City

Mexico, when you think of Mexico, bears on the beach cocktails in the sun and all-inclusive resorts jump to mind pretty quickly, but there's so much more to be gained by visiting Mexico city the perception is anything outside of are sort of a tourist hub is dangerous; like anywhere there are definitely risks but if you're smart about where to go it can be rewarding. We were in Mexico City for the formula one so took on the challenge and found two awesome neighbourhoods known as La Condesa and rom a Norte. They both felt safe there's the huge grouping of cafes, co-working spaces, retail shops, vintage stores, local food and greenery and there are parks literally everywhere.

The food in Mexico City is definitely better than the coast and the prices are a lot more affordable as well. We ended up taking a free walking tour to get the lowdown on the history check out some of the best architecture, learn more about the culture eat loads of food and find some of the coolest areas to go back to. It’s a shame Mexico City doesn't get the love that it deserves so make sure you put it on your list for your next trip and you'll see what makes it so special.

What up, guys? I'm Arun with Be My Travel Muse and welcome to another fantastic blog about solo travel. So, this blog is all about the best places in the world that I have found to travel alone. And I'm a bit of an expert on this topic because I've been traveling mostly alone for the last seven years, and I've been to every continent except for Antarctica, which is probably not a great place to travel alone. So, out of all of those places, I have quite a few places that I think are fantastic or solo travelers, but the 10 on this list all have either ease, nice price, attraction of other solo travelers, or it's a really safe place to go. So, without further ado, these are my top 10 best places in the world to travel by yourself.

1. Japan

Why do I love Japan so much for solo travelers? Well, first of all, it's a very well organized, clean, safe place to travel. So, when you go there, you're going to find that people are very kind and friendly, will often go out of their way to be helpful to you. At least that's been my experience there. And the wonderful thing about traveling in Japan is the culture, it is so unique and so interesting. I remember heading to Harajuku in Tokyo and just being amazed by the fashion, by the food. I mean, I went to this place called Robot Cafe and it was just kind of absolutely crazy. And it's not just places like Harajuku, allover Japan, you're going to see a super unique culture from the shrines that you'll come across to the amazing, amazing Japanese food. And there's also museums there like the team Lab Border less in Tokyo, which I can just stay in all day. I mean, I basically did actually my first day there. So, if you want to go somewhere that is artsy, interesting and delicious, Japan fits the bill. The only downsides of Japan, it's not very cheap. And I will say the Tokyo Metro is like pretty hard to navigate, but don't worry because there's really friendly people there to help you if you get lost.

2. Peru

So, in terms of something that is just going to wow you, Machu Picchu is one of the most incredible, I think it's an ancient citadel. No one really knows the whole history of it, but in terms of ancient ruins, it's just so spectacular. And the great thing about itis if you choose to hike there on the Salcantay Trail or on the Inca Trail, which is what I did, you can join a group and they're very well organized. The food is really good on these things, you guys. And so if you know early enough when you're going to go, because these do tend to book out a year in advance during high season, you can join a group, trek to this beautiful place and have an amazing time. So, I actually went on a four-day backpacking trip by myself in Peru, which I don't recommend if it's your first time, but it's just such a stunning place with so many glaciers, amazing mountains, and blues that I have never seen in the water before. So, in terms of wonderful places in South America, Peru is awesome. You can also bus around very easily and there may be some language issues if you don't speak any Spanish, but I didn't go there speaking very well Española. So, I did pick it up and you can, too.

3. Southwest USA

There's so many places in the USA that are amazing for solo travelers. People might be surprised that Hawaii, New Orleans, I mean, really any major city in the U.S. can be so much fun to travel around if you're alone. But in particular for me, I really love the American Southwest. You've got Utah, Arizona, the amazing deserts and mountains of California, and if you really want a truly solo adventure going out there, camping and hiking, seeing the stars, it's just one of the most amazing solo trips I've ever taken. Now, I did sometimes meet people when I was camping, but for the most part, that is a trip that you will be doing on your own unless you're going to the really popular national parks like Zion in Utah or Arches or the Grand Canyon, of course. But when it comes to an amazing adventure where you can truly come back to yourself and spend some time alone in just endless expanses without anyone else around, I think the American Southwest is one of the only places in the world where you can truly do that.

4. Germany

I admit I'm biased because I did live in Berlin for about four and a half years, but when it comes to funky, awesome, friendly, once you get to know people, and interesting, Germany has so much to offer. I mean, you've got the Alps, you've got Oktoberfest, obviously, if you're into that, you have beautiful and amazing Christmas markets. The nature out there is just absolutely stunning. And then, of course, I'm a big fan of the capital city of Berlin. There is always something going on. I mean, this is truly the city that never sleeps. It's pretty safe for the most part, just watch for pickpockets and that goes for all of Europe. They're really good. I know, they got me.

5. New Zealand

New Zealand is held by many as one of the most beautiful countries on planet Earth and I can attest to that. Traveling around New Zealand is easy, very friendly. If you're an outdoorsy type, there is so much hiking there that is just next-level beautiful. And if you've got time, definitely explore the South Island and the North Island and get a camper van and you'll meet so many people that way or if you don't want to do that, staying in hostels is a great way to meet people. I probably wouldn't do that if I were in my 30s because it's a younger crowd. I am in my 30s so I wouldn't do that. But you can always meet people on meetup group’s or Couchsurfing. There's a lot of different ways. Only downside is it's not exactly a cheap place to travel. That's the only thing that I would say about it, but otherwise, it's very safe and a fantastic place for solo travelers.

6. French Polynesia

Some of you may have never even really thought about going to French Polynesia before, but it is one of the friendliest places I have ever been. I went for the first time just a few months ago and I was just amazed by how friendly and sweet and welcoming the locals were. On my first day there, the guest house owner where I was staying invited me to eat a meal with his family and I just thought that was so sweet and that just really set the tone for the trip. People are always saying, which means hello and there are plenty of other solo travelers there and they may be there to surf, scuba dive or swim with all of the amazing sea life. But I find that when there's a shared interest, like a sport or something like that that brings people to the country, you're in a really good position to meet other solo travelers like yourself. It is a really good place to go if you want to feel truly welcomed. I mean, there is something to be said for Polynesian culture.

7. Indonesia

So, we're moving into Southeast Asia now because I believe that this part of the world is truly the best for people who are traveling on their own. Indonesia is a big country but a lot of people will go to Bali or right next to Bali are the Gillis and Lombok and the Nusa Islands and these are all great places to travel alone and to meet other people. You can do amazing scuba diving there, you can do surfing, you can just enjoy the beaches and it's just a friendly place, especially if you are on your own and looking to meet other people because tons of people go to Bali. Actually, Bali welcomed over 7 million visitors last year, so it's not my favorite place to be honest with you because it doesn't feel that authentic to me anymore. But I do love Lombok. I do love the Gillis. There's a lot on this channel that can show you how amazing those places are. The other great thing about Indonesia is its super cheap. Once you get there, food, accommodation, a motorbike if you feel like driving yourself around, and activities are all really affordable. So, I do love that about Southeast Asia. They are definitely a tourist-friendly part of the world and it's easy enough to communicate because most of the locals do speak at least a little bit of English if they work in tourism, and I find it's pretty easy to navigate as well. So, when it comes to solo travelers friendliness, Indonesia is easy and awesome.

8. The Philippines

I love the Philippines because the people there make it an amazing place. A lot of them speak English and they're very, very friendly and welcoming people. I mean, you are hard-pressed to find people who are more proud of their own country than Filipinos. And whenever I'm there, I just get so many suggestions on great places to go. People want to take pictures together, in the more remote places at least, and it is just so stunningly beautiful. It's also very affordable and I have found that you can find accommodation options, really, to suit any range, but even when you go higher-end, it's not that expensive. And one of my favorite things about it is that you almost can't runout of islands to visit. So, I have gone back three times now because there's just so much to see there and because I just feel so welcomed every time. The only downside of traveling in the Philippines is logistics. It can be hard to get around because there are so many islands. So, just keep in mind that you should pack a lot of patience if you're going to go. All right.

9. Iceland

Iceland is a fantastic place to travel solo because it is regularly ranked the safest country in the world. I mean, people seriously leave their car running when they go in to go grocery shopping. Now, that I think about it, that's not the greenest thing to do. But anyway, that just, I think, illustrates how safe of a country it is and how much people really trust each other there. And it's really hard to top Iceland in terms of amazing beauty. I mean, it is just stunning. You've got insane waterfalls, you've got amazing hiking, you've got the Northern Lights for half of the year and it's just really hard to come up with a place that is more stunningly beautiful than Iceland. I mean, I was just pulling over, it felt like, every five minutes in order to take another photo or, like, pet a horse or to just experience the beauty of Iceland. And it is definitely a very touristy place to go in the summer, but if you go in a shorter season, you're going to get so much of it all to yourself and it's truly spectacular. Now, if that scares you, meet up with some people in Reykjavik, hatch a plan to travel together, rent a car together, a camper van and go have an adventure. 10. Thailand

In terms of the best places to travel solo because it attracts other solo travelers, is super affordable, is very tourist-friendly, is easy and has, like, seriously probably the best food in the world. It's just, you can't beat Thailand. I realized that some parts of Thailand are very touristy, but you don't have to visit those places. There are amazing spots up North and also in some of the islands that just don't even get that much tourism. So, you can go to places like Kho Tao and Ko Pha Ngan if you want to meet a bunch of people. But if you want to be on your own, you can go to Koh Yao Noi or Koh Yao Yai and these are just beautiful, stunning places. And if you want to get some action, you can go to Bangkok. And Chiang Mai is a wonderful place. It's so full of ex-pats, you're going to meet tons of people. And then my personal favorite part of Thailand is the northern areas where very few tourists go. So, I actually rented a car and drove around and saw a bunch of stuff up there so you could always meet some people in Chiang Mai, share a car with them and go on a road trip.

