1. Purchase some ginger root. Cut off a piece of the ginger root and remove the skin. Put the piece in your mouth on top of the painful tooth and bite down on it. 2. Relieve a throbbing tooth with clove essential oil (Syzygium aromaticum). The aromatic chemical in clove called eugenol numbs pain and kills bacteria. To apply the clove oil, soak a cotton ball or swab with the oil and use it to wipe on and around your sore gums and tooth. Repeat as needed.

3. Take one teaspoon of blackseed oil (Nigella sativa) and 1/2 cup of vinegar and boil. Cool and then use as a mouth rinse to reduce inflammation and infection. Rinse every couple of hours until the pain and/or swelling is gone.

4. For tooth abscess and infection, put two level teaspoons of salt in a cup. Pour a small amount of boiling water on the salt in a cup to dissolve it and then fill the cup with enough cool water to make the solution warm. Rinse your mouth slowly and well, using all the salt water. Repeat at least twice a day (the more often the better). If this does not work at first, try increasing the amount of salt.

5. Use a cold pack or other cold items to relieve pain. When you have a toothache, pressing something cold on the outside of your mouth can often give temporary relief, especially if you are having problems sleeping. If you don't have a cold pack, no need to worry about ice that will melt in the middle of the night - simply grab anything from your fridge or freezer. You can use a jar of mustard, a bottle of water, you name it. If the container is frozen, cover with a wash cloth before placing on the skin. Note: Do not take a food item to bed which will spoil.

6. Supplements which may help clear infection and speed healing include olive leaf extract and bromelain.

Note: If your tooth pain worsens or persists more than a few days, see a qualified dentist - preferably a holistic one.

Despite significant hurdles, such as a national drug war, worldwide recession, and a decline in oil production investments in Mexico have continued to rise. In 2007 Mexico was only ranked 19th as an appealing foreign market to invest in, yet by 2010 it had sky rocketed to an impressive number 8.

Mexico indeed has it's issues. However, the country still attracts commerce from American companies seeking to lower operating costs. Additionally, as the world economy improves more investments is expected. The United States is the leader when it comes to making investments in Mexico, having increased by 400% over the last fifteen years.

Certainly, China has become a popular place for American investments, yet Mexico has that closeness attached to it. In other words, Mexico is right on our doorstep. NAFTA and other trade agreements have served to increase commerce and investments in Mexico. Services have overtaken manufacturing in FDI, foreign direct investments in Mexico, and an incredible increase for the lodging sector is expected.

An example of increased commerce into Mexico is when General Motors announced in January, 2011 an investment of $540,000,000 to make its new 4 cylinder engines. Mexico will also profit from the expected 500 employees that will be hired. Naturally, GM can conduct business anywhere on the earth, yet they have selected Mexico for their commerce. This action adds credibility to Mexico and it's work force.

Mexico is actively seeking a lot more Chinese investment and commerce. Their rationale being, their close proximity to the American market can eliminate long shipping delays that frequently occur between the United States and China. In a sense, Mexico is looking to act as a go-between, between China and the United States.

As an added advantage, Mexico can bypass California as China’s entry point to the American market, and drive their products by truck. Plus, Mexico has many free trade agreements, enabling China a tariff free environment to conduct commerce. While China and Mexico do have agreements in place; Mexico continues to pitch in exclusive physical closeness to the American market to Chinese companies.

Mexico, despite considerable struggles with the worldwide recession and an ugly drug war has managed to steadily increase the foreign investment it receives. Even GM has announced a new investment to build new 4 cylinder engines for it's cars. Mexico would profit from 500 new jobs. NAFTA has helped to increase investment and business into Mexico.

ProMexico is the Mexican Government institution in charge of strengthening Mexico’s participation in the international trade (comercio). With this objective in mind, the institution supports the export activity of companies established in the country and co-ordinates actions to attract foreign direct investment to national territory. ProMexico was established on June 13, 2007, as a sectoral public trust under the Ministry of the Economy, and operates through a network of 25 offices throughout Mexico and more than 27 offices abroad.

Raise Self-Esteem with Encouragement: One of the best and most effective ways to stop negative thinking is to help raise self-esteem in your children through encouragement and positive reinforcement. This doesn't have to be over the top or cheesy. It can take the form of small, everyday compliments or positive phrases about your child or teen's appearance, mood, schoolwork, hobbies or activities, or anything else.

Make a habit of praising and encouraging your kids - this will held build their self-esteem and as a result bullies won't have any ground to stand on because your children know who they are.

Speaking out instead of shutting up: One of the biggest problems that parents of teens face is that they don't know when their kids are suffering, or what they're dealing with, because it's never mentioned.

Teach your kids to speak out, instead of shutting up, and negative thoughts can be handled, dealt with and solved. Talk to your kids and encourage them to share with you, and encourage them to share what they're going through with someone they trust, even if it's not you. It can be a counselor, a friend, a relative or someone else but it's always better to share and work through things rather than let them bottle up and eventually explode.

Find new outlets: If your teen doesn't have any outlet socially, or for their emotions or energy, they're more likely to have negative thoughts and be affected and susceptible to bullying. Help them find new outlets and you'll help them stop negative thinking. It can be an after-school activity, sport, hobby of any kind, or even plans with you and the family.

The more outlets your teen has, the more they'll be able to avoid spiraling downward with negative thoughts and overcome those thoughts when they occur. If your teen doesn't have motivation to try something new, you may have to force the action a bit at first to get the ball rolling. But meeting new friends and doing new things will encourage them to keep it up on their own.

With the right attitude and approach, your children will be happier and healthier in all situations, and will be able to say goodbye to the problems of bullying before they get too serious.
