&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;ingredienti:&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;ul&gt;   &lt;li&gt;4 sovracoscia di pollo&lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;carote&lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;2 cipolla&lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;pepe verde&lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;prezzemolo&lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;vino bianco&lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Cuocete, non completamente, le sovracosce di pollo a vapore, sbollentate le carote. Mettete su fiamma una padella dove avrete versato dell’olio extravergine, fate scaldare e mettete le cipolle affettate finemente e il pepe verde, a questo nel punto aggiungere il pollo, e far rosolare, sfumare poi col vino. Nel frattempo tagliate a rondelle le carote mescolate con cura al pollo e aggiungete un pò dell’acqua di cottura delle carote. che potrete trovare nel mio fornitore di fiducia &lt;a href="http://www.centrogeldecorazioni.it/public/"&gt;centrogel&lt;/a&gt; che ha tutti i prodotti wilton/decora e spedisce in tutta Italia.&lt;/p&gt; Procuratevi una teglia di pirex e ponete uno strato di melanzane, spolverate col peperoncino macinato, aglio a dadini, sale e un goccio d’aceto, irrorate con olio. Fate così per ogni strato ed alla fine irrorate con altro olio e schiacciate le melanzane per far salire bene l’olio deve restare quasi tutto in superficie. Conservare in frigo e gustarle il giorno dopo o più! La mia è alla buona, ho usato il&lt;a href="http://theswancake.blogspot.com/2009/07/pesto-al-basilico.html"&gt; pesto al basilico&lt;/a&gt; fatto da me in versione veloce.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;ingredienti&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;ul&gt;   &lt;li&gt;1/2 kg di paccheri rigati( tipo di pasta)&lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;pesto al basilico&lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;formaggio parmigiano&lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Una volta aver lessato al dente i paccheri, in una padella capiente, versarvi la pasta scolata, conservare un pò del liquido di cottura, aggiungere mooolto pesto al basilico, in pò dell’acqua di cottura della pasta e far saltare il tutto, servire con una spolverata di parmigiano. Il pesto al basilico, di tradizione genovese è fatto, col basilico infatti, ma possiamo trovare il pesto di noci, di pomodori secchi , di pistacchi e tanti altri.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;La ricetta fatta da me, non è l’originale genovese, ma una più semplice e veloce.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;ingredienti:&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;ul&gt;   &lt;li&gt;foglie di basilico &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;olio extravergine d’oliva &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;sale &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;aglio &lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Da premettere che il pesto al basilico, se si fa come Dio comanda, il basilico va pestato nel mortaio con l’aiuto di pestello, io ho usato un mixer, per avere una salsa più fine, cremosa. Vi posto questa torta fatta per la figlia di una mia amica, il castello delle principesse Disney. Nel frattempo che cuoceva in forno, ho preparato la crema pasticcera, ed anche qui ho aggiunto del caffè sempre forte. Lo trovata alla Lidl, la stavo inseguendo da un paio d’anni, costa poco in confronto alle altre che ho visto in negozi specializzati.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Ho fatto la ricetta di &lt;a href="http://ilmondodiluvi.blogspot.com/2008/05/waffel-cialde-ferratelle-o-gauffres.html"&gt;Luvi&lt;/a&gt;, ma, questa è molto simile ai pancake, come diceva la mia amica Imma. Comunque buone, la prossima volta proverò quella originale belga, dove , al posto del lievito in polvere per dolci, c’è il lievito di birra. Nota: parlo del lievito di birra, perchè più di una persona mi ha detto che in Belgio lo usano per questo impasto, anche la mia amica Elisabetta Cuomo, citandoli in cucinainsimpatia.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;ingredienti:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;ricetta base: &lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;400 gr farina&lt;br /&gt;330 gr latte&lt;br /&gt;100 gr burro&lt;br /&gt;75 gr zucchero&lt;br /&gt;2 uova&lt;br /&gt;un pizzico di sale&lt;br /&gt;1 bustina lievito in polvere per dolci&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;Unite le uova allo zucchero, miscelate bene, setacciate la farina col lievito in polvere unitela alternando col latte, infine il burro fuso. Fate riposare un 1/4 d’ora. Riscaldate la cialdiera e ponete 2 cucchiai d’impasto, regolatevi secondo la vostra macchina, tre minuti e sono cotti. Se non volete dei waffel, troppo morbidi, appena cotti non metteteli uno su l’altro, perderebbero la croccantezza, se li volete più croccanti, la quantità del latte la dividete con acqua. N.B. l’impasto deve essere fluido senza grumi. Unire le uova una alla volta e il pizzico di sale. Setacciare insieme la farina , il cacao,  e il lievito. Aggiungete all'impasto di burro zucchero ed uova le farine un cucchiaio per volta, intervallato al latte, ed infine un goccio di vaniglia. Ho versato l'impasto nei pirottini per cupcake. Mettete in forno preriscaldato a 180° per 40 minuti. Una volta freddi, unite il mascarpone alla crema di nocciole e mescolate bene gli ingredienti, trasferite in una sac-a-poche con bocchetta a stella e decorate i cupcake.