The solution embracing under tourism, we need to start seeking out overlooked destinations on an individual level to spread the travellers around. It’ll result in better trips for everyone involved and happier locals.

For decades travel experiences were dictated by guidebooks, travel agents and tour guides. But the Internet is the great equalizer, take a trip that's your dream, not just on-trend.

If we've learned anything from 2020, it’s how quickly an industry can be brought to a screeching halt by a pandemic. The ability of locals to capitalize on traveller interest is therefore limited to low paying positions and/or seasonal work. Now here is this more apparent than with closed gate resorts or all-inclusive that discourage travellers from going out into the local community. As new popular destinations emerge concerted efforts need to be made to ensure that the tourism industry is a sustainable and locally focused one that creates business opportunities for residents. Allowing them to shape the tourism industry and benefit directly.

I am going to show you my personal booking techniques and a super-secret book tool you probably haven’t heard of yet which potentially can save you hundreds to thousands of dollars on your next trip.

My name is Arun! I am a travel blogger, in the past few months I have traveled to Bangkok, Bali, Cape Town, London, and Munich all over the world. Because we travel so much, I developed a booking technique that saves us a ton of money every time we fly. In the past year I have booked almost one hundred flights online. And I’m going to share all me tricks with you today. Not only am I going to show you how to book cheap economy and coach but also how to get cheap business class and first class flights. Using the tricks I am going to give you today you are never going to overpay for a flight ever again. So if you are wanting to save money on airline tickets or trying to put together a luxury vacation - this article is for you.

So before I get started with my booking tricks I want to ask you to smash that subscribe to my website. I am a daily blogger and love to travel whole world always on the go and I have fun upbeat travel blogs and daily blogs.

When talking about how to fly cheap there are a few factors that you have to consider.

One of them is where you are traveling from and where you are traveling to and how flexible are you with your departure airport and destination airport. The second thing is how flexible are you with your date of travel. The more flexibility the easier it is to find cheap airline tickets. Another key factor to finding cheap flight is actually to find the best booking sites. But really the secret to cheap flights is combining all of those factors into one magic booking strategy. If you want to fly cheap you’ve got to be smart. So as I mentioned flexibility when booking airline tickets is one of the key factors in actually succeeding in finding the cheapest flights. That in term means finding the best booking sites means finding the most flexible booking sites. There are some good options out there like flights.google.com or kayak.com. They let you enter 3-5 departure air ports and 3-5 destination airports and you can be fairly flexible on the travel date. But for what we are looking for that is not good enough.

Also many of the booking sites don’t show you all of the airfares because some of the fares are so discounted that the booking site wouldn’t get any commissions any more. So found another secret to cheap airfare. Finding those fares that not even the booking sites have. Well I stumbled upon a website that combines all those factors into one beautiful packet and I am going to show it to you right now. So the website I want to show you guys is ITA software matrix which is actually powered by google now. So what you are going to do is go to matrix.itasoftware.com. So this is the site that is going to come up and actually this whole website is pretty self-explanatory but I am going to give you a quick overview.

Let’s say I want to fly from Miami to Vienna. I put in the departure Airport which is Miami and then the destination airport Vienna. No I don’t have a set travel date that I need to be in Vienna just for this example let’s take the 1st May. So I will go to outbound date.1st of May 2017 and I can say departure on this day only. So let’s stick with that. And I want to fly back on let’s say the 7th of May. I’m just going to leave it at one adult. Cabin the cheapest ticket available. Although I could choose premium economy, business class or first class.

Now then I can define how many stops I should have on this travel. The stops actually mean how many layovers are there going to be on this trip. I am going to leave it at no limit. So when I hit search the software takes a while because it is going through a ton of different flight routes and flight options. it takes two or three minutes just leave it be it will find the results don’t try tore fresh the page or anything because you will lose the fares that you found so far. So here we have the first results. The cheapest flight it found was $ 1,025 with TAP Portugal which flies from Miami to Vienna via Lisbon. I don’t know that’s not too cheap usually I am able to book business class for that price. For economy I am sure we can do better. Let’s go and tweet our settings a little bit.

Now I told you the more flexibility you have the cheaper your tickets are going to be. So what I’m going to do is I am going to see what airports would be OK for me to depart from and which airport would be OK to fly to. The software actually has a great tool built right into it. If you go here and click on nearby next to Miami you can see which airports are located in a vicinity of 75 miles. No you can set that value to anything you want. I am going to go to - let’s say - 200 miles. So right there it is showing me a ton of airports. And I am going to say Ft. Lauder dale is OK for me West Palm Beach is OK for me. Bahamas not so much. Alternatively you could just select all airports if you like. Let’s give that a bash.

So now you see it brought in all the airport codes right into this field here. Now let’s go to the destination. Now I now Vienna in general is a very expensive airport. So let’s see what alternatives we have. Now because it’s Europe there are a ton of airports you could fly to and the trip from that airport to Vienna is only going to be very short. Train fares are very cheap in Europe so that’s a good alternative. So just to try this out I am going to select all again and bring this to my search field. As now as I said I am fairly flexible on this trip. I don’t have any set dates where I have to be anywhere I can still plan ahead which you also should do when you are planning avocation.

So I can say instead of search exact dates I want to see calendar of lowest fares. So when I click on this I can say the earliest day I want to depart is May 1st and I can define the length of stay. So I said I want to stay for 7 days but I would be able to stay 7-10 days, so I put in7-10 days. Again it's going to be one adult flying. Cheapest available no limit on the stops and search this. Now this search is going to take substantially longer than the first search because now he is searching through thousands of routes and this might take up to ten minutes. So I'm going to grab an espresso and come back.

Al right that went faster than I thought I didn't even have time to get my espresso. But now the computer has shown us a calendar of cheapest fares. And look at that - now we have a price of $612 vs. $1,025 that’s a 40% that’s more than 40% discount to the previous. So now I can just go and click on this airfare and it will show me which airport it actually picked out for us. But now when I look at that in detail the price went down even a little bit more. The cheapest price we have right now is $572 that almost $500 cheaper than the regular fare we found. Now the airports its showing me is flying from Miami to FCO and FCO is actually the airport in Rom, now Rom is just a little bit too far away, I think the train ride is somewhere between 6 and 7 hours. I am not really going to want to travel that far away so let’s look at the other option sit shows me. Right here I found a flight for $712 from Miami to Prague and Prague is just 2 hours away from Vienna. So that’s perfect.

So if I book this ticket I've saved a ton of money on this flight. Now let’s say the airports that you picked dare too far away you can always still go back and modify your search a little bit. You can delete the airports and define airports yourself. So you can say I want to go Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Orlando and Tampa for example. And destination airport I want Vienna, Munich, Salzburg. We can increase the flexibility by a little bit. Just to get a cheaper flight. So here he seems to have found a flight for $699 let’s see where that’s from. Excellent so this flight is from Miami to Prague and then back again from Prague to Miami.

There are still a few options you can look into. There are different flight times, there are different stop overs, and there are different airlines. Just pick whatever you like most or which is the most convenient for you. And then you click on the price. What you are going to have to do is either try and fined the flight with these exact dates on flights.google.com, kayak.com or Expedia.

You could try going to your local travel agent and booking it with them or what you can do is I have another super cool tool it’s a second website which is called bookwithmatrix.com. They way this works is you take your fare code which is in here. You just click anywhere on the website press ctrl+a on a windows computer copy everything you selected and paste it into this website. Now this is going to show you the whole flight itinerary and you can go and book this flight with price line directly. So once you have done that put in all your details on the booking site, book your flight and - you know what for that money that you saved on that flight invest more in your hotel or invest in food or invest in good drinks or coffee.

The 20 biggest travel mistakes to not make | Just Avoid them

So when I first started traveling back I made a lot of mistakes, a lot of rookie mistake. So hopefully in this video you will earn from my mistakes. So these are my 20 biggest travel mistake, not to make for you guys when you are starting on your trips and travels these are all the mistakes so I personally done and learn from let's get started.

1. Packing too much

That is like number one tip that most people do is they bring too much stuff and then you got to carry all this stuff with you and you have all this extra stuff that you're not even going to use or wear and it's just going to weight, weighting you down Not packing the right shoes. Shoes are so important because you walk a lot when you travel you do a lot of activities. When you travel to really make sure you are planning the right shoes you need, running shoes you need hiking shoes, sandals do you need like evening shoes trust me blisters and sore feet are the bane of the travelers existence because then you don't want to travel anymore you don't walk any more that would suck it really does suck.

