Ok, this article will explain everything when writing an article or a blog.

First, I assume that you are a beginner.

Writing an article or blog as everybody says is very easy but you need to find a good topic to write. There are lots of ideas out there waiting for bloggers to write about. First you need to know exactly what do you want to discuss. If your blog is all about cars, then blog about cars, if its about planes then write about planes, if its business, talk about business, and if its about your experiences your blog should be about your experiences. Don't write about cars then at the middle of the article you jump to planes and bikes, thats not a good article. It's ok if your just comparing them but again if you plan to write something like that have a separate blog title for that.

Now, for your content, draft your article first before writing it in your blog platform tools or saving it in your site. You need to check first if your article is making a sense or not otherwise your readers will just ignore and switch to google search and look for similar topic you have. Check the spelling and sentence structure. If your a beginner or not a good writer, or even not a good English speaking person, thats ok. Its not a big problem. Remember good wrtiters started from scratch also and it takes practice and lots and lots of articles before they master to write good contents. Even I myself is not a perfect writer, my English is not the best English I know but I don't care that much because when I write I always try my best to explain my thought the best that I can in a simple English that I can deliver. Because what;'s important to me is that the people/readers should understand me my blog regardless of what level of education they have. I don't use technical words or deep vocabulary that most expert writers are using. If someone commented in your blogs that your articles are like this and like that, etc... don't mind them. They are not your market readers. They are the least of your concerns. Your target are those who can read and write same level as you do. Believe me you are more effective that way than pretending to be a good writer when you're not. Don't be jealous also if you see good articles out there who are attracting more readers than yours. Thats mean its either that blogger is an expert or someone who knows how to advertise and get traffic to his blog.

Advertising? Well lets talk about that later in some of my articles, meanwhile lets focus and finish this topic.

Now, once you drafted your article and you think thats the best you can do to make it look good. Time to post it in your site and publish it. Refer to my Article: TIP#5: Add Photos To Your Post, on how to make your article more interesting by adding photos and images. After publishing it, time to relax and wait for traffic to come in. Or if you are the active one, you can post your topic and URL link to some discussions, forums and social communities to attract more readers. After that you can start drafting your next article while waiting for someone to read your blog and make some comments.

That's it. Remember dont force your self to become an expert blogger. As long as you keep on blogging regularly and making your content clear and simple, people will recognise you and eventuallly without you notising it your writing is getting better and who knows you're one of the blogger out there giving educational trainings and platforms one of these days.

If you're happy with your current salary, it would be easy to just sit back and enjoy it. But if you want to make sure your earnings keep rising over the long term, you need a strategy to protect against salary plateaus and unemployment.

Experts offer the following tips for maximizing your earnings over the course of your career.

* Watch industry trends carefully.
"If your professional area is vulnerable to economic shifts, don't cling to it just because it is familiar and comfortable," said Libby Pannwitt, principal of the Work Life Design Group, in San Carlos, California. Take a class or even get an advanced degree to arm yourself with skills that are more enduring.

For example, Marianne Adoradio, a recruiter and career counselor in Silicon Valley, said she sees otherwise excellent candidates for human resources positions who don't have global experience -- something that is a requirement for more and more positions. She advises people in the field -- even if they aren't currently job-hunting -- to make sure they're working on projects with a global component. If they aren't, they need to ask their boss how they can gain this experience.

* If you reach a salary plateau, understand the reason.
In many fields, people start out their careers with a succession of rapid salary increases. These increases taper off after a time, though, unless they enter management. Some companies have career paths for non-managers with highly specialized skills, so if you're not interested in management, you may want to pursue one of those.

If the problem is that your field of expertise is no longer in as much demand as it used to be, then you may need to look at a move to a related field.

* Make yourself marketable outside your company as well as inside.
"The most successful people develop themselves to add a lot of value to any company in the industry, not just their company alone," said Steve Levin, principal of Leading Change Consulting & Coaching, in Portola Valley, California. This will give you more leverage in internal negotiations -- and more options if you decide to leave your current company.

One tip for being marketable across an industry: Try to work for "name-brand companies," Adoradio said. Recruiters often prefer candidates who have worked for industry-leading companies. Having one on your resume will help your long-term career prospects.

* Consider multiple income streams.
Some people branch out from their main job to take on consulting work or teach a course in their field. This may help advance your primary career if the work helps you stay current or showcases your expertise. If your second job is in a different field, the second income will increase your earnings and help shield you from the downturns in your main industry.