2. Not planning out your laundry days

Laundry is a thing not properly planning where you're going to do laundry in your travels is a big rookie mistake. Suddenly you find that you are out of everything clean and you really need to do laundry but your place that you're staying at might not have laundry facilities or it might be super expensive where they charge you like current item. So really make sure that you're on the lookout for your combination and if they have water facilities and really try and plan that more in advance and ahead of time. So you never get stuck with dirty under wear.

3. Forgetting your power cord

Your chargers plugged in because you are currently charging up the batteries on the electronics are charging the batteries on your phone happens all the time to rookie travelers. A lot of the hotels and hostels you stay at probably have a spare phone charger or spare camera battery charger from previous travelers that have left theirs in the hotel room. If you ask the front desk I promise you they probably have a spare set of them because it happens all the time so don't forget these. It's important.

4. Over scheduling

It is a huge rookie mistake because people want to do everything granted I understand because you were in this foreign country. That don't know, if you're ever going to visit again you want to see and do everything. however if you try and see and do everything every day on your travels you are going to be exhausted you are going to wear yourself out and you're not going to enjoy it as much trust me. And also it leads you up for failure so something falls through or if something takes longer than you thought it would, or of you get stuck in traffic then there's no like buffer zone, there's no time off.

5. Invest in a watch or just get a watch

There's a lot of cheap watches you can find and vendors around the world but telling the time and knowing what time it is very crucial it's a big rookie mistake to not know the time, and also just to rely on your phone all the time. Because you don't always want to be whipping out your phone and checking it. when you want to check the time especially when you're traveling and you might be juggling a lot of stuff and you don't want to or if you're just going to sketchy area you don't want to like flash your phone around you're going to be running on a lot of timelines regardless of how your travel schedule is. There is going to be buses or planes or trains or hotel check-in times for show times there's going to be a lot of things that are going to require knowing the time.

6. Data in Mobile

Data for your cellular device. Have a plan for it whether that be you putting on a data plan when you're at home, so before you go you got data so you know that you can access the internet went abroad or buying a sim card in a local country and knowing that again you have access. And make a sure your phone is unlocked before you do that because data is like the most amazing thing when you travel. When you have data the world is open to you and everything is great and good and things can get solved. then you have a problem you can solve it trust me you live in the age where you can have data everywhere in the world so please figure out how you can access that, or deal with that or if you aren't going to buy data or put a data plan on know your Wi-Fi plan.

What I mean is always be looking for a Wi-Fi I always been looking for a Wi-Fi Make sure wherever you're staying has good Wi-Fi. I've always pick a restaurant and accommodations that have Wi-Fi always and this is regardless if you have data on your phone or not or if you're just doing it on Wi-Fi have traveled a lot with just using Wi-Fi. Amazing Wi-Fi is every wherein the world it's getting better and better but there's a lot of accessibility everywhere that you go. but I always make sure that we're eating I'm staying I have Wi-Fi and I'll make sure I test it out before I sit down. If I'm eating at a restaurant will sit there well ask for the Wi-Fi and I’ll test it out and make sure it works before you sit down and order because sometimes they say they have Wi-Fi and they do not have, Wi-Fi is important.

7. Drinking out

Drinking out a lot and spending a lot of money on those nightspot, now I'm not saying you shouldn't go out or drink or party. I'm saying is being very cautious of how much money you spend at night and try to per drink, because booze are probably really cheap in the country you're in I guarantee. You going to a local supermarket and buying a bottle of wine or buying some hard liquor and mixing some drink sit's going to be a lot cheaper and will save you in the long run a general traveling than just buying drinks when you get to a place.

8. Not understanding tipping etiquette

If you're American used to tipping I think it's like twenty percent. it's what you tip on almost everything I don't know how that came about but you tip for almost everything around the world there are lots of places that you don't tip at all. Yet Americans like to tip and sometimes very touristy places in these countries will put on tips will ask for tips so request tips and make you feel like it's a custom. Sometimes it is, sometimes it isn't. There is like so many different rules in regards to tipping one of the biggest rookie mistakes is, one, not checking your bill for tips sometimes in the touristy parts they add in a tip in your bail without you noticing it I know sneaky, sneaky.

The other thing is not knowing what percentage to tip because sometimes five percent is like great. If you had an amazing meal five ten percent is like wow, yes, thank you so much it's not required it's only if they went above and beyond. There’s a lot of different rules in regards to tipping etiquette so research it and now it's before you go.

9. Short connection times

When you are traveling, when you are booking your flights that you are going through customs or you're entering another country you are going to be entering that country's customs and sometimes you might even need to do a second line of security this takes time so make sure that you have an adequate amount of connection time. I like to allow domestic no less than an hour connecting time international. So when you're entering another country in your connection two hours at a minimum because custom blind scan become crazy. I know people miss flights I'm not miss why is that crazy about this but I've almost missed flight sit's a rookie mistake don't do it.

10. Transportation Cost

Thinking you're going to save money by flying into a cheaper airport not checking how much or how long or how even to get from the airport to your combination when you arrive at a destination. This is screwed me over many times as they even an experienced traveler for example Panama City $35 US to get from the airport to my connection there was a dollar bus. A 50$ for a bus public bus actually the coach public bus to get from the airport to down town. That’s a big difference from thirty-five dollars to dollar-fifty.

11. Not checking in train/bus/metro schedules

Not checking in train/bus/metro schedules before you embark on your day. If you were venturing out anywhere in the city and you're going to be taking public transportation they run on a schedule and you do not want to find yourself stranded in a place because you missed the last bus back, sometimes buses end really early there's been several cities. like when I was in Valparaíso the last bus back was at seven pm, when I want to go visit there I want to make sure that I was on that last bus back so I actually pre purchase the ticket so unlike coach buses you can do that you can like pre purchase your tickets. But make sure you know when the last trains are when the buses back out and have that written down or at least written like in your memory bank so you're not stranded.

12. Not comparing public transportation to private transportation

When looking for transportation around places, a lot of times when you're traveling you're getting to places there are multiple options to get. There is a private way where you can hire a shuttle or private man. There is a public transportation way which is like local buses. make sure you know the difference between the two, what's the better option what's the cheaper option there is generally multiple options so research that because there have been many times as a rookie that I have taken the private transportation to get there and paid an extraordinarily large amount, for like not just a slightly more comfier seat. Then the public way that takes me a little bit longer. but it keeps and heaps cheaper.

13. Taxis

Taxi I mean taxis negotiating with your taxi driver beforehand or watching the meter it's one of the two. Sometimes it's better to negotiate as flat right and sometimes it's better to take the meter but make sure you're watching the meter. This is something that generally the accommodation staff so wherever you're staying they'll know what the best way to go, but taxis are like the biggest rip off in the travel game. Not calling your bank before him and notifying them that you were going to be other country especially if you are just starting with your travel adventures and your bank's not used to you spending money in foreign countries. Now ATMs are the best way to withdraw money went abroad not using currency exchanges ATMs secured ATMs.

So make sure that your bank knows that you are traveling to these foreign countries and you tell them when what country is what dates you're going to be gone so they don't shut off your cards which happens a lot to fellow travelers and to myself this happens because your bank bless its heart is just trying to prevent your money from being stolen it has good intentions. But sometimes you just need your money so notify your bank.

14. Exchanging large amounts of money or just carrying large amounts of money

You don't really ever want to have a lot of money on you. Trust me you can access your money ATMs are all over the world you don't need to be carrying huge wads of cash on you this is what it just set you up for a whole lot of failure of losing we're getting your money stolen, that's a lot of money to juggle. Only, only take out what you need for whatever period of time here and if you're in countries for small periods of time or larger periods of time.

15. Not having enough small change

That's right small change is key and king, key and King everywhere in the world maybe they don't always use coins they actually use small bills most places. but ATMs are going to give you big bills everywhere you go there giving you a big bills are really hard for most vendors to take especially if you're not traveling in your traveling in smaller places or less developed places. So making sure you're always changing out and getting the smallest bills possible and changing those larger bills when you have the opportunity to change those large bills, so that means like using large bills in restaurants or places or shopping malls places that that are a little bit bigger that can accept it. So that you can have that small change for things like bus tokens or tips or vendors like market vendors. That only take cash you want to have small bills lots of small change.

16. Eating at the expensive doors restaurants

They’re just really expensive tourist restaurant they're always like two times the price of the local restaurants. Big rookie mistake we usually find the tourists restaurants near the tourist destinations you will be able to tell the tourist restaurant when you see it try to avoid those. Eating the foods you are used to versus the local foods you are in foreign countries you're going to gravitate to like your comfort foods you're used to Don't do that, because one, that's probably why you're going to get food poisoning. May be you are used to pizza and pasta at home but in that country is not used to making pizza and pasta maybe their dish is like curry they're not going to know how to make that properly. They’re not going to know the food safety with it and they might not have the ingredients super fresh. so you can get an old ingredients versus the local foods that generally are really well sourced, they know how to make it because they've been making it forever, that’s their food you're less likely to get sick by it and also you get to try new food which is awesome.

17. Unrealistic expectations about your physical fitness

You might think you are really fit and you can go all day walking and you'll come to realize that yes travel wears you out a lot more than you think it does mentally and physically. So don't push yourself too crazy when you were out and abroad, because you're not going to enjoy yourself into it can just meet you into a whole lot of problems. Obviously go out and try two things but just be realistic about your expectations so don't get like to crazy.

18. Hyping things up too much

This is something id when I first started traveling is a hyped destinations, because I wanted to go there so bad. I was like this oh my god this is my dreams my travel I'm so excited to be your Great Wall of China hyping it up and you get there. Sometimes things don't always live up to the expectations you are expecting it because people like the internet is full of these beautiful photo shop photos of these destinations, you like wow this could be so magical and sometimes when you get there you're like okay it's awesome it's cool but you can be slightly disappointed. And you never want to best lightly disappoint. One of the reasons why I don't like to plan, I don't personally like the plan too much because I don't want to have all these like hyped up expectations of these destinations are places because I want to be pleasantly surprised. So you're just starting out don't hype things up in your brain to do much it goes you feel really disappointed, when they don't work out your way and when things don't go as planned.

19. Make Friends

Making sure you leave room for socializing and making friends this is like if you're especially if you are solo traveling, make friends socialize make time to do that, trust me it will make your experience of travel so much more rich you will get to hear other people's stories and it's oh my god seriously like on the best part to travel. So make sure you leave time for that you're not just like running around taking photos and sightseeing everything. Meet some people, have some conversations sit down and grab a beer.

20. Forgetting to say "YES"

Yes you need to learn to become a yes person, especially when you first start traveling are a bit scary so you might be saying no to things so you might be like I don't know what that out oh that's not a good opportunity, but the more you learn to become comfortable with yourself and the more you learn to start saying yes to opportunities and situations. Obviously that the situation so you're not like putting yourself and like something that's dangerous but the more you see yes to things, the more enriching your travel experience will become and you'll start to surprise yourself and all these really amazing things that you get up to and the stories and the people and the experiences that you'll meet if you just didn't say yes you just said no.

Hello everyone and welcome back to my Blog. So, if you follow me on Facebook and if you don't you should. I have been traveling a lot lately, I have been very lucky and my friend really kind of got me into this travel bug. I never really was into it before but since me him I have had the opportunity to travel to lots of different places and so because of that and because of my OCD quality. You know I have anxiety not so much OCD so, with that comes my need to organize and I love to be organized. And I love everything to look pretty and have its place so, because of all that I have put together this Blog. 1. Vienna

As the former seat of the Hapsburg Empire, Vienna is awash with impressive imperial building sand palaces, which so comprehensively convey the wealth and power of its former monarchs. Can you travel during the lockdown | New lockdown rules offer guidance

Hi Everybody!!! Welcome to Travel lovers yet on the Blog as always. I hope you're doing absolutely fantastic. So, on this blog guys, we're going to be talking to me about whether or not you can travel during this lockdown. During what's happening right now in this crisis that we have. What if you are in let's say a state in the US with not locked down or if you find yourself in a country and you want to get back to your home country. What kind of options do you have and how should you be thinking soon.

Guys!!!! So as you can see I am here walking around my house. We have been on lockdown here in Spain for coming up to three weeks now. This means that we are allowed to leave the house only for essential business and the central business is basically grocery shopping or going to the pharmacy. If we need something from there or if we need to go to the hospital or take care of our elderly and to some extent also take the. The dogs for a walkout anything else than that if we go outfit’s kind of breaking against this lockdown we are find anything from 600 euros. Which is about the same amount in dollars up to I think 3000 euros depending on how grave it is.

So, we are staying at home and to be perfectly honest I'm not staying at home because I risk facing a fine. No, my primary concern right now is the health care workers, the first responders, the true heroes during this ongoing crisis because my sister my younger sister Amanda she is a nurse in Stockholm. A very close friend of the family is a nurse here in Spain. And, the kind of stories that they are telling us is tragic horrible things. So, the message that I want to do with this blog really is that if you are planning. If let's say that you're in a state or a country, which has not yet locked down.

I am guessing that you still have cases and if you do it means that you could potentially be infected. And, if you ‘reconsidering to travel it means that you are carrying that potentially with you spreading it and in that case increasing the workload for the first responders for the healthcare workers out there and that’s not something that we should be doing. So, if you have travel plans that are not central you should be staying at home it's as easy as that.

Now if you find yourself having to fly it's a little bit more of a problem. The reason for that is that right now it is extremely hard to predict. How

is going to work so even if your flight who is going to bring you back to your home country has not been canceled yet. Unforeseen circumstances can arise that might force the airline to cancel it that’s everything from changes in laws, changes in you know increases in lockdown.

For example in the country stir-frying from or two. What happened the last few days has been that even though the airline intended to fly the flight and the crew was there the air traffic control units the tower actually closed down because of lack of personnel. And if traffic control closes down well then an airport that's doing commercial flights cannot operate. So, because of this if you are due to fly out even if it's a domestic flight but especially if it's an international flight as well.
Make sure that you that you’re in contact with the company that you keep updating the travel information if you have access to that from your company. And, you can find yourself in very complicated situations right now. So, do be careful but of course, what we’re seeing is that even though the commercial airlines to a large extent especially here in Europe but more and more in the United States as well or starting to cancel flights.

There will still be what we call rescue flight, which is where the government comes in and contracts certain airlines try to get their citizens back home, and these flights to a large extent keep going. So I've had friends that I've seen following Facebook as you do, that has been traveling from the United States back to Sweden. Which seem to work even though they were probably completely alone on their flights. So, these kinds of flights they keep going but I really really want to emphasize this, which are said at the beginning of the blog and I think it is really important to remember that. Right now we have first responders, health care workers, ambulance personnel, nurses, doctors that are going out of their way to try to alleviate this situation to try to help our sick.

Sometimes putting themselves at risk by using substandard protection equipment, working horrible hours to try to keep respirators and things like that going. And, I think that the least that we can do to help them keep working is for us to be staying at home. I can say that because I am in a country where the number of cases has no now superseded. A hundred thousand we have more than ten thousand dead and the pressure on the healthcare system on all of the provinces here in Spain is becoming extreme. And, I know that that’s happening throughout the world is happening in the United States is happening in the United Kingdom definitely happening in Italy.

And, I think that what we can do even if you’re not in a risk group is to at least stay away from traveling and potentially making the situation worse so. That’s what I wanted to say please listen to the local authorities to your local governor to your Prime Minister but especially to the health care professionals out there. When they give advice about how you should be doing what you should be doing and what you should not be doing. And if you don’t have to travel, if you do to do something that it's not absolutely essential. Stay at home and let's help our first responders, our nurses our doctors, our ambulance drivers to you know to do their job in this good of away as we possibly can.

Ten little-known tricks for perfect airplane sleep. People who can easily fall asleep on a plane are among the lucky few because most of us aren't able to doze off in a cramped space sitting in such an uncomfortable position and surrounded by total strangers. What if we told you there are some simple tricks that can help you catch some Z's on board. Who knew that flying on a Tuesday or keeping your seat belt fastened could actually make a difference.

1. Night is the best time for a flight

It's great if you can pick a fight for the time you usually sleep at, wake up two to three hours earlier on the day of your flight to help you fall asleep faster on board later on. Also get to the airport a couple hours in advance and even earlier for international flights from larger airports. It will allow you to avoid the unnecessary stress of waiting in line to check-in and rushing through security. Save yourself the trouble of feeling like you're running late, plus you'll have enough time to do everything you normally do before going to bed, want to brush your teeth no problem you have time for that you normally read before you fall asleep. You can do that before you get on the plane as well. This will trick your body into thinking it's just another regular day and taking your seat on the plane will feel like sliding into bed already for a good night's sleep.

2. The best days to fly are Tuesdays and Wednesdays

Do you like it when the plane is overcrowded and you've got a crying kid on one side of you and a loud obnoxious football fan on the other? And you say yes, oh!! OK then you can just ignore this one for everyone else here's a hit. If you want fewer passengers and more space pick the most unpopular days for booking flights Tuesdays and Wednesdays as a rule. We might even get up to three seats to yourself, oh those are my favorite travel moment and even if you're not that lucky there's a good chance the flight crew will kindly let you take a seat further from noisy passengers. Traveling in this bliss is unlikely to happen on a Friday or any days before holidays, since those are the most fully loaded flights.

3. The perfect seat is by the window

Always try to pick a window seat to rest your head on the wall and not be bothered by your neighbor wanting to get up to go to the bathroom. If you normally sleep on your left side aim for see an, if your right side is your preferred sleeping position pick the window seat on the opposite side of the plane. If you want good quality sleep in the cabin adjust your seat as far back as it'll go. Just make sure the person behind you doesn't mind. Hours of sitting at a right angle can cause painting your waist and lower back and sleeping with your head on the food tray or on the back of the seat in front of you is bad for your neck and spine. Plus it's not very polite to the person sitting in that seat in front of you. You might not realize it but you're pushing their seat for ward when you're leaning against it. So try to get the ideal angle of 135 degrees to minimize the pressure on your spinal disks. You can also rest your legs on your carry-on or place the little pillow they give you under your knees.