* Don't focus too narrowly on money.
"Raises and promotions are given to people who generate trust and demonstrate competence to handle more complexity," Levin said. Focus on this, and the money will likely follow.

And remember that learning new skills in a job can be just as important as the money.

"When that learning stops, when that development stops, it's time to move," said Leslie G. Griffen, managing partner of Career Management Associates, in Overland Park, Kansas.

Google Adsense Earnings

Last January, I asked whether some Google Adsense income is decreasing. During that time, my earnings dropped by as much as 20% compared to the best earning month. I pointed out several factors that could have caused the drop but, until now, I have not really identified what really caused it.

The good news, though, is that last month saw one of the best highs of my Google Adsense income. From April to May, earnings increased by 30% although traffic and site visitors increased by only 15%.

What caused this? Honestly, I don’t know. But like before, here are some guesses.

Advertisers are probably spending more during this time. Historically, advertisers spend less at the end of the year and at the beginning of the new year. But ad spending eventually picks up as summer approaches. If advertisers did spend more on advertising, then this blog benefited from it.

Who doesnt? Thankfully, new business is pretty easy to get, but you do haveto do something to get it. Usually something you aren'tcurrently doing.
Here are 25 ways you can bring in morebusiness, and if you do things right, more profits. These are not long term business strategies. These are short tomedium term tactics designed to put cash in your bank account within the next 30 - 90 days.

1. Hire a salesperson. Or, if you already have salespeople, hire another one. You may not be able to pay them a salary, so make it for 100% commission, and make the commission generous. And of course, pay their expenses. This will work best if you have a sales process in place, and some kind of systemized knowledge that will bring them up to speed quickly.

2. Get some sales training. I've attended so many training just to equip myself with regards to managing business. Right now I manage three businesses plus of course blogging. I'm not an expert blogger but I find it interesting and useful.

3. Start a referral program. This doesnt mean simply ask for referrals, but do it routinely. Do it systematically. Have amethod to ask, and have a method to reward people who do refer. Same with blogging or affiliate programs over the net. In business referrals is very important if you want to put money in your bank.

4. Add products to your back end. The costliest part is getting new customers. Why not maximize your investment and sell those customers additional products and services.

5. If you sell a service, consider adding products that compliment it.

6. If you sell products, adding services is even easier.

7. If you sell free-form consulting, consider bundling specificservices into a "productized" form. Give it a name, make theprice fixed. Typically the "productizing" and fixed price enables you to sell at higher prices than previously.

8. Raise your prices. Most people undervalue what they do and charge way too little for it. And many others discount from their "list" at the drop of a hat. Stop discounting, but if you must, always get something in exchange. Think tradeoffs. Andraise your rates for services and products both.

9. Joint ventures. Find people who have something you need, like products, or customers and trade with them. Pool your resources. Pool your time. Create something larger than either of you. Make it a win-win.

Last year, employers added more than 700,000 retail jobs in the last three months of the year. This year, experts predict the number will likely be smaller -- but employers will still be looking for hundreds of thousands of workers.

"It's really still a job seeker's market for retail," said John Challenger, CEO of global outplacement firm Challenger, Gray & Christmas. He noted that nationwide unemployment is relatively low. However, recent reports do suggest employers are pulling back on hiring. This, combined with high gas prices and the problems in the mortgage industry, makes Challenger predict fewer seasonal jobs this year than last.
Start early. Large companies may start taking applications for seasonal work as early as September, with many interviewing and selecting candidates in October, Challenger said. Smaller companies may hold off a little longer. For UPS, hiring picks up in October and early November, Robinson said.

* Do your research. Retailers want to hire people who know their merchandise and are enthusiastic about it. So it makes sense to start your job search with stores where you shop. "If you're a good customer, make sure you tell them that," Challenger said.

Reading about local companies and industries can help you pinpoint other places to look for holiday work, as well. If you read that a company is growing, you can call and ask if they need any extra help.

* Take it personally. The Internet is a great way to find out who's hiring and in many cases to submit a resume. But personal contact with a hiring manager may be what seals the deal.

"What makes you stand out?" A phone call after you've submitted your resume is one good idea: "showing some tenacity, a little bit of proactive attention toward that job."

* Look to the future. Most holiday jobs end after the holidays. But some can last longer -- and they can also be a valuable introduction to a company that may hire you for an ongoing job sometime in the future. Robinson said about one-quarter of UPS' seasonal workers end up being hired into permanent jobs. So when you choose where to work for the holidays -- and while you're on the job -- think about your future prospects as well as the present.