5. Clothes should be warm and comfortable

We know you always want to look your best, especially if you're traveling for business and expecting an airport pickup from potential partners upon arrival. However to have a sound nap on board you should wear loose clothes made of natural materials that don't constrict your movements. If your airline doesn't provide blankets take a jacket and warm socks too. It gets pretty cold in the cabin and that makes it hard to fall asleep. Oh!! and one more thing please do not wear adult footie jemmies leave those things at home not everyone deserves to see them you know and if you have to look professional upon arrival pyres suit with you and change into it after landing safely.

6. Fasten your seat belt over your clothes

But wait didn't the previous points say not to wear clothes that constrict your movement isn't that exactly what a seat belt does? It’s okay. I hear you loud and clear let me explain, you're right a seat belt fastened over your clothes or blanket won't make your sleep more comfortable. But it will prevent flight attendants from waking you up if the plane experiences turbulence. It’s especially important for those who not only find it hard to fall asleep but also can't get back to sleep after being interrupted. Imagine finally falling asleep after hours of trying just to be woken up an hour or two later to make sure you're buckled up.

7. Get yourself some sleeping accessories

Light and noise are the main culprits that keep you from getting needed shut-eye. So this answer might be obvious use a sleeping mask and earplugs, you'll also need proper neck support to relax your muscles since they can't really rest if they're busy holding your head up. Taking a travel pillow with you is a great way to get this necessary neck support.

If you don't have one use a rolled up scarf or a sweatshirt some airlines provide polyester blankets but those are far from being ideal if you want real comfort which equals good sleep. For a longer flight bring your own blanket with you, if it sounds like too much to carry experiment with a wool scarf.

8. Control the scents around you

We all love the scent of a fresh clean pillow. It makes falling asleep something you dream of for most of the day or is it just me who can't wait to get home and cuddle up with my pillow. Vanilla and oranges also smell really good what about burgers and sweaty legs not so much. The good news is that you can control the scents in your immediate surroundings. Now we're not suggesting that you push your neighbor out of the plane just sprinkle the headrest of your travel pillow with some lavender oil or any other essential oil you like. Spraying it with your favorite perfume can also do the trick as long as you don't add too much of it. 9. Put your gadgets away

Don't watch movies on your phone tablet or laptop, because the blue light of the screen wakes your brain up most sleep experts say you should put away all your electronics at least half an hour or better yet an hour before you plan on dozing off. Take a proper book instead and opt for a boring one at that it'll help you fall asleep faster. It also won't hurt to listen to calming sounds like bird singing or rain falling, what can be better than the sound of a light breeze it'll calm your brain down instead of activating it like electronic screens do.

10. Food and drinks

Chicken or fish or chickened the endless choices of airplane food. You can have either of those but not too much of it, if you want to be fast asleep don't overeat onboard. The food should be light and healthy while the best drink option is tea the herbal variety is perfect or just plain water forget about coffee or alcohol. The latter of which might call me down but it ruins your quality of sleep you'll most likely wake up a couple hours later feeling groggy and with a dry mouth. The kind of sleep you get after consuming alcohol isn't exactly restorative. So as much as you want to try all the cool exotic suits from the airport food court before takeoff, don't do it stick with what you normally eat so that you won't upset your stomach too much.

4 Tips for Travelling in India | Go Beyond the Cities

Hello guys!!! This is Arun here and you're reading another Blog by Travel Lovers. Travel in India can be pretty inexpensive if you know the right places to go and get 4 tips for travelling in India. India travelling could be the most enriching experience of your life. India has everything that a traveler looks at wish for. And the best part is a trip to that here you can get tips for travelling in India like Communication, Health and Medicines, travel sources etc. I've been rolling out the blog for India. I thought I'd go ahead and start my travel survival article. This is going to be a pretty fit one where I have shared 4 tips for travelling in India, though India is seeing is to be one of my favorite countries. It’s huge you can travel the entire country and you're always going to see something a little different; beaches, desert, mountain ranges, canals and waterways etc.

There is total population of 1.2 billion people. There are two main languages that are spoken in India the first one is Hindi the secondary language is English. However there are actually 21 different languages in India and so it's very possible that even Indians when they transverse their own country come across language barriers and have difficulty understanding each other. Support that idea is the fact that India doesn't have just one cinema industry it has something like eleven Bollywood, Molly wood, Hollywood, Punch wood, Gujarati, Bengali and the list kind of goes on and that was just my opening line.

1. Trip Planning Advise

Obviously the country is big and traveling it can take some time, one of my biggest tips is to always pad your travel days. I usually like to pad at least a day or day and a half for my travel time and that's because it's allowing everything from the actual duration of my trip to the possibility that the train or bus might break down in the process or it might arrive late. Unless you're able to hire a driver rent a car or hop on a tour it's highly unlikely that you're going to be able to keep two very tight schedules.

As May 2016 supposedly foreigners were able to book advance travel online through their India railway system. I'll eventually come out with a written guidepost with all with more details added in. That means you go to the website you sign up for an account and supposedly you're able just start booking. But with India there always tends to be just a little bit of a snag in the most recent past the workaround for travelers was that if you couldn't book online in your railways website you would also open an account on clear trip or make my trip and merge your accounts together and book it from here. The good thing about clear trip and make my trip there are both websites that India uses to book travel, they both allow you to see schedules for long distance buses trains and Airlines. Other than that booking onward travel is easy when you're already in India and that's because there are so many travel agents out there who are willing to help you book your trip.

I tell them what times I need to be at a certain place and they will go ahead and find me the right schedules or give me options. Usually the commission that they make off it is very little it probably less or equivalent to what I'm going to pay in a credit card fee for booking online. It’s also preferred because a lot of times I'm changing my travel dates because, maybe I find that I like staying in that city and I want still a little longer. The only time that I would ever book my travel in advance is when it's train travel during a festival or during a time that I know there's like it's a public holiday and I know that trains might get booked very quickly. I mean you have 1.2 billion people to compete with.

2. Getting Around

Long distance transportation options will be you can take a flight, railway, government bus or long distance bus, hire driver rent-a-car as well as take a tour. In terms of airline carriers the popular ones tend to be India air, Kingfisher, Jet Airways and the two that I use this past trip for budget travel were indigo and Spice Jet. The airlines carriers in India tend to be pretty good I took a few flights and they range today we're from like $30 to I think $80 was the most that I paid I think. The common transportation that a lot of travelers use happens to be the railway system and it's because it's consistent and convenient. I think about the sleeper class is that because it's a little more public if you leave late at night you might arrive to your berth and find someone sleeping in there and you just kind of have to push them off, the higher classes have AC, they have more like four berths versus six. You're going to Indians that have a little bit more money like businessman families.

Long distance buses are probably the least favorite form of long distance travel that I take not because I don't find them safe it's just that I find them highly uncomfortable. There are different types of long distance buses, one is a long distance bus, the other one is like a VIP tourist bus it's supposed to be better they're like sleeper berths, the next one is a government bus regular public bus that travels from state to state and they make all the local stop snow. If I had to choose between the three I probably choose either the regular long distance bus or the government bus stand not the VIP bus. In the very beginning I took the VIP bus a couple of and one I've tried the overnight birth that birth is like less than a twin sized bed. If you're traveling with someone there's a likelihood that person is going to get booked with you on that sleeper bed, it might fit to Indian men but in terms of two women or a couple it might be a little bit of a squish.

The next time I booked a VIP bus it was in are clinger chair when you recline the person in front of you reclines also and they're almost in your lap that wasn't a pervert way for me to travel at all. If I had to compare the VIP bus to the government bus the government possible is actually a lot more comfortable and even though it's metal seats it's all open air people are going in and out so it might be crowded at one point then it might get very sparse. The only drawback is that you don't know when the bus driver is actually going to take his bathroom break and if he's going to take one in all the cases the buses don't wait for you so if you're late then too bad, so if you're going to take the bus always be on time if you're going to go off the bus for anything always take your valuables with you. In the past I've seen the bus leave even though passengers were still there and I've seen like Indian passengers run and hit the bus to kind of like stop the bus.

3. Communication

India the Wi-Fi the internet situation is actually pretty good. Their infrastructure isn't so bad, there the speeds are pretty quick internet cafes in India are still very common you will see many of them around and this is perfect for the tourist that doesn't bring their laptop or a computer along with them. A lot of times the computers there will be a little old-school the internet might be a little slow and you'll pay per minute they can also make copies there for anything you might need in terms of printing out your flights and stuff. If you want a quick speed then the next option would be to get an Indian SIM with a data plan.

Whenever I'm in India I always get an Indian SIM and that allows me to communicate make calls to guesthouses to see if there's availability as well as these days set my mobile device up as a hot spot so that I can surf the internet on my laptop. If you didn't get an Indian sim and you need to make local calls there aren't payphones in India but you might see STD shops. If you're from the US or Western country then the term STD means a different thing to you in India STD shops are kind of like an abbreviation for being implemented in calls. I think you okay either permit proper call.

4. Health and Medicine

I thought I'd go ahead and do a health section and that's because people are always afraid of getting sick in India. India is known as a country that's growing in medical tourism you'll always find doctors you'll always find pharmacies as well as hospitals in big cities. They also are big in Ayurveda medicine now not saying they won't have regular antibiotics they do, but they also practice arrogating medicine even though it's all-natural I wouldn't underestimate the power of them.

This is like a practice that's gone on for hundreds of years you can heal somethings that Western medicine can't heel.

Hey guys!!! My friend has recently been in hospital, not once but twice due to his lovely kidney stones and we thought now would be the perfect time to do an insurance Blog for you. So, we will be discussing what to look for when you're booking travel insurance and the reason why you should have travel insurance. As well as comparing a few of the companies that we've looked at in the past. Please bear in mind that some of these are English companies, so you may have to look at other companies in your own countries. But hopefully, this blog will still be useful to you.

Firstly why do you need travel insurance? It is just stupid I know so many people who do it but I 'm sorry guys I cannot agree with you that it's a good idea. Without being completely morbid about this. If something happens to your family it's gonna have to pick up all the pieces if you don't have travel insurance. So, please! Please! Please. If not for yourself get insurance what everyone else that's going to have to be left behind if something really bad does happen.

For example, the first time My Friend went backpacking on his own. He didn’t have insurance and he was constantly worrying about having to go to the hospital. Not being able to afford it, not wanting to do anything too dangerous. So, please don’t follow in his footsteps dangerous. Okay, there are a few things you need to keep in mind when booking travel insurance.

1. Countries covered by insurance:

Many insurance companies will not cover countries that are listed, as risky or dangerous on the Foreign Commonwealth Office website. So, make sure you check that before you go.

2. The Excess:

I will always choose to travel with zero excess if I have the option. A policy can seem cheap to start with but once you start to add on excess fees of 75 or a hundred or two hundred dollars every time you have to make a claim. It doesn't seem so cheap.

3. Activities:

make sure you check what activities will be covered by your insurance. From bungee-jumping to animal sanctuary work. You want to make sure all of the things you plan to do on your trip are going to be covered. Most companies offer a wide range of different activity packages obviously the more risky the activity. The more expensive the package but it's good to know there are options out there.

4. Check the detailed cover limits:

you want to see how much you will get if you need to claim for luggage, for medical expenses, for lost or damaged items. Make sure you know what your cupboard for.

5. Any necessary extras must be covered:

For example, gadget cover isn't normally included in travel insurance standard policies. So, make sure you get the gadget insurance you get any kind of extra cover that you need, for your policy and for your trip. The last thing you want to do is get stranded without your camera without your phone without your laptop and not being able to afford to replace it.

6. Book your insurance before:

Book your insurance before you leave your home country. This may sound really obvious to you but some people maybe decide only halfway through a trip that they really should have got insurance. It is so much easier to book insurance with a company before you leave your home country. Because many insurance companies will not cover you once you have left and started your trip.

7. Check the length of your trip:

Many travel insurance companies will not offer cover for more than twelve months on a trip. We would suggest looking out for the phrase backpacker insurance or long term travel insurance to find one that will cover you for longer. So, all of the quotes I’m about to tell you are for a six-month period.

They are for worldwide cover excluding the US in Canada and also if they had an option for a zero access policy or for gadget insurance I made sure I took it. So, our number one recommendation and the company that we actually have our insurance with is alpha travel insurance. We use them on our previous trip to Asia.

My friend got really ill ended up in a little clinic being hooked up to an IV on the middle of some island in the middle of nowhere. And I was panicking so much about the cost of it and whether the insurance was gonna cover us or not. Because we didn't have time to really think we just had to take him to the hospital. I called up out of insurance panicking. Because you know I knew we only had a limited budget and they were so reassuring and they were so nice about it. And, they assured me everything was gonna be fine. I filled out all the paperwork which is really easy to do and they would funded me the full amount.

No questions asked they were absolutely amazing and just for that experience alone I would always recommend that people would go with them. Not only were they the cheapest company but the actual value on that policy was so much better than any of the other companies we were looking at. Our quote is for the Alpha zero policy which is a zero excess policy. As well as, having gadget cover so altogether this came to 306 pounds for both of us for six months. One of the things I always look at when booking travel insurance is the emergency medical cover. Alpha is very generous they offer up to ten million pounds in medical expenses. They were by far the cheapest hope that we had at 306 pounds.

Second, up is INSUREANDGO now they also offer a zero excess policy and gadget cover which is very important to me. But, their medical cover is a lot lower considering the price is higher than alpha. They offer up to five million pounds in medical and this quote was for their backpacker Brahmas policy and that comes in at three hundred and sixty-five pounds. Again man is also with the edge cover and zero access policy.

Next up is truetraveller insurance. Now this company is great because they do actually offer insurance once you have already left the country. However, we thought that the quote was quite pricey when you consider that the medical cover was so low and it did not include gadget cover. Our quote is for the true value policy which comes in at three hundred and seventy-five pounds. This has no excess which is fantastic but they don't have a gadget extension.

Last up is World Nomads these guys will cover you if you have already left the country but it comes at a price. I and my Friend use them the first time he visited Asia but they're really expensive so, it took a huge chunk out of his travel funds. And, also there is no excess free option on the policies which makes it even more expensive when it comes to actually claim. They offer up to five million pounds in medical expenses and our quotas for their standard policy, not including gadget cover or an access waiver and that came to four hundred and eighty-eight pounds which is quite expensive.

Obviously, everybody's needs are different with regards to travel insurance. But for us traveling long term wanting all our gadgets to be insured and not to have to worry about excess. Alpha seems like not only the cheapest option but the best option for us, plus we had a really nice experience when we had to clean with them last time so we know that we can trust them and we can’t recommend them highly enough.

What’s up guys it's Arun and today we’re looking at my top five Travel cameras. I picked five cameras that have solid image quality, great color reproduction so your images look great right under the camera with minimal editing and of course these cameras are small and compact and easy to travel with so let’s do a deep dive figure out exactly what each camera does exactly what they’re for and most importantly are they right for you. Let's get into it.

I just quickly want to say I have genuinely loved reading the comments you guys have left on the last few Blogs. they actually make my days especially, when I'm just working from home all day so you have any questions concerns life advice leave it down below in the comments. Also, there's a link in the Blog for the best deals on these cameras. So let's get right into a camera.

I thought it'd be fun to start this list with a camera that’s super flashy and the most technically advanced on the list. It's kind of like the Iron Man of cameras but without the personality issues. This camera has a 24megapixel aps-c size sensor with 11frames per second in photo mode with a very high raw buffer, it’s pretty impressive. Plus it has 4k both 30 frames per second in 24 frames per second in this HD all the way up to a hundred and 20 frames per second. That's pretty solid and it does all of this at a hundred megabits per second data rate. The video out of this camera is very solid very sharp tons of detail but the cherry on top is the Venice color size. These colors come from Sony's new cinema level professional camera that's I think a hundred and twenty thousand dollars. Either way, it's pro-level and if you didn’t understand that it's basically nerd four great dynamic range beautiful colors beautiful skin tones by this camera.

You ought to focus on this camera is magnificence. It's AI-BASED base. So, it automatically tracks the face's eyes objects for you. You can kind of just set it and forget it and to be honest, have very little to say in terms of autofocus about this camera because there’s nothing to complain about it is literally the perfect autofocus system autofocus. For photos is generally great across the industry but I think this is the best video autofocus in the industry right now. If you're a filmmaker or travel documentary person or someone that’s just going on vacation. And you want to make a lot of videos the autofocus system in this camera is mind-blowing.

It is so good lastly design, the design of this camera is really sleek it’s minimal and it's beautiful and it’s really just made to get the job done. The design of this camera is more for utility than for anything pretty but the ergonomics overall are great. It has tons of buttons and the bugs are all just in the right place but what I really appreciate about this camera is the customizability. You can program any shortcuts you want you can really fine-tune and change around the buttons for your specific needs. And the big plus of this camera is the flip-up selfie screen now. The reason it this camera there is because it’s technically advanced but it's got that selfie flip-up screen for vacation selfies, from vlogging, for just being able to see yourself.

It's a really useful feature the only major flaw that I see with this camera is that when you put a shotgun mic on this camera. It actually blocks the flip-up screen but that’s a flaw that I'm easily able to forget because of a lot of manufacturers and make that mistake but it's a tiny thing to overlook because you can easily buy a $10 adapter to put the mic on the side of your camera and not block your flip-up screen and another thing the battery in this camera is not the greatest. It only lasts 40 minutes to an hour it's just very typical for Sony but you can easily buy a 2-pack with the charger for about 30 bucks on Amazon. Personally, the battery and the flip-up screen placement don't really bother me but, I guess this is this camera version of personality issues.

2. FujiFilm X-T3

We have the Fuji X III. Fuji cameras are like that weird luxury sports car you’ve never heard of But then you try it out and you're like oh my god this is amazing. Personally, I don't think Fuji gets the credit that they deserve but honestly in terms of image quality and color reproduction. Fuji as a brand is the most interesting company on the market right now. This camera has a 26 megapixel sensor and does 11 frames per second and photo with a very high raw buffer super on par with the Sony cameras but here’s where it dominates. For video it does 4kup to 60 frames per second in HD up to a hundred and twenty and all of that a 200 megabit data rate.

Basically, it's double what Sony offers the image out of this camera is absolutely magnificent. Fuji was the company that initially made 35-millimeter film for Hollywood movies. Decades later they've taken the technology from 35-millimeter celluloid film brought those colors over into a digital camera. So, you have built-in color profiles that emulate Fuji film. And by using those film emulations you get such an interesting and vivid look right in camera and personally I feel like except for a minor tweak here and there you really don't need to edit your images and videos out of this camera.

Everything just looks like perfection and also this cameras F log and Eternal which are two profiles specifically for professional use. So, if you're a professional cinematographer or videographer you can make amazing images of this camera. You have so much horsepower but here's where the camera disappoints the image is out of this camera are top-notch but the autofocus is pretty mediocre. For photos it's very fast it's very reliable but pretty much every camera today. For video is kind of where it falls apart it doesn't track subjects well you can see it hunting and it's always just kind of like struggling to keep up for video.

Personally, if I use this camera for video I will pull my own focus. I don’t really think the video focus is worth using. Person, I think the autofocus in this camera for video is passable for casual use but I would never use it for anything professional or serious it’s just not that great. The design of this camera is inspired by 40s and 50svintage film cameras. So, it has a separate doll for shutter aperture ISO it's very-very vintage. Despite its being inspired by vintage design the camera still has very modern ergonomics. It has a touchscreen has buttons just in the right place and it still has the familiar buttons that you're used to seeing on modern cameras.

Personally, this is my favorite travel camera in terms of design it’s like working with a functional piece of art. However, the menu system in this camera is kind of confusing and it takes a few days to figure it all out. But to be honest I'm willing to forgive any flaw this camera has simply because of the image quality. The battery in this camera is just okay I really do recommend having a spare just in case. Overall this is a wonderful camera with great image and great design but if it’s a little too expensive. This camera does have a little brother known as the XT 30you're not really missing much you’re still getting the same great image quality just a little less horsepower.

the Canon M 50. In my opinion it's the most affordable and user-friendly travel camera on the market today. It has a very strong image in great user-friendly design. It has a 24 megapixel aps-c size sensor in photos in does 10frames per second and for video it does 4k at 24 and 30 and HD at 24 all the way up to 60. It does to 120 frames per second but only in 720p. The camera has excellent image quality and great color reproduction Canon cameras generally have the most popular color science in the market. However the 4k in this travel camera is a bit soft when you go into 4k mode it does a 1.6 times crop on the sensor so when you're cropping into the sensor.

You're throwing away like half of your megapixels and it just tends to come off a little soft and brittle. If you want the 4k for casual use or vlogging you will be just fine but if you're a professional this 4k is definitely not good enough it's cute but it’s not ready for professional use. The real reason I think most people would want this travel camera is for the photos and HD video. The colors in this camera absolutely fantastic they give you really good skin tones and I find everybody tends to look way more attractive on this camera than they do in real life including me. I'm ugly a shell but if you shoot me on a Canon camera I'm actually kind a dateable.

The design on this camera is absolutely fantastic. It is super user-friendly so if you're someone that's never really used cameras before or is just bad with technology. This camera is super easy to use this just pick up and go I never really feel like I've questions when I ‘musing a Canon camera. And one thing that you’ll notice about this camera right away is that it has this beautiful matte finish all the buttons have this awesome sandpaper texture to them. It kind of feels like a really fancy Apple product and one key thing about this camera is that. it has a side flip screen that makes it really easy to vlog and take selfies.

With this camera does have an external mic input with very solid audio quality. Too big design flaws with this camera is that when you plug an external mic in the wire from the external mic tends to hit the flip up screen. In second there's no way to monitor your audio while recording, those are major design flaws but the automatic leveler for audio is pretty good in this camera and you just have to be careful not to hit the mic jack with your flip up screen. The battery in this camera is kind of just okay I always recommend having a spare and if you're a professional content creator or vlogger like you're rolling out with four or five anyway so you should be fine.

Overall it's a really solid camera internally and I think most people will get this as their first camera because it’s so affordable. If you're a content creator you'll still get a beautiful image you just have to work your way around the design flaws. But if you wanted a camera similar to the Canon m50 without the design flaws.

The Canon 90 D is a surprisingly good photo and video camera at this price point. It’s made specifically with professionals in mind and enthusiasts. It’s a 32 megapixel aps-c size sensor which is really high resolution for this sensor size. It shoots 11 frames per second and continuous autofocus for photos and does HD video up to 120frames per second and thankfully it does4k without any crop in both 30 and 24frames per second. This is actually canons first camera to do 4k without a crop.

It's definitely not ready for professional use but if you're a casual user you will love the 4k out of this camera and if you want a Canon camera that does 4k at a professional level you really have to get a cinema camera. The images out of this camera are very strong the color reproduction for Canon is really goof. It's an absolute work of art the skin tones look amazing the color reproduction is amazing everything out of this camera just looks better than real life. And as I mentioned before Canon colors are generally regarded as the most popular color science because they make people look so good. And the autofocus in this camera is really good it has an 87% coverage on the sensor so pretty much everything the camera will get InFocus it's very fast, very reliable.

If you're a casual user you won't really even notice the difference between this and Sony. If you're a pro user it’s pretty close to Sony's autofocus. If Sony is a 10 this is an 8 the one thing. This camera does really well is track faces and if the person's face ever turns away it can intelligently track them in object mode. The design of this camera is specifically made with professionals in mind. It has an LCD screen on top to show you all your major settings. Which makes it way easier to work with plus. The mic Jack does not hit the LCD screen at all. The design itself is super solid and this cameras built like a tank.

This camera is kind of like the Keanu Reeves of camera. You can really put it through anything and it just keeps on going and going. If you love Keanu Reeves as much as I do leave a like and just like Keanu Reeves the battery and this camera keeps going and going. The battery in this camera easy last you 5 or 6hours on a single charge I actually have nothing bad to say about this camera. This is actually my favorite workhorse of the camera except for maybe the 4kand if you do like this camera but can’t quite afford it.

you can always pick up the older the Kenan a DD. You're really not losing much except for maybe the 4k and 120frames per second but you get the same image quality in the same design. And last but not least.

It's not like the other cameras on this list and it's actually I think in my opinion the most interesting camera on this list. This camera is actually a small cell phone size sensor on a mini gimbal. And the, gimbal is the most interesting part about this camera. The gimbal allows you to get perfectly smooth motion get really weird and creative angles. It's kind of just like a creators dream and the image quality from this is strong enough to use this as a B camera with a professional DSLR.

This camera has a 12 megapixel sensor but indisposed at 7 frames per second and 4kand HD at both 60 frames per second. And it has a special slow-motion mode where does a hundred and twenty frames per second in HD. You get all of that for399 which is really impressive and if you’re a professional you could easily use this to shoot weddings corporate work real estate travel stuff. This is a really solid image and the autofocus in this camera is more than good enough for casual use but if you're professional it’s about as good as your cell phone but cell phone autofocus is pretty good lately.

The design itself is ultra-compact and takes up even less room than your cellphone. It's kind of like the perfect travel design, plus it comes with an authentic fake leather case made from real plastic house if you got that joke leave a like. This camera is an absolute oddball but I think it's really nifty simply because of the gimbal you get such smooth and interesting footage with this camera. So, I want to throw it on the list for fun and maybe introduce a few new people to Gimbels also gimbal that’s such a weird name for it. It just makes it sound so silly but Kimball’s themselves are actually really cool

Best Travel Accessories 2020 | Always Carry These Travel Accessories

hello everyone and welcome back to my Blog. so, if you follow me on Facebook and if you don't you should. I have been traveling a lot lately, I have been very lucky and my friend really kind of got me into this travel bug. I never really was into it before but since me him I have had the opportunity to travel to lots of different places. and so because of that and because of my OCD quality. You know I have anxiety not so much OCD so, with that comes my need to organize and I love to be organized. And I love everything to look pretty and have its place so, because of all that I have put together this Blog.

Which is my top travel accessories now I've done like what's in my carry-on but I wanted to extend that a bit too just like my travel accessories. Whether that's like in your check bag your carry-on what-have-you just everything I need that I think to make traveling so much smoother and so much easier. And like I said I have been traveling a lot. so, I kind of have everything narrowed down I've gotten like really good products like from different airports and everything. Everything I talk about in this Blog will be listed down below. Most of these things you can get on Amazon, which is so great I actually have an Amazon store so I will leave my Amazon store listed down below and you can just click that and all of these products I talked about will be available.

Without further ado let's just get right into my top must-have travel accessories. I wish you guys could see the pile next to me because it's crazy, it's just crazy. I don't even know where to begin in no particular order.

1. This is my most favorite thing. Ever I got this at the airport it is a little bit more expensive than your average neck pillow but I have chronic neck pain and I tend to pull my neck all the time like an old man. And I like to sleep on planes I'm pretty much asleep on planes the entire time I'm a window seat person because I just want to sleep. So, I got this which is great because it comes in this little pouch it has a clip so you can clip it on to your bag or throw it in your bag how big your carry-on is. And then all you have to do is open it up and it unravels. he's got a give it a minute to like expand itself to grow into the beautiful butterfly that it is. So, the reason why I like this is it actually comes up so high which looks awkward but it actually is the best because the ones that you could just get anywhere that are really cheap like with filled with beans.

your neck is completely supported you won't fall at all it looks really awkward but again I just like sleep with a tiny angle right on this thing. You put it on your cheek it is so good. It is the only way to really get a good night's sleep for me. On the plane, so I would recommend spending a little bit more money. On one that actually supports your neck and still doesn't have you kind of moving all about. So, I absolutely love this one and I take it everywhere with me I travel. I'm not like walking on the street with this.

2. next travel essential is a little clear container, that is TSA approved. It says carry-on approved like I don't know that's official but it does say it. It's just a clear bag to contain all your liquids I love this one because it like stands up on its own you can clean it. It's got a nice sturdy zipper I just love how sturdy it is. So, it's not like all flimsy you can really just like stick in your bag really nicely. So, inhere I put any liquids I want to bring but you definitely need this that you're not like scrambling to pull it any of your liquids if they ask you.

You have them all in here you can easily pull it out of your bag during security. So, in there I typically carrying, wet ones these are a travel essential you get the travel pack. This one has 20 and I've been on a lot of trips with this. There is a lot of air locked in hang on there we go. So, I like to bring travel wet ones because I read an article that planes are so dirty. They don't wash them then, I also read an article that hotels are so dirty and okay a hotel TV controllers are the grossest things in the world. So, I bring these and I literally in that nerd who wipes down the plane, wipes down the tables, wipe down the windows and everything like that. So, these are a must-have for me even like not even to like disinfect but like let's say you spill something on yourself you can use these.

Let's say your hands get sticky for some reason. You don't want to go up to the bathroom you can use these like it's just there are so many different things that you can do with these so I must always have these. Then I bring a travel little pack this one's almost empty of makeup remover wipes. These are the Neutrogena ones these are great I love having these because again. Let's say maybe I have a tiny bit of makeup on and then I have a really long flight. I'll take my makeup off on the flight or if I'm just feeling gross I'll wipe my face with these. At the end before I exit the plane to kind of just like refresh and get all the gunk off my face so. I love having them and they're so thin and they really just like fit in here.

3. my next travel essential is a little thing of tissues. So, this is a little Kleenex thing it has like just ten little Kleenex is in there. Like I said you never know when you're gone a spill something, have a runny nose, just need a Kleenex. What-have-you so it's good to have and these are so tiny and these things all fit in here so beautifully.

4. Next is hand sanitizer goes without saying again you never know maybe when you'll be able to get to like a bathroom to wash your hands. If you're about to eat on the plane you can use this. So, I just love having a hand sanitizer. I then also always have to have a hand cream and this is my favorite one and it's really really tiny. To me, this is a travel essential because the planes are so dry. I don't care if you're a male or a female my friend's always like you have any hand creams? any cream?. Like airplanes just so drying and so dehydrating for your skin so you definitely have to bring a hand cream and again.

5. next essential now this is just for me maybe but I have to bring a mini bottle of mac fix+. any kind of hydrating spray will do they have some by Evian, Kota Lee makes some there's so many brands that just do like a hydrating refreshing spray. I like a nap on the plane if I'm like sleeping I wake up I'm like my skin is dry, my mouth is dry, my eyes are dry. I hate that feeling so, I just spray this on my face. It smells good it gets her at the plane smell and it just refreshes. your skin and makes you feel hydrated so, this may seem like a prince product but it isn't essential for me.

6. the next thing I want to mention is from Amazon and it is by this company called travelon and it is this kit of three pouches. So, you get a large one a medium and a small one so these are so great just for keeping it organized. They're really affordable they're on Amazon I love out their color-coordinated. So, typically in the big one, I put all of my chargers so this is like my headphones, my chargers, my adapters like that kind of thing everything goes in this one. And then in this one, I don't typically bring this in my carry-on. I do sometimes I have it now but this one is all my like medical supplies. I will say bring gravel that is a travel essential one thousand times over for me.

I always get carsick, seasick, plane sick probably just walking down the street sick. I always feel nauseous I'm very sensitive so, I need gravel and this is the ginger one that's not drowsy. so, I have that I recommend always bringing bug-bite. You never know where you're going to be with that we don't need to go over that. I will leave down below my what's in my carry-on to show you like exactly what I pack in these containers, but these bags are essential.

7. next essential my dad got me this so long ago and it is a suitcase scale. you can get the one Amazon. Basically, you turn it on and you like to lift up your suitcase with it and it weighs your suitcase. it's pretty frigging gin accurate I've never had a problem being overweight if this says I'm fine I've never been like overweight at the airport. So, I recommend not only when your suitcase before you go but bringing it with you because you typically buy things on vacation and your suitcase weighs more on your white back. So again you need to have this it's really small and compact and you just weigh your suitcase before you get to the airport. So, you know if you're going to have a hard time or not must-have.

8. next I recommend a universal adapter this comes in a little pouch obviously, if you're staying in your same country that's fine. But anyways this one is set up for the European one so that's just where we're going next but you can get one that's universal that has everything. obviously don't forget this, or you'll just have to buy it at the airport and it will cost a lot more money than it would on Amazon. So, you definitely need a travel adapter and check where you're going or get a universal one that has every single plug you could ever need which is just great peace of mind.

9. next my most favorite thing ever is this passport wallet. I typically have a backpack or a purse but I like to carry this in my hands. Its zipper so everything's safe you have your passport and then you can put all your cards in here. It's like debit cards credit cards there's a zipper pouch for some cash money. I put all of my like bag tags inhere in case your bag gets lost you have everything together you can put your boarding passes in here. You can put your phone right in there and then zip it all up and then. You don't have to like continuously reach into your bag. You have it all here you can have your like customs documents in here, anything you need. I love this it comes in many different colors I obviously got the pink one because I love pink but some kind of passport holder is a necessity.

10. next I wanted to talk about packing cubes. Everyone in my family makes fun of me for these. But, they are actually a lifesaver and I finally bought more. Because I had a couple but then like there was still some loose things in my suitcase but now I bought enough that like every single thing in my suitcase is in a packing cube. And that, might sound crazy but it's so wonderful it saves so much space, and it's so glorious when you get to your destination and you don't necessarily want to unpack. Because you're like I know in this cube it's all pants or in this one, it's all dresses. So, I have two kinds again leave them my Amazon store but basically, this is the largest one.

You just put all of your clothes in here put up and then put it in your suitcase like this. It stays so organized so neat and tidy and they come in like so many different shapes and sizes like this is the biggest one, They have like little ones you could put like your socks and underwear in this one or like bathing suits. I love this little guy because what I actually do is like putting a pair of like socks and underwear. I'm a big a change of from shirt or something and bring this in my carry-on, or if you're going to a tropical destination always pack your bathing suit in your carry-on. Just in case your luggage gets lost but packing cubes are a must for me.

I have so many and then the other kind I have are these ones I'll leave them less down below as well and these are compression cubes. So, they have like a double zipper system and it just squishes all the air out of them. So, like no matter how much you put they kind of like do stay like this size maybe it's like a little bit bigger. so I love these as well if you've like really bulky things, like big sweaters or anything like that. It just squishes the air out and you can be so organized when you get there.

11. Next essential headphones. Headphones aren't essential. It kind of depends how long I'm going for. I have these are buying beats they're wireless and they're like really comfortable. so, they're not going to like hurt your ears or anything like that. But, they obviously won't actually well these do come with a cord to be able to plug them into the like airplane armchair, to watch TV or anything like that so these are great I do really want the Bose noise-canceling ones. Because I hate the sound of airplane sleep but these are pretty great at blocking out the sound they're not as good as that these are definitely more for like music and stuff. But, I would highly recommend over the ear headphones who they tend to like those ones really hurt my ears but that's when you prefer that so you prefer just make sure you bring some headphones.

12. next is some sort of iPad maybe this isn't essential for you but this is for me I download like all my Netflix shows on this. I was just on WestJet and they don't have TVs on domestic flights. They only give you the app so you can watch the shows on your phone. or if you have an iPad you can watch on your Pad recommend getting a case that like stands up. So, you can watch your shows on the tree table something like that. If you read a lot like me and you don't want to like carry multiple books. Usually the books I read like this big - I highly recommend getting a Kobo because you can just like get on the Wi-Fi order a new book if you're bored of the old book and just keep moving on with your trip.

13. next I recommend getting travel containers these are from the Amazon. you can really find them anywhere and I highly recommend this. Because am a beauty and skincare fanatic and I don't want to leave home without any of my products. So, I put them here because I can't bring any of those big bottles. I literally put everything in a little container. I'm not even lying like I've used I use every single little one. I've even got like bronzing glow oil and this little one so, definitely little bottles that you could decant everything into this is the body wash this is toner this is cleanser like you just need to get them and they're so affordable

So, that's the best way to deal with that that was everything. I know this is a very long Blog but I am very crazy when it comes to travel. I like to be comfortable and I like to have all these things that make me feel good.
